Dear sir/madam,

I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on 22/08/2019 at siliguri rto (Wb-74).
However i have not yet received the driving license.
My application no. Is [protected]

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I request you to please do the needful.

My driving permanent driving licence has been approved a month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to goto rto every week and check for the same. It is still under dispatched state from 2months.

I gave my license test on the 16th of july and was told that the licence would reach my address by in 10 days. It's been a month and my license has still not been delivered to my address. I checked with the driving license place and they said that it's been sent to post office. I checked with the post office and thier system says delivered, but doesn't say where it has been delivered to. Today is the 6th of september and i'm totally clueless.

I did not receive the renewed dl even after 2 months. When i checked at koramanagala bangalore rto office where i applied for renewal, mentioned that they have sent it through speed post and shown me the tracking id sticker. This id was not existed in postal website and post dept also confirmed the same. There is a deliberate attempt by both rto and postal dept to trouble the applicants who has to run between rto and post for no fault of his. I will not divulge my details here because it was not needed. There is a register containing details about speed post in which 10-15 names are in each page.in the page my name was appeared, there were 3 speed post ids does not exist.
If we go through the agents we have to pay rs 1500 and the renewed dl is received same day. My assumption is (I may be wrong here), since rto staff is not getting their cut in cases like mine, they will try to make our life miserable.
My sincere request is please check the entries of few days and cross check in postal website to make sure they exists. My entry exists between aug 3 and aug 15th in that ledger.

I applied for 2 wheeler license renewal on 27/4/2019, since i have failed 4 wheeler license test and meanwhile 2 wheeler license expired, i submitted for renewal on 27/4/19, but yet i have not received my renewed licnese, i every time visit surat pal rto, and get the reply that "error in software, we have mailed gandhinagar and will get reply after 3 days only, till there nothing will happen", no body is there to consider my request seriously, i wait for a postive reply for couple of hours, finally return to home after high frustration.

Pls also inform me contact details of higher authority, i will request them too if needed to get my license and avoid road fine if any

Hello sir/mam,

I have purchased a two wheeler with the registration no. Dl3sec6469 in nov.2018. First time i received the rc but father's name & address was wrong on it. Then i ask the same to dealer from where i purchase my bike. He has send the rc for correction in end of dec. 2018, but till now i am waiting for the rc.
I have visited the rto office kalekhan but the people sitting there is not responding properly. They are not doing there duties, they thinks if they are giving the answer of customer's query then they are doing a favor to them. They are even not able to confirm the status of my rc.

I am really fed-up with the response of the officials. Requesting you to do the needful & help me in sending my rc at my address.

I am very disappointed with the services because my dl - up[protected] has been issued on 29th march 2019 but it is not yet delivered.. I have contacted the customer services alot of time but no one help me with the solution.. I have visted rto 2-3 times but no solution.. As we clearly know that traffic rules has been changed so please help me with the issues and deliver this asap

My dl is approved on[protected] and 'printing of dl in form-7 (Smart card)' is completed on[protected]. However i am yet to receive my dl.

Requesting you to inform me what is the official time span of receiving dl after the printing of dl in form-7 is completed

I've put up a request on 25th august, paid my dues and everything related to the re-issuance. Despite that, it's been more than 15 days now and it still shows me that the application is under document scrutiny at counter no; jrclrkcnt.

What do i make of this? Does it really take this long? I've been in dire need of my license as i keep travelling.

Please help me out with this. Your help is much appreciated.

Took auto from indian oil nagar opp rbk international school on mankhurd - chhedanagar link road at about 3.30pm on 5th september 3019

It was raining and i had to go to kalanagar on way to sea link.

Auto driver old man with a saffron scarf initially itself showed attitude where u want to go etc and then agreed to take us. It was raining so we had to change previous auto since it had no curtains on sides.

On reaching bkc the auto driver started asking where in kalanagar, u wanna go.

