Its really frustrating to inform that the bhubaneswar rto-1 doesnt obeys the laws. I applied for a learners license online.. But during the test in the rto.. My liscense was cancelled.. And said that.. I am nt of 18 years, while the law says that people of 16 years are eligible of applying for it. I lost my registration money, and even my precious time. Like me hundreds of students are facing difficulty. We got no one concerned on our issues. Now the traffic rules are strict and we dont have license.. And we riding a vehicle and going to instituions is really important.. So please take some actions..

    I have submitted online application for duplicate driving licence (application # [protected]) to RTO Valsad on 6th Oct 2019.

    Current status reflected on sarathi.parivahan.gov.in for the application number still shows the status as "Application is under processing at RTO Level."
    And application processing stage is shown as "SCRUTINY - (Document Verification)"

    Kindly do look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

      Hi

      I gave DL test on 16th Sep 2019 for LMV, test was cleared. Its been 70 days already( more than 2 months). How many more days its needed just for endorsement of DL.?
      Attached screenshot of the DL status from
      www.sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ as of today. From past 1 month the status has not changed and 70 days to get a Driving license., ? This is really a patience test now. I dont even have original DL with me. This shows how responsible our govt employees are and people sitting above them.

        I applied for license renewal which i missed over a year because i was overseas. I submitted the driving licenses renewal application and paid fees as well for both learning and permanent licenses. But then i came to know that, we have to first apply for learning license and then separately apply for permanent licenses after one month. I cancelled my application and waited for refund but it never came automatically. Then i check with rto agents and they told me that if we cancelled the online application then we loose the money.

          I have booked my house hold items from delhi to lucknow via international home packers and movers on 24th of november 2019 bill no. 274 :
          Today is 27th of november nobody is responding either via calls or via any other medium not received my goods,
          I required to receive these items worth rs more then 3 lakh on today or tomorrow without fails
          Its usually take only 12 hours via road please look into the concern & shootout this issue with immediate effect

            I have applied online application no. [protected] for renew of my driving license through parivahan sewa under sarathi service to rto, bhubaneswar-i on 24.08.2019 and deposited the fees on 29.08.2019. Subsequently, i have submitted the hard copies of the application form, passport photographs and old dl copy in the rto office. But as of now i have not received the dl. The status shows that the approval of endorsement in dl is pending with mvi and printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) is pending. How long i will wait to get my dl. I am currently driving my car with a sense of fear. Kindly help me and instruct them to issue the same immediately.               I have applied for car ll online and uploaded all required documents, paid rto fees and also have a receipt of my payments.

              Now from last 10 days on rto web site my application is under status
              "application is under processing at rto level."
              And not moving ahead. I have tried phone, email every thing but no one replying on those numbers and emails.

              Where should i complaint for there unprofessional behavior and how should i move my application process ahead. All phone numbers and email are not working or fake on rto website.

                My name is deepak yadav and i have license which was created in nov-2007 and i was not having mobile phone that time.
                Now when i am checking my license no. That is not showing up online.
                But when i am searching for application status with my name and date of birth then it is showing but i am not able to open that one.
                Currently i am working in pune so did not able to go to rto.
                So i just want my correct license no so that i will be able to see it online.

                      I applied for ll and paid the amount ₹500 as application fee and test fee etc. The transaction was successful. Now when i am trying to complete the remaining process, it is showing the status of fee payment pending. Please help me resolve the issue soon. I have payment details and will readily provide you the same, if needed. Your help will be appreciatd a lot. Looking forward to a positive response. Thank you.

                      I have applied for learning license on 7/11/19 and paid 1959/- by credit card sb
                      Nd received application no [protected].
                      But when I go to RTO a have to refill the form online and paid 1350/-.and same application nomber received.
                      So pl arrange to return me 1950/-
                      I lost my driving license and applied for the duplicate driving license. I paid fees online and submitted all the required documents in the RTO Gautam Budh Nagar Office. My application was approved on 5th October 2019 and my application Nymber is [protected].
                      But after a month, I have not received my license.

                        I have given the book in tn 33 erode east rto office for surrender of permit for my lorry bearing the number tn 57 q 3443 on 7 th month till now online problem was comming fees was not accepting for permit surrender.
                        Please make an arrangement for surrender the permit because my lorry was standing above 4 months it was a 10 wheel tarus thank u.
                        Its urgent please make something and clear the issue

                        it was damaged after 2 months then i was show this to store manage he was asking we repair this but was not repaired perfectly. now i want to replace this. please help me. at the time of purchase store manager asking the warranty is 6 months.

                          It's been 2 months that i am waiting for my 2 wheeler new registration rc card. Whenever i am going in rto, they are saying contact post office and whenever i am going to post office they are saying the ems tracking number is incorrect, contact rto.
                          I am not sure if this is way telangana rto works.
                          Post completing all the formalities, if we need to run for our won rc which is supposed to be delivered by rto to the home address, this is really pathetic and waste of citizens time.

