In 2015 when i was in class 11 i joined akash coaching centre near baccha park, modipuram meerut.in the mid of the session i left the coaching centre because i didn't get time for self study. As they said i have to deposit money in advance so i deposited it. But i left in the mid of the session so can i get my money back for those remaining month i didn't study there. It will be very helpful to me if you give the information about fee structure...

This is basically a query. Sir, i called rto uttar pradesh helpline to ask the procedure about convertion of dl into scdl, she told me all the details, including form no. Sr 1 & 400rs fee. So i searched for the sr1 form and got it, but in that form, the heading was in case of loss/damage of dl.. So i called back the helpline, and i was told, yahi form bhara jata hain. So concluding my issue is that why rto is charging 400rs for convertion...

I have conducted learning license on line test on 8 aug2017 and i m passed that online test i have uploaded alldocument (Adhar, card, birth certificate, pand card, photo, self declaration form sign medical certifate) clear. I am paid on line payment. But it still showing pending for rto authority approval. And even my appointment time was 10:30 am they took test at 02:00pm. I m passed online test documents are verified and approved my learning...

Hi i shifted from madurai to pune. I submitted from 28 on 16th of march along with all documents. Its beens 6 month but still havent got noc and office people are saying they cant find the file. I dont know what to do now. I can not travell frequently to madurai from pune.

Please help me on this i am not able to use my bike because of this.

I made an application for learning license & made payment for it. The payment part is still shown as pending on the sarathi website. Please fix this. My application no. Is[protected]. I also have the bank payment details with me. I won't be allowed to take my test this way. Online was to make it easy for us instead of making it much harder than the offline method....

This is to bring to your notice that when i was applying for learners license online on the parivahan website, in the fee payment column, i paid the required amount of rs.200, on 19 august by 7.40 am.

The amount is debited from my account and i have got a receipt number as well for the same. The status of the application is completed in all the fields.

But the payment is still in pending status, the the epayment...

On the payments page for Learner's License, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.210. Selected "SBI" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected Debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and It did NOT redirect me to the Verified by Visa/ OTP page too.
Hence I started the payment process...

Dear respected sir, asthe above rto off an unauthorised road safety sticker fixing and un authorised speed controller unit may fixed with out any rto& rto inspector permission or any approval without dtdc officer knowledge, because this may affected the valuable trademark company products such like as 3m, avery and reliable co. Is int any commission basic manner. Please should watch him anf reported as any media or press members will affect...

I had submitted documents for change of name and address for four wheeler permanent license on[protected] at wadala rto, mumbai vide application no.[protected]. However i have still not received the driving license.

When i checked the application status on parivahan site it shows

Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I had sold my tvs scooty to tvs shelar a tcs dealer in pune, in exchange offer. But till not i have not got the transfer certificate and details of the new owner. If this vehicle is used to any antinational activity or illegal activity, i am not responsible for that. I tried to contact the dealer many times but they shared the agent number, but no further details are avaiable.

I am an mechanical engineering professional and i have applied for my driving license in kolar gold fields in the month of may according to govt of indian and road transport rule dl has to reach within 30day but its been 2 month 18day still i haven't receive my dl and when i approached a concern people in rto no one is responsible for my application. Kindly take immediate action against rto corruption issues.br...

Responsible person in rc book department office number 19 on first floor in vadodara rto is not on the place, he disappear from more than a hour.. People have to wait there for hours and hours. Rto vadodara doesn't cares for peoples timings.

Please take necessary actions to resolve this problem and make true modi's anthem "sabka saath sabka vikas" and "vibrant gujarat". Don't make peoples angry mind to vibrate it may cause...

I applied for license 3 years ago, and today i came to know that i was not authorised to drive 2 wheeler as it was not mentioned on my driving license. This complaint against mrs r. Vanjari who was forcing me to pay the fine when there is no mistake from my side. She asked for lincence and i shown her the lincence. Still she filed allegation of not carrying licence. Kindly take action against such officers otherwise it will be difficult to survive. Now when I check the status of application, it shows payment as "Pending" whereas, I have received debit in my canara bank account. Requesting you to pls check and confirm the payment and issuance of licence.

Enthused & inspired by digital India and online submission of applications, I have submitted my application for learner's driving license in Parivahan.gov.in. All the necessary documents have been uploaded. The application number is [protected]. I have received an acknowledgement on 14.02.17.
But since then, the application is under scrutiny at DTOCOUNT2. Application is under processing at RTO Level, Ranchi.
Kindly look into...
