On parking payment receipt, only rs. 2 has to be paid as rent for cycle for one day. But costomer is forced to pay rs. 10. On complaining, parking staff started misbehaving. It's happening in begusarai cycle stand (In begusarai railway campus), begusarai bihar. And municipality corporation is doing nothing about it to solve the issue.
Please do something about it.

    Sir i completed all licence related activity on july but still not received my licence...in last week i anquiry in rto pune about my licence but he said me to go in rms pune speed post office... And that office i received the information about my licence is delivered in my location at 23/7/2918
    But actually i have no received my licence... So plz help me...

      Me & my wife have applied for learning licence after it got expired in september 2018. I have submitted new application and uploaded documents on 15th october 2018. Currently, it is pending at rto level

      Since 2 weeks i am getting message that the application is under processing at rto level

      I would appreciate quick help on this. Please reach out to me incase of any clarification.

      Please help. I need it urgent.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have applied for my driving licence (Dl) with application no: [protected] for 4 wheeler (Lmv-nt) at dy. Rto, vashi on 19/9/2018. I was told that i would get my permanent licence within 25 days but still i haven't got my dl yet.

        Following status is being displayed as pending at the sarathi portal:
        1) approval of dl
        2) printing of dl in form 7 &
        3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

        So i kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application no: [protected]

        I have paid rs 650 from bank for new driving license. The status on parivahan site still shows as "payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please connect rto". Money has been deducted from my bank account.
        Today 25.10.2018 I have a computer test. At the time of verification at vastral AHMEDABAD. Gujarat the officer reject my form because of not proper document. When I have done process online bankpassbook is acceptable but. Today they did not accept my computer test form.

          The on line procedure for renewal of drivers license requires on line payment thru SBI epay which is not a popular / widely accepted method for on line payment.This forces the applicant to open a/c in SBI.
          RTO directs applicant to contact outside private agency sitting outside RTO compound who is charging Rs 200 to arrange e receipt of payment of Rs 400.
          It is nothing but indirect method of bribe collection.Why payment is not enabled thru various prescribed mode of payment for on line transaction like debit cards/credit cards/bank accounts of reputed private /public sector banks/paytm/BHIM etc
          Why such unhealthy practice is developed?

            Ahmedabad rto was collecting fees offline as well as online. But all sudeen stopped offline payment and insist of 100% online payment. But while making online payment either (A) page do not open (B) page goes into error (C) after deducting payment online payment goes in to error or reciept not getting generated. For all these issue again need to go to rto ahmedabad and need to get error rectified. Even after rectification rto refuse to print reciept. And due to this online payment systerm error, applicant need to visit rto for 2 or 3 time for error rectification. So it is harrasement to applicant. Need immediate rectification in online payment system. So that payment can be done online in first effort.

            Hi good morning actual I paid all the pending fines and when I check it’s shows clear every thing den later wen I check it’s shows again 2 fines and the dates shows 7th oct Wer I paid all the fines on 15 the oct so how could it possible the dates as 7th oct plz give me ur feedback on this..and do let me knw the solution..

              I applied for driving licence and cleared my driving tear on 23rd august 2018. The online status still shows pending inspection. Normally it does not take more than a month but it has beeen more than 2 months the status has not changed. When my brother went to enquire about my licence they did not help at all and said everything is online only. Then why is it taking so long for processing one licence!!

                I paid 400 inr on 25.10.2018 online at sarthi site for my renewal of licence and the transaction id is [protected] after payment i sat 2 hours to get my receipt but the site was buffering and then after 6 hours i cheked the site it shows that the status is pending. I tried to call several time to rto ahmedabad but no one is picking up the phone. My license is expired and in grace period.

                    Application number [protected]. I cleared my online learning licence test on 02/07/18 at rto gonda. More than 3.5 months have been passed but still driving learning licence not issued. Application status shows application is under processing at rto level. Please resolve it.
                    I tried contacting rto office, gonda but got no response. Why it is taking so much time. I have submitted all the required documents properly. Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible because so much time has been wasted because of this delay.

                        For lerning license i had submitted aadhar card as address proof but rto ahmedabad not acceting it as address proof though it is mentioned in the list of address proof at the site of rto for online application.
                        If it is in the list of address proof then why they are not accepting the same and if it is not acceptable then why it is mentioned in the list of address proof.

                          This is to bring to your notice,

                          1. Auto rickshaw in naigaon station (West) and vasai station (West) mumbai take 5 passengers,

                          There are 2 passengers seating in front with the driver and 3 passengers in the back, which is very dangers as in case of any accident there will be loss of human life.

                          2. The meter in the auto is not working and is usually off and fare can increase as per the wish of auto rickshaw union of vasai.

                          This both things are may case lot of issues to the everyday commuters and also are a risk to the life of the passengers in case of any accident.

                          Request your urgent attention on the below issues if not solved it will be taken up with the higher authorities and this mail will be a written communication that not action was taken.

                            I have given driving test for four wheeler permanent license on 6th october 2018 at jalna rto (Mh-21).
                            However i've neither yet received the driving license, nor can i see any updates on the site regarding it.

                            When i check the application status on parivahan site it says,
                            Application is under processing at rto level.
                            Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
                            Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
                            Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

                              I have gone through the driving test in electronic city, bangalore (Huskur gate) on 1st october 2018, cleared the test, gave an envelope with postal stamp as the authorities told me to give and they told i can leave for the day. The driving license will reach the mentioned address.

                              However, i don't see any update in the portal and it has been more than 20 days.
                              The application status shows "application is under processing at rto level".

                              I visited the rto and they are saying, wait for at least 30 days and come back. No one is giving a proper response.

                                Hi sir/madam,

                                I had applied in rto sirsa for to replace my existing dl with smart card and they asked me to apply for duplicate dl

                                I have submitted my details at rto sirsa for duplicate license on[protected] and i got application number : [protected]

                                Now, one month has passed and i haven't received any information about license. Now, i don't have any dl with me and this has become a problem for me as i can't drive without dl.

Now, i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and block my number. He is fraud agent which took our hard earned money. Now a days again seen him in the office of rto office.

                                    AP 31 ER 2391 number plate yet to printed, It's been a long wait because I had registered my motar cycle on[protected] and has the validity upto[protected].                                       I had purchased activa 125 on 6.2.2018 and received vehicle no. Gj05pq7962 but not received rc till now previously told that my documents are not fully submitted after submitting again 2 times and now told vehicle fitment no.                                         Date of incident : 21/10/2018
                                        Yesterday night I had paid rs 800 through UPI for driving license in "https://parivahan.gov.in/payments/ ".I okayed the transaction from UPI app and the money was deducted from my bank account. After that I was redirected to payment page again . I thought the money is lost . I tried to pay again using debit card which was unsuccessful . The status on parivahan site shows as "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office" from yesterday night.
