Mai pradyumn shivhare date[protected] ko rto office chitrkoot me duplicate dp banwane gaya tha shri singh aur rohit waha office me present the ji hone duplicate dl banwane ke mujhse 1000 rs mange to maine bola ki bahar to 400 likhe h to mujhse bahar karne lage mai unhe bahar jo likha tha dikhane ke bahar trf gaya us time mera phone (Realmeu1) wahi table per rakha tha bahar se andar gaya aur bola ki dekhiye bahar 400 likhe h to bole jao jb rto sahab aaye to unse baat kr lena tbhi maine dekha mera phone gayab tha dusre no phone lagaya to phone switch off tha maine rto sir se paise mangne aur phone khone ki complain ki aur request ki mujhe cctv dikhaye taki mai phone dekha saku ki kisne liya h to unhone cctv dikhane se mana kar diya aur bola ki cctv band h aur bola ki dl banwana h to jo paise unhone bole h wo dena padega aur waha present employees se bola ki inki kisi trh ki help nhi karege aap logo inhe jo karna ho kar le jaha complain krni ho kr le mai kotwali karwi me complain krne gaya to bole jao hum jaanch karayege aur unhone meri application ko receive bhi nhi kiya mera aapse request h ki pls mere phone dilwaye aur aise adhikari ki jaanch karaye taki future me kisi bhi desh ke nagarik ke sath aisa behavior koi bhi adhikari na kar sake

I want to bring it to the notice of the authorities that it has been more than two weeks since i appeared for the driving license test. Since then i have been continuously checking the website to see if there are any changes in the status but it seems like there is no movement at all or they do not bother to update the status. I appeared for the test at the jammu rto on 20 april 2019. What is the fun of digitising india if able to check the status online just because some lazy officials don’t want to work.

RTO jalgaon is not accepting voter ID or Aadhar card to verify date of birth even the full date of birth is given on both the Id cards

Whenever we apply for learning liscence online there is an Option by which we can give a proof of our date of birth so the option says you can select voter id or gov approved photo Id(for example aadhar card) for DOB verification
And RTO jalgaon is not accepting these document they only accept educational certicates...amd if you argue them about this they say higher autority told us to do so...so either accept Id proofs or reduce the options in online form

I am not able to book slot for driving license test from the website -https://parivahan.gov.in/slots8/dldetsubmit.do.

I have already got the ll more than one month agao. Now when i book dl skill test slot it says
"entered application number is approved. Slot booking not allowed".

This is happening for my spouse's applciation id too[protected]

I have tried reaching the parivahan phone contact and wrote an email too but to no avail.

I have completed all the procedures from filling application form to driving licence test. I took the driving licence test on 24th january 2019. The examiner approved my driving skills and asked me to come at dto, gaya after a month when an sms would arrive. But no sms has arrived yet. Also the licence status on the website is shown as "scrutiny - (Document verification)" from ever since. I went to the dto, gaya but the licence distributor asked me to meet mvi sir. But he is never present. Also my learner's licence will get expired on 31st may 2019 and i would have to repeat all the steps and my fees paid would go in vain.

I had recently paid full payment for Kawasaki ninja 300, at JMB motors Kawasaki chennai, Kilpauk.! They have charged a whopping 53500 rupees for handeling and miscellanies charges.! When asked to provide the split up they are refusing to provide the split up.! Please help in understanding whether this amount I am being charged is legal.! if not legal kindly advice what further actions should I take now that I have paid full amount and expecting the bike delivery on 7_May-2019.

I have not received my duplicate licence yet, i have submitted fees on 15 December 2018 and i have submitted all documents on on the same day in rto office ETAWAH, UTTAR PRADESH. Its been more then 4 Months, but i haven't received my DL.

I lost my Driving Licence Number UP53 [protected] on Nov.2018, So i applied for replacement of new DL on 15th Nov. 2018 also i got approval on 16th Nov of 2018.After that i am regularly tracking the Application status [protected] and notice that PRINTING OF DL are still pending now its 6 month gone but still the status are same, After that i visited to RTO GKP and after a long inquiry they said the application was lost by them thats why status shown pending for print and now they are asking for paid more 400 Rs to get application in process. it a long time and I am facing many problem due to delay in DL . Kindly look on the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I already paid for application fee. kindly find the attached sheet of Application status for more details . i am waiting for your valuable response and action.

