Iam adithya of tamilnadu virudhunagar district, iam having scoliosis since birth
I went to apply llr at rto office virudhunagar. The rto inspector denied to give llr because she told i cannot turn my head right side. She told me when you are catched by traffic inspector, tell that i will not give licence

Please take severe action against than rto inspector

    I had sold my bike having registration no. Mh[protected] make bajaj pulsar-150 model -2006 having engine no. Dhgbmj48124, chassis no. Md 2dhdhzzmcji0302. To mr. Ramakrishna gangavarapu permanant address:-k. T. P. S. House no bf-556, paloncha khamman dist (Ap) pincode 507115 mob. No.[protected] present add:-jijamata nagar c/o. Ramana rcf marg chembur mumbai 74
    Last week i received a e. Challan sms on my mobile stating penalty of rs.200/- for driving without license. This shows the buyer has not yet transferred the bike on his name. Before the bike is misused for wrong purpose please advice/ help me in tracking and updating the owner status of the bike.
    I tried all means to track the vehicle and buyer but failed. With all the resources at your disposal it will be quiet easy to track down the bike and buyer and proper paper updation can be done.

      App no [protected] and i am from rampur (Up) trying to book a slot since the last 10 days.. But every time i get a message showing slot booking is not available for the last 30days. Please kindly see the matter. Had it been rampur it would have been smooth sailing. But in other states it's filled with scam. People don't have so much time that they will sit in front of the computer day in and day out just to book a driving slot. Kindly enhance the slots seats 70 to 100. Inspite of all the painstaking hardwork nothing gets done. That's frustrating!

      There are approximately 200 to 250 applicant which filled theirs learning license form in a single day and learning license slots seats are like 70 for par day. Please increase slot seats because peoples have no much time for waiting. My RTO code is (UP22)

          Respected sir,
          I'm deeply sympathies about how driving test are conducted in this country. Anaways, rto amreli has a major flaw in driving test. The reverse test in lmv is stupidly wrong. Almost all of the citizens who passed all other tests have failed here. Please renovate your track. Specially from the stopping upto lining the car parallel to s track.

            I have submitted all relevant documents and paid the fees. Yet from over 2 weeks, the status of my application for modification of address is being shown as "application under processing at rto level" at application stage of scrutiny - (Document verification) at counter "scrutinyg1"

            When i call to rto ahmedabad but they never receive phone call and never giver reply from email too..

            Why contact details are given on website or any publication?
            Is this digital india?

              It has been an arbitrary of auto rickshaw wala's at airoli. I picked up an auto rickshaw from reliable tech park rickshaw stand to airoli station. Since it was raining, i had a wet umbrella and my laptop bag. The driver forced me to sit on the front seat next to him even when i was not ready. He took the rickshaw in a wrong way saying that there is traffic on the road thereby risking life of everyone. Beacuse of the rickshaw in wrong way, it created a lot of traffic. When i saw the other side of the road, there was no traffic at all. So i told him he could have easily took us from the same road. He instead started yelling an abusing me. Also threatened me to be beaten by them.
              This arbitrary needs to be stopped as they are risking people's life.
              Please take strict actions on these rickshaw wala's.

              At Airoli sector 5 Auto stand.

              Issue. - Arrogant auto driver over charging and if refuse he started abusing and threatening.

              This is not the first time.
              He was asking rs 20 per passanger and was taking. 3 passenger. When I asked he got rude and mis behaved with me.

              Airoli is becoming unsafe auto driver zone and rto not taking any actions

                  I am ravi k from andhra pradesh. Currently studying in chennai. I applied for learner licence. I paid money for both mcwog and mcwg. I chose poonamallee rto office to take the test. But when i went there they told me i couldn't be issued and money would not be refunded. They told me go and apply in andhra again and pay for that. I thought we can apply here and licence will be sent to my home (Permanent address). But now it is rejected and money also not refunded. Hence i request you to refund my money; i will apply again andhra.

                      I am from bangalore, karnataka. I lost my driving licence and applied for duplicate licence through online process. I have also made the payment of rs.166 via online and the status shows "application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue..". I made the payment on 01-jan-2018 and it is almost 18+ months, the status is same. I dont know why it takes so long, i also see that the site has technical issue and so the error. Now i am not able to proceed further for the duplicate dl from almost 1.5 years.

