This is rakesh sharad from noida, having dealership of premier ltd (Who introduces first compact suv in india).

I have a major concern with premier ltd. As we were left with 3 vehicle only to sell but due to poor service and support no one is willing to purchase.
Somehow with hard selling, i sold them at 1/4 of the price i. E. 6 lac vehicle cost in 2 lakh along with registration and insurance.

Our trade certificate and others are all valid but when i tried for online payment at parivahan site for registration amount, it didn't show the chassis and engine number.
Tried contacting premier ltd number of times and send more that 15+ mails with reminders but they are least bothered. We have send them a legal notice but no response.

Thought to talk to arto in noida to get some alternate solution, but they totally ignored and are not willing to talk. Their arrogant attitude is somewhat not acceptable (With public dealing).
Even i requested if there is any way to make the payment so that at-least these 3 last vehicles are registered in customers name.

Request you to let us know, what should we do now. Customer is after us and i have sold the vehicle with major losses.
Need your support and a humble request to resolve our concern as we are totally stuck with the registration process.

I had applied for a duplicate dl on 18th march 2018. The application id is[protected].

I have completed the payment as well.

After that whenever i check the application status it shows "application is under processing at rto level".

So, would request you to help me to understand the further process if any. And, by when can i expect the same.

On 31st march i gave my dl driving test. On the rto website its showing that i passed but since 2 weeks it's showing that the approval of my dl is still pending and also it's showing "applicant need to go to rto office on appointment date (If appointment taken) along with necessary documents for getting application process at rto office". I just want to know if this procedure takes this much time or is something i've to do yet

Hello iam rushi jagani, my applicant id 376008, application number:[protected]. It's being 3 month since i have the test & still i haven't got the driving license yet. Please look into this matter seriously. I have being driving vehicle without my license as my learning license is also getting expired/ or got expired

I ride a honda cbr bought in 2011. It has a number mh xx q xx. The dealer gave a high security number plate with the above number. No changes whatsoever has been made to the bike till date.

On 11th april 2018, i was stopped at the vashi creek toll naka by the traffic constable and randomly fined for having 2 digits in the number. He said that i was supposed to have 4 digits. So he fined me rs.200/-

1. No information has been shared with the general public, no visible hoardings at traffic check points, nothing ever was done for the awareness of this rule (If at all a rule).
2. On comitting to getting the same changed in next 48 hours, he did not want to consider, he was hellbent on penalising. Period.
3. The fine /penalty is under a wrong heading! The section sis 236 (1)/177 mva which is - number plate not visible".in my case the number plate is clearly visible, no fancy fonts, stock from the dealer 7 years ago. Its a high security number plate too.
4. On asking why he put a wrong section - the reply was - whatever is there i have put. You go and do whatever you want. Wow - what arrogance.
5. He did not give his name or identity upon repeatedly asking for the same.

How do i redress this grievance? Its not the fine, its the wrong doing and arrogance that hurts. Just because he is unformed, he cannot bully us. Is that what the police is all about - bullying citizens?

I have deposit all the required documents to rto bhojpur on 8 nov 17 and got receipt from office. After five months they didn't give me my rc book after transfer on my name. I approached several time but response is negative.
Even i approached dto ara bhojpur, madhaw kumar singh on his official mobile, after asking my name simply cut the phone. Pls help

I had given my DL test on 12-2-18 at Kasturinagar RTO and my application number is[protected], I had successfully passed the test, however the status of my DL seems to be frozen for the last 25 days at "Approval of DL pending", therefore I kindly ask you to help me resolve my problem at the earliest and I will be grateful to you.

I am malaya kumar behera, i bought a bike from bank and submitted documents in aug 2016 and paid 500. After long followup they ask again insurance and 2000 rupees but still pending. When i call, they said sub collector is here so work not done. If bike transfer is taking 2 years wtf public will do. Even policed fined 3 times bcs of rc book. Please help.

