My self mrs. Jyoti d tailor, i have a hero duet (Blue color) gj-06-km-2699.

I have received traffic e-challan on dated 30.08.2018 17:34:42, i have identified discrepancy about vehicle that as per challen & traffic control room record this vehicle was silver colour & may be hero pleasure as per i visited a traffic control room,

This vehicle driven by unknown person as per my reference,

I am reporting to you as above matter due to same number for two vehicle identified,

So taken a necessary action for future unaccepted happening,

I have attached necessary document here. (Rc book, e-challan, my real vehicle photo, photo as per e-challan & traffic control room)

I have completed online payment for applying llr but i entered wrong rto for my address so please i need my amount ..i have paid rs 380 please help me
Dear sir / ma'am,
I have applied for HP termination of the vehicle before approx 15 day. But still I have no found any statuse about by application.
So I requested to kindly provide me statuse of my application ASAP.

    In may 2018, i moved from noida to hyderabad on a short notice, so had to get the noc from rto. I went to rto and got in touch with the agent kuldeep nagar. He demanded for rs.3000, i agreed because i had to get it asap. Then he told me to get the tax refund, i was unaware and agreed to get the tax refund. For which he took rs.10000. When i refused, he came to my office and started convincing. I got lured and gave 10000. Then after few days, he again asked for 7000. I had to give him, thinking if i don't give him 7000, the previously given 10000 will also be gone. Then one day he called me to rto for getting one application signed for tax refund. When i reached there, he got some document signed and then again asked for 3500. Reason being, he needs it urgently to get the tax refund cheque issued immediately and will return that in sometime.

    So in total, he took rs.20500 and never ever got me the tax refund. He kept on making excuses everyday.
    And eventually the date came when i had to move to hyderabad and i travelled.

    And now, he's not even refunding the money.
    This guy takes advantage of you helplessness and does these frauds on regular basis.0

    Please help. Rs.20500 is not a small amount.

      My bike rc book has been dispatched through speed post by rto since one month, but still not received.. I don't think it takes more than one week to deliver a speed post. The tracking number is there, but when we track the number through indiapost online website, it shows no consignment found. I don't know whether it is the problem of rto, or it is problem of india post. My bike no gj 5 08000

        I tried to make payment at https://parivahan.gov.in/payments/ for ReTest. Somehow the payment failed for first time. Now the status of my application is showing pending since last 3 days. It says the payment status is pending due to mismatch of token and try again after 15 minutes.

        I don't know if there is a technical fault or something else. But it really is fascinating. Please do needful.

        There is no followup from RTO India customer support. And the problem haven't been resolved. Hope it would resolve shortly.

          My driving Licence has been dispatched through speed post by RTO since one week, but still not received..i don't think it takes more than one week to deliver a speed post.The tracking number is there, but when we track the number through indiapost online website, it shows no consignment found. I don't know whether it is the problem of RTO, or it is problem of india Post....

          Gujarat rto, send me my rc book by courier no. Eg[protected]in to vadodara. I have received message-sms for rto as on 01.12.2018. But till date i have no receive my parcel. Online tracking show that tracking number is wrong.. Now what i can do?
          My vehicle no is gj-06-hl-4914
          10 days after delivery no body can reply me perfectly and ask for wiat.
          Is it ok?

          I passed in 4 wheeler and I took the license for the same the. I have to do endorsement on my driving licence the. I again gave my test
          on 17th nov but still if we check the status it's showing approval for endorsement is pending on driving licence

            (Note - talking about february, 2019 slot booking from now it's almost 2 months before)

            Last few days, i'm trying to book a slot for my driving test but can't make it, yet. On first day, i tried to book around 11:30 a. M. But already booked all of them... So i waited for the night, when day changed, so i can book it... But they are already booked.. I can't believe that but all slots are in red colour which saw as booked mark..in just two minutes; i mean 12:02 a. M. And all slots are booked... After that i tried next day and now all slots even tomorrow's day slots are showing available but still not a single one can be selected... How can i give exam like this???

              I have applied for a driving license for an lmv-nt. The application date was[protected], application number -[protected]. Birth date[protected]. Still, it's showing pending at scrutiny check.
              I gave the driving test @ rto baramati maharashtra
              I have applied for lmv-nt type license and i have passed the driving test and also i have given all document with the application form. Still i have not get my permanent license from last 2 months i waited for it but till date it not get. When i checked for online application status but it shows process is still in pending - scrutiny. So plz look into this complaint and help me as soon as possible. Please deliver the license to my address.

              Driving licence all transaction is done and fees payment also done by credit/debit card, payment message also generate in mobile, but receipt can not generate(simultaneously, and after some time, and after one day) so many problem can generate by system or 'parivahn' so how can we process transaction of driving licence

                Hi team,

                This complaint is about rto koramangala (Bangalore).

