Hi sir,

With regret to informed you that i have applied dl application online 2-weeks ago from now but still dto, banka has not issued ll to the applicants.

After filling a forms online normally it takes 1-2 days (Stand in longer queue) to complete further photo & sign process. At ground level, this dto, banka provides very poor services followed by malfunctioning internally by concern officers.
After seeing this malfunction i had seen raised voice to dto on the day and dto have taken action on it but later they might following the things to applicants.

Pls help us to avoid stands in longer queue over night. Thanks

    This is regarding my driving license application. My application number is [protected]. For reference, application number for my learners licence was [protected] and my learners license number is ka51 /0037187/2019 and ka51 /0037188/2019 for mcwg and lmv category respectively. On 5th oct. 2019 i had completed my dl test for both the categories at electronic city rto, bangalore and i was told that i have passed the test. I have checked on the sarathi website also, it says i have passed the test. But since 31st october current status is still shown at /dispatch pending/.. I want to know why is my application still stuck at this stage and not dispatched yet. Please let me know about the reason.

    Luch time for rto officer 1 to 2 clock but now its 3 clock till the officer was not came on duty fir checking driving test
    Dear team,
    In Andra Pradesh, Tanuku Mandal, Velpuru Village (534 222 ) Sree chaitanya Schools buses not following the R.T.O rules, they were transport more than 60 children in one bus.
    That management uses single bus for 2-3 branches. please note the complaint and
    save the children future.
    Sir, its been 3 months since i have passed my dl test but i havent yet received my smart card.

      This is regarding, a helmet fine imposed, even though bike was in not in working condition, bike was being dragged, as was giving jerks, a traffic cops just comes sees the sporty bike, and imposes a fine even though bike was not being rided, just to add a count.
      I’ll really disappointed by this behaviour of the traffic police.
      I would like RTO to examine this issue, and void the fine imposed challan no: PNCCC[protected].
      And it is of false concent.

        Sir, I'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when I enter my details it shows that "DL Application number is not available for MH12 /1018951/2019." Please help . Only 1 month left for my slot limit as 5 months have already passed.

          I have submitted all relevant documents and paid the fees. Yet from over 1 year, the status of my application for modification of name after marriage is being shown as "application under processing at rto level" at application stage of scrutiny - (Document verification) at counter "cashcnt1"

          Trying to see how i can ensure its approved quickly

          I have completed the all process of permanent DL made, And My DL has created successful also printed. But still not receive the DL .
          Its created at Feburary 2019.

            +sir, i had submitted driving licence documents with biometric verification with rtao ghaziabad and on verification of status i found that the licence has already issue by lucknow office but kapde of considerable time licence is still yet to deliver.in absence of dl i am unable to ply my car so i request you to please arrange to coordinate with up licencing authority lucknow to deliver the same at my address at an early date and make able to ply my car without fear.

            My DL has approved before 6 months ago ..till now I haven't recieved the original copy of my DL
            If I go to RTO which in singnayakanalli ...there is no staff at DL counter .. employees are very irregular
            I was disappointed that government sectors are going very bad
            Please look into it
            And driving school's are also irresponsible about it
            I have purchased bike vide veh.no.DL8SCQ3959 in March 2019 in the name of my son Vishal Singh Bisht but I have not received the RC till date.

            Six months is over but RC not received yet.

            Why?

              choice number scam

              I’ve bought a choice number which is MH14HX3600. I have a receipt of RTO as well. But RTO has registered my vehicle with a wrong number which is MH14HX3483. I have that receipt of MH14HX3600 which is valid till 1 month. How can be one vehicle have two numbers and now RTO is stating that I will have to purchase new vehicle and then I can use the choice number on it. What rubbish. So what can be done. Please help. Or else I’ll have to complaint...

              But till the date its shows status pending for
              1) approval of dl
              2) printing of dl in form 7 &
              3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

                Hello,
                I have clear my RTO Skill Test a Month Ago.
                My Application Number is : [protected]
                When i checked the Application status it is showing me consignment number, but when i checked the number on speed post tracking it is showing me no Consignment found.

                Post Tracking Number : EG[protected]IN
                It's been 10 days since the status of My application is changed to dispatched.
                My Driving License is not been delivered yet as well.

