Sir/madam, i had sold my tvs scooty, regn no. Ka22 k 1718 in the month of october 2006. But while checking the vehicle registartion status of this vehicle in vahan. Nic.in it is still showing my name kaveri mattikalli as owners name. I do not know the purchaser as it was
Sold by my father who is expired in 2009.

My capture bio-metrics and approval of endorsements on dl
Has been completed on 20.12.2018 for renewal of driving licence. After completing this process it has been passed 2 month and 6 days but my dl is not printed so it is not dispatched. My driving license number is up15 [protected] and application number is [protected].

It is very bad situation because the old system was good before this online system. I got my dl fist time with in a month. This type of work will reduce the prime minister vision.
Therefore, i request you please take action against the officer/staff who are responsible for it. Please help to issue my dl as early as possible.

My driving license is not getting dispatched even though the license has been approved on 25/1/2019 and printed on 14/2/2019. It is yet to be disptached and i dont see any update on this. Whats wrong??? Why is it taling more than month to get it delivered when all the initial work has been completed. Few days i reached to the rto and they said the concerned has went to vacation so the work are pending. Are there no other person to look into it. Is that theo ly authorise person whom the entire city will be reliable to? This is more than a worst situation when he has to leave the city after getting the license work done. Worst services ever. Government works sucks

Sir my vehicle being regno ap27ty1409 3718 bsiii with capacityof42 tons. I had loaded my vehicle a material of cotton seed deoiled cake on 21.2 2019 to k. S. E. Limited edayar kerala. While i am enteredin tamilnadu on 22.2.2019 11.25 pm ambur rto has checkedmy documents and asked me to pay the mechanicaltax 5000 rs to tamilnadugot. But i rejected to pay. Because all my vehicle documents are clear. F. C 08.2 2021. Ic 24.1.2020. Np.24.2.2019. Pollution.28.2.2019. But rto sir had not given me any sneezingletter my documents&load papers has taken from me and my vehicle has stopped at vaniyambadi rtos office since 22 2 2019. Please clear my problem. I had lost my job due not delivered the material in time.
So please kindly take further action.

I danish choudhary, 19, resident of j&k state is highly dejected by such a long delay in issue of my driving license. My application no. - [protected] is this sir, i paased the try on[protected], but today it's almost 5 months and there is no progress. Online on vahan portal, it's showing that my application is being processed at rto level. Earlier, there was problem regarding the fee payment also but after i met the rto jammu, he told me that in 2-3 days, it is going to resolve for sure. Fee payment issue was resolved but it is still showing processing at rto level. I am highly frustrated, and have no idea what to do. I will attach a photo of my test result also, where it is written test passed.
Kindly, do the needful and help me.

I have online applied for learning licence via. Parivahan sewa. Through website they have confirmed me a slot of saturday but when i reached rto office, sonipat. They told me they have holiday on saturday, i can visit between monday to friday only.
If they have holiday on saturday they should list the same on there website as well and should not confirm slot booking. It was a waste for resources in terms of time and money for me as well.
They should provide correct information to the consumer.

Sir, i applied rc for my bike on tirupati rto office (15/06/2018). But i didn't recieve my rc. I asked rto office but they didn't gave response to me. I have applied for dl in december 2018 and i can track all the steps completed successfully (Check status photo) except "dispatch of the dl and psv badge". It's 22.02.2019 today and still, i have not received my dl. Plz, help me related to this concern. I want to contact customer care but i am unable to find any contact.

I have a query on my vehicle rc and from last 3 weeks i am trying to contact all rto office in delhi ncr and nobody is picking up the phone. They are not attending the phone calls. Then what for they are provided with a phone no. My intention was to konw what all documents are needed before going to the rto for my need. But i think they prefer we consult an agent for all those things. Too strange to see all these things happening here in the capital.

I bought a toyota sera car from a dealer in gurgaon mr varun he is a partner in a firm panther imports a plus runs a second hand car dealership. He had put ad on olx and also his facebook website. After deliberation he convinced me that the vehicle was valid to drive in any part of india.. The make and reg of the car on rc was 1999 although he must have had prior knowledge that it was it possible to renew this cars validity or fitness in delhi. I did not reside in delhi so did not have knowledge of the new rto rules for delhi cars.
After paying a part of the the decided amount he delivered the car but held back the rc. Also took back the form m citing that he would be responsible for the rc transfer as most dealers are. Since eight months he had kept the rc with some other person and says that this person mr balwant from mayur vihar is employee of national transport authority and will look into the matter. He made me than transfer thirty thousand rupees to this said person. After one month he called up my sister in gurgaon who had overseen the first meet with this dealer saying that the rc was almost complete and that he needs the remaining money right now. Than only rc will come. He took cash 2.5 lacs and said that he will return the amount once rc comes and than take check. The money is token. Being after nine in eve and banks closed plus being out of checkup leafs my sister handed over the money. Since six months he has avoided returning the money and is dodging us about the rc. He has kept the rc and form m that he signed also with some other accomplice. We have collected audio recordings of this person who says that rc is in some other state and that he will get it in few days.. Rc is with his brother who is ill etc. The car is lying in delhi and since we have no rc.. We have not dared to take it out. Kindly contact me as i am helpless as i suspect the dealer and his accomplice have done the same to many people. As of right now despite requests tneither mr varun is entertaining my calls and mr balwant is giving excuses about returning the original rc or even the mform signed by mr varun

While doing the payment for driving license retest, it was unsuccessful. And now i am trying to make the payment i am getting error "payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office".

Can you please guide me what is the issue. I contacted my rto but dint get a proper response. Please check and solve issue.

I have applied for driving license of motor cycle without gear (Non transport) and lmv-nt. However i was not able to appear for the test. I would like to get refund for the fees i paid i.. E rs 600 for driving test + rs 200 for driving license and rs 200 for smart card.. Please let me know the process... I have paid all the fees thru online payment.

Chattopadhyay, resident of station road rupnarayanpur bazar, dist - paschim burdwan wb pin - 713386, an retired airforce personnel, like to inform you that i am having a maruti alto standard private car, registration number - wb38w4813. The said vehicle road tax ended on 4th feb 2019. I tried to pay the road tax from vahan online service, but couldn't do it and stating pending, "try after sometime" from 14th feb 2019 onwards. I tried to pay the same at rto office asansol today, but they are also not accepting, stating the same reason.
Sir, i humbly request you to kindly advise me how to pay the road tax within stipulated time.

I applied online for driving license renewal and address change on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in...but when i visited RTO MH01 Mumbai central they told me that NOC is required when there is a rto change and you have to apply again by cancelling old application and there will be no refund of money. But on there site there is no option of address change while generating NOC online. My application number is[protected]. I want my complete refund.

I didn't receive my rc book after multiple visit to the ahmednagar rto. After visiting the person said to file a police report and make an affidavit and reapply for the rc book. After asking what is the further process he replied to get back to him after a month if the rc book fails to reach me... So the question arises why should i pay for the mistake which they have committed.

I applied for learning licence on 4th january in my zone rto serampore.in this rto slot are opening at 6 am and within 2 or 3 sec 40 slot are filleup and show me next 30 days slot are filledup. I do not understand how this is possible since 2 month. Till now i do not get any slot date in my rto office. I think there is a hacking problem occured but no one take any step so they seeling slot in black. I need a effective step against this rto. This rto is locate d in west bengal under district hooghly subdivision serampore pin code 712 201.
