I ajit kumar singh has applied for learner licence but during the payment of rs 240 fee for ll the money got deducted and successful from my bank end.. But in parivahan site it is still showing pending since yesterday it told to wait for 30 mins. But it is very much above 30 mins.. What should i do help me..

I have applied for correction in driving license and i have paid 900 rupees online through parivahan website on 27th of september while payment, website got interrupted, and my money got debited from bank but in my application status still showing pending payment i have spoke to my bank and get to know that amount has been debited and credited to parivahan but in my application it's show payment status is still pending.

I have applied for 2 wheeler with gear driving license mcwg. When i went to rla hamirpur as i am studying in nit hamirpur for the test. They informed me that as i belong to uttar pradesh they cannot make my license there. They refused to take my test and told me that they cannot refund my fee. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. But i want my amount to be refunded.

I had applied for renewal of my driving license on 2nd september 2019. After submitting all documents, verification process was completed by 5th september, 2019 which is reflected in the saarthi. Parivahan website. However since then the license is pending with rtoauth1 for printing of smart card. I had paid a fee for the license to be delivered at home but now i am not sure whether i will have to go at the rto to collect my license despite paying for delivery fees.

There is an auto without meter. He does rash driving. Speaks on mobile while driving. Abuses customers. Charges extra. He also intentionally takes long routes.

His driving put life of passenger in threat.

Please consider this urgent and important. This is very important. I have taken the photo of the auto.

Driver also threatened me. I hope this is considered at earliest.

The new rule of licence application online is like a horrible dream, we do need to pay money to agents which is illegel actually, but the rules govt. Made is making us to do do.

I have applied online for the licence, but the website deny to take payment and after first attempt failed it says wait for 1 hour.

Rto people refuse to accept hard cash and help,

What if some is below line poor and dont have source of online application?
If govt has made rules then govt. Also have to make proper facility and arrangments.

Further rto website should be updated it is waste of time.

1. For application number we have to fill every detail online than why they need print out of each and every page if they have it all on thier server.

2. They provide us time slot for example 10am-11am then we have to collect token here also then why you are providing us with the time slot if that is not necessary.

3. Most of the fans where we sit are not working or not even their, where else each staff has more than one tip top fans. And dont even ask about the condition of benches you wont sit even if its is empty benches are that dirty stained or broken.

4. Even water room doesn't have water to drink.

I want to track my rc whose consignment number is ed[protected]in, on the speed post portal the status is the item is returned due to insufficient address and current location is patparganj so.
I visited the post office branch but officials are saying that the document has been forwarded to rto mayur vihar phase 1.
I visited the rto and rto officials are saying the doc is with post office.
Can you please help locate my rc. Because i don’t know where it is right know.
Please let me know i will personally collect it from the location.

I have applied for lmv license at surat rto in april 17 and its validity is 26/04/2019 to 25/10/2019. After a month i. E.in may month i got permission to book a slot but due to the following problem i am not able to book my slot.
I got the error "entered application no is approved by slot booking is not allowed" while trying to book a slot.
The procedure i am using to book a slot is first go to parivahan site driving license related services appointment (Slot booking) driving skill test application no and date of birth entered and got an error.

Also tried parivahan site driving license related services appointment (Slot booking) learners license test application no and date of birth entered and got an error.

Also tried parivahan site driving license related services appointment (Slot booking) services on driving license (Dl/ll) application no and date of birth entered and got an error.

Please solve me out my problem my validity is going to be over on 25/10/2019.

I am parminder singh and doing service in indian armed forces and stay in kochi since last 3 years, today i face one very rough driving of bus driver (Bus no kl 07 an 5859) in route of thevra road to thewra ferry road.. I was going with family (Wife and kid) and bus was came from front very fast when i asked why you run fast on road but he replied. Why m driving on middle of the road, it mean he will run bus very fast on road.. I request kindly take action against him.. M going to share against this driver bus number on social media.

I am manish, i had applied for ll and dl at another rto office bcoz i am working here as per gujarat government rule applicant can apply for ll and dl but when when i went to to bhuj (Kutch) gj12 rto office they said your application is reject because your address is different. So now i want to refund my fee whic i had paid online.

No further process is been done on this.
Hope to clear all the process soon as license period is ending on this 19th november 2019.

I have applied to renew my drivers license online with my application number [protected],

I made the payment on the same day dated: 26/08/2019 online of rupees 470/- on the website, however, unfortunately whenever i check my application status it always shows the message the
"either payment details not received from the bank or payment is not successful. To check status, please use verify payment status."

I would request you to have a look again and pass my payment and reissue my new license as soon as possible, as it is almost impossible to drive without license and get escaped from police or fine.

I anushka aggarwal applied for learning licence from wazirpur rto and sadly lost my original learning licence. So i applied online for duplicate copy of learning licence from rohini office from parivahan sarthi site because there was no option to choose wazirpur rto. After that fir report and along with other all document i visited rohini rto after many days they sign paper and told us to visit wazirpur rto at wazirpur rto from many days they are not providing duplicate learning licence as i required for final licence process. I have followed all process as per site given, kindly help me for this situation.

Hi, i am kawaljeet and in last month dated 06th aug i submit request to rto mall road, delhi (Dl1s) for transferring of my bike along with hypo termination which was theft in last year by someone, when i am checking online and offline at rto mall road for my application no dl190814x8687644 it is still showing pending and no changes shown till date and no information received for further requirement (If any) pls help me to get my rc transferred so i can get my claim from insurance company after ownership transfer to the company.

Insurance company sending me letters to submit new rc in 7 days otherwise they will reject my claim application.

My problem is i want fit hsrp no. Plate then i aply for this at vraj honda una.. I pay rs. 370 n no eceipt given by authority.. Only plain paper receipt.. I went to fit the hsrp plat but vraj honda say me for number plate hole at out side by pay my own payment..
Sir what is govt. Fee for fitting hsrp no. Plate?

Beware of rto agent named umesh (Mob:[protected]) based out of rto office at borivali. He wil charge you for license of motorcycle with gear but when your license will be delivered it will be without gear... After complaining he will deny all facts and say that it was decided for without gear only... He even will stop taking calls and ignore you. Beware of him and try for some other good reliable agent. Hope this information helps people being fooled by this fraud agent.

I have online submitted the documents for the address change and also made the payment on[protected]. The application is "scrutiny - (Document verification)" for the past one month. Please find my application number:[protected] for your reference. Also, please let me know when will i receive the updated dl.
I have already paid the sum in advance and there is no progress for past one month. I tried the rto multiple times but there is no reply/update.

I am achal. I applied for the renewal driving license in lucknow transport nagar, uttar pradesh. Sir, i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything on the sarathi website is showing completed. Earlier it used to take 20-25 days but this time it's a month and still, it's pending. I was checking the status from 15th september and it was pending at printing. I visited the printing office on 1st october then the guy there told it was printed on 24th september but it was not updated on the portal. So on 1st october, they updated and now it's pending on dispatch of dl and psv badge - allotment information unavailable. If it was printed on 24th september then it should've arrived by now.
