I have passed all my driving test and submitted my original learners license and other forms at vashi rto counter but even after couple of weeks my status is same no progress at all

No one in vashi rto is guiding us to for any corrective action everyone is relaxed

So i request consumer forum team please look into my matter on priority and help me to get this resolved as soon and possible

I had brought my bike in west bengal kolkata which was registered with punjab number, i had taken the noc from home state to register in the new state but when i visited rto office they are saying that it can't be registered here because my local police station doesn't comes under their jurisdiction. But in my address proof (Voter i. D card) it is clearly mentioned that my resident comes under south 24 parganas & at the time of taking the noc i had selected the proper rto which comes under south 24 parganas motor vehicles department (Alipore rto). Wright now the department officials are suggesting me to go back again in the previous rto office where the bike was registered & to change the rto office i. E. Alipore rto to kasba rto.
I am facing a lot of harassment, i had already visited 4 to 5 times to the both rto offices but they are not helping me for the same & it was also not possible for me to go back again and to change the same as because my mother was bed ridden & for that i had came to kolkata. It's not possible for me neither physically nor financially on this point of time.
It's my humble request to you please help me on the same.

I had visited the rto office, mangalore on 15th may 2019, and completed all the procedures requored for termination of hypothecation,. It was said that updated rc would be pisted in 15 days, but it is al ost 2 months and i have not recieved the rc.

It was eve i had my bike outside my gate, in no time a person csme near my bike open it n took away. Mins after i saw the cctv footage got to know abt the details how it got stolen also had another person backed by him.

Rto kolkata in sector five has horrible state of infrastructure, inefficient and slow employees. Customers are being subjected to inhuman conditions in 45 degree celsius while waiting outside in the sun and heat. There is no facilities for seating or a first aid centre because of heat stroke. There are no water dispensers, no fans, drains are wide open and sanitation is extremely horrible. Employees are extremely inefficient and slow, taking huge amount of time to deal with a single customer. This is a health hazard waiting to happen and needs to be taken care of. I suffered a heat stroke and had no access to water or first aid.

My application for the learning license has rejected. Because i am from another city.
So i want refund that learning license fee because i have no idea about these terms and conditions... I was applied the form of application for learners license to the licensing authority of jabalpur rto... And my address which is on adhar card is s/o hemchand namdeo. 7. First he was in a line of auto stand i asked him kurla he said okay after half way he said “aage utarjana vaha traffic hai” i said “dusri auto pakkad ke do “ he said “aisaan nai kree ho”...and starting scolding me and arguing with me instead of taking me to kurla he left me at marol and tease me “ki haan complaint krna police mai”... i feel he has got no respect for women a strictly action should be taken i[censored] dont wanna go why u let people sit even we get tired after working

My bike was registered under rto patna in 2011 and in 2014 i taken noc of the vehicle for rto guwahati, but i have not submitted the noc to guwahati rto due to lack of awareness about that, now i got transferred to mumbai but when i approaches for noc from patna rto they said you will have to contact guwahati rto as we have no any data of your vehicle, then i approaches to guwahati rto through agent but as per agent, guwahati rto said we also have no any data, then i mailed both rto four-five time simultaneously for the process /solution to get noc but till now i haven't got reply from both rtos. Due to noc i am unable to drive my vehicle in mumbai.

I have filled online application and test was conducted on 21 jun 2019. I have clear test but because of some technical issue they didn't give me ll print. I have contacted test conduct authority but they tell me we can't do anything because this issue is because of site. They have suggested to gave slot copy and they will contact the authority to approving my ll. But it been more 15 day nothing is happening. Could you please help me or suggest what to do next?

I have paid my fees of Rs. 150 during applied for learning license. Money had already been deducted from my bank account but RTO hasn't received my payment. How can i get back my fees.

This is to notify that the staff of rto office rudrapur (Uttrakhand) is worst they are not helping people for their driving license and i had to stand in que for approx 20 mins and the person came after me got his work done through mediator and he didn't have any test and he got his driving license and the staff was working for the people who were brought by the mediator this can't be tolerated action needed to be taken against staff and this type of staff should be removed from their duty. I want a immediate reply or i have to approach higher authorities or court.

Dl4caq2207 in rto office janak puri on date 09/04/2019 for hp cancellation, official person told me that you will get your r. C. By post with in 25 days but till date i have not received this, i went 15 days back in room no 103 then a madam told me again that you will get in next 1 week but still i am waiting for that, so please do need full.

Sir/madam... I am sharing the video.. Frankly i wasnt present at that place and saw the video on instagram and such people should be fined so that they do not cause trouble to other people. Plz chk the video and take action so that the driving condition improves in our country. The vehicle number (Mh 14 fg 4799) can be clearly seen in video.
Posting the complaint as many people face this and few drivers like these find enjoying themselves.

I appeared the driving licence test on 13/3/2019. Till now, i have not received the driving licence. The status is "pending". My dl application number is[protected]. My date of birth is 18/07/1975. There is no communication from the rto side on any progress of my application. I am confused what to do. Please guide me through. Is it normal on the rto side to delay like this in this age of information technology? Or is it a torture to the customers? There should be transparency in all type of transactions.

I perches a two wheeler of bajaj (Ns 200) at the date of 12 april 2019 but still now i can't get my two wheeler's registration no. And also the blue book.

I m in himmatanagar rto want to give 2 wheeler driving test bt they are not conducting test in bteween 2-3 pm how is it possible never seen break of 1 hour in government sector. And even they didn't tell that they have break of 1 hour and also cctv for 4 wheeler is not working.. This is the current scenario of india. Shame on the how rto system work...

Hi team,

On 5th july 2019 around evening 6:45 pm the driver of vehicle ka05 ah 3920 - mahindra bolero max truck hit left side front wheel at a signal near nayandhalli and ran away. I was waiting for the signal and the driver of this vehicle was very rash and did not stop at all. I consulted local traffic police tgrte and they asked me to lodge a complaint here.

Could you please check and raise a string case and complaint against this vehicle driver. Also, please ask this driver to contact me asap.

Please see the photos of damage that happened to my car. It was completely mistake of this driver and i must take a serious action against him.
