Hello,
I have clear my RTO Skill Test a Month Ago.
My Application Number is : [protected]
When i checked the Application status it is showing me consignment number, but when i checked the number on speed post tracking it is showing me no Consignment found.

It's been 10 days since the status of My application is changed to dispatched.
My Driving License is not been delivered yet as well.

It's been almost six months i have applied for my learning liscence still application number is under processing.. Every time incomplete information is given to me and they say it again after visiting bhayiaa shaam take ho jayega.. Last i have visited on 8/11/19 they asked me to get a application signed by arto and one affidavit against my liscence which again i did now again it's been more than a week and my status is still reflecting under processing at rto level being a loyal citizen i request to look into my matter at earliest application no [protected] on the name of manish chhabra

People are being robbed by auto drivers every day in kalamboli.
Today i picked up auto from kle college stand for my area first the auto driver told me that he will charge 40rs for that which is just 2km and once i reached at my home near pallavi avida hotel he started demanding 50rs.
I got mad at him this is clearly injustice and they are robbing everyone.

@rto panvel : this is my request you to check and have this stopped and get meter fair back in rule.

I have passed my two wheeler and four wheeler driving test on 13 september 2019. My driving license number is also generated but i have not yet received my smart card.
My dl is also available at mparivahan but yet not received the smart card.

Record test results of driving test: completed on 13/09/2019

Can you please resolve this.

I have to tell about the subjected matter as follows :-
1. As the puc of my above car was expiring, i had gone for the same on, before and after 13th nov. 2019 but it was not done because the system was showing "registration number more than 1 rto, please contact rto office" (The copy of it is attached).
2.in the year 2016, i had surrendered two copies of noc to your office (My copy of the noc from rto alipore, kolkata, west bengal is attached herewith) which was regularised in that time only. Till now, everything was ok but the problem started recently.

I, therefore, request you to please see the matter and regularise it immediately so that i can get my puc done.
Also, i request you to please manage it to not to fine due to puc till the problem is eradicated by your office.

Hello Sir,

I have registered for Driving license online by web site https://edrivinglicense.org/. and paid the fees for amount of 1950 payment ref#pay_DgGtbkbm9hBaUc on Nov 14, 2019, at 9:15 pm.

However, after that, i do not receive any response from them. I just received an email from the support team stating that something is invalid in my documents. I replied to them in the same email regarding helping me to how to complete my profile after that they did not reply.

I have paid fees but my work not get done and I am asking you to help me to get me refund of that money.

So, please help me to resolve this concern.

The main exam for dl for mcwg/lmv was given in aug 2019 and dl test result shows passed on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in dated in the 1st week of october. However, the final status still shows "driving license application is under processing at rto level". On calling the helpline number, no one responds. I am helpless on how to get this moving.
How much time does it ideally take for the licence to get fully approved and delivered. As per govt of india, it should be delivered within 7 days of dispatch but the application is not moving from almost a month.

Iam 83 years old retired army officer. I had submitted application form to the rto office on 4th sept. 2019.
Till date i have not recd my licence. Repeatedly called various numbers in that office, in vain.
When i checked parivahan website, my licence has been renewed from 1st october, 2019 to 2024.
I am unable to drive even to go to the hospital to collect my medicines! In today’s digital world, this is shameful -...

Its been more than two weeks still waiting for my driving license approval. Documents scrutiny already completed, now that my application status says application is under processing at rto level. Why its tooking much time in approval,

Please suggest what next step i should do.

I had submitted form for learning license and paid the 200 fees for the test.
At the time of document verification the officers refused to accept my form and said that you filled address improper in the form.

Where i fill the form as follows in permenant address as my hometown address and in temporary addres field i filled my current address i. E. Pune address.

I have question that if you allow only those candidates for the test who has cleared the document verification then allow the candidate to pay the fees after the document verification process.

Also in this scenario kindly give.
Me the one more chance for the document verification or kindly refund the fees of the test so i can refill the form.

Kindly look into this matter and help me out.