I had submitted an online form for learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 357.00 inr. But due to some error in online form (While online submitting name entered was different from the one in othe id proofs). I made the payment for this. Later a new application was created and I cancelled the previous one with incorrect name and paid again for the new one as I got the information as refund for cancelled application will be made to my bank account. But it's been some time now and I have not received any refund for the same.

Attached are the details regarding the same. Please let me know if you will need any information.

I am a gagandeep singh resident of bathind, punjab. I had got my driving license issued on 01/02/2008 from bathinda. Its kind is mcwg lmv only and license no is pb[protected]. Few days back i went license office to apply for heavy vehicle. But they denied that and said our system is not showing your detail and they said you had better to apply for new driving license again. But my plan is to move canada. I requested them to permit me to apply heavy license. I am damn sure its orignal license. Even i challenge that nobody can prove it fake. Because i applied it my own. Please help me and permit me to apply heavy license.

My name is vinod and i am a defence personnel. I have applied for learners license for mswog, mswg, and lmv nt two months back through online mode at rto nagpur city. I paid fee for all three type of category. Whereas i have got learners license for one category i. E. Mswog. When i inquired about this i was told that system is showing that you are already having dl that's why this happened. Now i am roaming since last two months but no has helped me. Kindly help me.

When i go for slot bkg showing massage your slot car not book due to learner licence is expiry is 28/04/19.
So you are requested to refund in my a/c from which i have paid.

Its a very good move / initiative taken by the Government. It would be equally better if the renewal of the licence can also be made from any where in the country, as many people due to their service / job or people post retirement shift to their home town or shift to their siblings which is not the place where they were working.
IN such cases when RENEWAL comes in the picture they do not have residence proof at the earlier place where they were residing.
This is the situation where in 'Brokers' come in the picture and rest is very clear, every one knows how things move.
The way 'Aadhar' card is used to link with 'Life Certificate', the same or similar method can be adopted for renewal and reduce the burden or go again for new application, Learner's licence and re-exam etc.

I have applied for new driving license (Lmv-nt) in baramati maharashtra rto office through rto agent mr. Vishal kamble. I have already paid total fees 2200/- to agent and i have pass my driving exam on 5th march 2019 and today is 25 th april 2019 i am waiting for my dl i can't receive my dl please help me out. My application id is[protected]. I have passed the online learner test on 19/03/2019. Its been 38 days since then yet i my learmer lucence has not been issued. Whenever i check it says ur application is under processing under rtoauth01. This is very much irresponsible by this parivahn ministry. I mean its been a month but my learner licence has not been issued.

I took an second hand Hero Maestro and the owner of the vehicle given his RC ownership to transfer on my name through his agent in RTA MEDCHAL HYDERABAD. As shown in the picture my RC is printed on[protected] but still didn't dispatched.

When I contacted that agent PRAVEEN he used abusive language on me

I have paid the fees of arto l. A salt lake (Wb-07) on 24 april 2019. Receipt no. Wb07s/16053493. I had reserved the slot on 25 april 2019 and went for test and suddenly i was told to scrutinize/ check my documents. I went inside the office and they asked me about the address proof. There are two different addresses. One is 1. Permanent address - (For this i have proof of voter id, aadhar etc.). Then there is another address call temporary/ official address, if any. Since my office is located near to l. A. Salt lake, and i have the id employee card issued by central govt, i showed them the proof along with the letter written in the official letter head, i have opted for this location. But the officer (On duty on 25 april 2019, l. A salt lake) said that the official address can't be used for learner's license and he refused or not allowed me for the test.
I even told him that in the form it self there is the provision of temporary/ official address, if any. But he is adamant and doesn't listen to me. I told him that i have all the address proof of my home (Voter's card, pan card, passport, etc), along with this office address.

I have couple of questions?
Can i issue driving license using my office address as proof?
Can i issue driving license on my permanent home address which is in the same state but located distantly from the rto, which is more located near my office.

On 19th april 2019, i received the message from vm-vaahan that:

But till today i haven't received my vehicle number. There is no online provision to check the status as well.

I am not able to take online appointment for dl driving licence through online rto portal sarathi. The error which i am getting is "application number is approved but slot booking not allowed". Please help as early as possible.
I tried to call customer care number as well as vadodara rto office. But no one is receiving my call. This is the worst response from department.
