Hello, my name is prakash dutt, i have applied for two wheeler driving licence which is being approved by the authority and i received the approval message to my contact number as well. My mailing address is a block, 12/7 dayal pur, delhi 94. The same is to be sent by speed post, but when i am not able to find any response from india post to dispatch the parcel, then i contact to post office, then i come to know that they have sent my wrong address and the parcel returned to the authority. My driving licence number is dl7 [protected]. I request you to please notify me when my parcel returned to the authority. My authority is in mayur vihar phase 1.

Hi i want to pay rs 266 for duplicate dl and from moring i am trying to pay my amount but all the times its throwing an error something like "other details parameter amount mis-match and for next 30 min screen comes up with this""application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue..".

Quite annoying.. Is there something i did wrong or its bank payment site is down.

Please help me what the case.

I had applied for driving license at rto broiwali, mumbai, maharashtra through driving school ajay driving school at malad west and i got a date after 6 months. They took ₹2000 for driving license. On the permanent driving license test day i gave my 2 wheeler test, they dint even saw me and told me that i have failed. They told me to give another ₹1500 for the retest and to

Says you can complaint to anyone we drive daily in this manner, which causes delay in scheduled arriving time. We started 9: 30 pm from gurugram and the scheduled time was 1: 25 am but we have not arrived even by 2: 45
The concern is i have to attend office next day.

This has reference to the transfer of ka51 registration vehicle from bangalore to pune, we have submitted and received the noc from rto electeonicity in the month of feb 2018, but the upload process is still pending.

I bought a bajaj platina bike on 20th august 2017 it has now been more than a year and i haven't received the rc of my bike despite being complaining to the dealer (Excel bajaj, raza bazaar) so many times. On 1st december 2018, i have received a registration number of my bike via sms but till today i havent received a rc. Please look into this matter. Learning license application process in vadodara rto is via parivahan sarthi website; however the site is worst enough that one could not able to make payment of fees and due to that not able to apply for learning license. I have tried 3 times for learning license application for my wife but fees process on website hangs and complain to parivahan but they told me try apply after some time but in mid night also the same situation and the site hangs. I asked rto to take fees manually but refuse and told me to pay through parivahan site only. I am helpless to apply license don’t have way forward.

Manual intervention in speaker is made during parallel parking. I followed the same resulted into increase in time limit and i failed.
Today i went for car retest at vadodara rto. Initial three test no announcements were made and i cleared all the three test. However in last which is parellel parking announcements were made. I strictly followed those and without any foul the vehicle was properly parked. Now in result it appears that vehicle position was not proper and time consume was more than limit which is not true. Time cannot be parameter as i was waiting for instructions after parking for exit. Request you to kindly relook the test which i appeared.

Hello sir,
I had taken an appointment for learning license
Test and on the day of appointment i pay the fee amount of 900 online from my fathers credit card and the payment was deduct by them and from bank also but theywere describing that fee payment is not paid. I have a bank statement also which is showing the name of site and the date and amount deducted by them, i am attaching it. Kindly request you to solve my problem.

I have passed driving test conducted by RTO, Kashmir.Driving Licence vide No.JK01 [protected] was generated on the website and was shown dispatched on 17/01/2019 but till date hard copy of the licence not received.Kindly look into the matter for unnecessary delay inspite of the fact Rs50.00 has been already paid to RTO at the time of driving test as postal charges.

After passing driving test driving licence with no. Jk01 [protected] was generated by rto, kashmir in my favour and has been shown dispatched on 17/01/2019 through postal service for which rto concerned has already deducted rs50.00 on spot. Till date, no licence gas been received by me. Please verify and do needful please.

I have applied for a 4 wheeler drivers license at panvel maharashtra

I have passed the driving test on 09th january 2019 (09/01/19). The approval of dl is still pending at rto level as on today. I request you to notify the rto for the same, as they have not answered any calls i have made them so far. I even contacted maharashtra road transport helpline no authority through email, and they asked me to contact the concerned rto. (Which never answers calls?)

I have attempted mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 31st dec 2018.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) record test result of driving test
2) approval of dl
3) printing of dl in form 7 &
4) dispatch of the dl & psv...

I applied for a learner's license for two-wheeler online for me and my mother. Due to some error of mine the complete application was rejected by rto dwarka (Delhi). I applied for a fresh license but both o[censored]s already have lmv permanent license. I paid ₹500 each for the application fee.

This fee now is non-refundable. And we are required to pay ₹950 each again for new license.

An amount of ₹1000 is a considerable amount for my family. And beacuse i did not get the service i paid for i would want a refund.
