I, Kalpesh Sarode, passed my driving license test at RTO Malegaon (MH41) on[protected], but even after several months, the status is still stuck at:

Printing of DL in Form 7 – Pending

Dispatch of DL – Pending

I have followed up multiple times, but the office keeps giving vague and unacceptable reasons. This delay is causing serious inconvenience. I request immediate action and resolution.

I am writing to bring to your attention that my learner’s licence application has been pending approval for more than 22 days, despite having successfully passed the learner’s licence test.

As per the usual process, the approval is expected within a few days post completion of the test. However, despite repeated checks, my application status continues to show as "pending for approval." This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and affecting my further plans for obtaining a permanent driving licence.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and expedite the approval process at the earliest. I would appreciate a confirmation or an update on the status of my application.

It's been More than 15 days since i applied for new learning License But still its showing Pending, I passed exam in first attempt on May 2nd, 2025.

I emailed To RTO regarding issue but no response from them yet. I Filled Grievance, still no response, I tried to contact them, but they told me to visit RTO office is it fair that RTO says all the process is online still Asked for to visit RTO office with document.

It's been a month since I applied for learner license and the documents is under SCRUTINY- (verification of proof documents)

I completed all the submission of documents and payment of fees on 29 May 2025. And after so many days I still have to wait for verification of my documents are still pending. This is a common practice used by RTO offices to make applicants get eager and visit the office. And that's when the real loop starts. The person who has the power to stop the application asks for bribe from the applicant in return to pass his application . My RTO office falls under PB65(S.A.S. Nagar).

I request you to do enquire this and check on pending duration of applications.
PLEASE HELP .

My learner's license application number is [protected]. I had applied from pune on 30 april 2025. Its been more than a month and still the status is approval is pending. I have submitted all the documents, payment is complete, and LL test hs been given still then since a month the status is same.
I have tried reaching out to helpline number but there is no response at all, I even tried reaching out to RTO office but there is no one to address my concerns.
Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

My application for learners licence has not been processed.
The form and application was submitted on 14 april 2025.
Still no proceedings have been made.

I applied for Learner's licence on 15.02.25 through official website. I passed the required online test for learner's licence and completed online ekyc process using aadhaar authentication. I also paid required fees online. I checked the application status many times and every time it shows, "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY IS PENDING". My application number is[protected]. Today is 21.04.25 and more than two months have passed. I request you to approve my learner's licence so that I can apply for driving licence.
