I have submitted my application for replacement of dl in parivahan.gov.in. All the necessary documents have been uploaded. The application number is [protected]. I have received an acknowledgment on[protected].
But since then, the application is under scrutiny at biob counter. The application is under processing at rta, patiala city.
Kindly look into the matter so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

I have applied online duplicate rc and already submitted all required documents rto mayur vihar office till date i have not received any paper or msg or mail. After all i am try to connect by office telephone number but no one pick phone, pls solve the issue against my application number - dl181126x3429684

I have paid rs 150 from my debit card for my ll service. The status on parivahan site still shows as "payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please contact rto". Plz... Help me... Earlier, i paid the fee for the driving license but i did not get a slot... My money was wasted... On 3 rd january, 2019 my learning license got expired and i am making a learning license again and now this problem... Plz iss parivahan site ko achhe se banye ya phir band kar dijiye...

I am daily facing misbehaving traveling time,
From virar (E) to bhatpada.
Some driver are running the evening time rickshaw he is abusing to customer.
Note-today one rickshaw driver abused me because i have gave the 20rs of coins but he is not accepting, he is demanding 20rs of note, so iam have refused. But driver is saying to me.
He was calling his colleagues and threatening to kill me.
It is not fair. Please take action against rickshaw driver.
Evening time some drivers are misbehaving with every customer
From virar to bhatpada risckshaw driver.
Please look this matter. I am daily feeling fear in traveling time.

I am an nri applying for a local driver license in ahmedabad
I sullied my indian passport, new york driver license and a local electricity bill as my proof of address
Now they want my original green card
I am not sure why that is neccessary or any of their business for purposes of a driver license
It is leading to waste of time and too many return visits

I had applied for learner license of mcgw and lmv and uploaded rent agreement as the proof of address (As i was applying in different state not my home state; i am a student). When i reached the sdm office, they refused to process my application as they said they don't consider rent agreement as valid address proof and asked me to change my permanent address in my aadhaar card; hence i was not allowed to take the test. I humbly request you to either refund full amount of my fees+form (520 rupee) or somehow make some arrangement for my learner license test.

I kusum vats, had taken an auto from shoppers stop amar mahal to chembur camp... I had unknowingly forgot my jute bag in auto... It contains some of my valuables... I am hereby rendering a photo of the auto number.

I have applied for dl replacement online on 01/11/2018 and verification and payment had done on 10/11/2018 at rto office dhanbad (In person).

It is almost going to happen 2 months and till date i didn’t get my dl yet. I have sent several remainder to rto head ranchi and dhanbad on mail, but i didn’t get any respond from anywhere.

According to rto timeline i supposed to get my dl within 15 days. There is no means of online facility if it is taking more than offline works. If it is then should close online facility.

It is very seamless service by rto office as usual and government is also not taking it serious.

I would like to request indian government to take some serious action on this issue and i am not the single person how is facing this issue.

I am happy to discuss more on same and looking forward to reply. Thanks!!

I have purchased vehicle 6 month before. Dealer paid tax 3 month before. Still registration no is pending with arto baruipur west bengal. It is quite surprising how govt officials is working with such casual manner, as a common people how we have been deprived from our rights to get our service in time. Officials are harassing us without any reasons...

I am shubham kale residential of pune city having a moped with no. Mh30x6237. I am driving a moped a vehicle since 5 years in pune. Today i received message on my phone for offence of not wearing a helmet with charge amount of 500/-. I was driving in the city within the speed limit and near to my residential area. How the pune rto can charge me fine i mean i was driving in the city only and compulsion for helmet is from 1st of january 2019. Still its 31st dec 2018.

Sir my application no is [protected] for today slot in between 8:30 am to 9:30 am but when i reached rto office where i see my date of birth in application form is wrong then i ask to help desk member he told me your date of birth is wrong in application form so u ll not able to process then i asking for refund or correct my date of birth he deny an tel me that it not possible. Please look after it either you refund my money or correct my application form and give me a another slot for test. Thank you.

I purchased a new car on 30 july 2018 and i was told that the rc of my baleno car bearing no. Dl9caq3996 will receive me with in 90 days of purchased. But mourning that till date i have not received the rc after a long time of 05 months. When i went to the dwarka authority they gave me a tracking no. Ed[protected]in dated 30/08/2018 and said that you should go to the post office of dwarka sec 06. Then i went to the post office but they said me that the tracking no. Is older than one month that so they couldn't do anything for me. I am tired. Pls look into the matter and do something helpful.

I am trying to book slot from last 60 days but every time i visit site, it says no slots are available. Please tell me what is the procedure to give dl test offline.
I can see camp slot available but option is grayed out (Not selecting).

Hi, my driving license was issued in 10/12/1998 from delhi rto [sheikh sarai]. At that time i was residing in delhi. Recently the same dl got expired on 09/12/2018. I shifted to bangalore in 2012 and since then have not gone back to delhi as there are no relatives there. On 27th dec'18 i visited bangalore kr puram rto to get the dl renewed. They said i have to get the noc from delhi rto and only then it would be processed further for renewal. I checked on parivahan portal and found my dl details. I applied for dl services - issue of noc however, the portal clearly says that one has to visit the rto physically.in my case now it is not possible for me to visit delhi. Please suggest an alternative.

I have passed the driving licence test on 14th december 2018, i even received a receipt for the confirmation for the test and it shows passed.
I took my driving test in the uppal test track, but till now i have not received my driving licence.
My learners licence number is llrts[protected].

If i try to search for the status of my licence it shows no data found.

I have appeared for dl test and passed the same. My application status shows completed for scrutiny, record test results, capture biometrics. But it is struck with approval of dl for a week now. I want to know the reason for the same as i don't have any proof to drive vehicle

I got my dl from agra rto 7 years ago, i went there few days back to get my dl extract, but they told me that rto has issued license to someone else also on same dl number as i have.

The dl issued to me was hand written and in hindi language, my dl entry is only available in rtos offline records and not in online ones

Now i have travelled to canada and need dl extract very urgently.

I applied online for new learner license filling all my details and paying online a sum of rs.200, recipt attached as picture. I needed to edit my address a little bit & upon selecting edit application option it showed error of cannot be edited . Later I tried to cancel my application so that I may apply with a correct fresh details but there is No provision of refund for my amount . My Learners license Application no. Is [protected] . I needed a minor edit in my my application so as to edit my present Address after payment of fees without further proceeding . The website donot allows editing application after payment of license fee nor it refunds online payment if on cancellation of my application submitted.

On the surprise, there is a provision to cancel the application but NO REFUND of payment will be given .

This is stealing public money in one way & violation of consumer protection rights . Please help me refund my hard earned money on cancellation of application after online payment of rs.200

There should have been a provision of refund if there is a provision of cancellation of application . This is a case of exploitation of poor consumer or applicant whose consumer rights are violated and exploited . Please help .
