My application number is[protected]. I passed my test on 4th feb 2020 but my learning licence is not issued yet. It's already passed 18 days and the status: "pending at rtoauth1" showing while chacking my application online. I also tried to contact customer care number given on sarthi site but they didn't pick my call. Please solve this issue as soon as possible or suggest me where i can complain for the same

Dear sir,
As nowadays for registration, fitness renewal, authorisation letter, paying tax everything can be made online., so i was trying to do that, but still when i went to vashi rto for certificate and further forwarding they took very high charges and also the executive person said for forwarding the file ahead, the person incharge mr. Shendge need some money to be paid.
So what is the use of the online and also i wasted so many days as my work was stopped because of the delay in the paper.

From december 2019 to february 2020 my paper work was going on.
I kindly request you to look for the same, so that in future people like me won't face such kind of troubles...

Hi my name is kamal raj, I bought a car in 2015 and that was 2hnd, since 2015 I have been using that car .i registered that car on my name and there was no issue at all By the time I lost my Rc .
when I reached mall road rto staff told me that I cannot retrive copy of my Rc becoz they have issued my NOC somewhere in Punjab and when I asked for documents they strt make unnecessary excuse and how it’s possible if Car is registered on my name someone else get the NOC without my authority or any legal procedure. I have informed in police station too but nothing has been come out it’s been 3 yr nw I’m waiting for my Rc

My learning license was rto, jhansi in july, 2019. I couldn't convert it to permanent license by mistake i missed last date of conversion which was 4th janruary 2020. Then i came to know that i don't need to do whole process again just need to submit old learning license and form1 again. So i same process and made payment again as instruction were mentioned. After that it's suppose to take 1 week to re-issue new learner license.

Had applied hypothecation termination application in jajpur rto on 13.11.2019. My vechecial no. Is od 34d 9574. After several follow up with rto department they did not reply.
My original rc is deposited with my application form kindly do something for processing my application and re-issue my rc as soon as possible.

R. T. O thoubal, manipur. Thoubal district transportation has neglected enough in their duty, they kept me pending just for printing my driving license smart card for which my driving license was already approved on september 2019, and i am still not able to get the smartcard in february 2020.
Pliz r. T. O pliz look into pending duties of r. T. O thoubal we customer are facing a huge problem. We come everyday, and stand in queue for more than 4months still not able to get to print smartcard. Pliz hi through their negligence

I have applied for learning licence (Mcwog) on 18/10/2019. I have book appointment for ll test by online system wrobgle book at wiaa location, which was not cover my residence area rto. Wiaa office didn't allow for ll test and my area rto wants to change rto location, i have tried to change, but system refuse to change location and fees transfer to our area rto office. I have visited concern person of three rto (1) rto ahmedabad (2) rto wiaa (3) rto vastral they unable to change location due to system not supported. I have suffering from last six months, nobody resolve my problem.

I need your help to change my application & fees transfer to my area arto ahmedabad east, vastral road, ahmedabad -382418.

I hope & waiting proper solution.

I applied for 4 wheele on[protected] r learning license of two of my family members. Their learning license had expired. I followed all the procedures and even did the payment. I went to rto and they told me that the procedure through which i have applied is invalid and you need to do it all over again and refund will not be given. I want my refund.

I am mr. Mandev singh, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is [[[protected]]] at bareilly rto, uttar pradesh
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 17 jan 2020.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application[[protected]]

My learning licence no. Is dl2/0002730/2019 and application no. Is [protected]. I am not able to book a slot for driving test. When i apply i get a message that ‘ dl application number is not available for the ll no. ‘ please help me for the same, to how to apply for the driving test. My learner’s licence will get expired by march 3 kindly help me as early as possible

I have filled driving license farm online my application number is 81082620. And i have submitted all document related to this application in rto office yavatmal before 15 days stil rto office did not process my application so plz register my complaint and process my application if any document needed rto office did not tell about that i have completed all process.

This person preetam surve of dahisar east near gav devi temple. Called himself rto agent and that he deals in renewals of rto thane also. I gave him renewal work for my commercial car. Documents to be renewed were authorization & fitness. Which was supposed to happen in max 1 weeks time. He stopped responding after a week and later usually number was blocked. I kept on requesting him to return my money. Out of 3500 he only returned 1500 after i gave threat to visit police station for fraud complaint. But he vanished after that. Maybe he is doing this with many others and this is so foolish to appoint an rto agent who runs away with all the money and also not scared of police complaint.
Few days ago i filed an online information complaint about a fraudster who collected money from me in the name of rto paper renewals and absconded while using fees for personal use.

I also made online complaint as follows and yet no action was taken.

He has simply ruled out any obligation by just taking my money and keeping it without any worries or concerns which is basically very concerning to me as a citizen.

Since i got no call or update regarding this complaint. Am i missing any steps to be followed. Please guide me with steps ahead.

Hi, my vehicle number mh14hn9785 i had bought new access scooter from showroom on april 24 2019. I have not received the rc smart card. When i asked the showroom person they said they had missed the hsrp now they have said they have submitted it. But it's been more than 1 month after that i am yet to receive rc smart card. I visited rto pimpri also, they said to wait for another 20 days that have still passed and i am yet to receive my rc...

This happened yesterday (14-feb-2020) at whitefield, bangalore right in front of broadcom office which is near big bazaar signal at around 4.30pm.
I left from my office which is near vydehi hospital for home. Near broadcom office there was traffic as 4 lanes were merging to 2 lanes.
I had seen that the tempo traveller bearing number ka 41b 8853 was little behind so i was joining his lane as there was lot of space between his vehicle and the vehicle ahead of him. I almost joined the lane when he starting honking horn and crashed my vehicle from back left side which gave a good scratch on my door removing color.
We stopped at side and tempo traveller driver started arguing that i did not see and came inbetween.
When i said it was not my fault, he threatened to beat me. I became scared so i told him i am leaving.
I would request you to kindly take action against that driver.

I ansh sharma, has applied for the driving license in kharar rto, punjab. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl.. The counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto sid. Sir i am providing you the application number[protected] and do the needful.

I got my leaner licence on 24 january 2020, and i started booking the appointment for driving skill test on that day itself but i am not getting any free slot. Its been 20 days but everyday i get same message "slots are not available for next 60 days". If this continues than i wont get the appointment and my ll expiry date will be over. Please help.
