I am applying for learners licence at rto surat, while in verification process they have rejected me twice saying that they need police verification of my rent agreement, even though police verification for rent agreement is no more required nowadays. Also police verification takes some days, and if i go for it, my validity will come to an end, and the fees i have paid will be no more counted. I request you to do something about it

    This is extremely painful to say that i ve waited for more than 2 hrs on the ground for driving test and then when i went to dto office, khunti they say there ll be no test today as the officer is not coming! I have booked my slot and paid for it but they always remain absent and pass it to next week. This has become a headche for me. I dont know whom to complain. I feel like killing myself. They dont deserve to serve us.

      I have appeared for DL test on 02nd Jan 2019 & "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )" is completed on 24th Jan 2019.

      But i have not received my smart card.

        I would like to bring in notice that my application no. 42256119 with DOB 16/08/1997 has not been approved by the Driving License authority even after passing the learners test on 18th of june, 2019. Moreover, even after going to ask them about the status i found my application papers are missing and i have been waiting for approval since a month and still they say it will be approved by tomorrow, everyday.

          I have paid rs 650 for my learners license with applicant no. [protected]. My bank says that rs 650 is deducted from my account but the site sarathi says that the havent got their payment and the status the are showing is failed.
          It's been one month and the site hasn't updated my payment status.
          I would request to look into the matter and to slve it as soon as possible.

          I have also been calling the callcentres but after a 10 min. Waiting the call ends automatically meanwhile it says that the person is busy on another call .
          I have applied for Driving License and al test are passed.
          My DL card is waiting for Dispatch status for a long time
          I am checking all the portal. I didn't find any help desk.

            I have applied for 2 wheeler with gear driving licence mcwg and 4 wheeler driving licence LMV NT. When i went for driving test. They informed me that in my form spelling of Andheri is wrong only ANDH is written so they refused to take my test just because of 3 alphabet missing in andheri and told you can ask for the refund. But as i knew that rto being a government body won't return my money. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. You should never pay online at government sites and that is the reason agent are there who takes the commission and operate their business. I want my amount to be refunded.

              The mini trucks owners are transporting heavy goods upto 8ton in mini goods vehicle like tata ace and leyland dost, so that the medium duty truck owners does not getting any goods load, and they are suffering heavy loss in thier business, and also they are transporting 17feet sheet, pipe in mini trucks. Please take any action on this complaint.

                driving licence not printed in form7

                My permanent driving license has been approved a month back and i checked status online but still it shows it is under the process of rto and have not been printed in form no.7 (Smart card).

                Please do take action and print the dl in form 7 and dispatch it with immediate effect.

                Hello,

                I received a e-challan for vehicle mh12mu0305
                Whereas in pictures attached it is clearly visible that vehicle number is mh12mu8305

                And also i have honda shine bike but in the evidence picture it is clearly showing that it is activa.

                So, pls redirect the challan to the concerned person.
                And please remove it from my vehicle asap
                Actually it is the way to treat the people who follow the rules heartly but you only the people making us to break the rules.

                So i am requesting you to do it fairly with everyone please...

                  Its been more than two weeks still waiting for my driving license to arrive. I have checked it online it says :pending at rtoauth1. Why it is taking so long to approve the ll, it should have been deliver within 2 weeks as per transport minister.

                    How is the complain status of complain id 2388942 dt 08.07.2019 showing "marked as resolved" till now I have not got any reply from neither from your side nor from any RTOs.My complian is still unresolved. I have not got any call or email from the RTOs. Kindly resolve my problem.My vehicle no is BR01BD 9139 and its details also not showing while searching in M parivahan.

                    I was travelling from Parksite, Vikhroli(w) to my office in Hiranandani, Powai in rickshaw no. MH03BT9676. Usually, fare is not more than Rs.35 but today on 11th July 2019 reading in meter was Rs.79 even though there was no traffic. Please can you verify meter of this auto.

                      I ram kumar sharma, applied for driving licence because i had changed my name. But it is already 6 months completed and still waiting for my dl. I had completed all the formalities. The status of formalities that i had completed as detailed below; appl no.:[protected], appl date:[protected], rto name: dto, dumka, change of name in dl services on dl completed [protected],
                      change of name in dl upload documentscompleted [protected],
                      change of name in dl upload photo and signature completed [protected], scrutiny completed [protected],
                      fee payment completed [protected],
                      capture biometrics ofapplicant completed [protected], change of name in dl approval of endorsements on dl rtoauth1, further action(s) to be completed printing of dl in form 7 ( smart card ) pending. This is how system is working.

                      I am from vaijaur, Maharashtra. Actually here no any systematic work. Only one laptop is available to give test and one person is required 15 minutes. I came here at 10: 00 AM but they working in lazzy manner.I am waiting for 6 hours and after that my test is not complete. So please do something. Give me suggestions regarding my issue.

                        I filled online application, my application number is [protected], for learner driving license at rto ludhiana,
                        In online, when i click on pay application fees, i did all coorect method to pay, but in server shows payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office...
                        I think this is just example of corruption, as they are forcing common man to approach, through agent.. So that they get commission, for minimum fees for 250 rs, they are harassing...

                          Sir, i am from west bengal, my application no for ll is - [protected] and trying to book slot for my learner license under barasat rto (Wb 25) but everytime it shows no slot available for next 30 days... When i ask the district transport employees they told me that u have to try at exactly 12:00am at night... But at this time the server is getting slow and after few seconds it shows no slot available... I shall be highly obliged if you kindly help to solve this issue...

                              On 28/06/2019 i gave test for permanent driving licence test and i have successfully passed the exam at mh24 latur rto, but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi. Nic. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. Approval of dl has already been completed on 05/07/2019. So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

                                My driving license no mp04r[protected] issued in my name i. E dinesh baser from rto, bhopal. It vis valid till[protected].

                                Presently post retirement i am living in my home town i. E. Udaipur (Raj). For the purpose of renewal of driving licnse, have got issued noc from rto bhopal to rto, udaipur on 02/07/2019. I have received hard copy of noc & have been informed by rto bhopal that noc is uploaded online & can be seen by rto udaipur.
                                However as per rto udaipur noc cannot be seen online & as per them online transfer is a must even though i am holding hard copy of noc.
                                The issue between two rto s cannot be resolved by me & should be resoved by concerned authorities

                                Kindly help to resolve the isse.

                                  "application is verifying with bank" this notification is coming from like 2 days as when i was paying the retest fee the pnb gateway opened and suddenly the website crashed and when i tried it again with a fresh new start then the same warning is always and i don't know what to do now please help me come out of this problem.                                       My license got expired and i went to the rto chennai north west from where i originally got the license. They checked enrolled my license in to the back log and asked me to register for services online using the license number other than that they did not guide me about all these jurisdiction.

                                      I registered for a license renewal service from the site parivahan.in as instructed by rto chennai north west. After payment for the services and i got the appointment slot on 10 july 2019. I reached the rto north west on the same day and after waiting for more than an hour i was told that the renewal has to be done in another rto which is rto north as my pin code in my address is 600099. This was the same pin code which was used when i got the driving license 20 years back. There is no change in my address.

                                      Now there is no way i can modify the application. I have to cancel this registered application in parivahan.in but i have paid rs 500 for the services which this rto could not provide. Is there an option to use this payment receipt when i re-register a service? If not the amount be refunded to my account.
