I have successfully completed ll test and do test and passed and my dl will arrived at rto office. Chintamani chillaballapur karnataka. And i asked to rto officers they btold me come tomorrow tommorow i visited more than 50times in 17/01/2020 to 29/05/2020 but they were treated me as a low level without respect so please tel to give my dl fast

This is regarding royal-enfield (Unit of eicher ltd) / bullet electra (Up13v5482).. I have sold it in near 2014, but unfortunately. I lost the sale latter and others docs, but as i checked online the rc is still on my name (Pawan kumar).. I requested to authorities to look in the matter, if some miss happens from the same vehicle the responsibility will not be mine... As i have sold it before 6 year...

I ramakrishna reddy, purchased yamaha fz fi 2.0 bike on[protected] at pacer yamaha, bangalore showroom. Until 6 months from the date of purchase i haven't received the original rc for the vehicle. I went to respective rto under which the registered number has been allocated and enquired about the same.

After 2 visits the person at the enquiry counter checked the register where they maintain the speedpost tracking numbers of rcs dispatched and asked me if i have booked the allocated number under fancy category. I haven't asked for any fancy number and told the same. He enquired in another section of rto and confirmed that there is no fee pending to process the rc. Also confirmed that the rc is not even printed for some reason. I was told that the card will be printed and dispatched within a week. Its been 8 months since he told that and there is no progress till now. I called the person in enquiry counter multiple times and he used to say the same old story that it will be printed and dispatched. Now that person is not even answering my calls if tried from another number will say the same story again and again. Its 28km travel in bangalore traffic from my place of residence to the rto office.

Could you please help me get my rc, as there is nothing pending from my side.

I had applied for the learner license that expired on 10th april, but due to lockdown i could not apply for the permanent license by giving test.

Now when i am applying for the permanent license the official persons are saying to apply from fresh.

Please resolve this query i can’t again pay 950 as fee as i do not earn much. I had applied for the learner license after so many days.

950 is a big amount for me to apply from starting.

Sir, l am residing at Kerala state_kannur dist.today I travelled in a private bus to my house..conductor compelled me to sitting near to a unknown passenger..while existing the law that having 2 passengers only in a long seat..I oppose that and the conductor behave very rudely and not allowed to travell...having no sanitizer in that bus...41 passengers travelled in that bus, instead of 29 ...I have a complaint against that conductor

Have not received the dl even after 2 months of passing the test. The application says:
Issue of driving licence pending at: approval of dl counter: arto-2

My vehicle number is up85ct0603 (Silky silver). I have registered this vehicle in 2020. After lockdown my car is not going anywhere but i found another vehicle on highway on 19/05/2020 with same number plate and same colour but car condition was not good as mine. Can same number be allotted to 2 different vehicles? I have all my vehicle documents with me. I am trying to know this situation from many days and want to complaint but don't know the process. After searching on net i found this portal. I am in worry. What can i do?

My learner license expired on 13th may 2020, when the lockdown was in place and the authority was closed. When i told this thing to the authority personel and he asked me to apply for a new learner license with fees. Why do i have to apply for fresh learner license if the last date was lying in the lockdown.

Sir, i'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when i enter my details it shows that"entered application number is approved. Slot booking is not allowed."

How to resolve this problem

Why was i fined for challan for not having helmet even when i was having my helmet and mask, in this lock down period i am doing my duty as i come under essential service, this is unacceptable behaviour of police, is this the way u treat people who follow rules

I have submitted a online form for learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 950.00 inr. But due to some error in online form (While online submitting i have selected only mcwg licence options but unfortunately licence lwv, 3w-nt other got selected) so when i visit the rto head office they said it cant be corrected you need to submit the form again and also again pay the fee. I dont get any option online to edit the information after payment for learners lcence.
So i have submitted the form and fee again and apply for learners licence.

Attached are the details regarding the same. Please let me know if you will need any information.

Hope i will get my money back.

I was surprised that i have been fined by e vahan service and in which is not appropriate. Got sms alert reg this by 16.05.2020 @ 11.30am for disobedience of orders of the authorities & pillion rider is not wearing protective headgear.

Above fine is not relevant to me where i am a citizen who is following the rules.

I would like to request to the authorities to drop these charges against me

At my area some two wheelers has expired its validity and releases too much of smoke which was getting illness to people. Please check very strictly and ceage the vehicles. One more point is the traffic police only concentrate on challan. As per RTO act ceage all vehicles which have not validity.

I had applied for driving license, my learner's license has been issued already, while trying to book the slot for driving skill test, it shows "as the specified application number is not for issuing driving license no need to go for dl test slot booking"
How is that possible
Pls help me with this at the earliest since my learner's license will expire on 25/05/2020

My name is sourabh Kaushik I done my PSV badge class from harbhajan motors and my file no. Is 3171 and I already submitted my file in janak puri authority Delhi. but when I go janak puri authority for enquiry my file is missing from there and they said there not any file of that no.

I applied online for new learner license filling all my details and paying online a sum of rs.950, recipt attached as picture. I needed to edit my address a little bit & upon selecting edit application option it showed error of cannot be edited. Later i tried to cancel my application so that i may apply with a correct fresh details but there is no provision of refund for my amount. My learners license application no. Is [protected]. I needed a minor edit in my my application so as to edit my present address after payment of fees without further proceeding. The website donot allows editing application after payment of license fee nor it refunds online payment if on cancellation of my application submitted.

On the surprise, there is a provision to cancel the application but no refund of payment will be given.

This is stealing public money in one way & violation of consumer protection rights. Please help me refund my hard earned money on cancellation of application after online payment of rs.950

There should have been a provision of refund if there is a provision of cancellation of application. This is a case of exploitation of poor consumer or applicant whose consumer rights are violated and exploited. Please help.
