I had transferred my private 4 wheeler with registration # MH04HF2883 from Thane to Alipore RTO in Kolkata last year. I had duly paid the road taxes and registration fees as well.

However my company has transferred me back to Mumbai for which I have to now re-register my vehicle back at MH04 (Thane) RTO.

I applied for the NOC in Alipore RTO for the same in January (App # WB[protected]).

However the RTO Officer says that he is unable to approve the request as HSRP is pending.

I went to Mahindra Kolkata Dealer but they were unable to generate HSRP as the number is still MH04. I went to Mahindra Thane Dealer and they were unable to get HSRP as car is registered in Kolkata.

I need help to resolve this issue urgently please.

    Respected sir/maam,
    I have applied for renewal of driving license through online services, its approved on 11 Jan 2023 and today its 14th Mar 2023
    My licence is stuck at printing stage from past two months. I request you to please look after my application as per the information provided on RTO website, licence will be dispatched within a two weeks after approval, but its 60 days and my licence is yet to be printed.

        I have visited the post office for my RC book but no luck.

        Visited the RTO office (an earlier vehicle was registered under this RTO THANE) but had no luck in the online portal it is showing in my name but a hard copy hasn't yet been received. Where should I check?

            I have made an application for Parmanent license [HR91 [protected]], all the process including scrutiny and endorsement completed on[28/02/2023]. DL start printing on[10/03/2023], but I didn't get dispatch Tracking number from the Rla Gharaunda, Karnal.

                  Sir,
                  My application number is [protected], Dob is 02/02/1996 .
                  And this is going to be near about 2 months for my driving licence is under RTO office for printing of form 7 and not been dispatched to me, and when I went to the office they told me that there is shortage of chip sets which is placed over Driving Licence. So, I request you to check my all details and please help me with this problem and let my driving licence to be dispatch after process of printing form 7.
                  Please do the needful as soon as possible. I'm helpless and waiting sincerely.

                    Refund for Learner License Fee

                    Hi,
                    I applied for a learning license (MC50CC) and booked the LL test slot at the RTO office - Amravati, from Parivahan Sewa Online Portal.

                    On the day of LL test appointment in the RTO office (02/03/2023), during the document verification process the police officials there said that the vehicle which comes under 50CC is not used anymore so they can't provide the license. They said that the learning license under 50CC...

                      I took my DL test on January 6, 2023, but today, March 11, 2023, when I went to the RTO to find out why this is happening, they are asking me to provide a receipt or else they will not issue me a DL.

                      While I gave my DL test, I was not informed to keep any receipts; all I was informed of was that I would get my DL in the mail.

                      Please check and help me with this.
                      I tried contacting the RTO over mail, but so far all they are saying is to reach out to the nearest RTO.

                          I had requested the address change on my DL and that is approved already.
                          The Status shows as Pending Printing.

                          Could you please help getting it printed and dispatched as soon as possible as i need it urgently.

                            Delay in printing of DL in FORM 7 from LUCKNOW, UP-32 RTO

                            Address: RTO Lucknow Office, Transport Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226012

                            On 4th January 2023, I had applied for a "CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL" at RTO, LUCKNOW (UP32).
                            Scrutiny at RTO was completed on 7th January 2023.
                            DL had been approved at RTO on 10th January 2023, but there is a delay in the "Printing of DL in form 7" and "DL dispatch by post".

                            It has been more than two months and I have still not received my renewed DL card.

                            I have to shift to another city this month...

                              My Name is Sumit Ranjit. I applied for MCWOG driving license on 17 Oct 2022. Passed driving license test on 24th Jan 2023. However, till date my driving license is not approved. I visited RTO office (L.A. Serampore WB17) on 24th Feb and was informed to pay INR 50 extra for license. I paid the same although it was not mentioned anywhere on website that I have to pay extra otherwise my application wont be processed. At the time of this payment I was informed (Post checking my documents) everything is in place and it was pending only due to non payment of INR 50 and it will be approved with in 4 days. Its been nearly 14 days however my license is not approved yet. I have raised griveance earlier on internal Sarathi portal. However, till date I am yet to receive any response / call.                                   I applied for a learner license on 23 September 2022 last year for the second time through online services and Today is 9 March 2023 and still my application status is "Scrutiny verification of proof documents".
                                  They are taking this much long time almost a year to verify my documents.
                                  Please do something to resolve my complaint if RTO is not able to give online services then please stop online services. Its just a headache for the public because if my cancel my application there is going to be no refund of my application fee.
