Hi,

I applied for the change of name on my Driving License on 25 January 2023 and it's being 4 months now, I have not received my license yet. My online application status is still showing "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL".

Please help me in this regards.

      Hello,
      I am Shyam, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV, LDRXCV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Gonda UP, I passed the test on 03/05/20323, It's been 16 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

      There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

          So I Applied for LL Online and I've done everything by required documents uploading on that. And after watching the tutorial video i didn't received the password and my application is under scrutiny for past few days and i already paid the fees and all.

                  My name is Nazmul Islam Mondal, I have applied for learner license and paid the fees for Online Learner License Test through e-KYC (Aadhar authentication ) . My application number is [protected] and my date of birth is[protected]
                  I had booked my slot for online learner license test on[protected] but I never received ID and password for online learner license test though I have completed all the criteria .
                  I raised grievance, compliant id 497492 but till now it is opened and no response .

                  Now I have booked a new slot for my learner license online exam on[protected] but still no id and password received from RTO .

                  While I am searching with application number it is showing that, application completed through online no contact service and no need to visit RTO, and on the other hand no password shared .

                  Please help me to get ID and password so that I can go through the exam .

                      I filled the application for learning licence on[protected]. All the procedure is completed and the fee is paid but the approval of LL by Licensing authority and printing is still pending since then. It has been a month and there is no update.
