Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in issuing my duplicate driving license. My application number is[protected].

Here are the key milestones in my application process:

- Application Scrutiny Approval: Completed on[protected]
- Approval of Endorsements on DL: Completed on[protected]
- Current Status: PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 from counter RTOAUTH1 is still pending as of[protected]

I have also filed a complaint on the Sarathi file grievance portal, complain ID 837777 but unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and guide me on any further steps I need to take.

    Hello,

    I am Swapnil, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO AMRAVATI MH-27, I passed the test on 09/12/2024, Its been over 3 weeks now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. I also filed a grievance request few days bakc but no response on it till now.

      After completing my online test for the learner's licence my application is showing as spending and I am not getting the licence number and also unable to print the licence as it shows application yet to be processed...

        I hold an two wheeler driving license and now i want LMV learner license so i applied for it on[protected]. It's being 10 days since i have submitted the form online through parivahan and my application status for my learner license of LMV is still pending.

          I am Himanshu Sali, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO JALGAON Maharashtra [MH19], I passed the test on 27/11/2024, Its been 29 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

              I have given my learner license test . It"s been 12 days today there is no update on site regarding my license. I have even mailed the RTO there is no reply to my email.Please look into my matter and either give me a option to give re test or print my license

                  This is my second time I am taking the same test first I took 6 months back and test was status was pass in 1 attempt, but it was pending for RTO approval. I waited for 6 months but it was not approved.

                  Now I have again attempted with new application no and again paid the test fee, but same is happening again.

                        I had submitted an application [protected] on 7th Dec 2024 for International Driving Permit.

                        SCRUTINY COMPLETED [protected]
                        APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL COMPLETED [protected]

                        Since then it is stuck on PRINTING IDP FOR A DL stage and there is no update. I have tried calling backend RTO multiple times but no one is picking up.

                        I have raised grieviance and they keep closing the complaint, and now asking me to visit the RTO in person for a faceless service.

                        I need to travel soon and I do not have any update on the IDP despite paying the fee on 7th December itself.

                                    I have applied for the LL since 23/11/2024 and the status of my LL is shown as pending for approval and even after visiting the RTO Office Amritsar my issue was not resolved and the LL is pending for approval of Licensing Authority till date on visiting the RTO office I was informed that the approval is system generated and is not done manually whereas upon calling the Parivahan helpline I was told that the process is done by RTO itself. Being a student it is quiet difficult to goo for the exams without a license.
