I have applied for renewal of my drivers license vide application number [protected] dt 04 may 2019. Despite more than 2 months have elapsed i have not received my renewed driver licence.
I am repeatedly trying to find staus of my icence from customer care number but i am only being given dispatch number eu[protected]in. Whereas 1500 rupees weretaken from me for the charges and additional 1500 rupees, my license is still not received.
Kindly resolve the issue earliest as i am unable to drive without drivers license.
Also all numbers on the up transport/rto agra are incorrect. As available on the govt site. Same also needs to be corrected

Dear sir,
There are lots of touts here. The scrutiny officers have daily routine time of 11.00 am and within an hour or two lunch time will start. Sir please take a note of our valuable time as we have to skip our studies and jobs for this. What is the benefit of taking early hour timings when our respected scrutiny officers are not gonna come on time.

Dear sir, we have allotted driving test time slot of 9.00 am to 10.00 am. The registration window has opened at 10.10 am and the scrutiny window has not started till 10.25 am. Sir i would request to take strict action against these officers who come late. Moreover these people are so rude and arrogant that we feel we are insects and some unwanted people around them and they are doing some kind of mercy on us by doing our work.

I pay the dl test fee of rs.800 from my iob bank account.. Money has been debited from the account.. And the payment for dl test fee was in pending status. It says please wait 30 mins or contact near by rto office.. I approached tambaram rto office (Tn11). They said pay the fee again to get dl. So i paid the fee for the second time.. Now i need my refund of rs.800 on my first transaction..

I have applied application for addition of class of vehicle in my existing driving licence. For fee payment they insist online methods I don't know why? Because online cyber treasury is the worst payment gateway ever. I had filled my details, confirmed payment through net banking, my money got deducted and it showed payment not possible. Seriously, I have the Transaction ID, full proof for Transaction and the RTO denies any payment received. When I approached Pal RTO, the concerned authority ignored the matter. I want a refund immediately.

We have been waiting here for almost 1 hour for the respective employee... Usually there are 2 persons in that office... But none was present and a female employee came in for a minute and went off... We tried asking queries in that time but she ignored me... There was continous sound of her talking... That means she was in next room... Waited but with no avail... Very poor service and no ethics at all... Couldn't be more disappointed.

Respected sir /madam,

I got my number plates recently for my new dominar 400. I had to cough up 35, 000 approximately towards road tax! Forget the good roads that the govt can provide, the least that they can do is to give a good quality number plate!

Firstly, they say that the number plates are high security. Without a gps tracker, how is it even a high security number plate?

Secondly, the number plates are so delicate that you can bend them using 2 fingers! It is close to a cardboard plate..

My duplicate dl was approved and was sent by post from rto lucknow on 20/06/19 but the address written on the courier by the rto office was incomplete so the courier didn't reached me and was sent back to lucknow. I would request you to please look into this matter and resend the dl with full address.

I had applied for driving license on 14 june 2019 and i have passed the test as i can see at site.
My application is stuck at approval of dl from last 2 weeks.
Other two steps that are : printing of smart card and dispatch of dl are in pending state.

I had applied for replacement of dl on 13th june 2019. The current status is : dispatch of the dl and psv badge pending since 12 days.

The rto officer was trying to stop a truck on the main highway road near kishangarh-jaipur toll.
Where he is throw a stick on the truck front side glass and truck got accident with a roadways bus.
The accident is too much danger that the life of 45 passengers is in become danger.
After that, the officer has run away.
Please take the necessary steps regarding that officer to make him punish.

On 12/06/2019 i passed my permanent driving license test and all the other formalities were done (Photo... Etc.) on the same date. I told me that i will get my dl smart card within 6-7 working days and now it's been 19 days and i haven't received my dl smart card.
When id asked them for the delay reason they tell me that the cards are not available to print.

I have filled the application form for drivers license, but the page is not letting me book and showing me an error: next 30 days slot are not available. ​ ​ (Screenshot attached)

But, i cannot book any other slots also. There is only one back button, clicking on which just refreshes this page, and i am getting the same error. ​ (Screenshot attached)

I cannot book any slots from the portal. What to do in this regard?

I've been trying to to book ll test slot, for our rto's booking is available from 8 o'clock. Within 30 seconds all the slots are getting booked. Before 8 o'clock it shows number of slots available is 63, but can only be booked after 0800 hrs to 2359 hrs. At 08:00:32 seconds it is showing number of slots available is 0. Don't know what to do. Concerned rto is bankura (Wb 67)

I had applied my license for both lmvt &mcvt. But the license i have been issued is only for motor cycle. My learning licence is for both vehicles type. Therefore i request you to please look after this issue and solve it as soon as possible.
I had given my driving test also. I had paid chalan for both motor cycle and lmvt type vehicles. I have proof of all these things.
I’m not from that very rich family to afford that much lost of my money. If i have given it for proper work it should be done.
So, sir please look after this issue and please solve it asap.

Navneet motors ajmer does not have its own workshop. According to motor vehicle act having showroom without workshop is illegal. Then on what basis navneet motors is licenced to sell vehicle. Please see to this matter. Because of not having its own workshop people are facing problem and my car also is not repired yet from past one month. They don't cooperate with customer.

Sir,

I am the final year law student and also the resident of the malwani mhada malad west mumbai. I regularly travel by my activa 3g i would like to inform you that the road at 7 no that is opp to jama masjid 7 no. Malwani malad west is fully encroached by the unauthorized and illegal parking by the kaali peeli taxi i would also like to inform you that all the driver of the said kaali peeli taxi are the goons of the local mla of that area namely mr. Aslam shaikh and they always create nuisance on the said road by parking a taxi in a very inappropriate manner and thereby reducing the width of the road they are such an # they dont even leave a space for best to get pass by the road. And they always argue with best driver and other private vehicle owner and they sometimes indulge in the bloody fight as well. The are sich hard heartened they dont even leave the space for the ambulance for the pass. They always give threaten to the citizen in the name of the aslam shaikh (Mla). The said illegal action needs and urgent action.in this regards i had complaint many times with the rto but nothing has turned around. I will also bring this matter to the higher authority and if required i will also mail to the central government. Kindly take the strict action against the wrongdoer and punish them in such a manner that the other does not repeat it either. Thannking you.
