I purchased a used car on 13th May 2018 and applied for transfer of ownership on 14th May 2018. On 7th of June 2018 I got an SMS that transfer of ownership is done and RC is under preparation and will be sent to me through post as they have charged me 50 INR as postal charges, but after that no information about my RC is given to me neither I received my RC smart card. I want my RC smart card as soon as possible.

Received this SMS on 6th july 2018, but still not received RC, when tracking the above mentioned consignment number on speed post website, the consignment does not exit. From the date of receiving SMS someone from my family are always available to collect the RC on my address provided to them

There is a huge auto stand in Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune with around 25-30 auto rickshaws. They have a monopoly amongst themselves and exploit the customer by setting own fares. They do not use the metre and charge high fares to everyone. This has caused a lot of trouble to all residents of magarpatta city. They are unethical, do not have registration and do not wear uniform. They behave improperly with the customers as they are backed by a monopoly.Please address this issue, I can provide the license numbers of at the autos.

I have done Lmv DL test on 13/03/2018 and I have pass test but I am not received DL yet. Currently showing it is pending on IMV12 counter from last two months.
Please check all attached documents and please issue DL asap. I am frustrated regarding this issue.

MH 14CY3464, is my Bajaj discover 100 cc bike. But the RTO Pune had fine me ₹200 for others wrong vehicle who is using my vehicle number. (Hero Honda make) you can check it on Pune RTO echallan site. The images of evidence attached is the hero Honda vehicle and not my Bajaj discover. Kindly correct the things and remove the fine on my vehicle.

Dear sir,

I booked a car licence slot on 5-5-18 and passed the driving test on the same day and i received a driving test passed message instantly.

But i cant received the licence till now. I visited the RTO VISAKHAPATNAM office several times but they cant gave me a proper solution for that.

Can you help me on that.

It is sahibjot Singh from Ludhiana, Punjab. I had requested for learner's license test on[protected] and was asked to appear for the test on 9-7-2018 with application no. [protected]. I appeared in the test but after completion of 7 questions, computer screen was blank with snag in server and my test was incomplete. The examiner asked to come again on[protected] but when I went there, he was asking the message or mail from the RTA but I had not received any message. I may kindly be judged by my attempt or maybe allowed to reappear.

I bought Grand i10 Asta car and deposited all papers for registration alongwith requisite fee on 29.06.2018. Though I have received number plate but not RC. RTO Loni has sent me an intimation of having dispatched RC vide speed post no ED[protected]IN on 07.07.2018. On it's tracking, it is found that no such consignment has been dispatched by RTO. I request you to take action in the matter and arrange for immediate delivery of RC.

Hi Team,

I transferred my vehicle from Bangalore to Hyderabad and obtained NOC from the RTO on 15th of May 2018. For re-registering my vehicle in Telangana, the RTA is asking for VAHAN site updation, which hasnt been done by Bangalore RTO. Tried reaching Bangalore RTO, but, the response I get is that the site updation is not taken care by them. Please help me in getting updated NOC status on my vehicle - KA51MH0487.

I applied for MCWOG, I passed my driving test as on January 2018, and all my dues are paid off before the exams, but still my licence is not issued and printed. Because of which I am unable to ride my vehicle since. Please look after it and print my licence as soon as possible. Now in emergencies, if any, I am riding it with receipt of Licence.

I have made a payment for Test for Learning License in Maharahtra Sarthi Parivahan Website.
Amount has been deducted from my Bank account as i have got Msg from bank, But the website still shows my Payment is Pending.

KIndly help me with this.
i am not able to recover money from bank also and also the payment status is not chaning even after i checked after 6-7hours.

I have been frustrated with these hoards of auto-rickshaws who illegally parked tight opposite our house, which also happens to be the 206 last bust stop in I.C Colony, Borivali (w). Mumbai 400103.
I have been constantly requesting these illiterate drivers who don't seem to understand. And just the other day due to their inconsiderate parking caused an accident, lucky no one got hurt do to these idiotoc rickshaw driver.
Additionally they have parked in(pic 2) illegally, and have obstrued traffic and have occupied our private parking and area which inconveniences as honest taxpayers. Please we are really tired and fedup of this nuisance.
Please if anyone can sort this out it would be of real help.

Dear Sir,

I filled online application for my DL renewal and the last step in this procedure was to pay the fee's for renewal.

For some reason, it didn't allow me to choose the required bank for my payment, But still i went ahead with the available gateway which finally failed given me a reason saying "Application is verifying with bank, Please press OK". It is almost a day, still I get the same error when I tried to check the payment status.

Please let me know, how to go get it resolved.

3:JM4:Narendrapur to Dharsha(6 Buses are in these routes, but two buses ply in Garia Stn to Kolkata Stn not go there proper destination.

Hi sir/madam,

I have given dl test on 2nd july for 2 wheeler and i cleared the test, the rto inspector wrote passed in my application and submitted my document, but still i didn't got the passed status in my application, instead of pass it shows that dl test slot has been booked again on 11th july. I am not sure why this happened. Please look into this and help me.

However, I have not yet received the driving license.

When I check the application status on parivahan site it says
application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of the driving test: -pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I request you to please do the needful.

I have given my dl test and completed all formalities on $th april 2018. Still i am seeing my application status as 'application is under processing at rto level.' and the stage is dispatch of the dl and psv badge. I don't know how to approach rto. I have applied through a driving school, now i am moved to hyderabad. I applied at ka 03. I. E., bangalore. Please help us to get transactions faster and make people life better.

I go to rto office girsomnath gujarat for passing inquiry of my vehicle but no rto officers in your chambers after some time mr u k kareliya he coming his chambers i go to your chambers my vehicle passing detail inquiry but he was busy her personal work i ask i am waiting my passing inquiry 2 hours he say get out my chambers he think i am not a public servant he is my own office i am hurt what is this