I said let’s reach kalanagar and i will show u

I said i have to take a taxi to sealink to worli and he started turning towards right at ongc signal and arguing i will get stuck and have to go empty and won’t go and started shouting and screaming on me for it. He got abusive as i asked him to stop near a taxi just before the turning to mahim came as that was the last taxi. He kept blabbering and abusing again reluctant to stop and drop me at taxi again demanding more money and saying he will have no u turn and will have to go empty till bandra west & it is an expense

First - old man not displayed any license!!! Then old man should not be driving if he has to go to places as per his wish and not as per customer. Plus shouting and being abusive to a lady... Not at all acceptable.

Even after i got offf he kept shouting and saying i drive auto for so many years etc etc... Has no respect for anyone!!!

I am sure rto will deal with such notorious characters & non trust worthy drivers!!!

Valuable officers incharge,

Please note i have registered my new car in RTO chidambaram TN91 through a driving school named Vijay driving school located inside the RTO office premises. They are charging a service charge of INR7000 for registration beyond the allowed cost of register. They use to explain that the amount collected will be given to the RTO officers incharge to get it signed.

We have our earnings taxed for each and every penny and proposed for registration but what is there a need to pay all these officers and person in the premises who get salary from the government! and they are forcing us to pay.

Please look into this concern and do a valuable action regarding this complaint.

Hope to have a corruption reduced india to make our country proud.

I write to concern over the issue of corruption in khambhaliya rto office despite the no objection certificate is no longer require in change of address
But khambhaliya authority says we need noc certificate to change address or pay the bribe to agent to do so
Kindly do something otherwise innocent people r suffering bec of corruption

I hv submitted my wife's renewal of dl application form to rto bangalore (East) kasturinagar, bangalore on 01 aug 19. They said i will get my license with in a week but its been over 02 month still i have not received my updated dl.

Online application status shows scrutiny (Document verification) for change of add and renewal of dl since 01 aug 19.
Request u to pls tell me what should i do know?

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for learners license online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.1800

The amount is debited from my account. The status of the application is completed in all the fields.

But the payment is still in pending status, the the epayment "status of payment" section, due to which i am not able to get my ll.
I have visited the rto twice as well and they informed me that they have not received the payment and cannot proceed with the ll, even though all documents and payments are done as required.

Have called the sarathi helpline numbers multiple times, have emailed them as well but to no response.

I have waited 24 hours but nothing seems to have happened.
There is no one who can help me on this as well, as all complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

The online application for license was to made life easier for people, but this is a really big inconvenience, and my trust on government organizations has further reduced

Mene 19 april 2019 ko new bike purchase ki and mujhe rc dispatch ka msg 1 may 2019 ko aya but jabse lekar aaj tak mujhe meri bike ki rc ghar delivered nhi hui eske liye mene post office ke bhi bhot chakar kate koi thik se batata hu nhi upar se galat language me baat krte h bolte paise deke job mili h maze katenge hum to... Sangam vihar post office holi chowk bhot bura haal h koi kaam nhi hota yha

I took an auto from mrunaltai gore bridge, ram mandir east. I told him destination before taking auto but still he was refusing to go at that location and instead he dropped at wrong location. While arguing he came on me and showed as he's taking off curtons while i was clicking his auto number pic. After getting down he was assaulting me with bad words like bhikari nd all.

I had applied for my dl on july 2019 just 20 days before my ll got expired. I visited rto office lohardaga, paid the amount and booked a slot for test drive for 20/07/2019. But the authorities refused to take my test on the given date, they told me to visit on a certain date, i visited on that date but once again the gave me a new date, in this way they continously keep giving new dates, they took my mobile number and said that they will call me on the off test drive but now they are saying plz book a new date and come, now the lerner licence is expired and i am unable to book a new date.
You are sincerely requested to plz have a look at it's functions in rto lohardaga

I wrote to [protected]@gov.in in april looking for help to apply for duplicate dl online.

I applied for a duplicate dl on april 22nd, 2019 using the path shared by [protected]@gov.in.

I was also charged a fee of ₹270 for same.

Its been 4 months and i still haven't received the dl.

I was driving with my family on the aluva highway, just before paravoor junction on 4/9/2019 at 11. Am.. I was on the right side of the road, a tamilnadu registered truck jammed my vehicle overtaking without looking in the mirror. The truck hit my mirror and damaged it. If i hadn't applied break, it would have been a major accident. The truck number was : tn.61.5546
