My name md najeeb hassan. My vehicle no. Br 01 cf 5379. Mane 2016 ma bike liya tha a mar jyoti showroom exibition road patna but abbhi tk rc book nahi aaya tau so plss rc book dede. Mera bike finance kiya hua hai. Rc book ka wajah se mujhe noc bhi nahi mil raha hume bike bechni hai so plss hume rc book dede.. Mujhe kafi urgent hai bike bechne ka so plss help me.

For lerning license i had submitted aadhar card as address proof but rto ahmedabad not acceting it as address proof though it is mentioned in the list of address proof at the site of rto for online application.
If it is in the list of address proof then why they are not accepting the same and if it is not acceptable then why it is mentioned in the list of address proof.

This is to bring to your notice,

1. Auto rickshaw in naigaon station (West) and vasai station (West) mumbai take 5 passengers,

There are 2 passengers seating in front with the driver and 3 passengers in the back, which is very dangers as in case of any accident there will be loss of human life.

2. The meter in the auto is not working and is usually off and fare can increase as per the wish of auto rickshaw union of vasai.

This both things are may case lot of issues to the everyday commuters and also are a risk to the life of the passengers in case of any accident.

Request your urgent attention on the below issues if not solved it will be taken up with the higher authorities and this mail will be a written communication that not action was taken.

I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on 6th october 2018 at jalna rto (Mh-21).
However i've neither yet received the driving license, nor can i see any updates on the site regarding it.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says,
Application is under processing at rto level.
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I request you to please do the needful.

I have gone through the driving test in electronic city, bangalore (Huskur gate) on 1st october 2018, cleared the test, gave an envelope with postal stamp as the authorities told me to give and they told i can leave for the day. The driving license will reach the mentioned address.

However, i don't see any update in the portal and it has been more than 20 days.
The application status shows "application is under processing at rto level".

I visited the rto and they are saying, wait for at least 30 days and come back. No one is giving a proper response.

Hi sir/madam,

I had applied in rto sirsa for to replace my existing dl with smart card and they asked me to apply for duplicate dl

I have submitted my details at rto sirsa for duplicate license on[protected] and i got application number : [protected]

Now, one month has passed and i haven't received any information about license. Now, i don't have any dl with me and this has become a problem for me as i can't drive without dl.

Request you to dispatch the license asap.

Applied for my wife driving license with the help of so called rto agent kuldeep who took rs 2700 from us for license. Now, i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and block my number. He is fraud agent which took our hard earned money. Now a days again seen him in the office of rto office.

I am writing all this for getting my hard earned money back.

AP 31 ER 2391 number plate yet to printed, It's been a long wait because I had registered my motar cycle on[protected] and has the validity upto[protected]. I had also received my original certificate of registration from the Andhra Pradesh transport department, Which i have attached to this complaint. So please consider my request of printing the number plate as early as possible.

I had purchased activa 125 on 6.2.2018 and received vehicle no. Gj05pq7962 but not received rc till now previously told that my documents are not fully submitted after submitting again 2 times and now told vehicle fitment no. Plate image is not properly submitted and said we can do anything now. I mistake of dealer kataria but dealer says i have fully submitted

Yesterday night I had paid rs 800 through UPI for driving license in "https://parivahan.gov.in/payments/ ".I okayed the transaction from UPI app and the money was deducted from my bank account. After that I was redirected to payment page again . I thought the money is lost . I tried to pay again using debit card which was unsuccessful . The status on parivahan site shows as "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office" from yesterday night.

This complain is about the rto office @ kolkata, india.

Firstly no officer is ready to meet a senior citizen to hear out and resolve the issue. One can approach only through an agent. And the agent can treat the way they please!!
My maruti car is due for life time tax payment (With penalty) and registration renewal. My senior citizen father has been shuttling between beltala and parnasree office 2 days a week from april till october (Offices remain closed for days and no one is even available) and i am yet to be able to pay the tax or extend the registration.

My father has been told to pay a bribe of inr 20k only then the tax amount would be computed as 28k else he needs to pay inr 79k as tax. No one is ready to share the details of computation. I cant do anything online. How disgusting it can be? This looks like jungle era. Dear mamata banerjee, is this the face of west bengal you expect industrialists to come and join?

Horrible, disgusting, unprofessional, greedy people and no where to complain!! Is there anywhere i can get a true valuation done pls without paying bribe!

I had booked driving license test appointment at gujarat – ahmedabad – rto.

On 25th september 2018 as rto ahmedabad was not accepting fee at rto office, we were advised to do online payment. I did online payment of rs. 300/- through sbi (Transaction id – ik00totzh1) – transaction was successfully processed from sbi (Pfa screenshot) but amount was not realised at rto hence my driving test was not conducted and i took appointment for next week.

Again on 9th october 2018 when i did payment of rs. 300/- through sbi, transaction got processed successful (Pfa screenshot) and rs. 300/- got deducted from my account. But again payment was not received by rto.

Hence total rs. 600/- is deducted from my account and same is not refunded by rto ahmedabad. Request you to please refund amount.

No one at rto ahmedabad is responding on same. Request your kind support.

It's been 2 months i had applied for my learner's driving license.
Rather than going to physical office of rto, i opted for the online application process thinking that it would be faster and convenient both for me. But my expectations and reality is totally different.
I applied for the license on 11th of august with all valid documents and the payment of rupees 950 at the same moment (Proof is in the attachments). While going through this process of filling form, uploading documents and the fee payment i felt a feeling of ease for getting the license. There was a column for application stage involving the crosschecking of the documents i uploaded. I don't know what kind of verification is going on from past 2 months. Neither the verification is being done and progress in the process is there nor the application is getting cancelled with the refund, i am totally stuck in between.
With ray a hope for help for getting the license as soon as possible i wrote these words to you.

I Ayush Varma had appeared for the Driving test on[protected] and cleared it and submitted my file. But even on multiple visits to the office I didn't receive my driving licence. Neither have i received any message on my registered mobile number. On checking the status on Parivahan site i discovered that my Driving Licence is still pending at RTO Solan. Now almost 3 months are going to be over, It's really disappointing looking at the dismal services that are provided by the RTOs . Please look into this.

Hello sir, i want driving license for me and for this i have registered online in sarathi but at the time of payment by mistake it has been cancelled by me and now every time when i used to login with application number and dob and doing payments it is showing that payment is pending... Please wait for 30mins for the confirmation from the bank or please contact rto office.
This is happening from 2 days and every time it shows wait for 30 mins. Sir please help me what should i do so that i could pay fee and proceed further for slot booking and other process.

Vehicle no up15cd8684 was driving very badly on 16102018 time 6:50pm road kala patthar nyay khand. He was driving fast then a phone came on his mobile he picked the phone while driving due to which he bumped in another vehicle the other person was about to fall because of his bad drivin.
