Dear sir / ma'am,
Greetings of the day!

I, Harshil Doshi an obedient citizen of Maharashtra have a vehicle numbered as MH 03 CP 7999, Ford Ecosport titanium + sports, white colour, diesel. I have purchased this vehicle on June 2018.

Recently logged in on the Maharashtra e-challan website to check the challans on my car and shockingly i found 3 challans out of which 2 challans were levied on a tata truck who has somehow copied my vehicle number totally. This is an utter act of fraudlent activity where we are being held responsibile for some other person's mistake.
The challan numbers for your reference are as follows.
1. MUMCM[protected]
2. MTPCHM[protected]
3. MTPCHM[protected]

I want your help for this matter since this truck is not my vehicle and I am being held responsible for their foul practice. How can a vehicle get exactly the same number in the same city along with same series?

Please do the needful. An early action to the above stated matter would be highly appreciated.

    Hello sir,

    Consumers submitting applications to private agents are not giving test because they're bribing them with a lot of money like 2000 for getting the license.
    They're getting the license without appearing for the test and directly sent for photograph.

    It's too unfair. And the one who don't know driving are also getting license with this inappropriate act.

    Kindly take appropriate actions against this crime.
    I've visited jabalpur rto and got to know about this.

      Hi,

      We had applied for change in address on licence one month back, we have yet not received our licence also we have submitted our original license copy.
      If we check status online it shows "waiting for approval" this status is unchanged from last one month.

      Request you to please complete the process and dispatch our license immediately its causing inconvenience.

      Sir/mam, I m come for learning license exam, department give me time of at 10.30 am but, up-to 11am no staff was coming in office and they delay the time of exam. There is less of punctuality in staff.

        Respected authorities,
        Driving license test was conducted at rto nagpur on 13th march 2019.
        But the aproval and printing and dispatch of licence is showing pending.

        Scrutiny of documents has been completed.
        But till date the license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of dl at admin level”.

        I have cleared my driving test on 6 APR 2019 and it is approved on Same day but my smart card is not come at home after a long time of two months.

          My permanent driving license test was conducted at rto nagpur on 13th march 2019 and the same was cleared as pass on 13th mar 2019 in the saarthi portal. Also scrutiny of documents has been completed.
          It has been 2 months i passed the test.
          But till date the license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of dl at admin level”.

          I am getting problem in dealing with
          The local traffic police while driving.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am a professional person, i was traveling from sangamwadi parking 2 to shivaji nagar, narveer tanaji, shivajinagar on 15th april 2019. It is hardly a distance of 1.5 km from sangamwadi parking 2. Auto rickshaw driver told me he will go with the meter. So i sat in his auto then he restarted the meter and i get down at shivajinagar, his meter reading was rs78. Which is much more higher than pune auto rickshaw fare for 2 kms.

            I request you to please take certain action against him and please do check his meter reading, he is currently using a faulty meter to fool travelers.

            Please find the attachment for his auto rickshaw number. Please let me know if you need some more information.

              With due respect, secretly I inform you that the two vehicles No. OD15A5176 & OD02T5647 are purely used in business purpose like reserve. But is has not Yellow number plate and also both vehicle are registered in the “Kuchinda town” (dist-Sambalpur) Taxi Stand register for reserve vehicle business. So I request you that, kindly take necessary action to the cheater soon.

                    I am sidramesh hiremath recently have purchased two wheeler registration number ka 04 jw 7032 from bimal hero sadashiv nagar bangalore, however i am yet to receive smart card of rc book mean time i have downloaded the rc from digi locker in which below correction are noticed.

                    1. Father name should be sadashivayya reflecting as sadashivaiah even after submitting the right document.
                    2. Name of apartment is gj nest 8 reflecting as gf nest 8 even after submitting the right document.

                    Can you please correct the same and guide me when exactly i can get my smart card?

                        Dear sir,

                        We, arihant cargo carriers pvt. Ltd. Is transporting a new til make crane with moder no. Tms 880m & trc no. Wb-33tmp[protected] from kolkata to chennai with all original papers. Since yesterday night the crane has been stopped by rto agent at deori, maharashtra – chattisgarh border. First the rto agent asked for rs. 5, 000/- to release the crane irrespective of the fact that driver is having all legal & original documents along with him. When the driver denied to offer the money, the agent hold the crane at the border.

                        Now, the crane is under rto agent at the above mentioned border and we were not provided with any kind of seizure list. Please look into the matter urgently as we have already committed our client to deliver the crane within a specific time.

                        We would also like to inform you that that the above mentioned crane is going for a national project and the current delay will make a national loss.

                        We would be thankful to you for your cooperation & help.

One of the saralcounter 08 employee cancelled my learning learning license applied for mc50cc, lmv, mcwogt, mcwogp, mcwtgt, mcwgp and ask for additional 300 rs. Kindly return my 1800 rs.

                            I took a new vehicle and the tax was paid by the dealer and i got the application receipt also. But the status is showing as pending insepction from 11th may. How long will it take to issue the registration number. Why is this getting delayed.

                            All the process from dealer is done and submitted. I have been informed that there is nothing they can do now. How to get reason why this is delayed.

                              Hello,

                              I have been waiting for my driver's licence.

                              As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on 27th april 2019, and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

                              Please help to get the dl dispatched.

                                I prasoon jha asked an auto driver to drop me to andheri but auto driver for used abusive words and refused to ply me from powai hiranandani to andheri marol at approx 9:20 pm on 14th may, auto no: mh. 02 ew. 5176, henceforth i'm raising a complaint against such auto driver who was not even afraid of rto and was reluctant to follow rules set, please take corrective action against such drivers.

                                    I am vedprakash gupta and my wallet was stolen in which dl and other cards were there, so i had applied for dl extract on 26 april with application no [protected] but till now there is no progress on this due to which it is difficult for me to travel as traffic police keep asking for driving licence and i cannot provide as it was lost and new is not getting sent by rto.

                                      Sir, i am from assam, nagaon.

                                      I have been trying to book slot for my learner license but everytime it says next 30 days slots are not available

                                      It's happening every time i try to book slot, when i ask the district transport employees they told me that u have to try at exactly 12:00am at night, even that also i am trying still i can't book my slot bcoz at that time i do not used to get the otp in my mobile phone...

                                      I had paid 300 and status on parivahan site still shows as "payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please contact rto".
                                      How many time it will take to refresh and also options for entering card details are not available to select.It is showing error again and again that enter card details even if we enter proper card no, till that option of entering expiry date was also not available at that time.
