On 16th of november i appeared for four wheeler driving test at hooghly rto office. (West bengal - wb-16). I cleared the test. 2 months have been passed, rto office not even updated my test result in the sarathi service portal. I heard rto office can take maximum one month to approve the dl after the applicant pass the driving test. But in my case its not true.

My learner will be expired on 2nd week of feb 2019 and i already got a text alert from vahaan website on that. No sure what should i do now.

Also, during the driving test i had to submit my two wheeler dl as i applied for endorsement from 2 wheeler to 4 wheeler.

In last two months i couldnt even take my bike out and this is making my commute very difficult.

Please help me with the option that i have to track where exactly the process is stuck now and whom i should contact.

9. No way to know the further status and to complain about delay.

Respected sir,
I had purchased 'tata manza' car 2nd hand having the registration number 'ka51mg 1842' from 'anoop baby' and go t it transferred on my name 'ravi kolluru'. I got the revised rc (Registration certificate) but the name was not updated in the 'vahan' (https://parivahan.gov.in/rcdlstatus/vahan/rcDlHome.xhtml) site.

Recentely i took the noc to hyderabad (Attapur, rangareddy dt) but here they are not accepting the same due to the name conflict in the site.

I request you to take an appropriate action and update my name as in rc, enclosing in this mail.

Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i'm not able to book any slot for my dl test. Whenever i try to book a slot it is either grayed out or booked already.

Below are two things:

1. When i called pune rto to ask for the same, they suggested me to visit rto, yesterday i took a leave from office and went there and suprisingly mr. Shashi pilley told me to *try at 08:00 am* they could have told this on phone also. I had to go 15km coz i don't stay near pune rto, where is the transparency.

2. It's been last 20-25 days i'm facing this problem. I'm not finding any slot for my dl test. Whenever i try slots are either grayed out or booked already.
Today, 19/01/2019, when i sat to book my slot at 08:00am i could see all slots are grayed out. I have a video of that and few pics as well. I have already paid online charges for test and they are not refundable.

Everyday when i log in to book slots the same thing happens with me. I strongly believe that agents book slots for their customers and we normal public don't get any slot.

I request you to please look into this and arrange me a slot so that i can give my test.

I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on[protected] at rto ahmedabad (Gujarat).
However i have not yet received the driving license.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

Instead of giving all the test & paying extra rs.2500 (Other than rto online fees) still i am not getting my dl.

I have applied for four wheeler driving licence for 3 classes lmv, lmvcab, flift, out of which i have given test for only 2 classes lmv & lmvcab on[protected].
Test status of class flift was marked absent on my instructions.

But post that...

New generation bikers are now fixing led lights in bike for show off, but they don't see opposite sides drivers visibility problem after switching led light of the bike.
Pls immediate ban on use of white headlights led in vehicles. As it causes blindness to the opposite driver and could be a fatal and cause big accident.
An opposite driver can't see the road in single led light and people are fixing 3 halogens in 2 wheeler. So pls stop this.

More than a month passes after my dl was approved but still haven't received original via post.

I sold my vehicle 3 years back but till date registration of vehicle is not transferred. I was promised at time of sale that it will be transferred. Accidentally I lost sale agreement & related documents. The one to which I sold is out of my network.

I wish to cancel my registration but got to know that there is no such process in Jaipur RTO that vehicle registration get cancelled without physical verification of vehicle.

If any crime will get reported by vehicle I will be in trouble so I wish registration of vehicle gets cancelled. Vehicle details are attached.

I wanted to highlight that i had my application made from sarathi (Parivahan) in 2017 and due to a busy schedule i got time in 2019 to give the test, i made the payment as advised in 2019 but the application does not reflect in the police officer's computer as valid, however i can open the applicant in my computer with my login. Please assist.

With reference to above subject, i have given driving test for permanent licence on 26/11/2018 and i have successfully passed the exam at mh11 satara rto, i have paid all fee and prescribed document viz application no.[protected] (Online & physically also) but till now its showing pending status for printing of driving licence on form 7 and dispatch of driving licence and psv badge too on website saarthi after tracking the status. Hence, i have visited the rto office on 14.01.2019 and made enquiry of my application on concern rto counter but very unofficial reply was given by the official that, your all documents which are physically submitted by me are missing/stolen. I have made the separate application on 14.01.2019 by taking evidence of my online application number [protected].in response to my application approval of dl has been completed on 14.01.2019 (Which is quite doubtful & nontransferant activity) as i have applied by own i. E. Not taken the help of any agent. So, i am kindly requesting you to please go through my application history and please do needful help for getting my driving licence as soon as possible, because, due to non availability of any kind of licence since 1.5 months, i am facing very much inconvenience. So, please our valuable attention towards my request.

Hi. I want to bring it your notice that we are facing a lot of problems due to the overboarding of buses in our area.

It didn't affected me so much.

But today i was annoyed when the conductor misbehaved with me.

He tried to push me deeper inside the crowded bus.

When i denied he threatened me by saying that he won't allow me to board the bus next time.

The registration no. Of the bus the bus is ga 08 t 4836.

Please take the necessary action.

I applied for learning license, while I came across online fee payment it took error and not completing my process, when I check my fee status it shown 'pending' since last 5 days, I didn't paid fee, but whenever we go through payment gateway it shows same, I have already cancel my 2 reqest earlier, I want my license urgent, please resolve my issue and so that I can comlete my process and get my license....

Virar rto official are extremely irresponsible. About 50 people have been waiting in the line for over 2 hrs and the officer by the name of mr. Prabhakar v savant is not available at the window. Causing extreme inconvenience and waste of time for everyone including ladies. No one else is ready to help or provide any updates about his whereabouts. Later we were informed that the officer was changing his clothes. Request you to take appropriate action against this irresponsible officer who has no regards for other and their time.

I had applied for license for my two wheeler as i was already holding four wheeler license in bangalore yashwanthputa rto after cleaning the test also i did get my licence i had to go-to rto office every now and then for a year but rto persons never took it seriously they simply asked me to come next day or visit that counter this counter with no results.

I want to file a complaint and would request for justice.

I have applied for a mcwg drivers license at electronic city rto (Ka51), bangalore.
I have passed the driving test on 1st january 2019 (01/01/19). The approval of dl is still pending at rto level as on[protected]. I request you to notify the rto for the same, as they have not answered any calls i have made them so far. I even contacted karnataka road transport authority through email, and they asked me to contact the concerned rto. (Which never answers calls?)
