Dear Sir,
My License is collected by Police Inspector, Margoa, Goa. And sent to Registered Transport Office, Osmanabad on dated 25/09/2018 by post speed.
After that I had gone twice times to RTO, Osmanabad but they replied me we didn't get your licence till date.
Then I had complaint against Margo post office through Government post of India. I got replied Article delivered on 28/09/2018 at Osmanabad Ho to RTO, Osmanabad.

Near worli area, tempo driver tried overtaking us from right and dashed our car mh 01 bk 2076 breaking the side mirror. When asked for explanation he came back saying we were driving fast and hence it dashed whereas we were driving normally and he tries overtaking without giving any signal and without horn. Please look into the matter on priority basis.

Every time whenever I attempt for slot bookin it shows that "No slot available for next 30days" !!
What's the actual problem? How can I book slot?
The problem is in Arambagh RTO, Dist-Hooghly, West Bengal.
What is the actual timing of slot booking? When it is available?
Why same problem occur every day?

Hi

I have applied for permanent driving licence at RTO BELAGAVI and passed my test and documents submission on 5-May-2019.

But the driving licence has still not been delivered to me, the smart card print and activition was updated on 28-may-2019 but the dispatch of DL and PSV badge is still in counter SUPT1.

Please deliver the licence card as soon as possible.

Yesterday 2.7.19 at 8.45 pm i forgot my phone in autorickshaw at upper govind nagar malad east. I had taken the auto from hanuman nagar kandivli east. The registration was probably mh03-7196 (Full registration not known). The autowallah was weird in nature & did not disclose the location of his auto. He did not know the route from kandivli to malad. I m aa middle class citizen & my phone contains all my data & cannot afford the loss. Please help me

I bought a i10grand sports from elroy hyundai defence colony new delhi on09/05/2019 and am yet to receive the registration number of the vehicle. I have reason to believe that the dealer is avoiding a meeting with me and i have reasons to believe that this is a pattern for ankit yadav owner elroy hyundai. The staff has been utterly unhelpful and non cooperative. Driving a vehicle without registration is a crime and i'm afraid i'm being dragged into this by the dealer. My rto is sarai kale khan, dl03.

Hi,

I made a payment of rs 980 online on[protected] @ sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in portal for dl. The amount got debited and payment was successful but pay status shows failed in sarathi website. I have already contacted the bank and it says the payment is successful on their end, sarathi and rto still showing status failed and asking me to pay again. I will be paying double the amount of dl.
Kindly refund my money or sort this issue.

Sir i am an employee of assam gov education department. About 5 months ago i sailed my said bike i also applied for the transfer of my vehicle rc.. I gave my form to mr bijit malakar rto of hailakandi dto. But he didn't give me any receipt/received copy. He just told that after 7 days it'll b change... But till now i am coming and going but they didn't give any response. Only saying that it will b ok.. But mr bijit are not doing his duty... Plz sir look at that matter... I am waiting for ur action.. Now my bike rc is as11q 7715... But i want transfer of my old rc...

Also scrutiny of documents has been completed. But till date the license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of dl at addmin level”.
I have paid penalty for driving my bike on supporting of the learners licensethat I have received, as the same is not accepted by Traffic Officers. How many times am I going to have to pay such penalty ??? So, When will I receive my License???

Hello sir,

I paid for 4 wheel learning license and 150 cut from my bank. However i didn't get message from rto.

Executive their said me that, it will be credited in your account within 10 days. Please confirm this. So i paid 150 again to proceed.

Also, there is mistake in address detail and they refuse to validate this. So again in loss of 150.

Can you please guide where to change my address or doing new application is the only option?

I had appeared for the driver license test on 28/06/2019 and completed all the necessary formalities. But since then the status on the sarathi site is "application under processing at rto level", record test results of driving test pending mdl test 2 showing pending.

Regarding the matter, I tried calling DTO, office in the contact number as mentioned in the application number pdf generated during the online application procedure. I would like to bring to your notice that the number provided is the DC office number of Sonitpur district. I also tried calling DTO, Sonitpur many times at his mobile number but was unattended.

I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

I have applied for renewal of my drivers license vide application number [protected] dt 04 may 2019. Despite more than 2 months have elapsed i have not received my renewed driver licence.
I am repeatedly trying to find staus of my icence from customer care number but i am only being given dispatch number eu[protected]in. Whereas 1500 rupees weretaken from me for the charges and additional 1500 rupees, my license is still not received.
Kindly resolve the issue earliest as i am unable to drive without drivers license.
Also all numbers on the up transport/rto agra are incorrect. As available on the govt site. Same also needs to be corrected

There are lots of touts here. The scrutiny officers have daily routine time of 11.00 am and within an hour or two lunch time will start. Sir please take a note of our valuable time as we have to skip our studies and jobs for this. What is the benefit of taking early hour timings when our respected scrutiny officers are not gonna come on time.

Hi Team,

My wife cleared her learning licence on March 30th.

Now to get the permanent licence DL Test slots are not available until October.

If we have to apply for learners licence again because the DL test slots are unavailable it is not justified.

Dear sir, we have allotted driving test time slot of 9.00 am to 10.00 am. The registration window has opened at 10.10 am and the scrutiny window has not started till 10.25 am. Sir i would request to take strict action against these officers who come late. Moreover these people are so rude and arrogant that we feel we are insects and some unwanted people around them and they are doing some kind of mercy on us by doing our work.

My car is name is h city 1.5glx (petrol varient) but in rc name is ambassador and fuel type is diesel. Kindly obligate the matter.

In Ghazipur RTO office about 20 to 25 people are waiting for paying amount on counter no. 2 that is seen by Mr. Amal kumar tripathi but he is not attend his duty till 12.00 P.M. candidates are waiting in full summer season and people saying he is always coming late. Pls do something for public favour we are frustated to gov. Employee.

I pay the dl test fee of rs.800 from my iob bank account.. Money has been debited from the account.. And the payment for dl test fee was in pending status. It says please wait 30 mins or contact near by rto office.. I approached tambaram rto office (Tn11). They said pay the fee again to get dl. So i paid the fee for the second time.. Now i need my refund of rs.800 on my first transaction..

I have applied application for addition of class of vehicle in my existing driving licence. For fee payment they insist online methods I don't know why? Because online cyber treasury is the worst payment gateway ever. I had filled my details, confirmed payment through net banking, my money got deducted and it showed payment not possible. Seriously, I have the Transaction ID, full proof for Transaction and the RTO denies any payment received. When I approached Pal RTO, the concerned authority ignored the matter. I want a refund immediately.

We have been waiting here for almost 1 hour for the respective employee... Usually there are 2 persons in that office... But none was present and a female employee came in for a minute and went off... We tried asking queries in that time but she ignored me... There was continous sound of her talking... That means she was in next room... Waited but with no avail... Very poor service and no ethics at all... Couldn't be more disappointed.

Respected sir /madam,

I got my number plates recently for my new dominar 400. I had to cough up 35, 000 approximately towards road tax! Forget the good roads that the govt can provide, the least that they can do is to give a good quality number plate!

Firstly, they say that the number plates are high security. Without a gps tracker, how is it even a high security number plate?

Secondly, the number plates are so delicate that you can bend them using 2 fingers! It is close to a cardboard plate..
