I have given application on 21st june to update dl.
Its almost 2 months now but still it's not delivered.

Dear Sir,

I have made an online application at RTO, CHENNAI (NORTH WEST), for renewal of my Existing driving License No.TN[protected] which was already expired. As per prevailing system, only online renewal was available and accordingly on 25.03.2019 I had made the renewal process and obtained application number[protected] and remitted an amount of Rs.650/- towards Renewal Fee vide receipt No.TNS/851558 dated 27.03.2019. Later I had been to RTO North West, Chennai office for submission of original documents for verification and obtaining the Driving license renewal. On scrutiny of the documents, I was informed that my renewal of DL is to be made at Ambattur Circle since the residential address of mine has been shifted to Ambattur circle and my application was rejected by them. I was told to cancel my existing application online itself and informed to make a fresh applicable through online. Accordingly I have made my fresh application after cancellation of the existing one and obtained a fresh application No.[protected] dated 06.05.2019. The existing payment of renewal fee did not get adjusted with the fresh application and I had to remit one more payment of Rs.650/- which has been remitted vide receipt No.TNS/1300430 dated 14.05.2019 and renewed my Driving License at RTO – Ambattur.

I have sent an letter to RTO, Chennai North West through RPAD dated 27.05.2019 seeking refund of Rs.650/- paid for which till date I did not received any reply / refund.

Request you to kindly take necessary action in getting the refund from the department.

I have cleared the driving test on 12 july 2019 at rto sri muktsar sahib, punjab.. But till date i didn't receive my driving licence. Sir please help me asap. And i also tried to contact to rto office but any number is not working... I'm waiting for driving licence from last 1 month.. Lekin mujhe btaya gya tha k aapka license 15 din baad le jana

Sir, i am ankit negi living in dehradun. I have passed my driving license test for the mcwg/lmv on 6th of july 2019, after clearing the tests in rto dehradun, the officials there assured me to receive my driving license within 15 days from the date of tests. But it didn't happen. When i checked my application status in saarthi website, i found my application process was stuck in "approval of driving license". After the completion of 15 days i visited rto dehradun again, and enquiried for the same, and finally my driving license got approved on 23rd of july 2019. But it has been 17 more days from the date of approval of driving license to me, i have not yet received my driving license, at my mentioned address. On checking my application status for the same at saarthi web portal, i found the process has again got stuck in the step "dispatch of the driving license and psv batch".

I am having problem of monocular vision. Although as per goi letter dtd 21st november 2017 i am entitled to get driving licence, rto bharuch gujarat is not considering my request with a medical ceratificate from private m. S. Ophthalmologist. As per their directives the accept medical certificate from government hospital opthalmologist only. Unable to understand reason for this.

I have applied for dl in andhra pradesh kurnool district, adoni. The brake inspector will see the driving test and he will approve the application. I didn't go through any broker. I have applied online. I have drived without making any mistake. He made me falied in the driving test. He only passed who comes through a broker as he gets the bribe from them

I have applied for driving license in last month after that I gave the test on 22/07/2019 at RTO Location : L.A.Purba Bardhaman, I passed the test . It's been 17 days but in the SARATHI website it is showing that my driving license is not issued yet, it is in pending status. Kindly help me with it .Kindly acknowledge my issue . I had applied for renewal of my driving license vide application no [protected] dt[protected] as my driving license is going to expire on[protected]. The documents have already been uploaded and the fees had been paid on[protected] however, when i try to book appointment at slot booking portal is showing this application is not pending for slot booking. Track application status is showing application pending at rto for testing. Now i am unable to under statnd about what to do next.

I have applied 1st time online for 2 wheeler LL with gear When i went there RTO Office for Learner driving Licence They told me if you are having 4 Wheeler Licence you cancelled this application and make fresh application I paid Rs.203 for that then second time i applied and paid Rs.152 then they said your 4 wheeler lice address is different fist you change your 4 wheeler lice address it should be as per your aadhar card address then i Paid Rs.500 for change of address and then I applied 3 rd time after cancelling above applications I got Learner Licence and after that I applied for all above application cancellation refund fees along with Receipt but till date there is no response from Department . I would suggest govt to stop online application procedure its very complicated procedure to upload documents, documents size it should be 200 / 100 kb whats this ? all this is west of time RTO officer suggested me to approach Agent.

Till now i can't recieved my liecense & my learner license get expired on[protected].
From[protected] i am unable to drive my bike.
I am working in private company and bike is compulsory for me due to marketing. Pleas solve my complaint as soon as possible.

Actually i have applied for driving licence two wheeler on 18.05.2016 under vizianagaram rto office (Andhra pradesh (But unfortunately i won't received the original driving licence card,
Later i have applied for duplicate licence card on 05.12.2018, even now my card was not delivered.. Iam still waiting...
Ima not able to know the status of my card on aptransport web site...

I am still waiting for 6 months to get my new updated license.

Dear Sir,

On last 03rd Aug at 22:00 PM in night. I have board the Auto rickshaw (DL1RN 0959) from Priyadarsini Colony, Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi (Marghatwale baba Mandir)till Balbir Nagar, Gali no-2, Shahdara. I have asked Auto driver that i want to Balbir Nagar Shahdara as per Meter charges but he said that he can not go via meter charges and denied, then i have asked him how much amount he will take for taking me and my wife to Shahdara. He told me that he will take 150 rupees, i have told that i have come via auto who has take 55 Rupee via meter as Shahdara is only 4.5 km far from there then i have start looking for some other Auto, immediately he comes to me that please tell me the reason why you're are coming in Auto. I told him that you're asking too much and not going via Meter charges as well then he told me that he will take 80 rupees then. As to understand that my wife is with me in night i have board the Auto with 80 rupees.

Later, he start driving speedily and i comes to know that he was drunked.

When we reached to 60 Foot Road Balbir Nagar and i have given him 80 rupees but surprising he told that he has agreed for 150 rupees and start heated arguments with me and my wife and later he start pushing badly.

I have told him to call police but he told that he don't scare with police and i may call to police on 100 if i wish. With huge argument i have managed to get rid of him as i was with my wife at night.

Later i have made a complaint to 100 who have diverted it to Traffic police and after that i have made the complaint to Delhi traffic Phone:[protected]:45 PM though no action has been taken yet

Kindly take strong and strict action asap this is really harassing and upsetting me as after making complaint to police no action has been taken yet.

The Car located at Madurai, Tamilnadu. The car registered number has wrote wrongly in the number plate. It makes confusion if the car involving any accident or incident. It’s very difficult to identify the exact number of the car from behind. I am here attached the back view of the car to clarify how the car number has been displayed. Car Number : TN59, BR 5550. Kindly makes some necessary steps to avoid such a irresponsible acts from the road side. Your earlier action much appreciated. Thank You

Even after many discussion with the rto no action has been taken.

1. After entering the vehicle details and customer detailsin in the vahan portal along with the payment of required fees, tp papers are being submitted to the rto and the papers are not coming back after the rto signature on time. Question is rto signature is required or not? As we are feeding the data in the portal.
2. Trade certificate is not renewed...

I submit application on date is 24/06/19 but now become approx 45 days i complete almost all step but on the website status show pending for approval. I also visit rto after application submission but they d'not help me.
I urgently need my dl because traffic checking and other.
Why application is pending for approval.

I have not received my dl till today. I cleared my driving test on mar 2, 2019. When i checked the status online; it says dl application is approved and card dispatched on apr 27, 2019 - today is aug 6 and i still haven't received the dl. Moreover even the m wallet in telangana is not functional.

Request you to please look into this
