The payment of rs.400/- was to rto, nagpur via online portal of parivahan. The receipt no. Mh191107c0585281 for which application no. Mh191107v8496862 dated 7-nov-2019 for vehicle reg no. Mh31ex8322
Actually this application was cancelled vide no. Mh191107v8496862 dated 14/11/2019 09:53:31.
The form dt was submitted for refund of rs.400/- on 14-nov-2019 vide aavak/javak no.6335 dated 14-11-19.
But till date i have not received the refund of rs.400/-. You are requested to look into the matter and give me justice please.

I have applied for ll and made the payment of rs. 900. When i went for ll test at iti - kalyanpur camp, they said the internet is not working because the cables are cut due to road construction. They don't even know when it will be working properly. My application number is[protected]. Technically i didn't use any service and i canceled my application but there's no refund. Very disappointing. Government is just looting us openly.

My driving licence for lmv is not approved yet by rto kharar...kindly tell me when its going to get approved...my application no. is[protected]...passed the driving skills test...when i am getting the driving licence number.

Hi,

I am unable to book a DL slot using parivahan (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots4/dldetsubmit.do). I am getting a error message as "DL Application Number is not available for the LL No GJ09/xxxxxxx/2019". Please let me know why i am getting this issue i got LL issued on[protected].

Note: I have not provided the actual LL no here as this is a public forum.

Please resolve this ASAP.

Hi, my father in law has a volkswagen india pvt ltd / polo 1.2 mpi highline. The current insurance is valid from[protected] till[protected].

However the when i checked in rto rc check status it is mentioned, policy is covered till only[protected].

Hello,

I have passed all the exams and the application status shows on parivahan.gov.in that all the actions have been "completed" but the following three actions are pending at the rto level:

1) approval of dl
2) printing of the dl in form 7 (Smart card)
3) dispatch of the dl and psv badge

Driving license test was done on 19th december, 2019.

I brought hero pleasure in roorkee, haridwar uttarakhand in 2007 and after transfer i have come dehradun. I have been deposited rc transfer fee but my rc data not showing on mparivahan app (Government portal app).

It is showing "registration no. Does not exist!!! Please check the number."

So please update my data in rto. And mprivahan app. I request to you. I hope my data show on line soon.

Hi,
I gave a permanent driving license test on 10/01/2020. I successfully passed the exam and the officer took my learning license along with dl forms. but sill my exam result is not updated. and after than when I called them they said you never submitted your form. they don't give any form submission receipt so I don't have any proof of form submission.

After 58 days (Till 27-jan-2020), the status showing has "application is under processing at rto level".

Visited to rto also for enquiry, but no one said the proper information about my application. They said after 30 to 40 days it will done after test. But in my case even after 58 days also still i did not get proper answer.

The application is at dl final stage and the customer care mail telling me to book slot for ll skill test which was completed almost 70 days back only.

This is to inform you that I have applied for driving license and passed both the Learners online test as well as Driving test. The status is still pending on all the steps. My application no.[protected], i have completed the driving test, its been now more than a month and i have not recieved my driving license. Reference: (Learner license no. I have cleared my car loan & given loan clearance or hypothecation letter to rto 3 months back. Also i visited rto, 3 times to collect my rc but rto staff says, process is completed, but file & my rc is missing. Such a careless workers in mangalorr rto & they are wasting our times when we visit rto. No systematic procedures, rude behaviour. Plz setup online website this, instead of visiting or waiting rto office staffs everytime for our own documents. This is really frustrating.

Nov 2019 renewal application of driving license to rto's office kasturinagar, bengaluru - not sent for three months.

I have repeatedly been requesting for sending me my renewed driving license mh01 [protected] for which i had visited your office in nov 2019 to provide my biometrics, and was assured that it would be sent by courier in two or three weeks. From your website, i noted that the license has been renewed on jan 04, 2020, but so far it has not reached me. To my phone calls i was asked to send details by whatsapp, which i have done several times, but no success, but which remain unanswered. Please do the needful urgently and also send me the postal despatch details so that i may request them. Alternately, please send me a duplicate driving license immediately at no cost since the failure is by your office. Please reply urgently since i need my d/l. Thanks.

Dear sir,

I am waiting in bangla (Basvakalyan, karnataka) bus stop from last 2 hours agents are not allowing me to enter any bus, they are asking for more money then ticket rates. Bus people are asking 700 and they are asking 900 and also charging commission from bus drivers as everyone can notice this. Last bus kinner (Side person with driver) asked me to talk to agents standing on roads.
They start fighting if we talk directly to bus driver or kinner
Please help people travelling from this stops.

Dear team i own a honda unicorn 150cc bike.since many days i am unable to remove its PUC online from all the centers.Tried visiting all the puc centre who does it online in various places also the one which are located outside petrol pumps.Error shows as the vehicle is registered in more than one rto.i have new insurance updated but dont have a new puc. kindly help as it is very important document

Mene kai baar try kiya rto officer ap ko response acha diya bina kuch bhi bhul nikal ke apko exapt nai karta jase ap agent se kaam kara lo or unko bhi kuch mile. Mene unke 1 agent ko 6 month se line doccumentation or paisa diya is ne na licence nikal or paisa mang ta hai

Look at this matter seriously i sell the my swift car 2014 model hr08s 2600 to my friend mr. Parveen kumar s/o maya ram vpo. Gangateri karnal than he did not give me purchase balance 150000/- rupees than he give me noc or form no 35 i told mr parveen kumar give me my amount balance than told me after registration of the vehicle. And i tell you mr parveen kumar i have not all of this without my balance than he told me without you i have registration of your vehicle in my hand and power of any others

Please look at this matter and stop the registration of my vehicle without my signature and document
