I have applied for the duplicate Rc on-line but it seems like nagpur RTO MH40 is not processing the application at all.

I have drop the multiple mails regarding the status of the application but still did not getting any response .

I had car learning license appointment on 20th july.in the beginning i went to officer who was verifying the documents. I showed him the documents and told me to pay fees online without checking the application form and documents. So i did as officer said. Paid the fees and again went to that officer. Now he told this application is not correct as you have filled wrong application form and said you have to apply again. I asked him about refund....

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for a duplicate dl online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.359, on[protected]:07:14 am.

The amount is debited from my account and i have got a treasury challan reference no (2c67d15b33) for the same. The status of the application is completed in all the fields. I checked odisha treasury website using the reference...

But on application status it's still showing application is under processing at rto level scrutiny (Document verification) at counter imvcnt10. Not even the result of the test is updated. I chinnadurai ponnuswamy owner of two wheeler hero dream yoga no. Mh 01 bw 4671 parked at railway premises and i am also railway employee has been towed without any reason on 17/07/2019 and rto mentioned that "no parking" in the in their challan no mumct[protected] dated 17/07/2019.

I applied online for driving license in wrong rto and paid application fee or rs. 766.
I did not book slot for driving test and cancelled the application. The application is cancelled now but can you please refund the amount which i paid.

I paid the fee for the permanent driving lisence under 50cc bike. After the booking they have given that we need to have the insurance certificate, pollution board certificate, and mainly my bike is not under 50cc. So i need back myu money that was paid to for the driving test. As i want to rectify all the my certificates and the papers need to be submited....

I am applying for learners licence at rto surat, while in verification process they have rejected me twice saying that they need police verification of my rent agreement, even though police verification for rent agreement is no more required nowadays. Also police verification takes some days, and if i go for it, my validity will come to an end, and the fees i have paid will be no more counted. I request you to do something about it...

This is extremely painful to say that i ve waited for more than 2 hrs on the ground for driving test and then when i went to dto office, khunti they say there ll be no test today as the officer is not coming! I have booked my slot and paid for it but they always remain absent and pass it to next week. This has become a headche for me. I dont know whom to complain. I feel like killing myself. They dont deserve to serve us.

I would like to bring in notice that my application no. 42256119 with DOB 16/08/1997 has not been approved by the Driving License authority even after passing the learners test on 18th of june, 2019. Moreover, even after going to ask them about the status i found my application papers are missing and i have been waiting for approval since a month and still they say it will be approved by tomorrow, everyday....

I have paid rs 650 for my learners license with applicant no. [protected]. My bank says that rs 650 is deducted from my account but the site sarathi says that the havent got their payment and the status the are showing is failed.
It's been one month and the site hasn't updated my payment status.
I would request to look into the matter and to slve it as soon as possible....

I have applied for 2 wheeler with gear driving licence mcwg and 4 wheeler driving licence LMV NT. When i went for driving test. They informed me that in my form spelling of Andheri is wrong only ANDH is written so they refused to take my test just because of 3 alphabet missing in andheri and told you can ask for the refund.
