During lockdown on 22/05/2020 agent sonu kumar rto patna take 1500rs from me and said after 7days i will get my learning driving license but now after 26days am not getting any response or learning license from him

I had applied for ll on[protected] online under application number [protected], everything has been done, payment has been made. But whenever i try to book test slot it shows slot not available for next 60 days with no prior notice or information or valid reason for delay. Phone helpline is not responding, rto office says booking will be done online only.

I need my ll in urgent basics as i work in delhi quite far away and i cant afford daily cab fare, its creating a lot of problem for me.

Please look after this issue and help me resolve my problem.

Sir my name is sneha chaudhary i passed my driving test in 2nd february 2019 but i didn't get my dl until this date

I have paid the money for the dl renewal and i dont have reveived my letter
And when i call they say to me that today and next day they say today and after
3 day they are not recieving my call and the number of agent is [protected]
So please solve my problem its is humble request.

It's been months since i have passed my driving test and got my driving license number but not yet received dl smart card by post. When i checked my dl status, it shows my driving license details issued sice 3 months but i have not yet been delivered my dl smart card.

Hi sir/medam,
I have applied for renewal driving license slot in telanagan. Transport.gov.in.
And payment has been done. When i attempt to try modification of slot for address chnage. It cancelled unexpectedly. When i am trying to book slot one more it is asking full amount again.
How can i get the refund of the cancelled one?
Please help me needful.

Whenever i am trying to book slot for dl test is is showing error. I have tried so many times but not able to book. Please help me in this matter.

I bought a car from koncept hyundai green park branch delhi in dec'19.
The sales person deepak jhangdi said and committed to me that you will get cng endorsement on rc within 1 month to received original rc.

But sir now 5 month gone and no one taking responsibility to solve my problem, they are given fake and fasle commitment to sale his car to me.

Sir i in problem now, because no one from hyundai helping me for this, please help me sir.

Sir they have committed to me for cng endorsement that's why i bought a car otherwise i will never buy, but they cheated me to sale his car.

Please take action against

I am applied license of lmw and meg. But my licence is prepare only lmw.

I m having issue that i am not getting rc as it require high security number plate. I bought my scooter in may2019 (Rajasthan) and transfered my scooter to gorakhpur (Up) in 2020 feb. I got my temporary rc in gorakhpur but to obtain permanent rc my vehicle must be having hsrp. For this neither rto nor dealer is having any clue. This is pending since last 3 months. I am not able to drive my scooter. Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

My dl renew application no is [protected].

We have applied for renewal of dl rto surat, gujarat. All documents uploaded and fees payment done. Now in application status it shows "application under process at rto level - document verification".

If i try to get appointment then it gives error "no pending request at appointment slot booking"

Also i visited directly to rto but they said take appointment and then come back but there is no pending request at appointment booking slot.

I have been trying for submitting renewal application before lockdown. But, since then i'm facing problem.
They are not accepting remitance of the fee for duplicate license copy request without slot-booking. And unfortunately slot-booking is never seen green in color from morning till evening. I don't know if the slot booking is only for 1 or 2 persons per day. Is this enough for a population of more than lack people in one area?!... If so, what should i do?
Being a responsible citizen, i don't want to ride my vehicle without renewal of the documentations. You have such a huge penalty, where i'm reluctant to use my vehicle on road even in certain cases of emergency. My mother's medicine, my brother's health, my health should also be taken care. Were will i go out. Can i walk a distance of 5-100kms everyday for groceries, business, meeting, office, etc.,???!!! Or will i be able to offered a huge rickshaw or ola or uber or public transportation charges for these emergencies?
Please expand the slot booking timing and slot booking to minimum 100 people per day atleast which can ease our difficulties.

Hon'ble sir, i had applied online for change of address of my license on 23/04/2020 i r requested to you please process complete

I had checked my Driving license status through sarathi app and it is showing that license had been dispatched on 28 may 2020
But they havent provided any speed post tracker number, so its difficult to track the same and know when i will receive it
Its 9 of june today and i havent received any details about license

I himanshu kumar bharti, application no is[protected]. Dob is 05/11/2000, has been booked appionment of driving licence test slot sucessfully and my paiment was also given fully. My driving licence test was on 27/03/2020, due to covid19the test was not conducted.
Now when i try to reslot my appionment the option is comming that
'your licence will expire in 22 days. Slots are not available for the next 22 days'.
Now sir what couyld i do, i also visit rto office but they were telling for reslot.
Sir please give quick response.

Dl missing

I submitted driving license application with legal documents successfully on 25 january 2020 application no [protected] at rto gariyaband, chhattishgarh but status till now pending.
Together i also sent mail [protected]@gov.in but their reply not satisfactory. I want that my driving license process complete as soon as and provide us.
