My vehicle was stolen she time back and the insurance company's claim is stuck on the last requirements from rto. The insurance company needs either of the three: transfer of rc to their name, a surrender certificate if original rc is lost or a stamped and signed statement which says why the rc cannot be transferred. The rto is not complying with any three. They say that we cannot do so because there is a ncrb case on the car (Which is a standard procedure to file an fir if a vehicle is stolen). And the police cannot remove the fir till the vehicle is found. This is means i'll keep going around in circles. The rto is at fault here as i've seen all the requirements complied with as the insurance agent showed me for various cases. I even showed the sample surrender certificate to the rto. I can provide more information if required, the vehicle details etc. Kindle revert on mail.

I have applied for driving licence through online. Application number[protected]. I have passed driving test exam on 12th march, 2019 and submitted my file along with all necessary hard documents on 13th march, 2019 in our rto office, krishnanagar, nadia, west bengal. My other friends who have applied for dl through agent, have received their dl. As i applied through online, my dl related all approval in pending by our rto office. Please help

I applied for the learning license at RTO Ballabgarh and paid Rs 650 fees online for lmv and mcwg but later when I reached RTO ballabgarh they told me my rto has changed to Badhkal RTO and then I have to pay the fees of Rs 650 again.So I want my fees to RTO Ballabgarh back.

Payment initate is fail and my account is debited again my driver is being wasted guest time at swargat in himachal.
And check post officer again taken a tax of rs 1500. From the same time of the same car.
If dto check the tax and tax is also cleared from our account then who is responsible.
Kindly check the matter otherwise i'll move to court.

I had applied for the renewal of my driving licence in RTO office in Gaya in March, 2018. Now it is 31 March 2019 and I have still not got my renewed driving licence back.
The reciept I have recieved is also not clearly printed only reciept number is clear and that is 18883145.
I tried many times to enquire about my application but they always tell me that your reciept is not clear so they are unable to tell anything about the application. I have already submitted the original licence book at the time of applying for renewal of application.
Please help me to get rid of my problem.

Request for number plate was lodged on 19.09.2018 and till date no update is provided by hsrp staff. office o[censored]tsav safty system staff don't even bother to pick up the phone. The statement received by them was that they lost the number plate. It's been 6 months and still they are unable to provide the same.

On the payments page for Learner's License, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.210. Selected "SBI" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected Debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and It did NOT redirect me to the Verified by Visa/ OTP page too.
Hence I started the payment process again but got the below message:

"Application is verifying with BANK.Please press OK to continue"

After pressing OK, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time I get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an LL appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can I make the payment at the RTO.

I am unable to book slots for driving skill test. Could you please help me as I just have one month left. When trying to book slot at Sarathi website, the error message seen is 'Application number is approved. Unable to book slots'

I made two payments for the vehicle transfer fee. Once on 03/13/19. Then again on 03/14/19. But only the second payment generated BARCODE. Hence I want complete refund on the first payment.
Its only 1 vehicle I have been trying to transfer.

I have given driving test for Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler permanent license on 25/02/2019 at Raebareli RTO (UP-33).
However, I have not yet received the Driving License.

When i check the application status on Parivahan Site it says Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :- Pending.
Approval of endorsements on dl :- Pending.
Printing of DL in Form-7 (Smart card) :- Pending.
Dispatch of the DL and PSV Badge :- Pending.

I request you to please do the needful.
