Today i filled the online application from the website parivahan.gov.in.com. I filled all the details correctly. My last task was to pay the fee online. And i did it. After i paid the fees i got the message from my bank that 352 rs has been deducted by my account. And i was on the website page and it was saying please do not press back button please wait, your transaction is in process. For nearly one hour i waited on the page. Nothing happened. I again visited the website parivahan.gov.in.com. I clicked for application status. I entered my application number :[protected]. I entered my dob.in that i saw the option application fee saying pending. What the hell is this? Are you government officers looting everyone. Corruption is everywhere. Please don't do this type of activity to poor people. Poor people earn money by working their # off. Please refund my money as soon as possible. If you will not refund my money. I'll curse you all burn in hell. Believe me nothing is baddest than poor's curse. If you want to escape that curse than kindly refund all peoples money.

Regarding the above matter i would like to inform you that most of the school buses are not in good condition to carrying students. Recent days there are many school buses were met accident. Most of the minor accidents were hiddtakren by the management caused due to brake failure and drivers careless. So kindly beg the authorities to check all the school bus conditions frequently instead of checking annual fci. Also kindly check drivers skill. So that we could stop such a accidents which we are hearing nowadays. Pl. Don't wait for accidents happens to take action for time being pressure. Our childrens are future india assets. So pl. Take care of them is our responsibility.

I have applied for renewal of my driving license on 23rd of january 2018. All applicable fees, documents had been submitted. Biometrics and other formalities have been completed the same day however it has not been delivered yet. I do have checked the status online which shows it is pending at counter no 4 "approval of endorsements on dl".

Request you to kindly expedite the process as it has been a month since i have applied.

I have submitted online form for the (Lmv, mcwg, mcwog&mc50cc) learning liance online, also paid full amount that is 654.00rs only and slot booked, when visit kalamboli rto (Navi mumbai) they told me why you have select mc50cc, this is not for you, they said submit the fresh form again and also pay again, already paid amount is not refundable,

I purchased an activa from rudrapur (U. S nagar) 3 months back. After regular follow up, rto deptt not provided rc and told me it will take time. Unfortunately i have been transferred to another state and my vehicle is with me. I visited there today to collect my rc, they are demanding for my vehicle. They can not provide me rc without taking its photo. How can i carry my scooty to rudrapur from punjab to collect the rc and where is my fault?

I have cleared my driving test on[protected], and it's been more than a month, still, rto haven't dispatched my driving license, my driving license.
Capture biometrics of applicant was done 1st of jan 2018,
Approval of dl was done on 24th jan 2018, but it stuck at dispatch level. It been more than month. I don't know when will i receive it or do i need to go to rto to collect it.

Application is under processing at rto level (Pending at scrutiny) from over a month and no sign of communication whatsoever.

Document submission and fee payment already done on 6 jan 2018.

Pls look into this on priority.

Hello sir/madam,

I have moved out of bangalore to gurgaon. Due to some family issues, i did not get my vehicle registered in gurgaon.

Later after a year when i tried to get it registered, i was asked to bring duplicate noc from bangalore. I came to bangalore in june, 2016, but i was asked to bring noc from gurgaon.

When i tried communicating to gurgaon office people they refused saying this is not required. After convincing them for some time they have written no dues on the noc which i received from bangalore.

I am sitting in gurgaon which is around 40 hours journey (I. E. 1 side). It is not possible for me to visit bangalore now. Please help me issuing duplicate noc for my four wheeler (I. E. Maruti zen estilo) from bangalore rto. My vehicle registration number ka03 mn7907.

My two wheeler driving test was conducted on 23 december, 2017 at peenya driving track (Yeshwantpur rto).
I've successfully passed my two wheeler driving test and expected it to come via post within 30 days
But i haven't still received it.
A confirmation message had been sent on 26 december, 2017 onto my registered mobile number but still haven't received the dl yet.
Kindly request you to consider my concern.
I believe and hope that this will be solved immediately after this complaint

Kindly note that i had applied for issuance of new learning license online via application number[protected] and payment made on 25-jan-2018

I regret to inform that even after so many days my application is still pending at the rto level at nagpur rto counter imvcnt2 stating reason as scrutiny for so many days.

