I have applied for 2 wheeler without gear driving licence mcwog. When i went for driving test. They informed activa comes under mcwg (With gear) so they refused to take my test and told you can ask for the refund. But as i knew that rto being a government body won't return my money. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. You should never pay online at government sites and that is the reason agent are there who takes the commission and operate their business. I want my amount to be refunded.

DL Number available as backlog entry vide Application Number :[protected] get it Approved. Then only Apply for DL services.

I have given my DL test drive on 2nd Feb 2019,

RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST COMPLETED on[protected].

But from the above date to till the application status is showing "APPROVAL OF DL" pending at counter "RTOAUTH1".

Its more than 9 working days, still there is no update.

    After request to transfer rc, e receipt is provided to me in 11-dec-2018 & told that rc will be delivered through courier, but till date i don't receive any kind of communication. How to track and where to complaint.
    Can anyone help me out, hot to give online complaint or track online status for rc.

        Dear sir,

        I am animesh kumar resident of qr. No-5098, sec-4f, bokaro steel city, jharkhand. Someone parked his vehicle bear my garage gate and i'm not able to take out my car even in emergency. It's been 2 hours they still hadn't moved there car from my gate. Please look into my concern. I can't even park my own vehicle hassle free in my own garage.

          I have passed all the exams and the application status shows on parivahan.gov.in that all the actions have been "completed" but the following three actions are pending at the rto level:

          1) approval of dl
          2) printing of the dl in form 7 (Smart card)
          3) dispatch of the dl and psv badge

          Motor cycle learning test was done on 17th january, 2019.

            dl still not approved after clearing test on 25th of january in pune idtr

            I cleared driving test for lmv at idtr pune on 25th january, my online application status is still showing pending approval the application number bis [protected], i tried calling them many a times but no success, the entire process has already taken about 6 months approximately already and still there is a delay from rto side in approving my dl which is making my life difficult....

            Hi,
            I appeared for a driving license test on 24th march, 2018.

                I have applied for permanent DL in RTO kasturinagar Bangalore (kA03).

                I have passed the test on 11th Jan & the same has been updated on 17th Jan( marked pass).

                Till date it is showing "approval of DL is under process"

                I have also been to RTO for this purpose. They asked me to wait for a week, but till now they haven't updated.

                  Hello, I have not received my RC Book and nor do I have any information related to it. I had provided all details to the Shirley TVS Showroom located at passport road, Hadapsar.

                  I booked TVS Scooty Pept plus on 10th December, 2016. There was no communication received to my knowledge for RC Book being sent to me by post and hence unable to figure out if it was ever sent to me. Further, it was full cash payment not loan to get delayed.

                  It was last weekend when I was enquiring for Insurance policy change, that I learnt RC book is mandatory. Please can you help me to trace the Original RC book without being penalised for no fault of mine!

                        To whom ever it may concern,
                        I would like to complaint about the lack of department's concern about the driving licence. I would like to know why there is not a provision about carrying a electronic copy of driving licence. Whole country is promoting digital india and this is a big step towards digital india.
                        Hence i would like to conclude by saying that electronic copy of licence should be made constitutionally provisional for carrying a digital copy of driving licence instead of hard copy of driving licence. This will also provide some relief to the public even if they lost their licence.

                              I visited RTO vasant vihar delhi for my learning licence test . Their they refused to take my test as I was under 18 . I applied for MCWOG category online . I had paid already online . I asked for refund . But no one was ready to listen .

                                  I stated i have not received driving licence even after 2 weeks in the 1st complaint.
                                  2nd complaint i stated the in driving licence portal speed post tracker number/ dispatch number is missing and it's not helping me to track my driving licence whereabouts
                                  Today after a month i am registering the third complaint - as i have not got any resolution. Furthermore i could see that the driving licence website has incorrectly updated my address. The address as per driving licence website is

                                    It is to inform you that private taxi fare charged from udupi railway station to sandeep nagar near ambalpady circle udupi nearly 5 kms was rs 400/-. It clearly shows that neither the authorities are worried or bothered to enforce approved fares. The vehicle number which i travelled is ka 20 b 1974. This incident is of 09 feb 2019 at around 0830h.
                                    I request action be taken to curb such practices being followed here by taxis at udupi railway station.
