Hello,

This is to complaint against most of the auto rickshaw drivers in airoli and rabale area who do not carry the rate card and they forced customer to pay more than the card rate.
I have this specific complaint against auto number mh43bc7077. The only reason i am reporting this particular auto is because the driver called me a lair and fought with me even when he was wrong and he charged me more than card rate.

There is no slot available to attempt a 2 minutes test for availing a learner's license in west bengal siliguri rto.! My application number [protected].

Moreover, i am unable to pay the fees. I have been trying since yesterday. It always states to try after sometime. Goodness, gracious me!

I hope this complaint is attended to on priority.

I had booked a taxi from pune to mahabaleshwar from a travel agent and he had provided a private ertiga car registration no. Mh-01-bk-7786 which charged us more then taxi fare
For trip. Please take action on this vehicle as it does not have t-permit and still it runs from pune station area for taxi purpose. You can catch it from pune station area. Owner name is mr. Mohsin. His driver who took us was very rude and goon type made harassment for money. His mobile number is [protected]

My dl renewal application is pending from more than past 3 months. As per status on sarathi website, printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) activated on[protected] and ever since then, same status.

Rto office is lucknow from where print and dispatch is done.

The customer care no. Either doesn't connect or never gets picked up. Need my dl at earliest possible. Please help.

I have purchased a suzuki bike from heera probike, kasarwadi last month. I have been chasing the showroom. On 25th i received a msg from rto stating they have received money for bike registration. Showroom confirmed i will receive another msg with actual number. It's been over month i have not received my number. Please can you have look into the matter.

I am Dineshchandra C Sonkar who have applied for 2wheeler driving license, my application NO.[protected] at Pune RTO(MH-12)& I have passed for MCWG driving test on dt.22.11.19, but till the date its shows status pending for all-
1)Approval of DL
2) printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)
3) dispatch of the dl and psv badge.
Its my humble request to you please help me to resolve these issue as early as possible...

Today 28 nov 2019, at around 7:15 pm, at next square to kalewadi square, a 4 wheeler kept buzzing horn at me to move when signal was red. I showed the man red signal, and on that he started his vehicle, moved very fast by my side sliding his vehicle into the little space, hitting my vehicle and flashed away breaking the signal.

The status shows - "scrutiny - (Document verification), counter: imvcnt23".

Could you please let me know how long does the process take for getting the license in mail.

I have visited rto rourkela mr biswajit mohapatra, i have completed all the formalities for application of ll online and paid the fees also online and taken appointment for 28/11/2019 at 1:10 pm and visited the rto for further formalities, there is long queue for photograph and signature, i stand in the queue after some time at 2:00 pm lunch break announced by the executive and said after 3 pm work will start, by 3:40 pm my number came and photograph and signature was done after that i have to go to the counter no 35 where further formalities has to be done but when i reach there they are asking for the money receipt, i said i have paid online fees and you can check online but they are saying you have to pay rs 22 for money receipt and we are not here to check every applicant has paid or not so i have gone to counter no 10 where person said the time is upto 2 pm come tomorrow, this is total harassment of public, my whole day wasted, govt is trying to stop bribing but these people are used to it,

This is to inform you that i went to rto office of kamrup (R), amingaon, assam
To convert my manual rc to smart card but in every counter they are asking for bribe or they will not pass the file before 45 to 60 days.
Sir please look after this i am not only the one many people are suffering daily in this office. Its a humble request to look after this asap.

Have submitted all relevant documents and paid the online fees. Yet from over 3 weeks, the status of my application for modification of address is being shown as "application under processing at rto level" at the application stage of scrutiny - (Document verification)

Trying to see how i can ensure it's approved quickly so i can plan my appointment for new license

Need help to get the same updated and pushed.

I am resident of ali ganj kotla mubarakpur our new delhi and i came today saras kale khan rto office for my learning licence and by online i mistakenly add wrong pin code 110044 instead of 110003. When i came rto office there customer desk and main llc office told me to that i should refills and repay the fees again for improving address and apply again and no body was helpful.

Kindly help me on this regard.

My name is shantanu singh parmar. Sir mera dl lost ho gya hai jis ke liye mai rto kota rajasthan me new dl ke liye gya. Waha par mujhe bataya gya ki mere dl ka data backlog hoga uske bad me duplicate dl ke liye apply kr skta hu lekin. Mene[protected] ko data backlog ke liye apply kra jis ka application no [protected] hai, lekin abhi tak data backlog complete nhi kra or pending process me rakha hua hai...
Sir please meri help krte huye mere dl ka data backlog krawane ki kripa kare...

Its really frustrating to inform that the bhubaneswar rto-1 doesnt obeys the laws. I applied for a learners license online.. But during the test in the rto.. My liscense was cancelled.. And said that.. I am nt of 18 years, while the law says that people of 16 years are eligible of applying for it. I lost my registration money, and even my precious time. Like me hundreds of students are facing difficulty. We got no one concerned on our issues. Now the traffic rules are strict and we dont have license.. And we riding a vehicle and going to instituions is really important.. So please take some actions..

I have submitted online application for duplicate driving licence (application # [protected]) to RTO Valsad on 6th Oct 2019.

Current status reflected on sarathi.parivahan.gov.in for the application number still shows the status as "Application is under processing at RTO Level."
And application processing stage is shown as "SCRUTINY - (Document Verification)"

Kindly do look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

I gave DL test on 16th Sep 2019 for LMV, test was cleared. Its been 70 days already( more than 2 months). How many more days its needed just for endorsement of DL.?

www.sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ as of today. From past 1 month the status has not changed and 70 days to get a Driving license., ? This is really a patience test now. I dont even have original DL with me. This shows how responsible our govt employees are and people sitting above them.

I applied for license renewal which i missed over a year because i was overseas. I submitted the driving licenses renewal application and paid fees as well for both learning and permanent licenses. But then i came to know that, we have to first apply for learning license and then separately apply for permanent licenses after one month. I cancelled my application and waited for refund but it never came automatically. Then i check with rto agents and they told me that if we cancelled the online application then we loose the money.

I have booked my house hold items from delhi to lucknow via international home packers and movers on 24th of november 2019 bill no. 274 :
Today is 27th of november nobody is responding either via calls or via any other medium not received my goods,
I required to receive these items worth rs more then 3 lakh on today or tomorrow without fails
Its usually take only 12 hours via road please look into the concern & shootout this issue with immediate effect

I have applied online application no. [protected] for renew of my driving license through parivahan sewa under sarathi service to rto, bhubaneswar-i on 24.08.2019 and deposited the fees on 29.08.2019. Subsequently, i have submitted the hard copies of the application form, passport photographs and old dl copy in the rto office. But as of now i have not received the dl. The status shows that the approval of endorsement in dl is pending with mvi and printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) is pending. How long i will wait to get my dl. I am currently driving my car with a sense of fear. Kindly help me and instruct them to issue the same immediately. I have applied for car ll online and uploaded all required documents, paid rto fees and also have a receipt of my payments.

Now from last 10 days on rto web site my application is under status
"application is under processing at rto level."
And not moving ahead. I have tried phone, email every thing but no one replying on those numbers and emails.

Where should i complaint for there unprofessional behavior and how should i move my application process ahead. All phone numbers and email are not working or fake on rto website.
