I have not received my duplicate licence yet, i have submitted fees on 15 December 2018 and i have submitted all documents on on the same day in rto office ETAWAH, UTTAR PRADESH. Its been more then 4 Months, but i haven't received my DL.

I lost my Driving Licence Number UP53 [protected] on Nov.2018, So i applied for replacement of new DL on 15th Nov. 2018 also i got approval on 16th Nov of 2018.After that i am regularly tracking the Application status [protected] and notice that PRINTING OF DL are still pending now its 6 month gone but still the status are same, After that i visited to RTO GKP and after a long inquiry they said the application was lost by them thats why status shown pending for print and now they are asking for paid more 400 Rs to get application in process. it a long time and I am facing many problem due to delay in DL . Kindly look on the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I already paid for application fee. kindly find the attached sheet of Application status for more details . i am waiting for your valuable response and action.

I had submitted an online form for learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 357.00 inr. But due to some error in online form (While online submitting name entered was different from the one in othe id proofs). I made the payment for this. Later a new application was created and I cancelled the previous one with incorrect name and paid again for the new one as I got the information as refund for cancelled application will be made to my bank account. But it's been some time now and I have not received any refund for the same.

Attached are the details regarding the same. Please let me know if you will need any information.

I am a gagandeep singh resident of bathind, punjab. I had got my driving license issued on 01/02/2008 from bathinda. Its kind is mcwg lmv only and license no is pb[protected]. Few days back i went license office to apply for heavy vehicle. But they denied that and said our system is not showing your detail and they said you had better to apply for new driving license again. But my plan is to move canada. I requested them to permit me to apply heavy license. I am damn sure its orignal license. Even i challenge that nobody can prove it fake. Because i applied it my own. Please help me and permit me to apply heavy license.

My name is vinod and i am a defence personnel. I have applied for learners license for mswog, mswg, and lmv nt two months back through online mode at rto nagpur city. I paid fee for all three type of category. Whereas i have got learners license for one category i. E. Mswog. When i inquired about this i was told that system is showing that you are already having dl that's why this happened. Now i am roaming since last two months but no has helped me. Kindly help me.

When i go for slot bkg showing massage your slot car not book due to learner licence is expiry is 28/04/19.
So you are requested to refund in my a/c from which i have paid.

Its a very good move / initiative taken by the Government. It would be equally better if the renewal of the licence can also be made from any where in the country, as many people due to their service / job or people post retirement shift to their home town or shift to their siblings which is not the place where they were working.
IN such cases when RENEWAL comes in the picture they do not have residence proof at the earlier place where they were residing.
This is the situation where in 'Brokers' come in the picture and rest is very clear, every one knows how things move.
The way 'Aadhar' card is used to link with 'Life Certificate', the same or similar method can be adopted for renewal and reduce the burden or go again for new application, Learner's licence and re-exam etc.

I have applied for new driving license (Lmv-nt) in baramati maharashtra rto office through rto agent mr. Vishal kamble. I have already paid total fees 2200/- to agent and i have pass my driving exam on 5th march 2019 and today is 25 th april 2019 i am waiting for my dl i can't receive my dl please help me out. My application id is[protected]. I have passed the online learner test on 19/03/2019. Its been 38 days since then yet i my learmer lucence has not been issued. Whenever i check it says ur application is under processing under rtoauth01. This is very much irresponsible by this parivahn ministry. I mean its been a month but my learner licence has not been issued.

I took an second hand Hero Maestro and the owner of the vehicle given his RC ownership to transfer on my name through his agent in RTA MEDCHAL HYDERABAD. As shown in the picture my RC is printed on[protected] but still didn't dispatched.

When I contacted that agent PRAVEEN he used abusive language on me

I have paid the fees of arto l. A salt lake (Wb-07) on 24 april 2019. Receipt no. Wb07s/16053493. I had reserved the slot on 25 april 2019 and went for test and suddenly i was told to scrutinize/ check my documents. I went inside the office and they asked me about the address proof. There are two different addresses. One is 1. Permanent address - (For this i have proof of voter id, aadhar etc.). Then there is another address call temporary/ official address, if any. Since my office is located near to l. A. Salt lake, and i have the id employee card issued by central govt, i showed them the proof along with the letter written in the official letter head, i have opted for this location. But the officer (On duty on 25 april 2019, l. A salt lake) said that the official address can't be used for learner's license and he refused or not allowed me for the test.
I even told him that in the form it self there is the provision of temporary/ official address, if any. But he is adamant and doesn't listen to me. I told him that i have all the address proof of my home (Voter's card, pan card, passport, etc), along with this office address.

I have couple of questions?
Can i issue driving license using my office address as proof?
Can i issue driving license on my permanent home address which is in the same state but located distantly from the rto, which is more located near my office.

On 19th april 2019, i received the message from vm-vaahan that:

But till today i haven't received my vehicle number. There is no online provision to check the status as well.

I am not able to take online appointment for dl driving licence through online rto portal sarathi. The error which i am getting is "application number is approved but slot booking not allowed". Please help as early as possible.
I tried to call customer care number as well as vadodara rto office. But no one is receiving my call. This is the worst response from department.

I have applied for dl with mcwg & lmv with rto - ka01. However i own only a lmv, so i rented a commercial mcwg and provided the rto with rc, insurance and the puc for both vehicles.

The rto has refused to take my test on the commercial vehicle and requested me to loan a mcwg from a 'friend'. I am new to the city and do not have a friend who will loan me a mcwg with all documents. Also i cannot see how the commercial vehicle prevents the rto from judging my driving capabilities.

Please let me know how to proceed, as my ll will soon expire.

I gave my dl test on 23 feb 2019 at rto kasturi nagar, bangalore. The dl got approved on 15 march 2019. But since then, it is stuck at "printing of dl in form 7". Now my learner's license is also going to expire soon. Why is it taking so late. Is 2 months not enough to provide some one dl? Very disappointed with the system here.

Its been a month and still it is not approved. All the test has been cleared and updated on website.

Please help me out with this.

Respected Sir/Madam, I had purchased a New Bullet Royal Enfield 350cc Classic on 19th Oct 2017 vehicle no. MH-01 CX 7066 and till date i haven't received my RC book, I had also made a Complaint many times to the Dealer from where I had purchased my bike but they are saying that RC book responsibility is not into there scope. Also I had went many times to the Tardeo RTO Office where in there system it is showing Already Delivered but I had Still Not Received, Imagine more than 2 years without paper, since last 5 to 6 month am not riding as got harassed many times by cops, please look in to the matter.

I am from uthangarai. Which is in krishnagiri district tamilnadu. This is city is located in the highway between bangalore and pondicherry, vellore to salem. Despite of the bad conditioned road private and some of the government buses are driving in a rash manner. It is just a two-way road which is not even properly maintained. There you can't find lane line also. From the roundtanna to vidymandir school which is about 2 km distance is the most crowded area in the town. It has a school hospital and market on its way. Private buses are driving so fast and honking very louder. Which is literally threatening everyone and it is more likely distracting other drivers. Please help us to solve this issue. Please install speed limit sign boards in the road

I am having my driving license no tn01 [protected]which has been expired on 05.04.2019.in the name of hari pradap k

When i went renew my above licence i was told that in the system the name is not matching and so the licence cannot be renewed immediately.

The licence issuing authorities are rto south east, tamil nadu.

I request you to kindly help me urgently as i am not able to drive my vehicles and i am als a senior citizen.
