I had applied for dl from varanasi rto office. But i have received dl of another person.
None of the rto helplines are working and there is also no help from rto office.
Kindly deliver my dl to my address as soon as possible
I will not again go to the rto office for any kind of verification nor i will give any type of fees.
It is the mistake of your department so look into it now without any delay.

It is to inform you that i have reached dto aurangabad (Bihar) for 4- wheeler dl driving test bu the were said that you to carry your own vehicle to give the test. And arguing very rude, which is not acceptable in any case to talk like that to citizen of india.

Now i have few question which need to answer:
Q.1 if vehicle were not provide for driving test then for what purpose you have charge for rs.2350 kindly brief.

The gujarat government has said that the rto is supposed to be giving a duplicate license without the applicant visiting the rto. However, i have applied for a duplicate license on the 15th december 2019 and it is still processing and the status is showing as under scrutiny. After mailing the concerned authorities they are asking me to visit the rto with the documents. This is falsification of a clause where it is mentioned before that one does not even need to visit the rto

Dear sir,

I have booked a ticket for 26 dec journey of rs. 1710 from bhilwara to pune on 25 dec 2019 but due to some urgency i have cancelled this on 26th 6-7 hours before, they refunded me 180 rs back only. Is this reasonable sir. Just 180 rs from 1710 rs??
No policy is allow us to show, no particular no. To contact this is fraud app
Pls ask this gujrat travels to stay consumers away from this type unreasonable and fraud money makers

Hi,

I have lost my driving license and hence have submitted an application for issue of duplicate license. I have submitted all the required documents for the application including fir report, signed application forms and address proof etc. I have visited the rto office as well and submitted the hard copies of all the documents. They were approved by the inspector in charge and the application is now under rto level. The status has been like this for over a month now. Please can someone help here so that i get my license. The application number is [protected] and is submitted to dto assam, kamrup. The scrutiny for the application was completed on 4/12/2019.

I was at borivali station when a rickshaw wala stopped by. He made me sit and then said traffic bohot hai madam, 40rs hoyega (whereas it's 18Rs normally). When i denied to pay the extra amount, he said nai jayega main utar jao aap. He fought with me a lot and i had to get down the rickshaw. Request you to please investigate him and cancel his licence.

This happened on 2 December at 8.10pm outside borivali East Station.

I applied for the NOC for my bike in Yelahanka RTO Office Bangalore. I submitted all the required document with the original RC card, I submitted all the documents including postal envelope with stamp and my address to one lady and she tole me with in 15 days i will get the NOC with Original RC card on my Greater Noida address. she gave me one Slip.

Now I moved to Greater Noida and i didn't my RC card. I called to Yelahanka RTO office many times to trace the RC but every time they are rude and saying call after 2 days. I didn't get any information from them so i'm raising this request to trace my original RC.

The auto driver was asking 10 rs more than every other passenger sitting in the auto for the same drop point. When I asked the reason he said " Madamji aapka itna hi lagega..nahi jana hai to utarjao".

The auto no is UP 16 CT 9425.

Kindly take some prompt and strict actions against such drivers for better transportation.
It's a humble request as it is an insult for passengers to bear such humiliation esp when you are a female.

Dear sir, my name is nagesh, i purchased a second bike in a auction conducted by vipra vividoddesha souhardha sahakarini, thirthahalli, shimoga di. I paid full amount. But the document is not transferd to me. I even paid the insurence amount in the same owner name. The mediator is saying the the rto of shimoga is not sighning to the document. Its been a year still i am not getting my document. Please help me to get my rc.

Today I've attended the DL test for both two wheeler and four wheeler and cleared four wheeler test but couldn't clear two wheeler at ullal rto office Bangalore. But the RTO officer was not ready to allow for four wheeler test and later screamed at us. Even though i have completed the ride successfully he wrote failed in the form. Does it make any sense if that's the rule?
Kindly clarify and take some action.

This is third time contacting regional office and RTO customer care still there is no proper solution, I contacted RtO office but they are not possible to unlock slot, then what is the solution ?

I have made payment for my vehicle number OD 12D 3554. But still I didn't get number . After enquiry got to know that my payment receipt was invalid due to the date of my receipt was valid for one month only. Now again I made payment and make a new receipt . Now I want to get the refund against my previous receipt.

I berzin Marolia had file for transfer of ownership for my vehicle in Mumbai tardeo rto on Nov 26 2019 n rto officers tell me it is dispatched on 7th dec 2019 and still till date I have not got my rc nor post office of my area or post office which rto officers tell me to go have any idea or cant tell me anything as the rto officer dont have transfer Id n secondly my servant stays at home 24/7 so there is no chance that postman to return and I have not received any SMS from the rto that my rc card was dispatched please help me out as I cant understand what to do and where to go as rto says we dont have it n post offices says we say we will give a transfer Id even if we work with government body

I have provided all the documents on december 4, 2019 for renewal of license. Application number is [protected]. The status in parivahan states that printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on december 19, 2019 and it also reads as dispatch of the dl and psv badge.

Further not able to reach out to the customer care (No one picks up the call). Its been 27 days till now and yet to received the license. Appreciate your help.

I called on +[protected] number which is given on the google for rto office, pune to register a complaint against puc centre for charging extra money.

When i called that person named as "ritesh" asked me to pay rs. 5 through google pay for registering a complaint which is truly a fraud. Also on checking in google this number is registered on the name of sagir khan and on trucaller it is registered as "fraud rto".

Please take action against such fraudulent.

The fare for an auto ride on a sharing basis from the West side of Kalyan station to Chetna English High School in Kalyan East is declared to be Rs 17. On the evening of 30th December 2019, I and my friend were asked to get in only if we were ready to pay 20 instead of 17. The fare was recently increased from 14 to 17 on the account of the traffic delays caused due to the construction going on at Patri Pul. This problem had arisen back then before the increase of fare and we were forced to pay 20 if we wanted a ride. And for no apparent reason, we were asked for Rs 20 on the night of 30th December. This has literally gotten down to a situation of harassment. When asked about the increase in fare they reply with rude comments and provide no genuine reason. They try to ward it off saying it's just a small amount but this has gone on long enough. I hope you see to it that the rickshaw drivers follow the rules that are made to protect the people as well as them. If no action is seemed to be taken I and other people frustrated with the same will be taking the appeal to higher authorities. It's not as much a threat as much as it's the frustration talking. It's gone on long enough.

What i do please suggest?

I have applied for DL and paid the required amountof 1000 through sarthi service online ..They are now demanding Rs. 600 as a retest fee but I havent given the DL test yet..and there is no mention about this slot booking fee or extra charges anywhere on website..It is only given that I have to pay fee for retest in case I fail in any othe the test..which is not the case here.
