I applied for Learner Licence Test online from https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice for Haryana state. It was scheduled for Jan 5, 2018(which was Saturday for slot 9am to 1pm). When I arrived at the test center on Jan 5, the employee here said that learner licence tests are not conducted on Saturdays and that I have to come in weekdays(Mon- Fri). I tried to assured him that Saturday slot was marked available at the time of booking and also I showed all the documents(the application, receipt) but instead he denied to conduct the test. He said that I could come on Monday. So on Monday(Jan 7), I came here at 9:00am, but no one in the office. These employee came late. I requested them to conduct the test, so that I could go to my work on time, but he said, a lady junior programmer has to come and conduct it and she would be here around 10:30am. I requested again that It would be too late for me to wait for another hour. Later, he asked me to show my documents including my address proof, etc which I did. Looking at my address he said that this is not valid for this test center and that I have to go another center. I requested him, that this test center was auto selected for my pincode 122103 but he denied it. Please do something regarding this issue. These employees don't seem to value someone's time. RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have applied my duplicate license bearing no. DL[protected] and application no [protected] in Janakpuri, New Delhi RTO. Sorry to state that till date I have not received my license. In Sarthi parivhan site states that pending for despatch and PSV badge from 20/12/2018. I want to know how much time it will take .
