I submitted my documents for 2 wheeler (Scooty) ownership transfer on 24th sept, 2019 and today is 3rd nov (43 days) but still they have not proceed my application. Will the rto will work only after taking bribe. Shame on these peoples. Please help me to get the ownership transferred as soon as possible.

My dl renewal application number [protected] is stuck pending only dispatch since last 1 month (Dispatch of the dl and psv badge), the overall time since application has been submitted to rto is 2 months. All other steps have been completed, only the dispatch is taking too long with low/no information on the same, requesting any possible attention to get the dl.

On nov 11, 2019,
I have suffered very rude and arrogant behavior of rickshaw driver in solapur city. He dropped me and my sister-in-laws, and our children's on mid road and he argued us for over rent. Action should be taken against these rude and arrogant auto rickshaw drivers. The regustration no of auto rickshaw which i travelled mh 13 bv 1662. Please do something about this

I haven't received my rc card which i submitted at thane rto for removal of hypothication charge.
It's been over 2 months now since then and haven't received any post.
Kindly look into it, it's quite urgent because i need to claim my insurance and rc card is mandatory.
Kindly investigate and revert.

Sir i have done within time limit my car driving test but in rto vadodara i have done no fouls then also they failed me and didn't took my parallel parking test saying that u need not to do forward more tym while doing reverse s but instead i did only for once but why we can't do forward if in result it is not written anything about forward doing of car instructor should tell earlier only why they just say u can go out without taking parallel parking test main thing is without touching sensor and time limit i have done my driving how can they fail me and also i am student of medical living in ahem hostel so coming again and again is not possible and also they judge by looking car how come u know they can't do in some what big car and tell this car will not work on track so better u earlier provide this information before coming on track

My permanent driving license test was conducted at rto rajouri garden delhi on 11 october 2019 and the same was passed kn 11october 2019 itself and information was updated on the same date in the saarthi portal.
It is november 2, 2019
Application status shows pending.
This shows how irresponsible someone can be and they delay it like anything.
Their phone numbers are not reachable and if yes then they don’t pick up

Have bought new policy number:
[protected] for my 2 wheeler vehicle rj14 du 3524 and the insurance is not getting updated on mparivahan app. Kindly help to get the updated details on rto, so i couldn't face any problem. The new policy is bought from policybazar.com.
They have asked to get updated from rto only. Last time my policy was updated itself only and i didn't go anywhere for the same.

I had done fee payment of ll (Mcwg) application form through debit card on 31st oct 2019. An amount of rs 900 got debited from my paytm payment bank account but when i checked my status, it is showing that your payment details is pending.

And i was given the date on 2 november, 2019 for learning license test

Without any information to customer they closed down their office.
I have filled form from dehradun but usually live in rishikesh and it is hard to come from that place and i am a college student.. What should i do

I boarded a taxi mh03 at 0425, an omni, i wanna hunk from navjeevan petrol pump bear tardeo at about 10.30 at night today 1st november 2019 to go to deonar depot via eastern expressway.

I had told the driver categorically that i will not allow him to halt anywhere half way to fill gas and he cannot stop in between before deonar, my destination as he was too much insisting that he will drop me. It was raining and ola was uncertain with minimum waiting of 15+ minutes... Only on condition he will not halt in between i boarded his taxi. The old man driver started cribbing before we reached nagpada that he will halt and check gas and said my gas belt is faulty and meter shows wrong... I warned him he agreed not to halt half way.

He stopped taxi outside dockyard railway station forcefully and at 10.55pm night he insisted at the closed petrol pump to get off and when i started screaming at him, he said he will get another taxi.

On the dark road, raining he showed that he tried to get another taxi and then removed his driver seat and started checking the gas... Not bothering it was a lonely and dark road.

He refused to get me another taxi and refused to go from there...

Strict action must be taken against such anti social element who don’t care about women’s safety and single woman travellers and want to do their way compromising on woman safety in middle of night. He also stood in my way and did not allow me to note his taxi number easily to complain...

Such unsafe whimsical drivers should not be plying on the road especially in night... Where they r not even capable of taking care of themselves and are argumentative for their fault.