I want to add new class on existing license, so applied online form through online portal and took online test appointment and visited RTO office with all original and xerox copies of (DL/Passport/ Education cert/
doctor cert and all online forms) documents,
I have all the documents which was maintained in application form which i have filled,
As i was applying for new cab transport licence,
Officer who was checking documents asked for FORM 5 to submit which only gets through driving school. i am already holding LMV licence and driving my car since last 8 years with no issue then why should i join driving school to get TR license.
I asked him to give me in written that documents are not proper so he refused and started shouting at me and asked to meet in charge officer.
So i meet RTO in charge officer and got surprised to know that he said TR license only gets if you come though driving school. Is it true, WHY?

I told him that, i have all documents which was maintained in form as well as online website and website doesn't maintained anything about FORM 5 for TR LL, He said that "Its not possible to maintain everything on website" and this rule is since 1947
And his assistance said that go and meet sir Modi ji to change the rule.

I din't understand, form 5 will be given by Driving school after completion of training with them, then to get TR learning license how they asked for FORM 5.

The only thing which i have done here is, I have filled my own online form and visited RTO office without contacting any RTO agent.
Person present in front of me in queue who don't have any original document, still he able to clear all the document verification.
Only difference is i was alone and he was with agent.

I applied for NOC in Koramangala RTO on Jan 29 2018. Its more than 2 months and still haven't received my NOC. I have filed a RTI and got a response saying they are transferring to Karnataka transport department but haven't received any response further. I have sent numerous mails to various IDs I got from Karnataka government websites but haven't received a single reply.

Vehicle No - KA01 HQ 7001.

Attaching the small acknowledgement chit the RTO person gave me after receiving my application.

The brokers outside Koramangala RTO asked me for 5000 Rs and promised me that I will get the NOC in 4 days. But I did the process on my own and still haven't received it after 2 and half months.

Its been 2 months since i've applied for learner license but its not showing any progress. I've been trying to view my application status but i'm unable to see that too. So, kindly look over this issue as one of my colleague too applied for the learner license and got mail on the same day. And i've applied since 7th february 18, but still there's no update.

I had got my vehicle delivered from kanchana hyundai mangalore on march 13th 2018
During the delivery they said e-payment site is slow so they ll give me temporary registration. But now they are saying there is a problem in rto so the permanent registration is not happening till april 20th.. So i just want to clarify if this is true we are not responsible lapsed penalty and also want to know why the permanent registration is delayed

I am writing you regarding my application number[protected] which is applied to HR 14 instead of applying to HR77 and the fees have been paid too. But HR14 i.e Jhajjar department told me that they can’t do it as it belongs to HR14.

I would like to transfer it to HR77 from HR14 or cancel it so that I can apply for fresh application to HR 77 where I made my driving licence.

My license number is llrap[protected] and also i applied for badge number and all tests are done after that i got message application number ap[protected]dl is approved successfully and your smart card will receive shortly through speed post from transport department, ap at 22-feb-2018 but till now i didn't receive my card. So please send my card as soon as possible.

Rc for my motorcycle not received yet. I purchased it on[protected].
I received an sms with speedpost number on it for rc dispatched on 09 feb 2018 which never reached nor speedpost tracking could find it.

I had applied for the duplicate driving license on 31st of january 2018 for which the payment as also been done on the same day from that day the same message is showing that "application is under processing at rto level"
This is what digital india a status is not been updated for more than 2 months. As it for the duplicate license

The worst part traffic police are not aware that the application for a duplicate license can be done online, the acknowledgement which is been provided online is not acceptable by the traffic police this is what digital india

I would appreciate quick help on this. Please reach out to me in case of any clarification.

I am sumit kalyani from jamkhambhalia like to inform you that i had made procedure for removing hypothecation in our rc book of two vehicles at jamnagar location in december 2017. But the rc book is yet not received in april 2018. Rto agents are given us false details regarding despatch of rc book in january 2018. They gave us the false tracking number of post department. Right now i am in great need of rc book. Due to change in law in gujarat all vehicles must have hsrp authorised number plate.in procedure of this number plate i must have rc book. Please help me in getting status of it.

I have the approval for my licence. They are asking me to go from one room to another. For that i have to wait in queue for long time. They are not even providing me enough information.
I already wasted a valuable day to get my licence and i did not get anything.
Please make sure, all the employees here are little bit customer friendly and do their job properly.
I can't come here everyday to entertain them.
Hopefully this complaint will reach to proper place and someone will take some action.
