I had made a payment for my driving licence on 16/01/2018 with application number [protected], on the day of my driving test the agent mentions that there occured some problem in the online transaction and i had to repay the amount, i repay the amount on application number being[protected] oj 1/2/2018, i reconfirmed with my bank and my previous payment was confirmed, hence double payment payed for my driving licence, therefore i request for a refund for double payment for driving licence of ruppes 1000.
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Agent told me that driving licence will be delivered directly to your home address.
But it has been a month but no response from anyone.
Please help me out to get my licence.
