My renewed dl no. Up35 [protected] was despatched by lucknow head office on 30/5/2019 but not received by me till date... Pls update status and arrange redespatch... My application no. [protected] and dob 15/06/1971 and fee paid is rs. 400... Pls look intervene the matter and arrange redespatch of my dl... My previous complaints also resolved unsatisfied and no fruitful action taken... Thanks

That mr raghuvir mandrekar owns a maruti swift vxi bs iv vehicle bearing reg. No ga03 n 4111 and as per the permit he is suppose to park vehicle in the house & hotel permit rules motor vehicle act 1988 section.
That mr raghuvir mandrekar is above said vehicle in parking tourist public road & no parking place inside bethany inn. Near vagator y, t junction parking, the beer's art bliss cafe & cannot take other taxi go to inside hotels tourist people. Road blocks illegal parking road not parking place.
Illegal parking of the road junction by accident drivers person bike injured & death who is responsible mr raghuvir mandrekar all pay total amount

I purchased car in last week of september and till today i. E 19 october, i haven't got my registration number. When i asked car dealer he told me that rto office is not issuing registration number because registration paper is out of stock and it will be available only after diwali. These is happening when auto industry is in slow down.

my name is satpal singh rajput i had applied for a driving license, my license is not yet received, i have also got the speedpost track number, which is telling me at another address my license number ra34a[protected]
And the speedpost track number is at[protected]in which is posted on 09/10/2019 sir, by when will i get my license please help thank you

I had applied for Name transfer of my vehicle under RTO-I bhubaneswar and the the RC was under preparation since 14th of September 2019, on which in received the message as well stating"[OR02AT5477] TO Transaction approved against vide Receipt No. OR2R[protected] dated 14-Sep-2019. RC under preparation."

Since, then its been more than 1 month that i have not yet received my RC. I have been visiting RTO and following up but no one is willing to respond.
Since, 25th of September 2019, My RC is ready at RTO and till date it has not been despatched, and when i m enquiring for the same, they are saying that it will take one more month to get it despatched.

Its a matter of great concern that in todays time where everything is so fast and efficient, this RTO doesnt wish to function its regular duties also on time. Why does this RTO take more than one month just for the despatch of RC.

This is disgusting and action should be taken against the concerned person for delay in their works abnormally.

I applied for driving license without any agent, i applied online myself and after passing the driving test, i checked online status, my driving license was printed on smart card on 3-october-2019, but it is not dispatching. It is 19-october-2019 today and it is still not dispatched.
My driving license number is
Hr30 [protected]. I don't know why they are not dispatching my driving license. Its been 16 days since it was printed on smart card. I want this issue to be resolved.

Sir while booking slot for driving skill test "exception occured" error pops up and because i'm not able to book my slot, kindly look into this.
I hav paid the required fess as well and also my apllication shows repeated class of vehicles, mcwog and lmv are appearing twice in my apllication

Coimbatore rto north vehicle tn 38 cd 3584 piggio ape city driver drunken drive during a ride near prozone mall coimbatore and speaking vulgarly. Kindly take a action on him. As a public he irritated me as well as speaking bad words during a ride. Kindly take action through rto. And also asking rs.200 for 4.3 kms auto fare for short distance. He is not asking meter fare

I have completed online process such driving test for driving license since 1 year ago date is[protected] and application number is [protected] the status for the same is pending at the eto level when visited the DY.RTO NANDURBAR MH 39 and they are not answering properly just because I have not gone through the agent and I have done my application online.

Sir i applied for duplicate license and address change on 28/09/2019 and his license number is mh01 [protected] because the address was incorrectly printed from the rto office and where my license has been for two months. Can't find the post or not, i applied for a change of address but later after inquiries at the office, they were found and then i canceled the application no.[protected] thank you for requesting that the amount rs.666/- be deducted and the amount rs. 666/- deposited back into my account

As my driving licence no. Mh06 [protected] is expired. For this i have applied online through sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in for renewal process with application no. [protected]. After application process completed i have submitted my documents i. E. Aadhar card (For old driving licence address change), old licence and medical fitness certificate.
After this process as per online process i have paid rs. 1816 online with bank reference no. [protected], transaction id - mh2019sd4811805. Receipt of this payment attached below for your reference.
After this process i have contacted your customer care and as per his guidelines i have visited rto - pen on 15.10.2019. But as per rto - pen person this application is wrongly done and you have to process for new learning licence. I have ask for my paid fees of rs. 1816, but as per him this was not refundable.

Now my question is in my application no. [protected] clearly mentioned service requested for
1. Change of address in dl
2. Re-validation of expired dl

I can not understand what is mistake done by me. If application is wrong then how to cancel my existing licence application no. [protected] and refund of rs. 1816

With due respect i would like to raise my concern to the delay in dispatching my new driving license after printing on smart card. As per the given status on 'sarthi' website, the smart card has been printed on 3/10/19. Even after 13 days of printing it has not been dispatched yet.

Kindly look at the problem and please try to solve it as early as possible on humblest of my request.

I am a learner license holder of Kamrup rural dto office. I applied for driving license, i also passed the driving test on 25th September. But driving license not printed No approval from the DTO. THE office full of dalal. They know only to take bribe from general citizens. No responsibility about their duties. Kindly look into this matter. Thanks.

I gave my permanent driving license test almost 2 months back. The results where posted on 18th september as passed. Documents scrutiny was also completed but it is not taking a lot of time for the driving license to get approved. It still says pending on the parivahan website.

I ajit kumar singh of west bengal rto siliguri had applied for learner licence but my 1st transaction of 240 rupee was successful from my bank end but unfortunately it shows failed in parivahan website. I have done the transaction on 8/10/19 but still do not receive any kind of refund or mail etc... I have tried to contact them in mail also but no response from them what should i do the customer care executive told me to mail and you will get reply within 48 hrs but it's above 5 days.. I am complaining about this for the 2nd or 3rd time please help me in this regarding... Thank you
