Today evening my daughter's and i had to go nearby place within one km, asked the auto driver to take us, he told me to sit and when i told him to put the meter he refused and told us to get out. The other driver came by and demanded rs50 then only he was willing to take us. I refused to sit and took pictures of the auto. Please take action on such greedy drivers.

I was traveling from Thane station to my home in balkum there was to much traffic at Majiwada Bridge the traffic was moving slowly. Riskshaw Mh 04 GN 1039 came from back and dashed my car when I came out to see I saw the Riskshaw driver was carrying 4 passengers in his Riskshaw and was not able to control due to over loading of passenger in front. He was not wearing his uniform and the rto batch. Started abusing and flew away.

I have paid learning licence fee of rs. 201 and money has got deducted from my bank account but i am not able to proceed further to for booking ll slot.

I have also attached msg which i receive from bank after transaction that payment was successful.

Secondly whenever i check transaction status on parivahan portal it shows document verifying from bank end.

This is no acceptable i have paid on 29th...

On 25 october 2019, friday, an auto driver with vehicle number ka05af9872 was trying to overtake a college bus full of student in a critical rajanukunte turning prone to accidents when a bike was trying to take a turn. Due to sudden overtaking of the auto, the vehicles crashed causing severe injury to the students riding the bike even though they had helmets. Instead of apologizing, the driver gathered a crowd of other auto drivers and tried to extract a sum of rs.12, 000 from the injured students and took them to autostand instead of going to the police station.
Ultimately, after lots of requesting they settled on a sum of rs.4000 even though it was their fault.
The students had to spend money on hospitals, medecines, injections and also bike repair for which the driver should have paid as he was at fault.
I kindly request to take some action against such drivers and refund the amount to the student as they were not at fault but yet had to pay such amount of money for a mistake commited by such a careless driver.

I was purchased a honda activa scooter on the date of 02/08/2019, almost 98 days passed away but my vehicle registration card is not to get me and till now i driven without rc card.
Rto officer giving me a tracking no. Ri[protected]in but this no. Is not working and show unveiled.
I already went to rto office and post office many times but they not lestning my problem.

I filled FORM-7 for DL Replacement(Smart Card) of my existing driving license number (BR02 [protected]) and Application number is [protected] and done all required steps on 21 August 2019.

But still, my request is pending at RTO Level. Till now, processing almost takes more than 75 days since i made my request and due to this i am getting a lots of issue while driving as you know a heavy fine is charged by traffic rule. So, please let me know where i made mistake so that my application is still in pending status. I think this is completely fault of RTO office and all members who are responsible for this delay. So, I request you to please look into my matter and request you to please resolve my query as soon you can, it's my humble request.

I tried to board a taxi from bhendi bazar the nunber of the taxi i boarded was mh.02
Bq.8326 first the driver of the cab refused to ply me the after the argumnent i forcibly got inside the taxi with my wife and my 1.5 daughter the taxi driver was not ready to start the trip at all he started giving badwords to me and scolded me my small daughter was in my hand due to his physical impact on me my daughter fell down and got hurt on seeing this the driver pushed me and ran away but he did not dropped me to my place i request the rto to take some strict action against such taximen

I'm renewed my dl on 17 of october. But till now it is not received at my address. I'm checked it through speed post courior no. I. E.

But i am not received this till now. My driving permanent driving licence has been approved a month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to goto rto every week and check for the same.
Kindly look into this.

I have purchased honda unicorn bike a year ago & covered with 3 years insurance with icici lombard. But when i checked my two wheeler insurance status on mparivahan app, it shows n/a. It is recommended to insurance company to share the insurance details with rto. Don't know why it has not been updated yet. I have attached my insurance policy copy for further info regarding my complaint.

I have applied for a two-wheeler driving license and passed all exams on 21 september 2019. Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) is done on[protected]. I am unable to book a DL slot using parivahan (https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/slots4/dldetsubmit.do). I am getting a error message as "DL Application Number is not available for the LL No KA51/xxxxxxx/2019". Please let me know why i am getting this issue i got LL issued on[protected].

