I have given my learner license test on 18 th of july, 2019. It's been more than a week still i am not getting my learner. I tried to call the vahan sarathi helpline many times. They asked me to contact my rto. When i contacted the rto they simply told me that they have nothing to do from their end. Nobody is clearly telling me what the exact matter is! Please help.

My name is vinod chavan, i had taken loan for purchased bike. Now loan is over and i want to remove hp on my rc book. While i reached rto office malegaon provide rc book, insurance policy, pan, adhar, bank noc, form 35, and puc but they asking unwanted and unnecessary cash and documents. Rto office staff only entertain agents.

Please solve my complaint

My car no. Is od 05 af-3768, on 18/7/2019 evening my car was stopped near sector 11 cuttack by rto people and make a challan for rs1400/-, i asked for the reason for the same and then they told me that due to high speed challan was made as limit on the bridge is 50 kmph (Max), but your vehicle speed is 81 kmph. Then i told ok that i was not aware of it and if i have done mistake then i have to pay penalty for that. I asked him for cashless payment but he told me that you have to deposit this amount in rto office within two days. Then i received the challan and back to home and checked the mv act on which ground it was made. I found that mv act 183 & 184 was lodges against me. 183 is ok as my vehicle speed was more than specified speed and fine for that is rs.400/-, but still unable to understand the mv act 184 (Dangerous driving) which was imposed on me. When already rs.400 was charged for high speed) i think it was intentionally lodged on me for harassment. If 81 kmph speed is a dangerous category then why the car manufacturer are designing that speed, more over at that time here was no rush on bridge.
On saturday 20/7/2019 i went to rto office for payment and stand in queue. After that they have taken the receipt and told me that we will send this receipt to the person through what’s app who has made this chaalan and after getting confirmation from him we will receive the payment. Was waiting there till 1.30pm and request him to call the officer for confirmation but as per them they will not call that person and whenever he will send confirmation then only we will received the payment. I can able to do the payment at 4.35 pm. Means whole day i have to lost, just to do payment of challan in rto office. We are telling that our system has improved now but for doing a payment in rto a person has to take leave for one day. (Person has to lose his one day salary).
I request that please clarify the mv act 184 which was intentionally imposed on me and refund my penalty clause 184 amount to me. And instruct the officer not to do such type of incident otherwise no body will believe on rto action.

I am shreyas s, i have applied for mcwg and lmv driving licence.
My application no. ([protected]) and dob[protected] at koramangala rto.
I have passed my mcwg and lmv.
But it shows "dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending" around 35days.

So kindly requesting you to speed up the process for my application

I farhan uddin from agra uttar pradesh having a d. L & its no. Up[protected] which is issue in 2014 but recently in july 2019 i apply for change its address and pay the fees for changing that. But when i received my d. L i was shocked to see, that the address is not changed its printed as like before.

Please submit my complaint and resolve my address issue.

This issue is from rto mysore west region. And my driving licence number is ka/09 /[protected]. Please resolve this problem.

I have applied for renewing driving license. I had paid renewal fee on 18/05/2019 and completed rested of the formalites on 23/05/2019. I have not recieved license yet. I called [protected] and [protected] but no one taking any responsibility to resolve my problem.

I took the permanent driving licence test i. E on 19/07/2019. I successfully passed the exam and RTO officer took my learning licence along with dl forms. But till now on sarthi website, it is showing pending test result though i have already passed the test. Please let me know the fault and update the result. please (Regional Transport Office Bengaluru East- KA 03)...

Sir, today i received a sms that you have to pay 500 rs as challan. Challan reference no is up[protected]. State is showing up. But sir my vehicle is in gurgaon and we didn't brake any traffic rule to today and didn't receive any warning so how can be it possible. Challan id is true or fake? Is there any mistake from up vahan sites? My rc no is up32jt2895

I made payment for challan (Challan no. Up[protected]) for overload of commercial vehicle which registration no. Is pb13aw6330 and last five digits of chassis no. 90898 of rs. 11, 500.00 on 26/06/2019, but it is shown that ' your transaction is pending that e-challan portal ' on parivahan seva website.
Due to this, payment for road tax of above mentioned vehicle can not be paid.
Please guide me or do the needful at your end.

I have passed my mcwg and lmv driving licence test on 1st july 2019, my application nos is [[protected]], [19-nov-1980] at mh vsai virar rto. But still my status is showing approval of dl is pending
1) approval of dl pending
2) printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) pending
3) dispatch of the dl and psv badge pending

Please i request you to kindly speed up process

Today was travelling by an auto from chembur to vikroli with its number as mh03 by1498, the driver despite of suggesting short route enroute to longest route.
Also on requesting to take auto aside was denying to do so and made sure that auto was in great speed and took the longest route as possible as. Was unable to complaint immediately as my phone was switched off due to low battery.

Going through cumbersome online procedure of driving license has been pain.
After a hard chase of my learning license due to shutdown for consecutive 2 days, post a month i got a message from parivan stating i can now go and book for permanent driver license. I tried but couldnt do it going various ways.
Below is the screenshot i get when i enter my application number for dl slot booking. There is one more option which is with learning license, that the system could not even authorise and says "doesn't exist".

mane engine change Karya the 29 April ko but abhi tak RC nahi aayi hai.

2.5 month ho Gaye hai with out RC bike drive kar raha hu.

1. It is intimated that i have applied for other state noc on 08 may 2019. My application no is dl190429x9155398, my vehicle no is dl9sbh0234, my name is bikash sadhukhan. 2.5months has already been gone but noc has not been issued till date.

2. I am serving in indian army, being a serving soldier, i am not able to go to the rto day by day for colleting of noc.

3. It is also informed that i have already transferred at kolkata. So i am facing some problems when i go for my duty day by day.

Dear sir / madam;
On 27th of april 2019, i had applied for rc book update of my car for engine number change and address change. I had applied it at btm 4th stage, bangalore, karnataka rto office. The application number is ka[protected].

It seems the inspection of vehicle is pending. When ever i call or visit the rto office, they say file is lost. How a file can go missing from the office and if it is really lost then why they are not taking corrective measures or alternative approach towards this.

Therefore, i request you to please look into this. Please let me know what i need to do next.

I, Vandana Samyal application number:-[protected] had applied for Learner's License on[protected] and had paid Rs.1350 for the same.I had paid and the money got deducted but the eSBIpay website got crashed and even though my money got deducted, the status of my payment is still stuck on pending. So, i request you to resolve my issue and change my status as completed so that i can proceed ahead as i have my Learning test on[protected].

Hoping for a positive reply from your end at the earliest.

While I was riding my scooty on the station road this auto rickshaw MH. 48. BF. 6690 wanted to move ahead I gave him side however he was driving rashly on the road and dashed on my scooty mirror.

When told him about this he started shouting and was rude not ready to realise his mistake. This took place at around 7.30 pm at Vasai (W) station road.

I want you to take care of this issue as this should not repeat with other people or me again.

Myself Niraj Doijode cont no [protected] from Solapur, today my vehicle No MH24C9727 has been illegally charged for No Parking for two times.There is no any no parking bord at parking area & I have parked my vehicle bedside the road.This is happening from so many times, holding the vehicle & illegally charging at Solapur area.I have all leagal valid documents of this vehicle & after showing all document they have fined this charge.Please check with my charged history you will find all illegally charged details.After asking for reason they told you have been charged already you may pay it later. I am not accepting this illegally charged receipt. Please take my complaint for this & take strong action.