I have not been informed for reasons of delay for the issuance of learning license via any mode of written communication so far.

I had sent reminder emails to rto on 3rd feb followed by second reminder on 10th feb. Till date there is no response.

When i visited rto office, no staff is providing proper guidance about the procedure and recommending to contact dalals for speedy response.

Hence i would like to understand as to how long it would take for the completion of proceeding and issue of learning license.

I would like to know the official channel for complaining against rto lapses and corrupt practises.

Its been more than 3 months now but the application is pending at scrutiny. I tried to call the rto but there was no response from their side. Request you to review the same.

Hi, i am a resident o[censored]lhasnagar and as you know recently about the incident in ulhasnagar about the two wheeler towing.. I am not against the law of towing vehicle but for your knowledge not a single receipt is being issued for the vehicle towed, almost around 300 vehicles are towed daily how much money of government revenue is being wasted and moreover it is done by private transporters and not by the rto officers. Please take immediate action and make sure that for every towing a receipt has to be issued

I sanjeev kumar sell my motorcycle no. Gj06jl3581 in november 2017 to mr. Tanzil. I handover all the documents to mr. Tanzil for vehicle registration but he didn't registered it and sell to another person. Two month ago. I have also made a affidavit with another person. He promised me for registration of vehicle but buyer not yet registered the vehicle in is name. What can do

As we have requested rto of bharatpur to give the noc but they are not giving it by saying the networks are not working. It has been around more than 1 months there network is not working till date. With this our company is incurring losses. They are also not talking to us in a proper manner and they often misuse their power.
We would request you to resolve this matter asap, as we have incurred losses regardings this.
This kind of behaviour from the rto frustrates us.

The autowalas have caused havoc in the hadapsar area. They refuse to go by the meter and literally overcharge. It has caused so much mental agony to me. Think about the handicap people who can't go by bus and have to opt a rickshaw. Charging 30 rs extra per trip is horrible! All this is happening even when there are so many traffic policemen on the road. Please look into the matter. They are acting like modern-day extortionists. They say meter doesn't work in pune??!! This has gone out of hand.

The rc book of my bike "mh14gf5865" registered in pune, may - 2017 is not yet received. I tried to contact the rto but they never answer call. Please provide my rc book as it is almost 10 months and no updates.

That nowdays rto sents rc book directly to our address in pune and they cant do anything beyond this.

I have applied for a duplicate driving license for a two-wheeler. Which i lost a few days ago, i have police complaint about loss of license. The application date was[protected], application number[protected]. Still, it's showing pending at scrutiny check.
Do i need to visit concerned rto?
Which documents i need to submit at rto.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice, the harassment that common man has to undergo while dealing with Traffic police and RTO.

I was challaned for over speeding on 4th Nov, 17 and my licence was suspended. Concerned Traffic Police officer told me to collect my DL after 3rd Feb from Sec 23 Police Station.
I went to the said Police Station which is 25 Km from my home on 7th Feb only to know that my DL has been submitted to RTO Sarai Kale khan and that I will have to take the DL from there. Sir, don't you think that there should be a proper system wherein I should have been informed beforehand to collect my DL from Sarai kale khan RTO rather than going to Police Station 25 KM from my place?
I went to Sarai Kale Khan RTO on 9th Feb and there also the attitude was no different. Concerned person told me that I will be given the Licence after 3 more months. On asking the reason, he referred me to MLO Mr. Hemraj. MLO was infact worst in his behavior. I controlled my emotions and discussed with him as to why will I get my Licence after 3 more months. He just handed over "Suspension Order" and told me to come after 3rd May 18 to get my DL
To my surprise, "Suspension Order" handed over to me has an excerpt " ...hereby disqualify you from holding Driving Licence No. _________________ for a period of 3 months from the date of seizure of Driving Licence by Delhi Traffic police". This means that I should have got my DL anytime after 3rd Feb whereas this was not the case.
For your reference, i am attaching herewith Suspension order for your kind perusal.
I request you to take relevant action and give my DL at the earliest