                I applied for noc on 1-oct-2018, and tried to follow-up on mail and phone about the status. No one picks the phone number[protected], even you can also try.
                Have dropped mail to '[protected]@nic.in', but not sure if someone even reads the mail.
                Finally i requested one of my friend to visit the rto koramangala office to get the status on 17-nov-2018, and they said noc is approved and will be delivered with in a week. It's been three weeks already since then and still noc is not delivered.

                Agents can get the noc with in 15 days, but we have follow up a lot and still noc not provided without bribe.

                Please look into this.

                Applied for noc on 01-oct-2018.
                Days already passed 65

                Like other government things, this forum is also worthless, guys don't waste your time here. If I find someway will update here.
                In Thirthahalli Market road the Auto and cars are parking in middle of the roads only. So it will effects on all the people.kindly take the necessary action on those owners

                And i have asked many times from car dealer .they always tell me that panipat court will send the RC. But i have not recieved from anyone(not by court and not by car dealer)

                    We residents of lokmanya tilak marg mumbai - 400 002 want to draw your kind attention towards our problem of parking space in our area. We residents of this area use to park our vehicles below our buildings and opposite to our buildings but unfortunately it has been taken away and the area which we use to park it is now no parking zone. If we park our 2 wheelers in lohar chawl lanes the shop owners drive our vehicles to road & and we don’t have any surety whether our vehicles won’t tow. And if we park our 2 wheelers far from our buildings then it is very difficult for ladies and aged people to reach there. We even started parking at the foothpath of ashoka shopping centre near axis bank which has been block by them through poles & chains. The big question in front o[censored]s is, where should we park vehicles now?

                    It’s a request from all o[censored]s, please provide us the proper space for parking our vehicles near our building by removing the no parking zone.

                      Have applied for 2 wheeler without gear driving licence mcwog. When i went for driving test. They informed activa comes under mcwg (With gear) so they refused to take my test and told you can ask for the refund. But as i knew that rto being a government body won't return my money. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. They said go online and cancel the application and you will get the refund back when i did the process the website shows the, "cancelling application will not give you the refund" imagine. Then i called on rto support number and they clearly said that no refund procedure is their on our website. They cancel your form for xyz reason and take away your money. They dont have refund process. I lost rs. 1500 by paying online.

                      I did requested them that alteast change the non gear option to gear option online (I thought they will have that master access to change option on the application. Strange the dont have the option) for that also they said they dont have procedure. Lame answer as usal. The problem is thier website. They work on t he outdated website. And hence they dont have procedures. But in this people like us are suffering.

                      If they have no refund policies then atleast they should have online editing option but that also they dont have. I had applied the license for my borther, i remember he was having his exams and still he was running for this license procedure. Rto people get some dignity in your job and give our refund back.

                      You should never pay online at government sites and that is the reason agent are there who takes the commission and operate their business. I want my amount to be refunded immediately.

                          ​my llr number is llrts[protected] and it has been one month i havent received the original license card. When i search online it says card has not been printed but application is approved 2 months ago kindly print the card and send it to me. When the card will be printed.

                            I've given the driving test for mcwog on 9th october, 2018 but not received the dl yet. However, in the govt website, it's showing that my dl is ready with all the important details like: issuing date, validity etc (Please see the attachment).

                            The person, sitting at the counter of the rto office, took rs. 2000 for issuing the dl, though he didn't give me any receipt copy of that rs. 2000 at that time. He gave me the ll almost 2 months after my application for dl and it's almost 2 months, he is denying to give me my dl.

                            If i don't get my dl within next 2 days, and if this bribery doesn't stop with an immediate effect, i will drag this case till supreme court to see the end.

                              On the payments page for learner's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.350. Selected "khajana" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (Around 20 minutes) nothing happened. Hence i started the payment process again but got the below message:

                              "application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

                              After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page.
                              I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.
                              Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an ll appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

                              Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can i make the payment at the rto.

                              Please note i am applying for bengaluru rajajinagar rto.

                                Sir, i am from arambagh, my application no - [protected] since last two months i have been trying to book slot for my learner license but everytime it says try after 30 days...
                                It's happening every time i try to book slot, when i ask the district transport employees they told me that u have to try at exactly 12:00am at night, even that also i am trying still i can't book my slot bcoz of what reason i don't know...
                                If they can't give facilities online then what is the use of their site... Had it be offline would have been better then..
                                Plz help. I have no other way to apply for the same...

                                  I have apply for ll and paid fees by online rs 900, but when i goes document verification his say you handicap and your vehicle class is invalid carriage so don't give exam in lmv-nt class you need to re apply application and fees pay again for new application so i follow same instruction and cancel my old application but this payment not refund in 5 month so i want my old application fees refund

                                    Rto officer giving a license to the person she don't know how to drive but they give two wheeler license to her. I don't want to specify my name but the rto do like this we don't control the accidents. Please do the action immediately. They give the license to the person because of corruption. Its not acceptable at any more many people may affect this. Take the action to the rto department

                                      My driving permanent driving licence has been approved a month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to goto rto every week and check for the same.
                                      Kindly look into this.
