My vehicle is registered in ahmedabad rto gujarat & today my vehicle going on rajasthan and pay tax online but portal show tax pay only 4 to 6 seating capacity and my vehicle registered 7 seat + 1 driver.

Am attemped in online tax in parivahan seva not accepted payment after i closed and prosed on offline tax provider on sub rto office melkar (Mangalore) karnataka but he is not accepted in payment he telling not closed on online pross my car no ka19aa6319 swift dizre plz close this online tax portel i have pay on offline service

My name is Aman singh, am from kathua j and k.My driving licence no is JK[protected] and its print quality is very bad.I have paid all fees that was asked while applying for driving licence then why this happened.

I have applied for 2 wheeler without gear driving licence mcwog. When i went for the driving test. They informed scotty pept+ comes under mcwg (With gear) so they refused to take my test and told you can ask for the refund. But as i knew that rto being a government body won't return my money. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. You should never pay online at government sites and that is the reason agent are there who takes the commission and operate their business. I want my amount to be refunded.

Applied for four wheeler DL and have given trail infront of officer . Everything is ok and received the below receipt. Still I have not received my four wheeler DL. The below picture includes the details of receipt which I have received after the trail. It was assured that after 15-20 days i'll get my DL but still it's not registere.i have checked in the DL status and it's still showing MCWG which should be LMV. Please see the below attachment and kindly do the needfull

I reza un nabi have purchased a commercial maruti suzuki alto tour h1 from machino techno kolkata two months ago. I have paid my down payment and my emi has started. But i have not got the delivery of my car because behala rto kolkata is delaying to issue my car registration number. When i asked the company about the delay. The company is stating that the rto officer is getting transferred on 31/09/2018 so he is keeping all the work pending on purpose. I eagerly request you to look into the matter because i have not received my car yet and still giving the emi from my home. Thank you.

As per Government rule, we do not buy a motorcycle without licence.So, I tried for a licence from 12/07/2018.Now I passed all tests(approved dl on 13/09/18).But the process of licence is very slow.They only approved my DL."Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) and dispatch of the dl and psv badge" are still Pending.So, please help me to complete this process faster by WB97.
So many times I completed for this issue, always the result was null.Please help me...!!!

Dear sir,
I applied for renewal of my dl vide application no [protected] and attempted to pay fees of rs 600 through e payment. At the end it shown that my bank did not authorise the payment whereas amount deducted from my account(screenshot attached for ready reference). I waited for few more days, then visited the RTO Bhuj and paid the fees on the fee counter vide receipt RJ12/78896. In view of the above I humbly request to kindly process refund of excess mony paid to RTO.

Please be noted that i bought activa 5g from cargo motors gandhidham branch on 30.03.2018. As per dealer rc book supposed to be delivered by post office and it will take at least 6 month. I visited dealer on 6th september and dealer given me 1 paper which is showing that my rc book already delivered by post on 2nd may 2018 (Bar code number eg[protected]in). Then i visited post office and post office confirmed me that they did not received my rc book of my new 2 wheeler number gj12dk-6127 and i should check with dealer. I again visited dealer and they write on that paper that dealer is not responsible to deliver the rc book as it is post responsibility and if post master also write the same then they will do something. I again visited post office, again they checked everything and they give me on writing that they didnot received my rc book. Again visited dealer (Cargo motors) again they also refused to help. For that i raised a complaint at post office as well as honda india. Post office complaint number [protected] but no body respond me. Sir please help me out in this regards.

Hello, my name is JAVED KHAN, i have applied for the duplicate driving licence, in haryana. Rto- ferozpur zhirka.

All the stages of licence are completed and my licence is approved but when i go for taking my driving licence they said your driving licence is not here and they not send my DL by post. They have not any record of my driving licence. When i go i asked for driving licence they check and said your DL is approved and get on the counter said abd i was gone on that counter and asked fir licence they check in the licence available on that and said we have not ykur licence and again said that go on that counter who is already said to come to him.

I was in mall road rto office 22-sep-2018 for the learning license, the person who was verifying the docs was taking his personal call while many people in the queue. The counter number was 6. That was an old guy, they don't bother how much time you are waiting in the queue.

Officers still give the priority to those who go through by dealer or who give them bribe. "big issue"

They give preference to women, no matter how long the queue is.

When the learning license test start from 9 am then why would they give the appointment on 8:45.
And the officer don't start the process at the given time.
It's a very major problem. There was huge queue standing out the booth but they don't start the process.

I have deposited rs.503/- for learning licence on line. Receipt no mhh/3081993 dated 16/09/2018. I was given appointment at rto andheri. On the date of interview the lady si tting there told me that you have deposited the fees to wrong rto you deposit it again & go to dahisar rto. While depositing the money i have clearly mentioned my address & the money should not have been accepted by the rto andheri. When the department is same why i should deposit money again & if i have to deposit why they are not refunding my money

I had purchased my tvs vehicle mh12pb2084 in jan 2017 for which i have not received the rc book from the rto, pune till the date.

Receipt no: mh12d[protected] dated 27-mar-2017.

I went to collect the same to rto office. They sent me to gpo pune to collect the rc book but instead the gpo officer told us that we should fill up a complaint form to speed post as the rc book was failed to be delivered by them and can't be found at their office. I then went to submit the complaint form at speed post office near parcel office - pune station. Where again i was given a letter written that my complaint was "time barred" as they preserve record only for 6 months. This letter i should again in rto where they are now asking me to fill form no.26 which is for duplicate rc book.

My question is when i purchased the vehicle each and every information is submitted to the dealer at the time of purchase so how can i not receive the rc book for such a long period. Second if the courier sent by speed post was returned then why i was not informed at that time though they have all records (Mobile number is always submitted to the dealer at the time of purchase).

And last if i have not received the original rc book due to mistake of rto and gpo why should i apply for duplicate book and pay for it also go to the police station to complaint about the loss of rc book. Why should i pay for the negligence and inappropriate duties performed by the rto pune, gpo pune and even the dealer who sold us the vehicle.

Though, in frustration, i had applied for duplicate rc at online, again for which no update i have been received. App no: mh180829v8764478, receipt no: mh180829c3778030

I have brought my vehicle activa, ka-03jf1260 from bangalore karnataka to pune maharashtra.

After a long painful procedure i paid the tax and submitted all documents for new rc at pune, without the help of any broker. It took me almost 6 months. The staff at rto is not at all cooperative and simple do the work for brokerage money. But still did not receive my rc, at parivahan website it is showing below status, when will i receive my new rc.

Please assist

I have not recd rc book. My tracking nos is eg[protected]in. I has received msg on 23/7/18 that ur rc book is dispatch. But till today is 16/9/2018 i have not received rc book. I check the status that address is insufficient. But i have given sufficient address proof. I can't understand whr is rc book. Plz check it and soon dispatch my rc as early as possible. Do kindly

I lost my rc book of my bike in kolhapur. Bike is registered in kolhapur. Now i live in bombay. So i gave a job of duplicate rc book to an agent named raosaheb desai in rto office kolhapur. He got the form 26 filled and took xerox of pan card, aadahar card, residential proof from me. Took the chassis number. He got the form signed from the officials inside the rto office. Now he is stalling me since 8 months. How can i know about the progress of my duplicate rc book. I m frustrated... Plz help
