This is regarding dual registration case of vehicle # hr55 t 6855

We have purchased new vehicle in year 2014 and registered in gurgaon rto.in month of april' 2019 at the time of renewal of national permit, we understood that the same vehicle is registered in gaya (Bihar) rto.
Due to this all online renewals are held up.
Online proof attached for dual registration.

We have contacted gurgaon rto and as per them first we have delete records from gaya rto.

We sent our driver and contacted to gaya rto, then their dto office. As per them, they will not delete any record, without letter / request from gurgaon rto stating "gurgaon rto has not issued any noc for this vehicle."

Gurgaon rto issued that letter, attached for your information. Submitted through whatsapp to gaya dto assistant (Ph. No. [protected])

Gaya dto submitted case to patna dto, but no solution till date.
On telephone we are getting reply : the work is under process... This is software issue... Nic will take care...

I cleared the ll test around 1 month ago. Yesterday i appeared for driving test with other persons at rto 1 kolkata. I was harrased by officers during documentation part but i made up and went for test with a bike in different location as told by rto office. Test was to began at 3 pm & i waited whole day on my legs. Officer arrived at 4.15 pm. Majority of people were coming from brokers but around 3 people applied online. Firstly the papers are handed to brokers so they can distribute before rto arrives.
We received paper at last despite i was in the line first. People with idiotic driving were passed & even retakes were provided for them. 5 retakes were provided for a lady.
If a street video is available please check.
But the people who applied online and didn't gave brokerage were failed without any reason. People around told me that my driving was perfect. I believed the same too. This is the level of corruption west bengal is into.
After harrasment and good motor vehicle bike driving i am rejected because i didn't gave any commission. The same was done with person with me who applied online. Shame on rto.

I know that no one will read this and no action would be taken but as a citizen of india i am dying my duty.

Hi,
I am facing an issue while entering my details to apply for dl test slot booking. Whenever i try to fill the application through my application no. It is displaying the message "entered application no. Is approved. Slot booking is not allowed" while applying using my learner's license no it is displaying the same massage. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap.

My driving licence was seized by traffic police due to red light jumping on march 2019, i was asked to wait for 3 months and said that it will be given to you after 3 months, so as per the new law by supreme court that seized dls will be sent by post at candidates address after completion of 3 mnths, so i was hoping that it will be delivered to me on time but its been mnths i haven't received my dl yet, i visisted to my authority issuer but they asked me to go transport headquarters, this is unbelievable, i understand it was our mistake that we broke the rule and had to follow the process and they are also not doing different, they are also breaking the rule by not providing the dl on time and giving hassle to common people, i request you to pls took into it and make our life savior

Sir mera name altmas h. Mera state haryana h. Me renuwal learing license ki feesh kaat raha tha. Jo ki wo other rla/ nuh other authority ko kat gayi h. Jo ki mujhe rla/ tauru ko kaatni thi. Sir me maafi chahata hu aap se aage se aisi koi galti nahi hogi. Meri jo feesh wrong kati h wo refund kar dijiye. Jis se me apna license dubara se submit karwa saku. Thanx mere license no.

Sms was received on registered mobile number from vasant vihar rto on 10.7.2019 that rc has been dispatched vide dispatch no. Dl12d[protected]. But till today on 30.7.2019 rc is not received. The vehicle was purchased in middle of june 2019 and rc should have come in 30 days, but now almost 45 days are completed. If rc is dispatched the speed post number should be sent so that the consignment can be tracked

On 27 july 2019, i appeared for learning driving test at rto sopore and passed that exam, but i didn't get sms regarding the passing of the exam. When i checked the status of my application it shows exam result passes, but learning license pending since then when i check online. Since then i'm checking the status but all in vain.

Please do some needful

I have filled up online application for driving license and paid fees but due to typeing mistake name on form was saved wrong. Now need help on how to get the refund or get this fee adjusted with fresh manual/online form for applying learning license. No body at the authority is able to help me. They say that i need to pay fee again. Please guide me to get the refund or adjustment of this fee with new application correctly filled

I have successfully completed my driving test on 27-may'19 at ranchi under rto - ranchi. Online status is showing under scrutiny for last 2 months. I have visited ranchi rto on numerous occasions but no one is able to confirm where it is stuck. Under digital age we can still observe that old government culture o[censored]naccountability.

I am pankaj kumar have cleared my learning licence test on 09/04/2019 (Learner's licence no - dl 11/0006714/2019, application no[protected] and now i am trying to book my driving test slot but unable to book it shows entered application no is approved slot booking is not allowed. Sir i have purchased 1 car from karnataka & i have submitted my car documents to trasnfer the vehicle from karnataka to nellore. A. P. But they are not doing the work since from 10 days. Daily they are telling me to come by tomarrow. Finally they have asked me to submitt all my orginal docuemnts of vehicle and i have submitted all documents clearly what ever they have asked me. But again they told me to come by tomarrow. How many days it will take for this transaction. They are demanding rs. 2500 to do this work.

My dl was approved in april, but they dispatched it to a wrong address and even the tracking id and status wasn't shared with me, after a lot of wait i finally contacted indian post website just to find out that my dl is been stucked in lucknow, i've tried every helpline and no one's giving me a permanent solution and now there isn't any single updates anymore, i just want to kmow when will they proceed on my query, i truly hope i can get some help here

I visited rto office noida against my application ([protected]) and fulfilled all the requirements but i have been denied to
Issue a license because of resident of other district. I provided rent agreement as local address and adhar card as permanent address.

Respected officers seated in room no 18 denied to accept my application.

On 23 july 2019, i received e-challan for the same date 23 july 2019 for triple seat and no license but my 2 wheeler was in my parking since 22 july 2019 9:00 pm. The image attached is not clear and can not identify my vehicle number.

I have made the payment for driving license on sarathi portal dl applicatio no [protected] and i can see my amount is also deducted but the status for my application shows as "payment failed

Then, post checking with my icici bank they informed me that they have refunded the amount back to merchant

I did the payment first on 14 th may which was unsuccessful on this application for which i have received the update from bank that they have refunded the amount to he merchant site which was debited from my account but you didn’t received it.

Also, i again made the payment on this application no on 03rd june 2019 which was successful that’s the reason its showing as paid

I would request if you can check that you must have received the payment twice for this application from my side which i want you to refund back to me

I am travlleing to delhi to patiala, i found a bus, the bus crew was saying that this bus is going to patiala, they charges 850 rupees from me, after some time i found that bus is not going to patiala directly. Crew member said that u have to land at rajpura. (30 km behind). And they charged 850 rupees instead of 607. There is no system for private buses. I urging that u have to look in the matter. I need reply over same, other wise i will complaint to higher authorties

I have given my learner license test on 18 th of july, 2019. It's been more than a week still i am not getting my learner. I tried to call the vahan sarathi helpline many times. They asked me to contact my rto. When i contacted the rto they simply told me that they have nothing to do from their end. Nobody is clearly telling me what the exact matter is! Please help.

My name is vinod chavan, i had taken loan for purchased bike. Now loan is over and i want to remove hp on my rc book. While i reached rto office malegaon provide rc book, insurance policy, pan, adhar, bank noc, form 35, and puc but they asking unwanted and unnecessary cash and documents. Rto office staff only entertain agents.

Please solve my complaint
