I have applied for learner's license for light motor vehicle and my application number is [protected]
But status shows application is under processing at rto level from more then one month. Plz check my issue. Same thing showing from last 1½ month. Plz suggest me where to go for my driving licence. I have paid all fee online and everything shows successful. But application status is still pending. Plz let me know what can i do.

Hello sir/madam,

I got a message to pay rs.200 as fine/challan (Pnccc[protected]) for not not stopping before stopline.

The challan is incorrect, my vehicle number is mh12 rh 4726 which is royal enfield (Blue) motorcycle wherein the image the challan is for a bike and its number seems to be like mh12 rh 4126 (I assume). It is not very clearly visible in the picture.

Request you to please correct the challan details and direct the challan to correct person.

My husband and myself have submitted applictions for indian driving licences on 11th june 2019. We took our driving tests in margao (Goa) on 7th august 2019 and completed all biometrics etc. At the rto - since then, we have been patiently waiting for our licences to be issued and sent to us but application status for both is still showing "pending" - it has been 6 months, surely they should have been issued by now? Whenever we have gone in to the rto in margao to speak to them, we are told that there is a computer hiccup, they are trying to resolve this, but how long can this take?

Dear sir on 14th jan my vehicle od19j3329 was going to ganjam district of odisha. The ganjam rto was cutting challan for over speed. As per challan the vehicle was running over 65 km.
But in highways the speed limit is 80 km. How this challan was happening. Plz cancelled this challan asap.

I have been going to solar tvs vijanagar branch from past 4 months for my rc book of my vehicle but haven't received it. I demand for it at the counter but they don't respond and say it hasn't been issued by rto they say that a new vehicle can be without rc book for 30 days and still even after 4 months aren't giving me the rc book. Its been more than 45 days now.

Still the process is stuck and i am without driving license.

Approval of endorsement on dl (Pending)

I had appeared online test and passed the test for obtaining learners license (Application number-[protected]) on 7-1-2020 and the person who conducted told me i would receive an message within 3 days but it has been 1 week since i appeared for the test and passed it, kindly look into my request and take necessary actions and provide my learner's license as soon as possible.

I have passed my exam on 12th december as per rules i will get my license within 30 days but still i have not received my driving licence it's almost a month now. Request you to please do the needful on priority basis as this is the basic need now a days.

Hello sir,
I would like to inform you that i have applied for the learner license online and i have paid fees online but when i went for the test they said this is not the right type so change it i have paid additional fee of rupees 300 to do that after that they told me that there are no documents uploaded in your application. Which i did myself and checked it online they are still showing. So the transport authority rejected my form and do not want to listen anything. I have paid total of 500 rupees and wasted my whole day but i did not get my test done. Now i have to reapply for the test. So i want my refund for that application. I will attach the fee receipt for the same with the application form. Please help me to get my money back it is my hard earned money.

I had got my 2 wheeler mh14hn9785 registration number in 15-20 days in may 2019 but i haven't received the smart card yet. I had talked with dealer from whom i had bought vehicle he said he had missed hsrp information, which has updated hsrp status in vaahan but since then it still shows smart card pending and dispatch pending. On 03/01/2020 i made a online payment of 753 rupees for applying new driving license. The money deducted from my bank account but when i verify payment status it's show not paid. I complain in rto they also register a problem and copy my transaction i'd and email delhi nic for resolve of my problem, but still my problem not resolved. I am too much frustrated because of many time i will go rto and loss my important time but got any solution. I complain in bank they say your payment is confirmed but rto says transaction is failed

I purchased yamaha fzs from lahari motors, chandapur, bangalore on 21st may. I didn't get my rc copy printed.
My registration no. Ka51hh 2748. I checked with dealer, he said it is pending from rto. I bought my vehicle in may 2019. Till date i didn't get my rc copy.
Only i have digi locker verified rc. I want to ko sell my bike but without printed copy it is not possible. Please look into this matter.

Still 75000 rupees has been pending, so party has not settling amount or not given to return my vehicle from since 4 years completed, so i have last month 7/12/19 has been. Auto number mh03 cg 5828 driven by a hefty guy in white shirt. No license or id displayed.
I took auto from barbeque nation signal on hill road now at 9.10pm today 10th january 2020 and asked him to take me to vashi via chembur.
I mistook the signal for national college signal on linking road and asked first we will go right??
After 5 minutes i realised he was taking me via wrong route... I asked him where was the road going - had we not crossed khar still as i came by another auto from khar west... He stopped auto beyond st michael church and started arguing that i asked him to take auto from right 😱😱 i again asked where does the road go??? He kept arguing. After asking 2-3 times he finally said road goes to bandstand!!!
I asked why he was taking me to bandstand??? He again said i asked him to take left 😱😱
I told him does bandstand road go to chembur and vashi??? He had no reply. Kept arguing... I said let’s go to police station - he became quiet. Then i gave an option of he leaving me back where he pickled me up!!! He dropped me outside barbeque nation again!!! I was shocked... I was on hill road. I was returning from my doctor and unwell going home by auti to navi mumbai.

Such miscreents must be tackled and can be responsible for attrocities on single women travelling in night alone!!!
