We kkrishna vaahan pvt ltd (Authorised dealer of tata motors ltd m&hcv vehicles) trade certificate from rourkela, rto. We have received i'd and password from rto rourkela to use vehicle registration and update hsrp details but we couldn't able to update hsrp details of our registered vehicles and we can't able to view registered vehicles details in portal. When we want to update hsrp details of our registered vehicles the portal show 'you are not authorized to enter hsrp details' and when we want to view registered vehicles details the portal show 'you are not a valid dealer'.
We already discussed with our rto but nobody will resolve the issue.
We request you to kindly resolve our query. We have facing so many issues from long times.

I apply online address change application in dl, and my slot book on 21.10.19 when i meet to officer and tell him today my slot book, no any one give me positive response. So i request to you please refund my detect money. (400 rs.)

My Application no is [protected]. I have applied for driving licence 2 months before and my driving licence got dispatched on 27 September and today's date is 23 October. Its almost a month. And speed post tracking no is not mentioned. Does the license takes 1 month to reach by post?? I have asked my nearest RTO about it but to no avail. Please do the needful.

I opted services of drivekool driving school at bangalore for learning license.

It has been almost a month since the application for learning license has been submitted and still not getting approved.

The driving school staff doesn't pick up my calls and also not ready to refund my money. There is not commitment from them to provide the services.

Request you to take action against them.

Rto vasant vihar have a display board but we are not permitted to go inside by token. Please see to it as we are not sheeps i have valid appointment. Once i asked they were saying this display board is just for show nothing with token so you have to stand in a que which is approx 50-60 people. There is no need of it either remove display board or see to this matter

My driving licence is not delivered to my address inspite of regularly writing to the india post portal.
I am not in a position to regular visit to GHAZIABAD RTO.
My address is in MODINAGAR and the status of India post showing it in LUCKNOW GPO.
DL is needed during these days of stricter traffic rules.

I have transferred my alto car from kurukshetra rto to kaithal rto and owner is also transferred from rakesh kumar to ajay mangal.

I also have received my registration copy. But my problem is i am not able to get the pollution certificate because of following error.
"vehicle has multiple records in the rto (S) - haryana (Thanesar) & haryana (Kaithal). Please contact concerned rto (S)"

Everytime i try to book slot they show that retry after 60 days. Please fix this as soon as possible because now a days police has been very strict on rules. As i use to go outside and have to drive a vehicle daily and dont want to kept by poliec in case of not having driving licence. Before few days i haven't applied for licence by not knowing much with this parivaan site.

I had done fee payment of LL (MCWG+LMV) application form through internet banking on 19th Oct 2019. An amount of Rs 350 got debited from my ANDHRA BANK account but when I checked my status, it is showing that your payment details is pending.

Dear sir,

I applied for renewal of my license on application date september 4, 2019, the receipt date is also same. The application no is [protected] & receipt no is dls/729931.

All the formalities were completed by me at zonal office, south west delhi, dwarka on september 6, 2019 & the executive assured me that i will receive my renewed licence in one week time. But still after 1.5 month i have not received my driving license and it is showing as printing & dispatch is pending.
Could you please look into this complaint and act accordingly.

I have given all required test for dl (2 wheeler + 4 wheeler). My application no. Is[protected]. When i track my dl status from website (https://parivahan.gov.in). its shows
Issue of driving licence fill application details dl completed
Issue of driving licence dl slot book completed
Issue of driving licence fee payment completed

Record test results of driving test is pending in imvcntr1

My application was submitted on 25 sep 19 after completing all process in online after that i have passed written exam also then photo graphy and remaining scrutiny of documents was also completed on the same day after having appointment date but still my application is showing pending with licence authority pending with out any reason then how can one use vehicle please take action i will be thankful to you

Rto office mathura, here our head maam and there staff is not doing there work of making licence. Even we stand in line feom morning 6 o'clock to afternoon 4-5 o'clock they simply said that our ma'am is not here they went somewhere just now or they saying that you need a medical certificate and for that ma'am is not here to do sing on documents.
So please take action on them, do something as possible and reliable for us otherwise change your staff or don't take penalty from us.