                          Request someone to help in getting the rc as soon as possible.

                            I went to rto office noida for renewal and address change of my licence no uk[protected] applied on 21/11/2019. At the counter 12, i asked for address change and renewal of my valid dl by giving my valid licence to the official sitting there.
                            A person was standing before window no 12 just behind me and the official asked him to help me and told me too that he would help. I told him that i had downloaded all the forms and filled and he can take them with my adhar copy, original dl and and guide me about the fee to be paid. But he directed the person to see it. I asked his name and he told kuldeep and reluctantly gave his mobile no [protected]. Then he asked rs 3000, a composite fee of transfer, address change, medial, noc and cancellation o[censored]k dl for issuance of fresh dl. I asked for the receipt and he said it to be given after money deposit. I gave money but receipt was given only for rs 600. Kuldeep said that other cost is added and fresh receipt would come soon. There was another official behind counter in window 12 who did my photo and took my sign. I was told by him that new dl will reach to me in a week's time.
                            I got sms that my application no [protected] is kept pending on same date. I called kuldeep no of times but he never picked phone and did not answer message reply. On 25th nov i checked status online for the application no [protected] and it shows that the same is cancelled. Again no reply from kuldeep. There is a clear fraud and nexus of this man kuldeep and some officials of rto window 12 to cheat the customers. I need immediate response from rto noida

                              Sir,
                              I submitted my motorcycle rc copy to rto hooghly (Chinsurah) for puc registration on 11/11/2019, but still today they did not update my puc, so i am unable to check my motorcycle pollution,.
                              If i caught by the police while riding my motorcycle what, should i do?
                              There is not my fault that your authority is not updating my puc even after i submitted it.

                              I am rajat namdev from indore i applied for driving licsense for motor cycle with gear and got it on[protected] and now on 2019 i applied for driving licsense for luv but i did it on my self. I went to their website https://dpes.mptransport.org/APPOINTMENTSYSTEM/(S(walqi155rx5g2v2w51eohr45))/App... and tried to contact helpline number but no response had been given and no one picked up the call after so many attempts. So, i checked whole site properly and applied for new driving licsense for luv. I got my learning licsense successfully after taking appointment and paying fee of 225 ₹ after that trial period i applied for driving licsense for luv after paying fee of ₹800 after that i gave trial for it and passed it smoothly. I did all the required procedures and they told me that i will get it on the given address in a month. After waiting for 1 month i had not received it. So i filed a complaint over consumer forum then they responded and called me to visit rto (Indore) i went to the rto (Indore) today and they told me that your licsense is not completed because i applied for another new licsense while having one which was only of motor cycle with gear. And now they are saying you should have applied for endorsement instead of new licsense but their website is not user friendly. They used the term endorsement instead o[censored]pgradation or upgrade which seems more accurate. And their helpline never responds properly. I tried to connect a lot of times but not a single call has been connected. Now after all that they are saying me to do all procedure again and choose the option endorsement and i have to pay all the fees again. It is totally disappointment. I am a student and i don, t do any job and now i have to pay whole fees again and my time too.. I want some serious help please. Is it wrong to apply for your licsense on your self instead of agent! I just want justice. An indian citizen with full disappointment by rto (Indore) service. I want refund or licsense.!! Help!! Their website sucks.. And their helpline is dead. Never connects!

                              Update :-- Today on 26 Dec 2019 I got a call from RTO INDORE and now they are saying me to visit RTO and give the cancellation charges.. and licsense which i got in 2017 to get licsense of 4 wheeler which was applied by me on 2019 and after that i have to apply again to get licsense which will work for both bike and car. Totally disappointed with the RTO service and their behaviour. Help Please !!!
                              Payment pending issue while applying for DL.. already passed two months. payment was not deducted but pay status is pending so i m unable to proceed for DL after LL.
                              I had payment for learning license rs 200 .this amount is deducted from bank account but not shown in rto account.this information is pending for processing.
                              I have cleared my driving test in month of April along with all documents but not yet recieved my permanent license. They told you will recieved your license by post at your residence. I am using m-parivahan app for my license.

                                Sir, i have purchase one two wheeler (Ntorq) from tvs dealer named m/s. Dynamic motors, nagpur vide tax invoice no. Dm/1850/18-19 dated 28.01.2019. Inspite of several personal visits to showroom, communication in telephone & email, i have been deprived by the agency to provide me the vehicle no.. I have been challan by traffic police of rs.200/- for not having the number plate. The dealer in this regard is only giving us assurance since last 10 months.
                                I humbly request to please take immediate action against the agency and kindly provide me the vehicle number provided by rto.

                                  I had submitted all documentation online for the learner's licence. The online payment was done as well. But during the process a message about failure due to external issues was shown, the entire site refreshed and all information was lost.
                                  My bank account shows that rs. 201 have been deducted and paid to parivahan transport. But so far, no money since the payment has been reverted back.
