I had applied for driving licence and had passed driving licence test on 04.10.2019 at DyRTO Akola.
But till date I had not got driving licence.
On sarathi site it shows that Licence on printing desk.
My application number is [protected] at DyRTO, Akola
When asked at DyRTO Akola they told that my application is missing and not on printing desk.
Please resolve the issue.

    सारी इनफार्मेशन सही भरी बाद में में फ़ीस का पेटेंट rs 350 का एक egras पर इ-चलान भी काटा हे उसकी कॉपी भी हे मेरे पास पर from में फीस पेंडिंग ही बता रही मेरे एकाउंटेंट में पैसे भी काट गए हे sarthi. Nic.in वालो से बात भी पर उन्होंने भी यहीं कहा की आपका फीस pending हे। मैने सारथि वालो को मेल भी किया पर कोई काम नहीं हुआ

      I would like to bring to your notice harassing nature of traffic police on nh04. These traffic officer are standing just after the toll naka and stop every vehicle and demand to check vehicle documents along with the driving licence

      This particular incident happened to me twice both during onward and return journey. During onward journey, they stopped to checked documents like valid vehicle insurance, puc certification, rc book and dl. After showing them they allowed me to go. However the same thing happened during my return journey. This time, they checked the same documents and when all docs were fine, the office told me that your car has a tinted glass with non permissible visibility limit. I enquired about accepted vlts level, which he claimed should be 70%. However when i told him 70% is for front and back wind shields and 50% is for other windows according to the rules. The officer did not agree and started to claim that this is what is being told to him. I showed him the rto link also, but he was reluctant to listen. And has sent me the echallan which asks me to pay the fine. I do not agree with this wrong fine and want you to help me in this matter

          Sir, yesterday at gulbarga rt eranna inspector inspected my hgv vehicle no bearing ka 36 b 7822, having overload of 1830 mt. The rt authorities charged a sum of rs 9000/- for the cause. Although all the documents submitted by the driver the rt
          Authorities demanded a sum of rs 3100/
          Extra saying rs 500/-mamul for each document. (Rc, ins, permit, dl etc).

              One car has blocked the way for my car aswell as others car. This guy ruthlessly has parked his car in middle of the road. Also here severe metro work is going on still this guy has guts to do so! This car is located near mcdonalds next to shopperstop chembur or tilaknagar branch whatever it is said! Please take a strict action againts this car and the owner so that no one else has to suffer! Its 30mins and no one has come yet resulting in traffic jam as well as my car is stuck.                 I have purchased a new hyundai venue on 5th october 2019 in bangalore, and after over 2 months i have still not recieved my rc book / smart card. I have been repeatedly following up with blue hyundai, bangalore for my smart card but the company says it is the fault of the rto and only the rto is responsible for the delay. Please help me out with this.

                  In rto boudh, odisha, india, we are giving the test amount online but at the center they will charge extra amount for driving the vichile and the officer named like mahakud babu is for document verification he is using slangs and miss behaving to the public and i stopped him for doing these kind of things thats why he told someone to failed me in driving test and i am failed please help me to get out of this

                          I have been asking time and again for the documents, but everytime they say it will take time. I would have to face unnecessary trouble from traffic department on account of no document.

                            The officer on duty did not turn up on time on 09/12/2019. There was no officer available on the desk for four hours in the afternoon. The person incharge for conducting driving test in rto (Thane) went for lunch at 12:45 and did not turn up till 4:00 pm. No appropriate guidance was given by the other available staff in the office and were misbehaving and using abusive language when asked about the officer's availability for the test. When the officer turned up for the test, no proper instructions were given for the test and concluded the test as fail for not following the instructions which were then conveyed later on after the completion of the test (The instruction being "use of hand for indicating for taking the turn while making the figure of 8 with the turns taken" even when the indicators of the two wheeler were used)

                                  I have submitted my application for renewal of driving license on 14th november 2019. On 19th november 2019 payment was received and driving license got approval on 27th november 2019. Upon checking the site today on 10/12/2019 the status still shows as printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) which is pending. I was told it will take 10 days for printing and another 10 day for despatch. But till now no update.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have created the application [protected] for replacement of driving licence. As per the appointment i went to rto by 10am (1 hour early) on 11 nov 2019. It was communicated to me by officer (At counter b2) that officer who handle this request is on leave for half a day. And asked me to come around 2pm so that she will come to office by that time. I waited in the office for 5 hours and went again at sharp 2pm. They asked for documents and i had all the documents needed. The officer (In b4 counter) told that it is late and they take this request only in morning hours. They asked me to cancel this request and take appointment for tomorrow.

                                      In online i saw the slot till 3pm. So if i could taken the appointment at 3 pm. They would do the same by asking to come next since request will be handled only in morning?

                                      I have taken leave and came for this. Nothing happened and wasted my time. I already lost 1day allowance who will give that? They want to waste one more day as well.

                                      By online information i thought government started new idea to simplify government process and wait time. But sad truth government office is still the same. I have no hope that it will change in near future.

                                      Please take action if possible to help citizens and tax payers.

                                      Please help me to get back my fee paid of rs 315 and process for the same.
