Dear sir/madam,

I was surprised that i have been fined by e vahan service and in which is not appropriate. Got sms alert reg this by 16.05.2020 @ 11.30am for disobedience of orders of the authorities & pillion rider is not wearing protective headgear.

Above fine is not relevant to me where i am a citizen who is following the rules.

I would like to request to the authorities to drop these charges against me

Please track the status of the driving license.

At my area some two wheelers has expired its validity and releases too much of smoke which was getting illness to people. Please check very strictly and ceage the vehicles. One more point is the traffic police only concentrate on challan. As per RTO act ceage all vehicles which have not validity.

I had applied for driving license, my learner's license has been issued already, while trying to book the slot for driving skill test, it shows "as the specified application number is not for issuing driving license no need to go for dl test slot booking"
How is that possible
Pls help me with this at the earliest since my learner's license will expire on 25/05/2020

My name is sourabh Kaushik I done my PSV badge class from harbhajan motors and my file no. Is 3171 and I already submitted my file in janak puri authority Delhi. but when I go janak puri authority for enquiry my file is missing from there and they said there not any file of that no.

I applied online for new learner license filling all my details and paying online a sum of rs.950, recipt attached as picture. I needed to edit my address a little bit & upon selecting edit application option it showed error of cannot be edited. Later i tried to cancel my application so that i may apply with a correct fresh details but there is no provision of refund for my amount. My learners license application no. Is [protected]. I needed a minor edit in my my application so as to edit my present address after payment of fees without further proceeding. The website donot allows editing application after payment of license fee nor it refunds online payment if on cancellation of my application submitted.

On the surprise, there is a provision to cancel the application but no refund of payment will be given.

This is stealing public money in one way & violation of consumer protection rights. Please help me refund my hard earned money on cancellation of application after online payment of rs.950

There should have been a provision of refund if there is a provision of cancellation of application. This is a case of exploitation of poor consumer or applicant whose consumer rights are violated and exploited. Please help.

My driving license status is pending for last 3 months showing status as approval of additional endorsement at RI counter however, I just submitted the request to issue card instead of booklet DL which I had earlier. My DL is already submitted and completed all the procedures at RTO office. My application number is: [protected]

My self ashok mishra owner of vehicle mh05dh9437, on 30th april 2020 i got a sms from vm-vahaan informing that i over speeded my vehicle on 13th april 2020 at 10:10 near chawla road nr shani mandir chawla to najafgarh, even though i live in badlapur maharashtra and my vehicle haven't a moved a inch it's in my parking garage and i have the building cctv footage to prove it.
I would like to request to the authorities to drop these charges against me

Lockdown hone se main apni bike ka registration nahi kara pa raha hu. Maine ye bike Haryana se purchase ki thi sir main Uttarakhand main rahta hu. Jiska temporary certificate out of date ho gaya hai. To main us bike ka registration kese kara sakta hu junko lockdown chal raha hai kya ishme hume aage kuch time mil sakta hain sir.

The above mentioned challen is eent to me on my number. I own a car of the same numbered car.
Challan has been fined to a bike
Please can you look into the issue and help me to reversethe amount and also check the bike's regeneration is okay.

All process done from my side test also pass but why i have not receive my driving licence if i have not receive my driving licence i am go to consumer court

Rto office ka bade babu (Bechan) bhi mila hai aur humse risvat mang raha hai aur bolta hai ki risvat do tabhi tumhar problem solve karenge.