                  It's been almost six months i have applied for my learning liscence still application number is under processing.. Every time incomplete information is given to me and they say it again after visiting bhayiaa shaam take ho jayega.. Last i have visited on 8/11/19 they asked me to get a application signed by arto and one affidavit against my liscence which again i did now again it's been more than a week and my status is still reflecting under processing at rto level being a loyal citizen i request to look into my matter at earliest application no [protected] on the name of manish chhabra

                  I am Gurdeep Singh, resident of Kalka district panchkula ( Haryana). I have a challan ( challan no. UK[protected]) of Rs. 5000 at kulhal barrier on 25th January 2022 from my driver for not having the certificate of permit of Vehicle number HR68A9482 Etios. On 29 june 2022 we visited the vikasnagar ARTO to fullfill my challan. But the person as directed by the ARTO, had filled the challan of Rs. 10800. He had done misbehavior with us taking advantage of his post. He directed us to talk to him by bending down on your knees. This is a great insult to us. Even though i have the on spot tax o[censored]ttrakhand ( Tax receipt no. UKT[protected]on challan date receipt no, but the person had forcefully filled the challan of Rs[protected] for without permit and Rs 4800 for tax )but the tax already I have on challan date. When I showed him the tax receipt, he was not ready to accept it.
                  I request you to kindly look this matter seriously and refund Rs 4800 charged by that person on illegal grounds. Kindly take serious action on that person for bothering us and troubling us.

                    People are being robbed by auto drivers every day in kalamboli.
                    Today i picked up auto from kle college stand for my area first the auto driver told me that he will charge 40rs for that which is just 2km and once i reached at my home near pallavi avida hotel he started demanding 50rs.
                    I got mad at him this is clearly injustice and they are robbing everyone.

                    @rto panvel : this is my request you to check and have this stopped and get meter fair back in rule.

                        I have to tell about the subjected matter as follows :-
                        1. As the puc of my above car was expiring, i had gone for the same on, before and after 13th nov. 2019 but it was not done because the system was showing "registration number more than 1 rto, please contact rto office" (The copy of it is attached).
                        2.in the year 2016, i had surrendered two copies of noc to your office (My copy of the noc from rto alipore, kolkata, west bengal is attached herewith) which was regularised in that time only. Till now, everything was ok but the problem started recently.

                        I, therefore, request you to please see the matter and regularise it immediately so that i can get my puc done.
                        Also, i request you to please manage it to not to fine due to puc till the problem is eradicated by your office.

                            The main exam for dl for mcwg/lmv was given in aug 2019 and dl test result shows passed on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in dated in the 1st week of october. However, the final status still shows "driving license application is under processing at rto level". On calling the helpline number, no one responds. I am helpless on how to get this moving.
                            How much time does it ideally take for the licence to get fully approved and delivered. As per govt of india, it should be delivered within 7 days of dispatch but the application is not moving from almost a month.

                              non receipt of renewed dl even after 2 months

                              Iam 83 years old retired army officer. I had submitted application form to the rto office on 4th sept. 2019.
                              Till date i have not recd my licence. Repeatedly called various numbers in that office, in vain.
                              When i checked parivahan website, my licence has been renewed from 1st october, 2019 to 2024.
                              I am unable to drive even to go to the hospital to collect my medicines! In today’s digital world, this is shameful -...

                                Sir,

                                I had submitted form for learning license and paid the 200 fees for the test.
                                At the time of document verification the officers refused to accept my form and said that you filled address improper in the form.

                                Where i fill the form as follows in permenant address as my hometown address and in temporary addres field i filled my current address i. E. Pune address.

                                I have question that if you allow only those candidates for the test who has cleared the document verification then allow the candidate to pay the fees after the document verification process.

                                Also in this scenario kindly give.
                                Me the one more chance for the document verification or kindly refund the fees of the test so i can refill the form.

                                Kindly look into this matter and help me out.

                                  Sir i am trying for more than 30 days for slot booking but its not working it clearly shows that there is no availability of slot booking for next 30 days. I am trying this in between 7:30 to 8:10 am but there is no any progress and at the right i am just stick to the screen but its not working can you help out from this i am facing this problem for more than one month could u tell me what is the problem???