Please ensure strictest action...

Sir, my rc num is ap26bn4948 i didn't received my rc since 10 months, its not at postal department, my speed post mum is en[protected]in they responded that they have returned to rto departmentand they don't have any data of this id, but at rto office they are not responding and asked me to apply for duplicate rc and to pay chaalan of 600 rs. Its not my fault to pay 600rs again, so please check this and resolve my problem, thanking you sir

I purchase hyundai - creta car on jan 2016. But still not received rc book from rto office. Kindly suggest what to do?? We called on toll-free number also but toll-free no switches off as well as no shows location gujarat india.

I have applied for a duplicate rc in bangalore rto 51 e-city but i have not received it. The due date was on 3rd october.
Please find the receipt attached.
Application status is stuck as rc approval from around 1st september as i was checking regularly the verification process went very smoothly in the initial days.
I visited the rto office again on 8th october and the manager named rangappa told me that he would take care of the business as the application is already verified and he just need to ask someone to approve it, but i have got no response after it too.

Mh 04 ju 5776 car dashed my car in the front on shil phata on october 29, 2019. He refused to admit his mistake and did not agree to settle the dispute. We were three ladies and a small brother, we two ladies sat in the car with him and went all the way to his drop location. We asked him for money, est. 3000 but he has given only 1000. I have to bear the rest of the amount. The driver was least bothered and even handed me a fake license card to get rid of the situation

I am vipin patil. My echallan no is tnccm[protected]. I have parked my moped in front of building. It was not on the road but still rto official have towed my vehicle. That to without any announcement which he suppoosed to do before towing. When i went to pick my vehicle from saket vahtuk kaksha, thane. I asked about the scenario, but that guy was not ready to accepy his mistake. His name is arun ramchandra bagawe.in addition to this while lifting my vehicle they damaged my front guard of tyre. That guy is pathetic. Instead of following their duties as per rules and regulations, these guys are making money buisness. I want my fine back in addition to that i want to take legal actions against rto official arun ramchandra bagawe. Plz kindly do the need ful. Total fine they charge me as 200 rs official and 100 rs unofficial.

Hey. I applied for my dl test on 26th, oct, 2019 and booked a slot for 1st nov, 2019. The payment was successfully made and all the documents asked were successfully submitted. It's 31st today and i haven't got any confirmation about my test slot and on the www.parivahan.gov.in website it says the application is under scrutiny at rto level. Will the application get approved after the day of test is passed? Kindly see to this issue or provide some clarity for the same.

I recently visited the rto office, gkp-273001 and witnessed the unpuntuality and closed offices during office hours.

I have visited the office several times but still got no update on my issue.

Hence i request you to take the matter in your hand.

Sir in ballia zeerabasti rto office, there is worst condition for license making. Brockets take a lot of money for this and rto officer will not do against this. If someone give money to brockers then they can able to get their license in 2 days but individual can't. And in this corruption the main role is of rto officer. He will not do anything against this. And his behavior against indivisible is very bad.
Sir, i request you to please take a rigid action against the rto officer and make this offer corruption free.

I am at ganganagar rto office and it is 10.40 am. But rto officer not yet come. People are standing in queue for only one sign of rto officer from 10 am to till now. And responsible officer not present yet. It is not the way to treat people's coming for their own dl and the wait 1-2 hours only for the signature of rto officer. It is not one day problem it is everyday routine to not come on time. And people have to wait for the rto officer. I know this complaint not effect anything and nothing going to change. People have to wait everyday and rto officer not come on time.

I applied for 3 Driving licsense for 3 person. In which 1 is for LUV and rest of them are for two wheelers. We 3 passed the test without any issue and it is more than 20 days and still i did not received any of the licsense ! There is no support from customer care. Location :- Indore RTO. They didn, t even gave me any kind of Receipt to find where it is. But anyhow i managed to get the payment Receipt and tried to track the application. and i found that the one which is for LUV is showing pending for personalization and pending for Authorization but rest of them are showing as Record printed and record authorized but i din not received any of the licsense. Support needed.. Please help me to sort my query out. Thank-you
