Near nizampura oriental bank. I parked my car in parking inside althe yellow line but a maruti suzuki ciaz was parked in no parking behind my car. It got so difficult to take out my car i had to stand for 1 hour. On asking inside the bank nobody responded. Please take an action against him. The car no. I have applied driving license through online, drive test successfully completed at kathuri nagar rto office bangalore (Ka 03) on august 3rd 2019, so far 40 days completed but still application status shown as below

I'm ashit khadal resident of darjeeling westbengal. I have given my dl for renew on 10 july 2019 n after submitting or completing all kind of official work its showing dispatch of dl and psv batch from last 15 days. Its promised that dl will be dispatch or arrived within 7 days but it's still not in my hand. So i kindly request to rto to solve this problem.

that SUBHASH RATHOD owns a maruti ertiga VXI vehicle bearing REG.NO.GA.03.W.3026 and as per the permit he is suppose to park his vehicle in hotel campus .
that SUBHASH RATHOD is parking the above said vehicle in front of my green bar and resturant, vagator junction bus stop, vagator, bardez -goa which is not as per the permit rules
i therefore request you...

I booked an ola auto on 17th september 2019 around 3.30 pm near d mart, roadpali, kalamboli, navi munbai. When the auto arrived some other auto drivers came and stopped the auto. They all threatened me, the driver and my father who's a senior citizen that they'll beat us if we do not get down from auto. They were all using abusive language. Ola auto cost me 46 and these local people were charging 100 for a closer distance and do not allow other ola uber to take passengers.

My vehicle no. Is gj18cf9684 but the rto staff make a very big mistake in my rc book they had written my vehicle no. Gj18ce9684 instead of gj18cf9684 therefore i had gone to rto office and complain about it. But they are not giving a satisfied response since 2 years. I go to rto office every month but they are not solving this for 2 year. Plzz solve it immediately otherwise we had to do a very high level of complain....

I lost my driving license last month, i applied for duplicate dl online and called customer care of rto odisha, as originally my dl was issued from there, they informed me i can visit at tamil nadu - chennai rto office and can submit documents as its not practically possible to go to odisha to get dupliacte dl, i visited thrice, rto-aynawaram, chennai and everytime they asked for some documents like adhar print, forms, and finally said i need to go to my hometown to get dl, they cannot do anything, please let me know whether its pratically possible to do same

I have submitted documents for car ownership transfer and there is no update from last 5 months. Application no is "dl190401x5941469". I am frustrated with this pathetic services from delhi vahan/transport department. Trying to call helpdesk number provided on site but number is not reachable. No one is providing me expected date and i can't claim my petrol expenses until ownership is transferred to me.

I went to rto office gurgaon. First they were not help full.. they didn't say clear what I have to do.. they only told me go this person.. another say another person.. worst experience in rajeev chownk rto office.. I want money my back.. if we want learning licence than we need atleast 3-4 working holidays..

I applied for a sold Vehicle NOC[protected] But i didnt get any NOC til now . I asked many times to RTO office . They did not get any suitable answer .

If inThat condition any vhicle accident happen then i am not responsible for this . So i requsted, please send me NOC as soon as Possible .

The DL action was rapid and easy till the processing upto 7th Sep 2019. It is there of stuck at dispatch step till today. This is from Electronic City RTO Bengaluru. All officers in every counter were super efficient on the day I submitted the application for renewal through till the creation of the smart card. Wondering why it gets stuck in dispatch for a short city courier.

I would be obliged for immediate response on email / cell number for the next step even if I have to follow through or immediate dispatch of the DL to the mailing address that is about 4 km from the RTO in electronic city

I Ankit Pavar from Ahmedabad I had applied for Learning Licence at Ahmedabad East RTO (GJ27) on 06/08/2018 and gave test on 15/10/2018 my application no. Is [protected]
I had successfully passed the LL test and gave my DL test on 8/02/2019 and passed that test too. But till today application status showing Application is under processing at RTO Level. and PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) and
DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE is pending and I went to the RTO office and they said I haven't submitted my LL after my DL test but I'm not aware of this and neither I'm asked to do so. I asked my friend but he also not submitted his LL after DL test . So please help me regarding this as I have to go college daily and after new mother vehicle act it is hard to without DL

Trying to book a test slot for learning driving license online since the last 2 weeks.. But every time i get a message showing slot booking is not available for the next 60 days. Please kindly see the matter.

I katraj chawk (Pune, maharashtra) i daily see non-transport (Six seater, four wheelers with white number plate) standing and carrying people. Even traffic police are standing 100-200 meters away from them but not taking any action on them. Also, those vehicle causes a traffic jam at that chawk. As per new rto rules police should fine non-transport vehicles anyone can see it with bare eyes as those vehicles not using yellow plate still police not taking any action on it.

Please help me in solving my problem as soon as possible.

