Hi team,

I have completed my driving test and qualified in driving test got license number ka01 /0038755/2019, but after printing the card they have not sent the card to me yet to now.
Still, i can see it was with sup3.
Why it is there still if i go there they will ask bribe.
After paying the money for dl then again why do i have to pay money to take my dl smart card?

I have applied for dl for two and four wheelers in pimpri chinchwad pune mh14 and given my test on 17th june 2109
I have cleared the test and they told me i will get the license in 30 to 40 days.

When i not get the same answer even after 4 month i tried to find the reason. First i went to idtr pune where i gave the test so the clerk told me you have not even given the test your entry is not there in register so you are not given. I told them if the enty is not there that doesn't mean i didn't
Given the test.
Then i went to control room and they told me there is no action taken on your application so you need to go to pimpri rto office. I went there they told me we have not received your paper and they send me back to idtr
Again in idtr they said we can not do anything you need to find the officer who has taken the test, now tell me how i would know and remember the name of officer who has taken my test 6 month back
I met arto officer as well and he said me the same thing. I am now tired of this hectic irresponsible process and no one cares about public loss.
Note - every one is asking me have you processed your application by your self so i said yes so is tat my crime what.
If i would have given 5000 to any agent then definitely i would not faced these issues and i have seen while i was in queue
The agents are coming and taking the signature and all
What the rubbish process is this.

I fill the on line R.C address change &some correction our name, father name on date 13/10/ 2019 . I fallow the all Prosses and pay to the on line fee Rs 150/- . After some days I go to the RTO OFFICE RAE BARELI on date 16/11/2019 and required all document submit the RTO Office but my RC no have receive to me today's. my Bike no.UP33S8489.
Please take needfully action and resolve my problem and my Bike RC provide to me.

Sir,
I was going for my classes in the evening, and near high court square black car was behind me continuously honking despite the signal was red, when i asked him to stop he abused me from inside.
When signal opened he was behind me and near regal square he tried to ram his car into my bike from behind, same can be confirmed via cctv footage.
Please do take action against such person.

Payment was deducted from our bank account and the amount is displaying pending and can not procced further from Cyber Treasury reference id [protected].

As per new instruction n rules of government i went dto office nawanshahr (Punjab) for new number plate for my car. I was asked to submit 490 rupees and was not given any raseed copy of bill. The guy sitting in window said on mobile you will received message. I haven't received any message or verification that i have paid the amount. Please make sure that our payments are gone into government department not into personal pockets.

My permanent driving license test was conducted at rto bangalore (East), kasturi nagar on[protected] and scrutiny of documents has been completed on the same date[protected] and it was marked as pass on[protected] in the sarathi portal. For approval, it took more than a month[protected]. And now its in printing state from the past 21 days. After this dispatch of dl and psv badge is also left. But till date, the license has not been printed. It's been 52 days i gave the test.

I initially got my 2 wheeler plus 4 wheeler license at kr puram rto, i had gone through a driving school and so was able to obtain my license within 15 days of giving my dl test. Unfortunately, the day i got my dl it was stolen due to which i had to apply for a duplicate license. I filled out the online application form (App no. [protected]) and went to the kr puram rto on 5th october 2019 to submit the same. Its been a month and a half now and this is the status of my application:

Issue of duplicate dl

Capture photo and signature completed[protected]
Scrutiny completed [protected]
Approval of endorsements on dl completed [protected]
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed [protected]

I write this to you because i'm afraid i'll have to wait another 20 days atleast for my printed dl to get dispatched. It is not nice when you see the time one has to wait when you apply via a driving school and by yourself. Kindly expedite this process as i need my dl asap.

With regret to informed you that i have applied dl application online 2-weeks ago from now but still dto, banka has not issued ll to the applicants.

After filling a forms online normally it takes 1-2 days (Stand in longer queue) to complete further photo & sign process. At ground level, this dto, banka provides very poor services followed by malfunctioning internally by concern officers.
After seeing this malfunction i had seen raised voice to dto on the day and dto have taken action on it but later they might following the things to applicants.