Note: I have not provided the actual LL no here as this is a public forum.

I am ambigai m from theni district, tamilnadu. I have enrolled for driving licence from bakaya driving school, uthamapalayam on 2 nov 2019. Driving school charges total cost -5000 including learning and licence (20days classes). Initial amount rs 1000 for registration purpose. Now bakaya driving refuse to give class and not refunded the amount paided to them. Stating that rs 8500 is total cost around the district. So i need to pay 8500. This is case of fraud and overcharging fees. Request to necessary action against such driving school

My name is ramshad abdul raheem from kerala under perambra rto. I booked a fancy number of kl 77 2020 on 28/10/2019. As per the rto the date of auction end on 04/11/2019. We used to give our best to bid but unfortunately, the rule is like one who bid last with great internet speed could get the number with ease. Just before 30 minutes from the auction ends we submitted the bid 5000 and also are ready to give 10000 and above. Then we waited for the opposite guy to submit amount but he lags time up to end and makes the deal by just 6000rs by end of the time 10:29:24. This is unfair because not everyone should have that capability to submit the bid just by seconds at the end of time. There is no option to call more than 1000 at a time, also we have to wait for opposite submission for our next move. Help to freeze the number and put again the number in the auction.

Request to look into this matter seriously.

I have paid my fees of rs. 900 during applied for learning license. Money had already been deducted from my bank account (Paytm bank) but rto hasn't received my payment. How can i get back my fees.

I visited for learning license to wiaa learning school, where i was a visitor and with me i there was one who had to get license, and i was standing there for otp purpose and the employee who was scaninng documents was misbehaving like i am a thief, showing a rude behavoiur, this thing is a worst kind of this, we know we are in need but it is not so that they can say this thing.

Today at about 9.00 am a tempo driver accompanied by his assistant were blocking the traffic by driving in the middle of the road and not adhering to the lane discipline. When i tried to overtake from right they blocked me from overtaking. His tempo was ashok leyland carrying vegetables and the number was mh14em8941.

After a short distance i was able to sneak ahead from right due to which the driver was annoyed and confronted me at a signal after khadki octroi post when i was waiting at a signal. The driver and his assistant kicked and banged my car and tried to pull me our. Fortunately my doors were locked so they were only able to bang on the car.

Such hooligans should be banned from driving on busy roads. On checking the vehicle details online it was also observed that the insurance is expired on 31st may 2017 and even the vehicle fitness validity is expired on 7th june 2018

I am a resident of omkar meridia, kurla west, mumbai. I would like to bring your attention to the fact that the auto rickshaw drivers are useless in this area. Most of the people getting down at kurla station are travelling to bkc for offices. The auto walas either refuse to go to bkc or ask for more than double the fare in some cases. Uber and ola employ peak pricing and hence the consumer is forced to go down and bribe the auto walas to go to bkc during office hours. The normal fare from omkar meridia to bkc comes up to inr 30 but i pay inr 60-70 everyday. It is like i have to compensate the auto wala for getting out of bkc so that he can find another rider. They ask for inr 100 for a rs30 ride. I would request you to employ some method to control them so that either they do not refuse or take us by the normal fare. Please employ more policemen like in airports where the autos have no right to ask for extra fare. During office hours, it is very difficult to pay 2.5 times the fare when we do not even get an ola or an uber. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

I have given my permanent driving licence test on 01/11/2019. I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with dl forms. But till now on sarathi.parivahan.gov.in it is showing pending test result though i have already passed the test. Please let me know why there is so much of time consumption goin on and please update the result please.

Im really disappointed the way RTO is treating people. My license trial was on 11th oct 2019; i have cleared that and on 23rd oct i recieved meassge that my license is approved. From then like a foolish person im waiting for the license to dispatch. This is not accepted. I need license on emergency basis and these people are simply wasting time. Now the status shows printing DL on smart card form 7. It has been 3 weeks since my trial done and almost 2 weeks my license has been approved. Plzzzz look into this as i have lost all my patience...plzz dispatch my license asap...
