I am Jyoti, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under RTO, PUNE (MH12), I passed the test on 19/04/2025, It has been 25 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still in 'Printing Pending' status

I completed all the submission of documents and payment of fees on 29 May 2025. And after so many days I still have to wait for verification of my documents are still pending. This is a common practice used by RTO offices to make applicants get eager and visit the office. And that's when the real loop starts. The person who has the power to stop the application asks for bribe from the applicant in return to pass his application . My RTO office falls under PB65(S.A.S. Nagar).

I request you to do enquire this and check on pending duration of applications.
PLEASE HELP .

My learner's license application number is [protected]. I had applied from pune on 30 april 2025. Its been more than a month and still the status is approval is pending. I have submitted all the documents, payment is complete, and LL test hs been given still then since a month the status is same.
I have tried reaching out to helpline number but there is no response at all, I even tried reaching out to RTO office but there is no one to address my concerns.
Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

I am Ravindra Chavan, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO PUNE - MH12 Maharashtra, I passed the test on 29/03/2025, It's been 25 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

I Visited the concerned RTO 2 times, but no one is guiding me properly to resolve the same.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

I applied for Learner's licence on 15.02.25 through official website. I passed the required online test for learner's licence and completed online ekyc process using aadhaar authentication. I also paid required fees online. I checked the application status many times and every time it shows, "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY IS PENDING". My application number is[protected]. Today is 21.04.25 and more than two months have passed. I request you to approve my learner's licence so that I can apply for driving licence.
