I Vijay stated that i have apply online application to change address & renew for DL but some issues in wrongly mention in RTO site which is my actual site in borivali RTO & i have select Mumbai central RTO, so i paid online Rs 866/- on Debit card so please advice me.
what is the procedure for refund policy.

This is munirathinam from poigai, i'm doing work in tirupattur, daily travelled two-sided a day, in the morning government bus also worst service, in evening also travelled by government bus no. Tn29 n2292, really i suffer body pain, making more noise, suffer headache... Really worst service.. H
Why the dharmapuri rto give permission, that kind of vehicle, plz take necessary action otherwise i'll meet court...

This is to bring your notice that, we have exchanged our old car to new car in 2014 july, and our old car registration no. Ka19n0246 in the name of k prabhavathi, we are not using this car from almost 5 years and it is not with us also. But still in the records, my mother name (K prabhvathi) is there and not changed to who are using the car. Our request you to kindly consider this compliant and change the name. If any wrong happens, we would not be the responsible.

I tried to make payment for learner license fees online but the website redirect to any otp page. I waited for about 20 minutes and then tried for another attempt. But the next time i tried to make payment by selecting click here to calculate fee option after giving the required application number and date of birth, a message prompted 'application verifying with bank. Press ok to continue'. After pressing ok, it redirected me check my payment status. I tried several times to make payment of the learner license fees but every attempt failed. Please urgently tell me what can i do. Can payment be made through rto office after this issue? Or will i have to make another application.

Also i made my application from uttarpara, hooghly, west bengal for license authority serampore. If that helps. Please help me out as soon as possible.

I am p bhaskar naidu i have taken a two wheeler bike, i have closed my emi for indusland bank and again i submitted to eto office for cancellation of loan and i paid fees for that. But after a few months i came for enquiry about my rc but they are saying that file is missing and it's not entered in the system. Sir kindly do the needful to me iam fedup with employees

While payments foe learning as well as driving licence my payment is not competed or aborted but now when i'm trying to do payment the same messege displays every time and no solution occur. The messege is "the bank varifying you payment status..." what should i do for that how to complete payment. And try to cancle the application but cancleation of application also failed. What can i do when i get solution.?

I am piyush from noida. The agent kuldeep nagar has taken inr 5000 from me in march 2017 for facilitating permanent licence after getting my temporary licence. After that i tried to contact him several times and have all the records of the conversations. Inspite of submitting all the documents he simply did not respond to me and several of my calls. With all the records i am planning for police complaint and have spoken to my lawyer.

Was there on evening 19.01.2019. i said main bus stop pe khada. Hu tum kya bus stop pe he riksha lagao gey main kahan jaun he said mai tho yahee lagaunga jo ukhaadna hai ukhaaad le ...mujhe airoli jana tha so mujhe jana pada. please do something regarding this type of ### take. Action otherwise main ne apne busy hone ke wajah se ignore ki ya but isase crime badhega har riksha wala taqleef main ayega . On 16th of november i appeared for four wheeler driving test at hooghly rto office. (West bengal - wb-16). I cleared the test. 2 months have been passed, rto office not even updated my test result in the sarathi service portal. I heard rto office can take maximum one month to approve the dl after the applicant pass the driving test. But in my case its not true.

My learner will be expired on 2nd week of feb 2019 and i already got a text alert from vahaan website on that. No sure what should i do now.

Also, during the driving test i had to submit my two wheeler dl as i applied for endorsement from 2 wheeler to 4 wheeler.

In last two months i couldnt even take my bike out and this is making my commute very difficult.

Please help me with the option that i have to track where exactly the process is stuck now and whom i should contact.

I had purchased 'tata manza' car 2nd hand having the registration number 'ka51mg 1842' from 'anoop baby' and go t it transferred on my name 'ravi kolluru'. I got the revised rc (Registration certificate) but the name was not updated in the 'vahan' (https://parivahan.gov.in/rcdlstatus/vahan/rcDlHome.xhtml) site.

Recentely i took the noc to hyderabad (Attapur, rangareddy dt) but here they are not accepting the same due to the name conflict in the site.

I request you to take an appropriate action and update my name as in rc, enclosing in this mail.

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i'm not able to book any slot for my dl test. Whenever i try to book a slot it is either grayed out or booked already.

Below are two things:

1. When i called pune rto to ask for the same, they suggested me to visit rto, yesterday i took a leave from office and went there and suprisingly mr. Shashi pilley told me to *try at 08:00 am* they could have told this on phone also. I had to go 15km coz i don't stay near pune rto, where is the transparency.

2. It's been last 20-25 days i'm facing this problem. I'm not finding any slot for my dl test. Whenever i try slots are either grayed out or booked already.
Today, 19/01/2019, when i sat to book my slot at 08:00am i could see all slots are grayed out. I have a video of that and few pics as well. I have already paid online charges for test and they are not refundable.

Everyday when i log in to book slots the same thing happens with me. I strongly believe that agents book slots for their customers and we normal public don't get any slot.

I request you to please look into this and arrange me a slot so that i can give my test.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

Instead of giving all the test & paying extra rs.2500 (Other than rto online fees) still i am not getting my dl.

I have applied for four wheeler driving licence for 3 classes lmv, lmvcab, flift, out of which i have given test for only 2 classes lmv & lmvcab on[protected].
Test status of class flift was marked absent on my instructions.

But post that...

New generation bikers are now fixing led lights in bike for show off, but they don't see opposite sides drivers visibility problem after switching led light of the bike.
Pls immediate ban on use of white headlights led in vehicles. As it causes blindness to the opposite driver and could be a fatal and cause big accident.
An opposite driver can't see the road in single led light and people are fixing 3 halogens in 2 wheeler. So pls stop this.

More than a month passes after my dl was approved but still haven't received original via post.

I sold my vehicle 3 years back but till date registration of vehicle is not transferred. I was promised at time of sale that it will be transferred. Accidentally I lost sale agreement & related documents. The one to which I sold is out of my network.

I wish to cancel my registration but got to know that there is no such process in Jaipur RTO that vehicle registration get cancelled without physical verification of vehicle.

If any crime will get reported by vehicle I will be in trouble so I wish registration of vehicle gets cancelled. Vehicle details are attached.

I wanted to highlight that i had my application made from sarathi (Parivahan) in 2017 and due to a busy schedule i got time in 2019 to give the test, i made the payment as advised in 2019 but the application does not reflect in the police officer's computer as valid, however i can open the applicant in my computer with my login. Please assist.

With reference to above subject, i have given driving test for permanent licence on 26/11/2018 and i have successfully passed the exam at mh11 satara rto, i have paid all fee and prescribed document viz application no.[protected] (Online & physically also) but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi after tracking the status. Hence, i have visited the rto office on 14.01.2019 and made enquiry of my application on concern rto counter but very unofficial reply was given by the official that, your all documents which are physically submitted by me are missing/stolen. I have made the separate application on 14.01.2019 by taking evidence of my online application number [protected].in response to my application approval of dl has been completed on 14.01.2019 (Which is quite doubtful & nontransferant activity) as i have applied by own i. E. Not taken the help of any agent. So, i am kindly requesting you to please go through my application history and please do needful help for getting my driving licence as soon as possible, because, due to non availability of any kind of licence since 1.5 months, i am facing very much inconvenience. So, please our valuable attention towards my request.
