I am deepak kumar. I gave the dl test for permanent driving licence on 17th june, 2019 at rto, ghaziabad. My application number is [protected] and my dl number is up[protected]. Now till date today (24th september 2019), i haven't got my driving license. I have been request via customer care help number [protected] and they told me that and my original dl had to returned to rto, lucknow and will be sent you at the earliest. But till date i have not received my dl.
As driving without dl, i am always afraid for chalan. So, you are requested to do the needful, which help me for providing me dl at the earliest.

All of the procedure from filling application to slot booking (Appointment) has been done, but when fee payment is done, i am getting the message as, "payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office".

My appointment date is on 26/09/19 and i am unable to pay my fee as site not allowing me to pay.

Plz. Help.

I have completed my bike loan in hdfc bank. After that bank officer told to cancel the hypothecation. But i have visited rto office 6 times.in help center the person told to visit the person in room no 6. But everytime the chair was empty. Only fan and light works there. Only brokers approaching me. This is seventh day wasted. I don't know why they are getting salary every month. Poor stuff and administration..

I'm submit my documents form in rto office janakpuri west delhi in my form mentioned i have to reach 12:00 pm and also mentioned you are required to approach rto approximately before 1 hour when i going to submit my form 11:00pm he told me come to 12;00pm i told him in form mentioned i have to reach 1 hour before 12:00 rto employee missbehave and told me don't teach me

I was charge fine of 1000rs on 24th sept 2019 12.15am stating wrong side driving where in traffic police people where asking us to go from wrong side due to heavy traffic at ghodbander road thane and this is not 1st time i hv been working with tcs since 4yrs now n i travel by my bike everyday and we all r use to about it traveling from wrong side due accident and etc... Which is gudied by rto official even today same thing happened so the question is if i was ask by traffic police people to go from wrong way then y i was charged this so injustice with us and it was not me there were lots of cars and bike. It shows that on one side trafiic poilce officers are asking to go from wrong side and on othere hand they are asking us to pay the fine. There were small kid around age of 16 to 17 who was busy in clicking photos of our bikes not even i proper procedure is not following.. I wil not pay any money i want justice...

After giving my driving licence test and passed it and submitted all my documents to the counter and still i didn't receive any approval message fron rto, my friend who submitted his form together got the message. I have submitted my application and learning license to the counter.

I applied for ll licence and paid through debit card. Amount debited and still pending on rto side. I mailed them but they didn't give reply. I called them but helpline number can't connect. My application no. Is [protected]. Pos no. 82000238. Transaction no i'd[protected]. How should i do? How to contact them? I think i lost my 900 rs for this online transaction.

And the previous owner name is jyoti prakash patra.
Its hve been 10 months since i got my bike but im not getting its rc book delivered.
I want to claim my insurance and mainly the problem which iam facing right now is that i am not hving a rc book of my bike. Its said from previous owner that it will be delivered soon but i am not getting it.
It would be a kind help if its getting delivered to my address.

I have been visiting to rto vadodara since past three days (3 days) to verify my documents of the application and complete the process at the earliest for issuing learners license with application number [protected].

We are getting occupied and our time is wasted at rto office since past three days due to poor server at rto and officials unable to process our application.

I have given my driving licence test at rto kr puram bangalore on 6th september 2019. I have passed the test and application status got updated with test result on 11th september 2019. It has been more than two weeks after the test and still my application is stucked at approval of driving licence stage. My application number is [protected]. Please look into it

On the payments page for learner's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.210. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (Around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and it did not redirect me to the verified by visa/ otp page too.
Hence i started the payment process again but got the below message:

"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

Please tell me how to resolve this issue, its very urgent

Sir mera licence postman ne wapas kr diya h mai custmare care v call kiya. Lekin koi javab nhi mila. Mera dl punh bhejane ki kripa kare. Mera lincence 5 month pahle ka hi ban chuka h lekin hame abhi tk nhi mila maine bahut prayas kr liya

My licence number is gj11 *5725 and application number [protected] which is from rto junagadh. There are no any status of confirmation that i have received this id card or not. There should be one sms that your card is being send through courier or not.

