I am staying in different district to the district in which I had applied for learning license and when I booked slot for computer test and went for the same to that rto, the rto officer denied to accept my application got test and said you have to go to your district but I had paid total fees and I am unable to change my rto what can I do?.

My name is Shahrukh Ul Haque . I have submitted my all documents and applied for DL in RTO Barpeta (Assam) . It’s approximately 30 days Gone I have Applied for the DL . But can’t complete the challan yet . Many time I have visited the RTO office but they said for many reasons they had stopped the DL challan in offline. So I tried it on Online for many days . But every time it’s shows “ your application is verifiying with bank, to continue please press ok “ but whenever I press ok its shows ( Sarathi /404 XSX: handler reporte ) after then it’s shows ( the page you looking for does not exist) .
I haven’t any problem on that slow And bad system of Indian government office but please don’t harassed us form both side . RTO employers didn’t take our application so seriously they harrased us everytime With a false reason but on the other hand The MBI fined us 10000 for not availing a valid DL .
When we can See the Some good Officers or some good leaders. It’s about 73 years gone we have independent. Now How many times we had to wait for a Good country, for a developed country, for a good social ?

In Guwahati DTO Office Betkuchi, there is official person name Mr. Hara Govinda Bashiya of counter number-55. Who is very stupid n lazy n misguide people who come to his counter for ownership transfer of his vehicle . He ask d documents which is not legally required in ownership transfer . People can do transfer in a single ...Bt in his it requires more than two month . Dis person not interested to do his work ... Almost every one in the knows abt his nature ...even the brokers don't like to go to his counter ...He sud be suspended.Take some legal action as soon as possible . I m d buyer ...in the very first day ...he asked me to bring a affidavit fr the court . Next day when I went with the affidavit den he ask me to send a email ..fr the finance company ...Third day he ask the print out of the email dat which was by the finance company ... Print out is not required bcoz he can check it out in his system !!! I had PAN card of the seller as a ID proof Bt he asked voter ID ...I meet other person's outside his counter they said they r coming fr last two months ..Bt yet there work is not done successfully... So I handover my documents to a broker n my work is done ..in just 2500/- My number-[protected]
