Hello,
I completed driving test on 17 aug till now i haven't received my driving licence. I also visited in rto, but they said its done from our side just wait.
Its about more than 30 days has been passed but status says it is in processing under rto level. Please tell me how much i have to wait for my driving license. Because of the new challan rules i am using public transport untill & unless u got my passport.

Dear rto team,
I have given test today for learning license in rto office koramangala and i got passed in test with score 13/15. Now i am getting messages like my learning test is reschedule due to some inconvenience. Why i should give learning test again. I already spend my 3 days process to get all those things. Why i will join again to give test.

The koraput rto did not allow me to issue learning licence the reason behind was that i am not a permanent resident of koraput district he asked me to g to my own district to get learning licence i am already paid for this. But i am posted and resided in jeypore for the last 12 months. The koraput rto did give me a satsfied answer and he behave rudely.

Parivahan details is having lot of errors. There should be a technical teams to resolve these kind of issues through chat/call. Instead of resolving technical issues they are asking users to goto rto. For technical issue why should a vehicle owner waste his time. My vehicle is showing two rto in parivahan website.
Any clients using this api will get error. Mpariwar getting error, pollution software getting error. There cannot be two...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am traveling from Wagoli to majalgaon on date 17-Sep-2019 17:18. In between Gadhi and majalgaon.(In toll naka) they fine me .

I have valid License (MH[protected]XXXX) shown to him I have Valid Insurance copy shown to him I have Valid PUC and it is show to him.
only thing is I forgot RC copy at home.
But he fined me Challan for License this is not correct and its against law. If you making Challan you have to make sure that the same mention in Challan Details.

Even after slot booking the applicants are not having opportunity to give test as it is way too much rush. If the slot booking is available for 1 pm to 2 pm then why is their lunch time and the process is stopped for more than a hour which delays the process. Even after 3 hours of waiting one doesn't get a chance to give test. Also the token system is of no use as the security guard send people randomly by corruption.

I am going to buy a new Hyundai car but the dealership is asking for handling charges 3000rs. I have informed them that it's illegal to ask for handling charges, but then also he said we take. Then i said i will speak to goa RTO OFFICE, HE REPLIED GO AHEAD. WHAT KINDA LAW IS THIS. government is becoming a joke to these people and even worst.
After this complaint let's see what is being done.

I have sold my car (Maruti esteem, mh-12 pa-6484) before 4-5 years. The person to whom i sold my car has not transferred the car on his name till the date. At the time of deal he had promised me that he will transfer the car on his name. So i gave him all necessary documents ie. (Registration certificate, tax receipt, green tax receipt & cng kit receipt).

Now few days back i received a letter from rto, pune for non-payment of tax for same vehicle.

I am unable to find that person as i lost his phone number and name.

So i won't be responsible for any complications related to this vehicle.

Sir,

This is regarding delay in issual of a duplicate dl from pune rto. An online application for issuing a duplicate license was given on[protected]. Fees for the same was also paid the same day online. My application no is : [protected]. On[protected], i personally visited the rto to submit the documents. The first step, scrutiny of documents was completed the same day. After this till[protected], no further actions were taken on the same. Frustrated, on[protected] i visited the rto again and after a simple request to the person in charge the next step, approval of endorsement on dl was completed. Now the issue is, the last two steps,
(Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge pending), are still showing pending status. Really not happy with the way of working. I need the dl on an urgent basis to join a new job.

Request you to please look into the same and do the needful asap.

I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on mahesana rto at mahesana rto (Gj.2).
However i have not yet received the driving license.
My application no. Is.73845819

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

Vehicle no gj21bc8990 owner name maulik naik parsing done in navsari rto in april 2017 still i have not receive original rc book from rto I have only screen report I have so many time personaly visited at rto but no any response
They are saying me to apply for duplicate r c book
When I hv not receive original rc book how can I apply for duplicate ?

Whenever I've tried to book appointment for DL Test, thw website is showing different error messages. Error messages are as below
1)As the specified application number is not for issuing driving license no need to go for DLTest slot booking .
2) DL application number is not availlable for the my LL No.
3) application number is approved but slot booking is not allowed
Please resolve this issue and allow me to book...

I had applied for my LL and the payment has been made but when I approached the rto they denied making the LL and asked to apply for a fresh application And ask me to cancel the current application. even though the sarathi website shows everything is in order and only scrutiny is pending

I called the sarathi support number and they told me as the payment is already made I need to check with the rto again for the details, the rto officer told me I need to cancel the application and the refund will be processed

Application no: [protected] Later the sarathi mail support told me that the application needs to be verified in rto, I explained the issue again, then as I was asking about the refund process they cancelled my application and send a mail saying the application is cancelled and refund will not be provided.

1. Proper information was not provided
2. They accepted they payment for services to be provided
3. The rto denied providing the service saying new application needs to be submitted even though sarathi website shows all documents are in order
4. Sarathi support sent mail the application was cancelled without me cancelling the application
5. Not providing refund

I sent mail to public relations officer of the rto and state transport depart from past 2 weeks but no reply was received from them. Even called all the numbers mentioned on the transport website but no response to calls or emails.

I even filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline docket: 1588680, 1601789, 1601812 but they denied taking it further and disposed the complaints and asked to contact the rto

Even after visiting the rto 5-6 times in last 2 weeks they did not provide any resolution or details they just tell to cancel the application and say nothing about the refund or the procedure

We tried many times to pay fees online on your eBay portal. but there is some problem from your side we cant pay fees.
we also tried to contact you with your provided contact details, but no one answering our call. I tried to about 1 hour but no one answering our call. if you take your salary in regular time then also it's your responsibility to do your job properly. at the list just answer to our call and listen to our problem regarding to online payment. if your payment portal does not work perfectly then why are you put this module on your website please remove that unusable part or otherwise give us any notification like "under construction" and "not in working condition" etc.
you are just an irregular person with your work. please understand your work and do it properly. if you don't respect your time then it doesn't mean that same thing do with the customer.
please upgrade your system and proper contact details.
we attached one photo that describes we tried so many time but no single person receive our call to gives an answering by your side.

My name is gunjesh shashidhar mishra, my application no. Is [protected], my dl no. Is mh48 [protected]. I have applied for dl in vasai virar rto on[protected] and it is getting approved on[protected].
It is almost 2 months but whenever i check the status it is showing printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) - pending

The charges of driving without license is very high but the service for issuance of this very bad, very poor.
What to do please suggest.

It's been a month since the document have been uploaded and feed of 46o has been completed.
The status still shows as scrutiny - (Document verification) application no [protected]
Not sure how long they take.
Visited the office twice and was informed to wait.
The telephone number shared is never answered.

The amount spend to follow up and visit the rto office several times is much more than the fees.

It's extremely pathetic

Sir, i'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when i enter my details it shows that "entered application number is approved. Slot booking is not allowed." please help. Only 1 month left for my slot limit as 5 months have already passed.

My vehicle number is MH12ND943 (pleasure: white). I have registered this vehicle in 2016. I received a notice from RTO for driving vehicle without helmet and I paid the amount. When I crossed check the image from website I found different vehicle with same number plate. (Activa: Blue). Can same number be allotted to 2 different vehicles? I have my vehicle documents with me.Request you to please check attached snapshots of the image. snapshot of white vehicle is mine and the other snapshot blue vehicle with 3 people is which I received notice from RTO for penalty charge.
