My driving licinse was issued in jan 2015 which i have not received till date and now i have applied online again to issue a duplicate copy of my 2 wheeler license on 07/01/2019 and its been almost 3 months i have not received even the duplicate copy of my 2 wheeler driving license. Please help me its been two times i have paid for driving license but not received even once and even i am not able to track with the application number : 63780019. Name: mitesh gala

And check post officer again taken a tax of rs 1500. From the same time of the same car.
If dto check the tax and tax is also cleared from our account then who is responsible.
Kindly check the matter otherwise i'll move to court.

I had applied for the renewal of my driving licence in RTO office in Gaya in March, 2018. Now it is 31 March 2019 and I have still not got my renewed driving licence back.
The reciept I have recieved is also not clearly printed only reciept number is clear and that is 18883145.
I tried many times to enquire about my application but they always tell me that your reciept is not clear so they are unable to tell anything about the application. I have already submitted the original licence book at the time of applying for renewal of application.
Please help me to get rid of my problem.

I would like to inform you that my driving license likely to received on[protected] but up to[protected] i haven't received my driving license. Mh 16 [protected] ramchandra nalage [protected], ahmednagar rto office dispatched through post dated[protected]. Lmv - nt driving test passed. When i got my driving license from post. I have massage from post will receive yr article on[protected]

I give the dl test on 29/01/2019 but i did not take the license till now, my application no is 43381119 and my date of birth is 05/04/1993.
I want to know that how much time rto will take for issue a dl after test. When i check the website its always show that your application is under rto lavel. When i go to the rto and ask about it they did not provide any information.

It is to inform you that, my dl test is completed and my dl is also genereated on[protected]. At that time they told that "your dl will be sent by a week to your home". Still i did not get my dl. My application number is ap[protected]. So i request you to please resolve my isuue as soon as possible and get it sent quickly.

I just got off at the international airport and got into an auto standing in the queue. After he took off he said the meter is not working and i had to pay whatever i thought was right. This is absolutely not acceptable.
Kindly revert to me regarding the action taken

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for duplicate rc book vide application no. Gj190223v6768400/ gj190223c5469462 on 23 february 2019. It is submitted duly approved and online payment to rto office at vadodara, gujarat.
But till date there is no responce.
Pl. Let me know when i will get the duplicate rc book.

I got my scrutiny and biometrics completed on[protected] by visiting the rto regional office. I was told that i would be receiving by licence in a week or two.

But, it still shows "approval of endorsements on dl" pending at approval4.

Can you please expedite the process.

On the payments page for Learner's License, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.210. Selected "SBI" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected Debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and It did NOT redirect me to the Verified by Visa/ OTP page too.
Hence I started the payment process again but got the below message:

"Application is verifying with BANK.Please press OK to continue"

After pressing OK, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time I get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an LL appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can I make the payment at the RTO.

My brother has submitted ownership transfer application form along with all required documents with rto fees at 28th nov. 2018. Yet rc not transferred by rto seikh sarai delhi. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful for me. Your cooperation will very helpful for me.

I have given driving test for Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler permanent license on 25/02/2019 at Raebareli RTO (UP-33).
However, I have not yet received the Driving License.

When i check the application status on Parivahan Site it says Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :- Pending.
Approval of endorsements on dl :- Pending.
Printing of DL in Form-7 (Smart card) :- Pending.
Dispatch of the DL and PSV Badge :- Pending.

I have passed the dl test on 15/03/2019

Current status
1. Approval of endorsements on dl pending. 2. Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) pending. 3. Dispatch of the dl and psv badge pending.

Also i have a four wheeler licence which i have submitted with attachment on the day of two wheeler driving test.

For every step they are taking too much time

When i am going to slot booking i got following message from your site.

"entered application number: [protected] is approved. Slot booking is not allowed".

As i have applied for dl skill test after 2 months of ll license was issued to me. Don't know what's the problem but please solve this as soon as possible. As i have to applied for dl skill test before my next 4 months will complete....

I am a driving license holder being no. Nt/as-25/k/13192/2015/amg validity up to[protected]. I approached before the dto, kamrup, amingaon for obtaining smart card driving license for third time, but i found most of the employees absent till 11:30 a. M. On the other hand the dto is also found till 1:00 p. M. Further i like to inform that the application for obtaining smart card driving license has not taken by the authority as the same is not signed by concerned dto. I would further like to inform that, i being an employee of judicial department, it is very much difficukt for me to visit the dt office for several time. Taking signature of concerned dto is not a duty on my part. Further the dto, kamrup, amingaon is full of dalal. The employees of the said office do not give importance to the public the give importance to dalal. Therefore people like me is facing lot of problems in this office. Therefore i request you kindly to take investigation and to punishe the inobident employees.

While applying for dl i am facing a major problem, i have paid the fee rs. 1390 but when i go for dl slot booking it says ll expired! But the last date is 31st of march 2019, so kindly help me in resolving this issue or refund my money. As a proof i have pasted text msg from rto below:-
Your learner licence :pb60 /0001525/2018 is going to expiry on[protected]. Please convert to driving licence with in[protected]....

I have submitted all relevant documents and paid the fees. Yet from over 2 weeks, the status of my application for modification of address is being shown as "application under processing at rto level" at application stage of scrutiny - (Document verification) at counter "scrutinyg2"

Trying to see how i can ensure its approved quickly so i can plan my appointment for new licence

I am a service holder in a a psu. I want to draw your kind attention towards very poor service provided by paralakhemundi rto. I had my test driving on 19.03.2019 at 11.15 am, i reached there before my sesulued time. After all documentation work they told me to give rs.500 /- for redcross unit, i paid that amount. Then one of the madam suggested me to go for biometric verification. I went there but minimum 20 people already there for biometric, i stood in the queue and at that time the time was 10.45 am. After waiting for 2 hr 15 minutes in the queue, one of the counter staff told that there is no link kindly come after had an hour. Then i had been waiting there as i got a leave from my office after much difficulty. All rto staff went for lunch except security guard, no one was there to listen public. At 3.45 staff members came when we ask regarding the biometric one of the staff told that plz come tomorrow as we are unable to open the rto sites. But in all other system everyone was working except that biometric system, then how could it is possible that in a particular system link is not available. The person who always do biometric work he was on leave that's why other staff didn't want to do his work. But the higher authority should arrange someone else to do public work on behalf of him. But no was there to listen anything. The behaviour of some staff was very ridiculous. The whole day of time we all waste there. I as a citizen request you to give them some lessons so that they can understand the value of time and will attend the public properly.