If i am registered there are two messages from same otp. But when it comes to physical driving licence. No any sms.

My driving license no 3522/mtr/91 issued on03.06.1991 it has been renewed wef 4.10.2002 to 3.10.2007 and just after
4.10.2007 to 03.10.2012. But after it has not been renewed till date despite of many efforts by me. Arto mathura has been contacted by me personally and he told that the record is not available in thats office. Thus it can not be renewed and apply for new learning license. I am retired pri mathura head post office and a senior citizen age about 63 years. I am unable to approach the officers. Kindly i request you to take necessary action for renewal of my driving license at an earliest thanking you.

Respected sir, my name is prashant rahi and i’m from prayagraj, my problem is that i bought a ktm duke 125 from kedganj showroom on 8 may 2019, as i wanted a fancy number so i booked the fancy no. Up 70 ew 3232, because my car no. Is also the same 3232. I paid ₹ 1000 on 10may 2019 for registration as bidder and on 24 may 2019 i paid the rest ₹2000 on the same date when i get the message to pay the ₹2000 to make up70 ew3232 mine. Everything has done from my side as i submitted all the documents regarding the payment of fancy number and everything to the showroom manager and from that date the showroom manager is telling me that “you will get the rc in 3-4 days each and every time when i call him after 4-5 days he is just repeating one line that you will get the rc in 3-4 days and that’s for sure. Last month i. E., august he said that the rto officers are not able fetch your booked fancy no. On systems that is why it is getting late, and in the starting of september he said that the rto office has run out of the rc papers that’s why it is getting late, and on thursday i. E., 19 september evening i received a message from vaahan that i have got new no. Up70 fa2490 without my concern, sir/madam please look after this matter and do the needful as soon as possible, and it is also not possible for me to not go outside with bike because i have to go office. I have all the proof that i have booked and i am a successful bidder of the up70 ew3232. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible, i will be very thankful to you, hope i will get the response soon, thankyou.

I applied fory licence upgradation on[protected] under application number [protected] to rto patiala, punjab. But still my application status shows pending after 1 month. Is there any way to file complaint againt rto for negligence of duties. Please provide vide any solution so that i get my licence as soon as possible. And please provide the info to which highet authority i can send my complaint againt rto office as this is not just my case, it is happening to all the candidates who are either applying for licence or seeking any chnages in licence. And same is the condition with rc application also. When punjab govt is charging so high fee for providing basic necessity services to public they should also make their govt useless employees personally accountable for these kind of neglence.

I have given my driving licence test and passed it and also submitted my all documents to the counter and still i didn't get any approval message and mine friend who submitted with me got the message.
I have passed my ll test and then also passed my driving licence test and submitted.

Sir i am a resident of sonepur odisha
I have completed my driving test at 21.09.2019.

Driving test is still under process
At sonepur rto (Od31).
But when i checked application status.
It's showing pending.
Approval of dl pending
Printing of form 7 smart card pending
Dispatch of dl and psv badge pending
Please resolve this quick as without license difficult to go out.

My application number is [protected]. I have uploaded all the required documents required for learning licence online but when i started doing online payment for it every time the transaction was declined. I have tried for approx 20 times but everytime the result was same.
How can these things motivate indians to follow traffic rules if the responsible authorities are not doing their job properly.
This is a very awkward situation when every one claims that india is progressing in the field of digitization but the fact is that the indian government is not even bothering about these kinds of silly faults in their websites

We got into an auto and on knowing the location he told us to get down and when we refused started abusing us for it. When we threatened to complaint he told us to do it and started the rickshaw. We had to get down before he could move forward. We request you to look into it and take strict action against this driver. Below are the driver details.