Pls help us to avoid stands in longer queue over night. Thanks

This is regarding my driving license application. My application number is [protected]. For reference, application number for my learners licence was [protected] and my learners license number is ka51 /0037187/2019 and ka51 /0037188/2019 for mcwg and lmv category respectively. On 5th oct. 2019 i had completed my dl test for both the categories at electronic city rto, bangalore and i was told that i have passed the test. I have checked on the sarathi website also, it says i have passed the test. But since 31st october current status is still shown at /dispatch pending/.. I want to know why is my application still stuck at this stage and not dispatched yet. Please let me know about the reason.

This is regarding, a helmet fine imposed, even though bike was in not in working condition, bike was being dragged, as was giving jerks, a traffic cops just comes sees the sporty bike, and imposes a fine even though bike was not being rided, just to add a count.
I’ll really disappointed by this behaviour of the traffic police.
I would like RTO to examine this issue, and void the fine imposed challan no: PNCCC[protected].
And it is of false concent.

Sir, I'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when I enter my details it shows that "DL Application number is not available for MH12 /1018951/2019." Please help . Only 1 month left for my slot limit as 5 months have already passed.

I have submitted all relevant documents and paid the fees. Yet from over 1 year, the status of my application for modification of name after marriage is being shown as "application under processing at rto level" at application stage of scrutiny - (Document verification) at counter "cashcnt1"

Trying to see how i can ensure its approved quickly

+sir, i had submitted driving licence documents with biometric verification with rtao ghaziabad and on verification of status i found that the licence has already issue by lucknow office but kapde of considerable time licence is still yet to deliver.in absence of dl i am unable to ply my car so i request you to please arrange to coordinate with up licencing authority lucknow to deliver the same at my address at an early date and make able to ply my car without fear.

I am Mr. Pushkar Raj, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg), my application no. Is [protected] at Pakur RTO, Jharkhand
I have passed for mcwg driving test on dated 18th sep 2019.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

Its been 2 months now after passing the test.So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application [protected]

I have clear my RTO Skill Test a Month Ago.
My Application Number is : [protected]
When i checked the Application status it is showing me consignment number, but when i checked the number on speed post tracking it is showing me no Consignment found.

It's been 10 days since the status of My application is changed to dispatched.
My Driving License is not been delivered yet as well.

It's been almost six months i have applied for my learning liscence still application number is under processing.. Every time incomplete information is given to me and they say it again after visiting bhayiaa shaam take ho jayega.. Last i have visited on 8/11/19 they asked me to get a application signed by arto and one affidavit against my liscence which again i did now again it's been more than a week and my status is still reflecting under processing at rto level being a loyal citizen i request to look into my matter at earliest application no [protected] on the name of manish chhabra

People are being robbed by auto drivers every day in kalamboli.
Today i picked up auto from kle college stand for my area first the auto driver told me that he will charge 40rs for that which is just 2km and once i reached at my home near pallavi avida hotel he started demanding 50rs.
I got mad at him this is clearly injustice and they are robbing everyone.

@rto panvel : this is my request you to check and have this stopped and get meter fair back in rule.

I have passed my two wheeler and four wheeler driving test on 13 september 2019. My driving license number is also generated but i have not yet received my smart card.
My dl is also available at mparivahan but yet not received the smart card.

I have to tell about the subjected matter as follows :-
1. As the puc of my above car was expiring, i had gone for the same on, before and after 13th nov. 2019 but it was not done because the system was showing "registration number more than 1 rto, please contact rto office" (The copy of it is attached).
2.in the year 2016, i had surrendered two copies of noc to your office (My copy of the noc from rto alipore, kolkata, west bengal is attached herewith) which was regularised in that time only. Till now, everything was ok but the problem started recently.

I, therefore, request you to please see the matter and regularise it immediately so that i can get my puc done.
Also, i request you to please manage it to not to fine due to puc till the problem is eradicated by your office.