                        Hello sir/ madam,
                        It's nearly one year i didn't received my vehicle registration certificate of my tvs start city vehicle numbered ap16fc5145.
                        I visited my post office no. Of times for rc they often used to tell they didn't received it even we given exact and correct address and we also visited rto office of vyyuru 3 times even they said they already sent to post office anf if we want another they asked to pay rs. 600 for rc.
                        I hope you will consider my issue as soon as possible and hope will give clear lawful guidelines to rto office of vyyuru.

                        Yesterday i.e. 19/8:2019 i was about to reach my destination. Just before 50 to 100 m to my destination i removed my helmet and hang it over to my bike . Mh 12 re 8704. I was almost reached to my destination. But i got a msg of challan at night. Plz help me out to this prob. I hope uh guys have understood the gravity of the prob.

                        After pressing OK, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time I get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an LL appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

                          I am Santosh Sandbhor, i want to raised complaint against that RTO person. every day i travel from mulund to Ghatkopar via train, i parked my bike near mulund (mulund) station in free parking area, there no any board mentioned regarding NO PARKING and Free parking RTO person charge 200 RS fine from last 6 months 6 times.

                              We have submitted online ll application for my daughter who is 17 years old.
                              Online system allows person with 17 years old to apply for motor cycle without gear (Non transport). So we applied for license, submitted all required documents online and system asked to submit parent consent form because of not completing 18 years and we submitted that as well.
                              And we booked the ll test appointment for 20-8-19. And yesterday we went to rto office jayanagar bangalore and paid fee rs.200. Then during document verification the officer rejected the application saying age should be 18 years.
                              For this my daughter doing +2 have taken half day leave. But this is waste of time and money.
                              Online system allows us to submit ll application for person completed 17 years. But the officer in the rto office is not accepting this during document verification.
                              Current status of the application is ‘application is under processing at rto level.’ - scrutiny - (Document verification).

                                Sir I had applied for learning licence test and also filled form for driving along with it online Application No.[protected] at RTO VADODARA but when i visited there one officer asked me for the eye test and check the eye sight in which answered that officer correct but he told his assistant to cancel my application and take me to the application fees refund department to cancel my application and give me my fees back but when i visited there and talked to that officer for refund he showed me a bundle of forms applying for refund and dont get any refund and shocking fact was that this application were pending from last 6 months .
                                Sir please I want my 900Rupees back.

                                  I recently visited r. T. O bhavnagar office in teh state of gujarat. I had filled the form and fees for international driving license online and was advised to visit r. T. O office for further procedure
                                  At the end of application. When i reached the office, employess had no idea what was the procedure for international driving license and the r. T. O officer was not present in his office in working hours. They asked me to wait for the officer to return, i waited an entire day and the officer did not return at his office. And the employees gave diffrent excuses and did not answer properly. Its

                                  Its high time government improves all these systems. Why do w e pay so much taxes if governmnet could not provide basic services.
                                  Please take the necesary steps needed.

                                    I am a senior citizen person resides in navsari, today when i went to railway station for reservation i put my bike far away from road and no passage of railway station also but when i took my tickets within ten minutes my bike was taw means took by rto. Immediatly rushed and request particular responsible person i will give you driving licence, insurance policy, rc book, puc also but very rudely told me approach office and receive your biky gjad4470
                                    I asked responsible sir my bike was not on road he agreed with me but he was in mood to punish. If i will not get justice then i will drop my case on social media. After harrasement and fine of rs.175 i asked same responsible officer to whom i requested before an hour he replied me your bike was not on road your all documents are o. K. However i punished. You may do whatever you like.

                                        I am saransh gupta, s/o mr. Manoj gupta. I am registering this complaint on behalf of my father. We had applied for his driving licence renewal on[protected]. On[protected] we got a message that our application no - ([protected]) has been approved and our licence is being dispatched. But till today, we have not received the licence. I have attached screenshots where it says that our consignment number not found and also the status of licence when i last checked on 13 june 2019. I have also attached a screenshot of the licence status that is is active. But we have not received the licence and the rohini authority has been of no help. Kindly help!
