I am trying to book my dl skill test slot from last 10 days but one error message is coming that fees/payment not done. But on 09/12/2019 already i have raised my application along with payments. Also i have the printout of payment details.in portal also fees/payment showing as paid. Really i am unable to get the solution. Kindly help me out.     On 23rd september i gave dl test by driving 4 wheeler. From that day the status is showing as pending dl test result.

    In october, i went to rto and asked most of the official personnel but they only did is redirection. No answer or proper answer.

    Dhanush driving school didn't help me at all after every day call and message. They got the money and forgot.

    How to get my dl?

    Signing with them is just plain harrassment. Thousands time i called them and their boss but no one responded.

    Every time they will ask me to call back after 30 minutes and then they will not pick my call.

    I saved all call logs and the payment receipts where i have paid them 8000/- plus challan fees.

    No result. Plain torture and i cannot drive my car from October till now after taking it. I am just paying loan EMI.

    I suggest strongly, not to go with this driving school.

    Can you let me know if I can give a formal police complaint? One of my friend is SP in biyapanahalli police station and he asked me to come and give a written complaint.

      Dear sir
      I did a transaction with rto through sbi net banking during the transaction was fail but now not proceed the transaction & message show
      "payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office" dl application no: [protected], date of birth : 21/03/1982

      Please resolve my above problem

        I just turn to wrong side due to i dont know the road has one way. I also told that police purson that i dont know that is road is one ways also some riksha was passing from that road way from few meter from me.
        For this they have fined rs.1k charge for me and also they collected my license.
        I have told them that i dont know this road and i am new to this road but still they have charged fine.
        I think they are misusing the power they have.

          My application no. Is [protected], my application date was 03/12/2019 and rto name: rto, yelahanka bengaluru. This was for an duplicate driving license copy, as i have lost my original one. I have followed all the online application processes and went to rto office to submit the mandatory documents and completed all the process pending by me. From long its still still stuck in the stage of "approval of endorsements on dl". It has been more than 10 days from the date of application and still the stage of "approval of endorsements on dl" is showing pending.
          Please action and revert back with some confirmation.

                Respected sir/ madam,

                On 03/12/2019 i gave test for permanent driving licence test and i have successfully passed the exam at l. A. Kharagpur, but till now its showing pending status for printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. Nic. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 05/12/2019. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

                  My Vehicle Number is MH12LE1749 (Royal Enfield Classic 500 Desert Storm) I have registered this vehicle in 2014. I received a notice from RTO for driving vehicle without helmet. When i cross checked the image from website i found different vehicle with same number plate (access). Can same number be allotted to two different vehicles? I have my vehicle's documents with me. Request you to please check the pictures attached. The picture of RC Book is my vehicle's original proof of ownership and the other picture with two people is which i received in the E-Challan RTO Penalty.

                    I have given the trial for getting driving license on 21/08/2019. They have given me the deadline for getting my license after 1.5 months. But still i havent got my license and more surprisingly it is last month of the year and 4 months have been gone and whenever i go and ask for my license, they always tell me to come in the next month. It is very wrong and hope this problem will be solved soon. My application number is [protected].

                      Dear sir,

                      This is to bring you aware about the wrong e-challans issued on vehicle no. Wb15c7746.
                      All the fake challans are issuing by rto gaya.
                      These are the few challans snap shots which i am attaching with the mail on that you can see that the false challan issued on my vehicle wb15c 7746.
                      I strongly defend myself as you can see the online fast-tag payment receipt copy where you will find that on that particular date my vehicle was at up and how it is possible that vehicle is violating any rules at bihar.
                      Where my vehicle loaded on 15/11/2019 from up border through inland world logistcs pvt. Ltd.
                      But challan issued on 17th nov 2019.
                      And where the online fast-tag states that the vehicle was in up on that day.
                      Herewith i am attaching transporter builty copy, online fast tag payment receipt.

                      And to prove that these are all fake issued challan on my vehicle wb15c7746.
                      Another one challan issued on my vehicle was on 15/11/2019 of rs.57000 and showing that it is paid by cash on road.
                      How is it possible and who will pay that much amount on road.
                      Need to check and cancel all the fake challans on the name of wb15c7746

                      Please do take serious action to stop this corruption.

                          I was travelling from thakur complex kandivali east to kes college kandivali west. When i reached thakur house, i noticed that this rikshaw's meter was showing rs. 39 whereas, when i travel everyday, it shows rs. 33. I asked him about it and he sai it is because his rikshaw has become older and that's why it's showing larger amount. When we reached kes college, the meter was showing rs. 60 whereas, everyday it shows rs. 50. There was no traffic nor we were stuck at any traffic signal as it was 7 in the morning. And when we reached he started arguing and misbehaving. I kindly request you to please look into this issue. The auto rikshaw number is mh. 47. C 4937.

                            1) on 16.12.19 Exam of LLD the server went down in afternoon and we all had to return waisting our time, money, energy.
                            2) Online for health certificate please write clearly Certified MBBS Doctor instead of qualified physician to avoid unnecessary confusion of customers.
                            3) Make online driving licence application process exactly as passport application process.
                            4) presently online process doesn't provide enough space to write my middle name like "Kumar Singh" due to space constraints.

                            I came to Kalyan RTO get submit NOC form at 10:00 am on 21/12/2019. No one is there at the window no 5.I was waiting since last 2 hours but no one is there at window no 5. I want to have a serious action against this irresponsible government employees.

                                Hi, i bought an used car and the dealer has submitted the name transfer request (Ka03 rto). I'm living in a rented house so i gave my own id proofs for name and dob. Also, i have submitted the rental agreement for address proof.

                                Now the issue is insted of registering car on my name, rto person has registed my car on the name which is there in the rental agreement by mistake. I have informed this to dealer from whom i purchased the car and they submitted an application for name correction. But it's been around six months i didn't get any update or the name correction is not done. Because of this i'm facing so many traffic issue and not able to register for fasttag also.

                                Please help.

                                  Till today 17 dec 2019, it is hanging in stage that "allotment information unavailable".

                                    I'm writing this complaint regarding gramin sewa delhi (Govindpuri - okhla phase1, 2). Public are complaining in aggressively for gramin sewa from govindpuri metro station to okhla but there's no response. Drivers are carrying public in a bulk.
                                    In a capacity of 10 people they are forcefully carrying 20 people.
                                    Apart from that they abuse public to adjust forcefully.
                                    It's a very important route as okhla is a industrial area. Therefore drivers are taking advantage of the situation.
                                    However no traffic police officer is there to look into situation.
                                    Hope u"ll look into this matter & respond asap.

                                      I parked my bike in no parking and i agree to pay fine but rto hawaldar fine me twice that 200 for no parking and 200 for towing

                                      But towing is not happen in my case, i stand near to my bike and ready to no parking fine

                                      But i dont know why that hawaladar was fine me towing charge.

                                      That was extra bothered fine on me please do the needful

                                        I've given test on 16, august, 2019 and cleared it on 16/10/19. My dl is approved but status shows" printing of dl on form 7 (Smart card), under process at rto level on counter rtoauth1 which usually takes 15 days and it's been more than 2 months. As i live out of town it is very difficult for me to visit rto office regularly.
