I had applied for an online learning licence exam in andheri rto as my job is in andheri and easy to go for test and office, while i reside at kanjurmarg.
The online portal charged the fee and rto refuse to accept the application. Asking to repay fees and schedule test near residence rto.
We already paid fees, the application is not allowing to update the rto location either

I want the money back or allow to update application form and give the test in the same payment

I am trying to apply for international driving license in rto office ullal. I had prepared all the documents which was listed in rto website for applying international driving license (Idl). Inspite of having all the documents they asked me to get form 1 (Not form 1a). I had applied for indonesian idl which has visa on arrival for which they asked me to get a print of list of countries which has visa on arrival. When roamed for 2 weekends giving all the documents and they asked me to and come by 3 to 4 days to collect they say u had to give a passport size photo.
Today is 2 june 2018 and i still din't get my idl. I have been roaming since 20th may 2018. I'm traveling on 4 june 2018 and they say we will try.
I'm not sure this complaint will be read by anybody but i'm posting.
Wish there was some body which could give some relief to common man from these kind of corruption. Corruption because they din't get any money from broker reference.

As i'm from tamil nadu, theni district. Last week i have applied for my driving license and due to my ear inability rto officer is refused to avail the driving license. So i have gone to government hospital and got the fitness certificate but he refused to me give the driving license and accusing badly with my ear inability so i need to file complaint against rto

Sharing auto rickshaw from vikhroli station to surya nagar are overcharging 6 rs per trip and they do not drop till the station too.

They are supposed to drop from surya nagar till vikhroli station. However they drop at the intersection of lbs road and station road and customers have to walk for almost 1 km to reach the station.

Pls do something about it.

In india traffic rules do not support driving cars and other big vehicles. While driving vehicles we have to constantly look at left side as well as right side. Failure to do that may result in an accident. While going for a long drive people may not be constantly looking both sides and which may result in an accident.

Like in america there are lane systems and there are rules to change one lane to other lane. This helps driver because when driver is driving on one lane he does not have to think about left and right sides.

These rules are very beneficial and can help lot in daily accidents happening in india

My ll application number is [protected] and dob is[protected].in rto office jamnagar who verify ll documents this officer is totally corrupted. There are 100 of people in line but he chose selected persons for verification who gave money to him. So please take action against him.
And not only officer whole channel is corrupted. Security officer is also corrupted. We face too much problem. Please take strict action against it.

I have submitted all the documents for transferring of Mahindra Gusto - DL8SBV6981 on 25th April 2018 at Wazirpur Delhi RTO office.

I haven't received RC yet however 1 month passed.

Today I visited their and they told me that RC has not been printed. Could anyone tell me why so many long time has been past and RC is not delivered yet.

I need this within 2 days.

राजस्थान के जालौर जिले के सांचौर बॉर्डर का RTO इंट्री के नाम की लूट मचा रखी है ।मेरी गाड़ी अंडर लोड सारे कागजात होते हुए भी इंट्री के 5000 मांग रहा है फिर गाली गलौज भी कर रहा है अभद्र व्यवहार कर रहा है बिना इंट्री और स्लिप के पैसे हर गाड़ी से500 से 5000 तक की वसूली कर रहा है ।इसके डर से ड्राइवर गाड़ी को भागते है जिससे कोई भी हादसा हो सकता है।यहाँ ड्यूटी पर तैनात जवान गाड़ियो में अपनी ताकत दिखने के लिये तोड़ फोड़ भी आये दिन करते रहते है । इस पर उचित कार्यवाही की जाये।

I was applied for badge for lmv cab in rto vastral.
I was in office till 11 am first in the d. L. Srutiny there is an officer who told me to wait.
I and other 5 persons are waiting over there and waiting till 11:20 am.
I was raised my hand against the time and told him that see the time its probably its 20 mins late he got angry and told me that do whatever you want but i m not accept your documents then after he awaits me in queue more then 30 mins.

Now there is a situation like if we want to make a license we excectly do what they ask for or else a middle class people will through out of office
Please take any action against this rubbish and fully foolness works

I applied for learner's licence through application no 33309017. I p;aid 500 res for issue of new ll and test. I also paid rs 1300 for issue of new dl and driving test. As was out of station so i was not able to book an appointment for dl test and in the mean while my ll got expired. Now when i inquired they are telling me that i have to apply for new ll and pay the fee once again. Since my dl test was not done and no licence is issue to me i want refund of rs 1300.

Respected sir/ madam,

I gave test for permanent four wheeler (Lmv) driving licence on 09-feb-2018 and i have successfully passed the exam at rto office kasturi nagar bengaluru. It's been four months since i gave my test and haven't recieved my dl yet. The application status is showing as 'printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)' from more than a month. 'approval of endorsements on dl' has already been completed on 09/04/2018. So kindly request you to speed-up the process. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

First of all the 'head' of the rto office argued and misbehaved with me over parking space (I parked my bike at the place where he parks his car, and to be honest there was no kind of notice board written 'no parking' or 'parking space only for the workers'). So it was a genuine mistake that anyone would have made.
And then the computer operators left their desks 8 to 10 minutes prior to lunchtime (I mean i get that they are also human and they were hungry but we have been standing here in this row for like 1 and a half hour now and we will have to stand here for another half hour and wait for our turn. (We are also human, in case you forgot) if they had worked for those 8 minutes more at least three of the persons standing in the line won't be facing any kind of trouble. Thanks

I am regularly trying to get fitness certificate number thru parivahan.gov.in site but every time it's not working properly. My fitness is now been expired, since trying last 30 days. Spoken with customer care they also don't have idea.

Would request you to please intervene as if site is not working & we have to go to authority then what is the purpose of this site & purpose of digitalization also get defetiing here

May i know what is the timing of rto inspector to inspect the trial driving in rto? Since it is 11:50 now and there is nobody here, everybody says wait for the inspector. Im from raichur karnataka.
Just look into the matter as what is the timing of the inspector. If this goes on than our india will be late asusual. Humble request to take some strict actions against these inspector all over india.

9 out of 10 six seater autos in pune are visibly damaged and overused. They must have certainly crossed the usage limit (Number of years) set by rto.
Immense amount of black exhaust is being emitted by these vehicles which sometimes makes it difficult to even overtake such vehicles due to lack of visibility due to the exhaust.
This exhaust is so conspicuous that i am amazed why they are not being caught by the traffic police at the signals for puc verification.
Similarly for the 3 seater autos, firstly their driving is so reckless and secondly emit lot of noise and smoke. Even they should be checked for puc.
This is seen for all the autos running between dange chowk to hinjewadi.

Lets stop this before pune tops the list of most polluted cities.

This is the complain against Baruipur RTO office.
My bike registration number WB96B7671. I've to relocate my bike from kolkata to Bangalore. So I need NOC from Baruipur RTO office. Even after submitting all documents noc from lalbazar police, bike tax receipt, bike smart card, 4 copies of form 28, bike insurance copy, Adhaar card they r not issuing NOC falsely harassing telling to submit documents which are not mentioned to get NOC everytime. My parents are very sick even though they are harassing them. Please take suitable action.

I don't get a two wheeler bike registration number message yet and I bought a two wheeler and Registration done before 3 months.I am waiting for that till now.
Please resolve my problem.Bike name Jupiter zx bs4 and Registration number is Ap07DS8143.I get msg from rto which was sent wrongly to my mobile number pls find in attachment below.pls do the needful.

At dto dhamtari when I submit papers dto asked me for noc.but in my online application this thing were not asked.when I again reapply for noc the web site is not excepting my application. The case is pending and I am with out dl .
