Sir,
On 09/01/2019 during payment time of driving licence for ll.. My internet connection was stopped for couple a minute.. So i can't not complete the payment process.. After then i tried lot of time.. All the time page is seeing payment status is pending till now.. My application no is-[protected].. Pls solve this issue... Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible..

First of all i will take out my frustration on bihar rto by saying, duffers, idiots nonsense, nigro, they know nothing. They have frustrated me by calling me regularly. They do nothing rather than saying come on next day and go there go here. Sale sab do kauri ke to lagte hm. I have spent ₹5000 on making dl and almost 3000 on petrol because they don't do work on 2 or 3 times. I am fed up of bihar services.

I'm writing this in regards to charging of fine unnecessarily.
Was at bkc bandra today on 11th jan 2019
This cop has charged me for signal jumping and wrong measurement of number plate
Where in i've crossed check with other trafic police, they said that the number plate is absolutely fine.
I want you to check the camera footage as the signal was green when when he has asked me to stop
He had charged me unnecessarily. He was rude and disrespectful.
I don't know the cop name but you can check it on the e-challan.

I've been following rules and never been a voilator.
These charges are bothering me, though i don't mind paying but getting fined unnecessarily is not acceptable

Hi team,

My application number is [protected]. I have applied for new driving licence on 27th oct 2018 and my dl is approved on 14/11/2018 but my dl is still not dispatched to my address. After that whenever i check the application status it shows "application is under processing at rto level". I applied rto electronic city (Ka-51) rto office, bangalore.

So, would request you to help me to understand the further process if any. And, by when can i expect the same.

I attended the and passes the test for drivers license on 9th november 2018 at the ullal branch of rto in bangalore, and the status of the license has been stuck on dispatched for about 2 months now. I called the branch, and they were completely not interested in helping me and asked me to come to the branch to make an enquiry. The website is completely useless too. It offers me no tracking details. I would like to get some information on when i'll be getting my license.

I had given my driving test on[protected] from Borivali RTO(MH47), Maharashtra
Since then it has been almost 7 months but i still haven't received my Licence
I have went there multiple times but i still have't got a proper response from anyone regarding the licence
On[protected] i was told to pay a fee of 50rs for RE-DISPATCH it has been more than a week but i still haven't received my license

The below mention documents are lost. The area is pune (Pimpri chinchwad) at hinjewadi. It park. The list of documents are rto registration card, insurance card, puc slip, laptop bag, charger, camera, credit cards. The travelling started from it park to mumbai domestic airport. During the travel the driver of bit international (Company office in bangalore) mismatched the rto number with private one. The car was having a private number not yellow plate. Roughly driving on express highway from pune to mumbai airport. Ruthlessly talking while driving.

I have applied for permanent dl in rto ka-41.
I have completed my driving test on 03/12/2018.
I checked in parivanah website and still it is showing that "record test result of driving test" as pending...

What i have to do now??
Shall i wait longer or not??
How many working days i have to wait exactly, if anyone can inform me??

I kartikeya rawat has applied for the driving license in dehradun rto, uttarakhand. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto sid. Sir i am providing you the application number...

Sir/madam,
This is regarding complaint against public transport service for the place - shergari srinagar to kulterh / gowhar pora, tehsil chadoora, district-budgam.
While ferrying the passengers from shergari srinagar the sumo drivers rudely drop the passengers mid way by force causing great inconvenience to the passengers. The passengers are dropped midway almost 3 kilometers before the last stop irrespective of gents/ ladies/ patients/ sr. Citizens and they are asked to travel by foot or take alternate transport upto the last sumo stop. This type of behaviour is shown almost at the time when these sumo drivers see the other passengers midway waiting for return travel to srinagar. This is done irrespective of the fact that the sumo service is available at these midway stops also.
This type of hooliganism is shown by the drivers of sumos as none of the authorities have ever checked their such activities and the drivers do whatever they like.
It will be highly appreciated if this complaint is forwarded to the concerned authorities for redressal so that the people of this area take a sigh of relief from these highly arrogant drivers.

Sir i have applied for learner licence with my money of rupees 256. But my learner licence successful submission and the pdf have not came yet. So i want refund of my money because the money transfer was successful. And they did not give me the successful submission papers and the pdf. Please care about it as soon as possible. Uploaded all the required documents and still the application stage application is under processing at rto level.
Its been more than 3 months now.
Still the process is stuck and i am without driving license.

In rto jamshedpur card swipe machine for payment always remains non functional. I had gone there more than 6 times. For 5 min swipe i have faced 6 days exertion without outcome. I am not the only person to have faced this other's are also facing. Also there is no alternative for payment.in public offices either these machines should always remain functional or alternative options to be provided.

I had requested for a change of address along with the renewal of driving license under application no. [protected] along with payment of the necessary fees for both the services.

While the renewed driving license has been received, regret to inform that the address change request has not been actioned. Please help to get this resolved urgently.

I applied for Learner Licence Test online from https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice for Haryana state. It was scheduled for Jan 5, 2018(which was Saturday for slot 9am to 1pm). When I arrived at the test center on Jan 5, the employee here said that learner licence tests are not conducted on Saturdays and that I have to come in weekdays(Mon- Fri). I tried to assured him that Saturday slot was marked available at the time of booking and also I showed all the documents(the application, receipt) but instead he denied to conduct the test. He said that I could come on Monday. So on Monday(Jan 7), I came here at 9:00am, but no one in the office. These employee came late. I requested them to conduct the test, so that I could go to my work on time, but he said, a lady junior programmer has to come and conduct it and she would be here around 10:30am. I requested again that It would be too late for me to wait for another hour. Later, he asked me to show my documents including my address proof, etc which I did. Looking at my address he said that this is not valid for this test center and that I have to go another center. I requested him, that this test center was auto selected for my pincode 122103 but he denied it. Please do something regarding this issue. These employees don't seem to value someone's time. I have given the dl test on [20/11/2018] but i did not get the license till now. My application no is[ts108/91111/2018/l] and my date of birth is[13/10/1994]. I want to know that how much time rto will take for issue of dl after test when i check the website its always show that my application was approved but till now my license was not sent for printing. I request you to please inform me when can i get my license.

I have applied for dl renewal on 30th nov 2018 at rto ahmedabad. The application no is [protected]. The current application status still shows it is pending for approval even on 6th jan 2019.

Request to please have some one look in to this and process it further, so that i can get my renewed license

Hi all,

This complaint is about the rto agent raju he took all the necessary documents from me on the name of transferring the rc to my name also given him 4000 rs for the work but from last six months he keep promising me the different dates now he stopped picking my phone i tried to call him with the different number but he is not picking any of the calls.
I have his video while collecting the documents shall i make a poice complain on him.

I have my driving licence issued in 2008 from gujarat (Gj19). I need to get a di extract for which i tried to log into https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice7/dlextarct.do page. On entring my dl details i am getting this error message : this driving licence number - not approved in dl backlog!!
