Hi team,

I am unable to book driving skill test slot - its giving me error - "as the specified application number is nit for issuing driving licence no need to go for dl test slot booking."

Please help me out my learning licence is going expire. Its my second learning licence which is getting expire due to this issue.

Please help me out on this.

This incident happened while taking an auto in gregson east next to anupam at 7:59 am in mumbai. Vehicle number mh47c 4598. I asked the driver for virwani first the driver denied then he told yes. After i sat he says this is not sharing rick. I told him i know. I arent standing in the queue of sharing rick, for that he started abusing me and told me to get down, which i didn't i told him i will complain for his rude behavior with me to the rto officer, he said do what you want no rto can do anything for me i have lot of influence.

Kindly do something about this type of drivers as they are very risky to sit in their vehicle.

Few days back too i had got similar experience where the drivers didn't have any driving licences and were driving the vehicle without license they had come new to mumbai from rajasthan as the driver didn't knew any parts of the road.

Please check if every auto driver has a driver license and what action is taken fir their abusing and rude behaviour which is increasing day by day.

Dear sir/madam,
I had sold my pulsar 220 bike (Ka52-j-7058) three years back.. And had duly signed form 29 and had done all necessary formalities from my end.. But recently when i checked, the person who had bought this has not got the bike transferred to his name... And the bike is still registered to my father's name, who was the first owner of the bike pulsar 220- (Ka52 - j - 7058)
It had been 2, 3 years and still the buyer has not transferred the bike to his name..
So what should i do now..
Please help...!

Dear sir, i applied rc endorsement cng personal vehicle, on 18th april, 2019.
Still not received. My vehicle no. Is dl10cc0259, i went there in rajouri garden rto office, but not get any satisfied answer for delay in this matter.
Whenever i checked my rc status online, they show me that this is pending on mlo only.
Kindly do the needful in this matter. Is it 4 month process.

Sir i didn't get my number plate and r c card yet. I have registered for my splendor + new bike on 27 may 19. It is already 3 months gone. My registration no. Ga06y 3874. Agency have got a yellow no. Plate for bike which was not standard for bike so they delivered back and file online complaint to rto panjim but the matter is taking too much time to resolve. Sir plss look into the matter as urgent possible.

I passed the driving license test on 15th july 2019 for mcwog at dy rto, vashi. It's been more than a month now and it's still showing approval of driving license pending at counter imvcnt7. Since i don't have my license number or anything i am not able to ride. I'm attaching the screenshot of the same. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. It's very urgent. Please!!

We filled the form online for taking learner's license test but as it was scheduled online in the 2nd slot 14:00-17:00, for rs. 650.
When we reached they told us to prepare a file and only then we can give the test, despite no mention on appointment letter for document requirements etc. Yet we took them and went to ask from an unfortunately, unknown person (Crook) present there
After enquiry, crooks present there made negotiations and demanded 200 rupees for preparing file.
Next, they also asked for red cross fees of rs. 550 each.
After more enquiry it was revealed that they asked for rupees 4500 for getting permanent license.
Now, what we're going to get... Just corruption at rto sector-12 saral kendra office.
Now, when we denied, they delude us of the whole process and intimidated us
Please make for amends for such prevalence.
How do we spend our valuable earnings on such crooks.
Moreover, many people were waiting over there since 3 hours and they weren't informed that the officer they're waiting for isn't going to come today.
This is the malady of the govt. Institutions in haryana.
Please address this.

I have taken this auto on 14 — aug-2019 (Wednesday) from hosahalli metro station to mahalakshmi layout. My charges was 90 rupees. I gave 100 rupees, but gave me back a 10 rupee note and told me that i have given 10 only. I got confused and gave another 100 rupee note, he gave me back a torn note saying that i have given it. He hasn't taken another 100 rs note which i have given by saying that also not good. When i argued, he suddenly tried to shout on me and acting like he is very honest. I got slightly scared and gave a 500 rs note, suddenly he went away without giving the balance. I could not do anything in hurry to stop him. It looks like he is well experienced thief who knows how to use the situations to cheat and act. And also he is social threat. Please do necessary action to find him.

Public toilets are much cleaner then the condition of rto office vashi. Urine smell all over, walls decorated with pan spits. Officials out there are thoroughly unprofessional and treat people like some criminals. They are not at all helpful and walk and talk as if only they are loaded with work.

The environment is very depressing for a common man and the agents out there are simply waiting to loot you. There is no one to guide properly and simply are made to go from one window after another. God knows how we as indians will progress if this is the attitude. Government have imposed hefty fines on traffic violations but what are they doing to improve these conditions. Wihh direct and indirect taxation like service tax, gst, a salaried individual gets totally milked by government and what we get is worst government employees warming seats at this rto office.

It is high time that proper measures are taken to improve the office conditions, change the attitude of the people working here and make life easy for people who take their time out to come and apply

I m complaining here regarding the services of rto office, we have sitting here from last 2 hr in one place even there is no facility of a single fan in sitting area of license shakha room no.13... Its too much hot here, too much humid everyone is disturb because of this inconviene.. Govt can at least provide a fan for the waiting area... Its smelling a lot because of sweating in this temperature... Pls have a look on same matter and reduce the timing of waiting for the license person / waiting person...

My driving license is not yet approved after i have passed my driving test. I was told that i will received the message before i can print my driving license. But it shows up that my application is under processing at rto level which is for the approval of my driving license. So, i am helpless and worried that no message in my phone about my dl is received....

In online tr ansaction of rto online payment
Rto online payment metod in my 1350 rupees payment are cut in my account, but it is error and not messege are forward to mobile messege but i will second try it will successful, but fess (Payment) are twise time cut means 1350 rupee and 1350 rupee are cut……. The owner driver of 3 wheeler gj27 v4171 is dangerous and driving recklessly in shahi baug rto area. Please punish him. He is potential killer for pedestrians.
He has hit several people and he is driving carelessly probably under influence of alcohol. Number plate and driver details have been sent here. Strict police action needs to be taken before he injures other people and innocent citizens of ahmedabad gujarat.

My license approved and dispatched through a post on 31st july showing on parivahan website.
It's been 15days n i still did not get my license.
Yavatmal is not a big city that it should not take more than 3days.

Just because i didn't go through an agent they should not do this with me or any citizen

Also because of the above reason at the time of learning license they took only exam, there were 20 applicants which came through agents they get passed without taking the exam.

I took an appointment of date 14th august
I printed appointment and visited to rto zonal office ip estate
Delhi
Then i was informed that ur test will not conducted sorry lines will get close in 10-15 mins
It is easy to travel from greater noida to delhi with public transport?
If they cant attend the person on that day so pls dont give the appointment
They dont even talk properly
Pls take action as soon as possible

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for learners license online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount, due to server problem, i am unable to pay but again i m trying the payment is still in pending status, the the epayment "status of payment" section, due to which i am not able to get my ll. The online application for license was to made life easier for people, but this is a really big inconvenience, and my trust on government organizations has further reduced.

I sold my black santro car registration number dl3cab6221 at aug 2017 and provided signed document for rc transfer but buyer didn't transfer the car till now. He sold this car to any other person also.

According to buyer, he has scrapped santro car because it has completed 15 years by last dec 2018 but i can't trust him because he didn't transferred the rc also.

Kindly help me to register the complaint and suggest the way forward also.

Hi, i had submitted all documents in rto office, raja garden on 4th june, 2019 under application no. Dl190430x9162962 and were verified there itself.

When i had enquired in month of july at rto office, i was informed that i will get rc through speed post in 5 days but its still not received please resolve my issue at an earliest and send my rc to my address immediately.
