Hello, sir /medam,
Today, when m going from bandra to vikhroli at 2 o'clock, one rto officer click my photo of car and fine 200 rs for no parking zone. I dont knw when he was clik my car photos n fine for no parking zone. M sending that photos of rto officer click. That time i was in car. You can see back light. I just stop car for 2 or 3 second. If i am in car then how they will fine for no parking zone. It was not park. Please do acting for this tpy of fine. I will not pay fine. Bcoz my car was not parked.

I have a two wheeler registered with karnataka transport department, registered in name of ritesh ranjan with reg no: ka19eu6125.
I had applied for no objection certificate from rto, mangalore, for the purpose of transfer of registration from rto, mangalore to rto, pune. On 2nd feb 2019, i was provided only one copy of noc and was said that the other copy (Rto, pune office copy) would be dispatched by rto, mangalore to rto, pune (Pimpri-chichwad) by post. I went to pimpri-chichwad rto for registration, then they were asking for 2copies of form28 (Noc). I have informed they that they may have got the second copy through post as per communication made by mangalore rto. They are not ready to accept my registration request because of lack of this. I also tried to contact with mangalore rto about this but not getting any solution.

Due to this, i am not able to get my vehicle registered with the regional transport department of maharashtra. This has been a constant source of problems for me by local traffic police.

So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as earliest as possible.

I have payed my llr fees through online by means of payment mode cash .It has been a long time since I have paid My fee through SBI Bank.I am checking my fee status regularly.The status is still in pending mode.Amount has been debited from my account but still it is showing payment is pending.My application number is[protected].So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I have purchased my bike on 18 march 2018 and still i have not revived RC book. when i went to PCMC RTO they checked and gave me the no and ask me to check with pimpri post office. pipmri post office again gave another no and ask me to track with local post but it is not available in manchar post office. RTO and Post offices are misguiding and pointing fingers on each other. even sterling honda from where i bought my bike they are also not helping me to track that.

I had applied for my mcwog dl online and had made payment through challan and had paid to canara bank before 12 days itself. The bank has given success copy of paying the amount to khazane 2, but my application status is still pending.

I have my driving licence issued in 2016 from faridabad, haryana (Hr29). I need to get a dl extract for which i tried to log into https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice7/dlextarct.do page. On entring my dl details i am getting this error message : this driving licence number - not approved in dl backlog!!

Today a driver dunken, suddenly moved the car, for which 2 lives may have gone . After that he came out of his car and started beating . After his fault, he escaped as he was a local boy. For his this kind of driving two persons may have lost their lives. The car no. Is OD05w4600 . That was a red colour indica car. Any action must be taken again him

My application id is[protected]. I had passed the online test of learmer licence on 19 march 2019. Its been 20 days since then yet my learner licence has not been issued. Whenever i check on the website it says your licence is pending for authority verification something like that.. Come on man its been almost a month after my learner test. Why i m not getting my licence ??

Sir, i have the learners license for four wheeler lmv but when i try to book slot for test it shows that your application is approved but slot booking is not allowed. I have very few days left for test please help me solve this problem.

Exact error is "entered application no._ is approved. Slot booking is not allowed."

My learners license number is gj01 /0082040/2018.

We have a vehicle 40 ft semi low bed trailer no cg 07 ca 2905 in the name of my son amritpal singh ajimal.

On 14/01/2014 we made an agreement for eleven months with shri gurcharan singh s/ late shri jagir singh to run our vehicle at the rental of rs40000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) per month.

We agreed to transfer the vehicle in his name in case he would have paid full amount of our loan.

He could not pay the loan in full and agreement expired. Presently there is no agreement between us but they are not returning our vehicle.

We want our vehicle. It should not be loaded without our permission.

We want our vehicle back. Please take apropriete action and get us the vehicle.

I want to change my dl address from one state to another. Initially i wasn't aware that i need only noc from current rto. Unknowingly i applied for change of address in online and also paid the fee too. Later i got to know and cancelled the application. Again reapplied for issue of noc whcih doesn't require any pay.

But now i want to refund the amount of rs. 351 applied for it.

We have our vehicle no cg 07 2905 low bed trailer in the name of my son amritpal singh ajimal.

On 14/01/2014 we made an agreement for 11 months with gurcharan singh s/of late shri jagir singh to run our vehicle at the rental of rs40000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) per month.

We agreed to transfer the vehicle cg 07 2905 semi low bed trailer in his name in case that he would have paid our loan in full.

The agreement expired on 14/012/2014 but he could not pay our loan.

Presently there is no agreement between us but they are not returning our vehicle.

We can not fight with them. Our vehicle should not be loaded without our permission. Please interfere.

I hope you will take action to get us back our vehiclear

Due to the launch of new vehicle motors act wef from 1/4/2019 regarding number plate issuance from the automobile dealer, there has been a lag shown by rto tirurangadi.
When asked with the officials, they seem to be incompetent and inexperienced with the new software (Which "seems" a valid excuse, but they are just sitting idle without even trying to speed up the process)
The program was launched for the convenience of the new automobile buyers and not for their inconvenience. I hope the public servant understand this

My application number is[protected]. My duplicate driving license has not been issued till now although i had applied on 28 jan 2019 and approval was given on 21 feb 2019. After that it is printing stage from last one and a half month and there has been no progress in status. Please issue my driving license quickly. I am attaching screen shot of status for reference.

Vehicle registration number MH12FX0024 is been registered with RTO under fake ownership details .
Shreyanshi Dasani is a fake owner .

Vehicle is been used for illegal and criminal activities .

I request the RTO TEAM to have strict investigation of the vehicle and ownership details and take strict action against it.

I'm trying to change my blood group in my driving licence beacuse it's wrong in rto details and i was hoping that i can change online but there is no option for changing blood group and i also went different different window but no one help me special window no.27 denied three time i'm hopeless and i don't think so this good for degital india i hope you will help me to change that

My vehicle was stolen she time back and the insurance company's claim is stuck on the last requirements from rto. The insurance company needs either of the three: transfer of rc to their name, a surrender certificate if original rc is lost or a stamped and signed statement which says why the rc cannot be transferred. The rto is not complying with any three. They say that we cannot do so because there is a ncrb case on the car (Which is a standard procedure to file an fir if a vehicle is stolen). And the police cannot remove the fir till the vehicle is found. This is means i'll keep going around in circles. The rto is at fault here as i've seen all the requirements complied with as the insurance agent showed me for various cases. I even showed the sample surrender certificate to the rto. I can provide more information if required, the vehicle details etc. Kindle revert on mail.

I have applied for driving licence through online. Application number[protected]. I have passed driving test exam on 12th march, 2019 and submitted my file along with all necessary hard documents on 13th march, 2019 in our rto office, krishnanagar, nadia, west bengal. My other friends who have applied for dl through agent, have received their dl. As i applied through online, my dl related all approval in pending by our rto office. Please help
