I have registered my vehicle on 30th nov 2019, how ever till date i. E. 22nd july 2020, i have not yet received the rc card/book from the rto.

நான் நேற்று llr aplication no [protected] என்ற விண்ணப்பத்தை எனது சகோதரனுக்கு online வழியாக பூர்த்தி செய்து online வழியாக payment செய்துவிட்டேன்.அதன்பிறகு விண்ணப்பத்தை cancel செய்யவேண்டிய சூழ்நிலை ஏற்பட்டு விட்டது. எனவே நான் செலுத்திய முழு தொகையும் எனது credit card கணக்குக்கு மீண்டும் மாற்றித்தருமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

I am unable to book a DL slot using parivahan (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots4/dldetsubmit.do). I am getting a error message as "DL Application Number is not available for the LL No UP 90 /xxxxxx/2020". Please let me know why i am getting this issue i got LL issued on[protected].

Note: I have not provided the actual LL no here as this is a public forum.

Please resolve this ASAP.

I have alto k10 2011 model, since I have bought this car the puc was done every year but this year the puc centre person told me that this can not be done on 2011 model as same was banned by authorities for one year, he has done the same for 3 months validation.
Please let me know about it, as if it is still there, how can I take action against him for the same.

Whenever tried to book a slot site not properly work. So we never book a slot.

But their staff behaviour is very bad.

Hp[protected]. Inspiite o[censored]s being present in the car. Request you to kindly take strict action against the above mentioned head constable so that they are also made accountable.

I have purchased car from wonder cars pimple saudagar showroom on 18st december 2018.
I did not received rc book yet. I checked in rto office they told me check in local post office, i have checked in chinchwad post office they do not have my rc book.
I did not received postmans call.
Please tell me what to do.

Pls refund back this money asap i also contact all your support team but still not get the solution i was also go to the rto office of jalgaon but wont get any help pls provide the responsible persons contact no asap and refund back this money of make this trasaction successfull

It has been more then two months since i have given my driving test at dy. Rto, kamru metro assam. All the formalities has been completed but from long my dl status is showing pending for approval. I am seeing other people who have given test got thier licenses in my case it is almost more then two months no change in status. Still showing approval pending.

I am shailendr I have to complain about DL approval. I given DL test on[protected] and got passed out which is shown in the application status. But DL approval is still pending and there is no message or mail from RTO Office about I have also mail the RTO and asked about it but they didn't respond. I had also received a message about rescheduled DL slot test so I communicated the RTO office through mail they said it is sent by mistake and...

Dear rto, my vehicle royal enfield bullet registration no uk07be3386 which i hadsold one year ago but the buyer has still not transfered rc on his name i have requested him so many times please help me out as soon as possible.

I m arun karthik from udumalpet tirupur district tamil nadu. I have applied for duplicate driving license through online. Yesterday i went to submit duplicate driving license old form. Rto responded me harshly and spoked bad words and charged me 1000 flag charge unwantedly. For reaching sales target rto compiling us to pay flag charge and trigering us i[censored] didn't pay u wont get duplicate driving license. Please take immediate action against udumalpet rto selva deepa.

I applied for driving licence for 4 wheeler in bilaspur, I was called to RTO office, Bilaspur, Chattisgarh for learning lisence first. I reached RTO office at 12:30pm, there was a line for getting learner's licence, which was pretty big, but the problem was it was moving very slowly. They were allowing one person almost every half an hour. While the process inside was itself very slow(probably the officials were not trained or maybe it is time consuming process), 2 other problems were slowing down the process, first that no women have to be in line, they can just enter as soon as they come and get their lisence. Other is that some people were allowed to directly enter and get there lisence ( maybe they bribed there way in). Even after all this it would have been fine if the process was just slow but as I mentioned earlier I went there at 12:30pm, there were only 15 people infront of me in the line, still I had to wait for around 5 and a half hours before my chance came. Please tell me how is it explainable for a guy to wait this long just for getting a lisence which hardly takes 10 minutes after you go inside.

My Driving licence issued from RTO Howrah which expired on Jan 2020, when I applied before expiration for renewal, I was informed by the MV department deleaing clerk that my file has been misplaced somewhere while they were updating the process of computerisation. So it cannot be renewed. I met RTO Howrah, and told my problems. Then he called the dealer and after discussion with the dealer, RTO Howrah told me that licence can't be renewed and I have to apply fresh starting from Learners Licence. I asked RTO what are the steps taken by RTO Howrah for loosing the file of my license and who has been taken up for carelessness on duty? He was not having any reply. When I again applied fresh without my fault lockdown started. Now I am unable to get slot though I am trying hard everyday at sharp 8'O clock, but everyday I get same message slots are not available for next one month. Please take action to renew my license or to issue me new one.

Sir i am from nanded, maharashtra i had an complaint about 1 lady and 1 gents officer about the un reasonable fines on me, sir we strictly follows the lockdown rules then also the officers shout on me to stop the vehical and remove the mask to take pictures and acted the fine of 500 rupees where i was weared my mask they ask me remove and i also ask them that i was came from the medical and saw them a medical products then also they did not removed my fine and shouted on me to go right now they had make a new idea of the corruption plz stop this othere wise we have to take this matter in court

I passed driving test in February 2020 in Andhra pradesh. I dowloaded the soft copy, but my original driving licence still not yet dispatched, I have contacted RTO office but no response from them. I have been waiting for 6 months for the driving licence.

Sir., attended driving test and passed off in 2018 july.. My driving licence is not delivered.. No reply from many people whom i contacted since then.. They gave me a xerox copy but the driving licence is not yet received.. Please try to recover this.. And now i m leaving the address i gave them to deliver.. What to do? Please solve this