I bought suzuki access but till now i have'nt received my rc book. I went to showroom i bought vehichle from but they said that i have to discuss the matter in rto only. I asked in rto and the said to fill the form and to pay the fees. I dont understand that is it my fault that the rc book (Which should reach my home automatically) have not reched till now??. And should i pay for the mistake made by the system?

I, vinayak g rane (Sr. Citizen) travelled with my family on 09.09.2019 through rameshwar tours and travels, kandalgaon, tal. Malwan, dist - sindhudurg.
Bearing private bus no mh-04 fk 1257. (Seat no 1, 2, 3. Kandalgaon to mumbai)
Regular charge is rs 600 /seat. But same day traveler took rs 950/seat. Total i paid rs 2850 for sr. Citizens. Maharashtra govt. Directed to the people suppose traveler took exorbitant charges instead of 600/person, pl complain with the concern rto. Hence i am complaining the same.

I have passed all the exams and the application status shows on parivahan.gov.in that all the actions have been "completed" but the following three actions are pending at the rto level:

(Approval of dl - rtoauth1)
Pending status

1) approval of dl
2) printing of the dl in form 7 (Smart card)
3) dispatch of the dl and psv badge

Driving test was done on 14th auguest, 2019.

I uploaded all the necessary documents, selected test date, and slot and proceeded for payment. It redirected to k2. Karnataka.gov.in website for payment gateway. Selected the concerned details and clicked 'submit'. That's it. No response after that. The site went blank. Had to refresh after which it frequently shows 'payment pending... Please confirm from bank or contact rto office'. Is there any solution to this? I have read numerous complaints regarding the same problem.

અધિકારી શ્રી અને મંત્રી શ્રી જે કોઈ હોય તે બધા ને એક સામાન્ય નાગરિક ની વિન્નતી

સીટી માં હેલ્મેટ બાબત છૂટ આપવા અપીલ છે
બાકી બધા નિયમ માં જે કાંઈ દંડ ની જોગવાઈ છે તેમાં આમ જનતા ને કોઈ વિરોધ નથી
કારણકે હેલ્મેટ બાબત જે મજબૂરી છે તે એક વાહન ચાલક જ જાણતો હોઈ છે આ નિયમ હાઇવે ઉપર બરાબર છે
બાકી સર્વે નાગરિક ને પોતાની અને પરિવાર ની ચિંતા તો હૉઈ અને પોતાની સેફટી માટે લગભગ 90 થી 95 % લોકો એ પોતાના વીમા તો ઉતરાવ્યાં જ હોય છે
બાકી હેલ્મેટ પહેરી હોય અને અકસ્માત માં તેનું મૃત્યુ થાય તો સરકાર કાઈ એક્સ્ટ્રા વળતર તો આપતી નથી

બાકી બે દિવસ સીટી માં હેલ્મેટ પહેરી અને વાહન ચલાવો અને
નીચે જણાવેલ જગ્યા એ હાજરી આપીતો સામાન્ય નાગરિક ની મજબૂરી નો ખ્યાલ આવે
1 કોઈ ના બેસણા કે ઉઠામણા માં જવું
2 લગ્ન કે સગાઈ માં જવું
3 ધાર્મિક મંદિરે દર્શન કરવા જવું
4 પાર્ટી કે ફંકશન માં જવું
5 કોઈ ના મરણ માં આભડવા જવું
6 દવા લેવા દવાખાને જવું
7 સંબંધી ની ખબર કાઢવા હોસ્પિટલે જવું
8 તહેવાર ઉપર મેળા માં કે ધાર્મિક સ્થળે ફરવા જવું
9 દુકાનો માં શોપિંગ કરવા જવું
10 આ સિવાય આજુબાજુ ના સેન્ટર માં જોબ માટે રેલવે અથવા એસ.ટી. માં અપ ડાઉન કરતા લોકો જ્યારે પોતાનું બાઈક રેલવે અથવા બસસ્ટેન્ડ માં મુકતા હોઈએ ત્યારે હેલ્મેટ નું શુ કરવું.
બીજુ puc સર્ટીફીકેટ હોય એટલે શુ વાહન પ્રદુષણ ફેલાવતુ બંધ થઈ જશે?
કેમ કે puc એક રિપોર્ટ હોય છે જેમાં પોલીસ ને કઈ ખબર પડતી નથી કેમ કે puc ચેકીંગ કર્યા પછી એક પણ રેકોર્ડ નથી કે પોલીસે એવુ કહ્યુ હોય કે તમારુ વાહન પ્રદુષણ ફેલાવે છે.
તેથી બીજા નીયમ બરોબર છે પણ puc અને શહેરી રસ્તા પર હેલ્મેટ ના નીયમ માં સુધારો જરૂરી છે.

માટે આ બાબત વિચારણા કરવા વિન્નતી છે
ઉપર ની બાબત માં કાયદાકીય રીતે મારા થી કાઈ ખોટું લખાય ગયું હોય તો હું માફી માંગુ છુ
આ એક સામાન્ય નાગરિક ની આપશ્રી ને અપીલ છે