Sir i am trying for more than 30 days for slot booking but its not working it clearly shows that there is no availability of slot booking for next 30 days. I am trying this in between 7:30 to 8:10 am but there is no any progress and at the right i am just stick to the screen but its not working can you help out from this i am facing this problem for more than one month could u tell me what is the problem???

Dear sir,
My vehicle no is up70bj0850 i have issue noc from allahabad rto & submit to rourkela, odisha rto office and also paid road tax of odisha state but my vehicle yet not register in rourkela rto as details are showing in two different rto.
Noc no:up70/456/10 issue date 28.12.2010.
Sir i have visit to rourkela rto office but they are saying untill your vehicle registration details will not delete from allahabad rto data base we can't register it in odisha state.

So it's kind request to you please delete the details from allahabad rto data base so that i can register my vehicle in odisha state.
Please help me sir.

This vehicle is already registered in rourkela in 2011, but due to vahan 4.0 centerlised system is applied later in all offices. It is showing 2 records.
Please contact to rourkela rto office, they will forward your application to state nic team to resolve this issue.

Dear sir,
My name is subbaraju gopalakrishnan and i have taken a driving test in thanjavur rto office on 28th august 2019 and it was approved on same day by rto officer to issue a new driving license tn[protected]
I. E. 28th aug 2019.

Now its become 76 days, i have approached so many times rto office and the agent both of them playing with me.

Thanjavur rto office staff was saying it was given to the lucky driving school (Near membalam bridge) when i cross checked with the agent he is saying still the licence was not sent them by rto office of thanjavur, please i do not know who is saying the truth? And their intention & motive behind in handover of my licence.

See the struggle of getting one driving licence from tamilnadu by one educated person and imagine how the uneducated will struggle in getting any official documents in tamilnadu although i paid all the money they requested earlier.

Is it they required more money for doing their work / action. Please i need your intervention in resolving it.

Mh12 mc8788 two guys were driving with very high speed yesterday on 16.11.19 at dandekar bridge sinhgadh road in between 4.15 to 5pm at signal hit my car from backside and got huge loss of my car i asked to stop him but he again ran away in wrong way direction towords deccan side. Please help to catch this person. Bz these guys again can play with others life also.

I have applied for change of address on dl for me and wife in rto bangalore east kasturi nagar with application number [protected] and [protected] on 4th of september. That status on the sarathi portal is "approval of endorsements on dl" from the last 2.5 months. Please raise the issue with respective authority so that they can resolve at the earliest.

For paying the road tax i came to rto bhubaneswar - ii, the staff sitting at the enforcement counter is not accepting the form saying official time is over. I given the application at 3.30 pm still he is denying saying talk rto officer. The official time showing in the site is from 3.15 pm to 5.15 pm

This behavior is not at all acceptable as a service sector. Because i am also from a service sector. Kindly look into the matter and waiting for the reply.

My driving permanent driving licence has been approved two month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to go to rto every week and check for the same.
Kindly look into this.

I have submitted application for the registration of my both two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles on
5th july 2019 to rto chikodi dist belgaum state karnataka the registration application number is
Ka[protected] & ka[protected] and i have submitted the requisite fee and documents. But till
Date, no registration certificate has been issued and no both vehicles rc smart card has been issued.. What is the reason i don't know..
. When i meet your office on 9th nov. The application in now pending with the printing department, go knows how many days will they take more. I need the both vehicles smart card so.. Kindly help me with this issue... One of your staff mr. Sandeep is rude with me by saying sir, get out of here and go and ask rto.. He was not taking responsibility.

I took a rickshaw from prem nagar borivali west to vegetable market after sitting in the rickshaw the driver suddenly asked me about my marriage deatail & started talking about his sexual married life & for my surprise he was an old rickshaw driver age between 60-65.. Didn't said anything to him seeing his age.. But need to take a strict action against such people.. So couldn't take benefit of any teenager in future

I have completed the required formalities including the payment but its been more than 6 months now that my application status says application is under processing at rto level. With scrutiny - (Document verification) with the counter being imvcnt8.
I request to please look into the matter as quickly as possible. I hope it will be resolved soon.
