This complaint is regarding wrongly administered challan system.
Actually, on dated 19 march 2020 my vehicle (Maruti swift car) just got slightly wrong parked. For half an hour..
In this time interval.. Traffic police fired same challan, same charges twice.. Just fir single mistake. (Time of challans:- 17:57:52 (1000 â‚¹) & 18:24:56 (500â‚¹)
My humble request is to please..
Kindly refund my wrongly charged money.ðŸ™

. It is already 2and half month still not received dl.
Online status on www.parivahan.gov.in shows printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) print
And
Pplication processing stage-dispatch of the dl and psv badge

How long it takes to dispatch, it's already 65 days.

Wiaa Ahmedabad has very unprofessional and very rude staff, they dont know how to guide people in polite manner, they should definitely work on their attitude towards normal people.From receptionist to officers every body talks in a same rude manner.

I passed learning licence and date of expiry is 23 march 2020 but from about 1 week i am proceeding for further procedure no slots are available for me, not declining fact that my learning is not expired yet. My application no. Is [protected]. When i checked the slots for driving skill test then they were available and after i paid rs. 777.80 (766 + 11.80 for tax and all) they were all booked. The sad thing is that you can't book the slots until you have paid. Now i can't proceed with my permanent driving license process so please me out of it. I want the refund. Kindly look into my request as soon as possible and provide me my refund. Looking forward to it.

I have online registered for editing the details in learner's licence on 16th february via sarathi. Parivahan.gov. But it has not been processed since then. I have not received any message regarding it. I was informed that i don't have to visit the rto for this purpose. Today it is 19th march. My learning license will expire in may. I have given my test on 4th of Feb and it was locked in the system that i have been passed test for both lmv and 2 wheeler on 6th feb 2020 but even after 1 month it is still pending for approval, scrutiny and dispatch which is very inefficiency on working ethics

I'm writing here for the inconvenience caused due to the lazyness/mistake of the resource who uploaded my dl details online. Please see the copy of my old dl where dob is correct i. E.[protected] but in online dl details it's showing[protected]. Also there is no option on the online site for the correction of the same, however there is options for the name, address and other corrections. So please get this corrected and take appropriate action to avoid such mistakes which casue inconvenience to the dl holders.

But as soon i contacted with my rto rll palampur they refused to accept my request. They are not listening to me and arguing for my age. I request concerned authorities. I visited noida rto and was lured by kuldeep nagar ([protected]) on 1-feb-2020 for re-registration of my scooty that was transferred from goa to noida. He asked for a 2000 rs. Commission fee and asked me to pay inr 16, 650 citing that for rest amount he will share bills. He also took 6000 rs. For getting my wife's driving license. Till date, he has not shared the receipts and not made the dl. He is not picking up the calls and not responding to messages.

I want a refund of my money.

Updated by drjvrma Update: I approached the Sector 24 police station with another victim (who approached me after seeing similar complaint on consumer forum). I submitted a written complaint and insisted that police helped me. Police tried to shoo us off stating random reasons at first. But when we persisted, one of the police officers called Kuldeep and asked him to come to Police station. He gave a fake reason that he's out of town and agreed to come after two days. Just after five minutes, we both (me and the other victim) got calls from Kuldeep where he negotiated and finally transferred the pending money on the same day itself.

Hence, POLICE IS THE ONLY SOLUTION. Kuldeep Nagar is highly scared of the police.

I also urge other victims to share a strong review (or like my review) that I've put up on google maps for Noida RTO location - so that other people can be saved from this fraud person.

I was in my bike about at 9.30 pm and i was going from the service lane and the driver of the car mg hector with registration number mp 20 cj 5607 in vijay nagar service lane jabalpur, the driver was fully drunk and he rashed into my bike and abused me and even threatened me to kill me. He was drunken and his owner was also drunk and in that condition also they were driving their car in a service lane, even he rashed into 4 more bikes and they didnt tackle witn him as he was fully drunk even he was carrying a pistol through which he threatend me to go away as fast as i can. He pointed a pistol on me and said that he will kill me and my family if i said any other word to him
