Hi,

It was an amazing experience to apply online for the change of address and issue of driving licence. However after i have made the application, uploaded all documents and also paid the fees it is stuck at the ro for nearly a month now showing pendign at scrutny counter number imvcnt8.

Hi team,

I bought my new scooty on jan 2018 and have received sms from rto that they have received rs. 6580/- against new registration of my vehicle vide receipt mh14d[protected] on 19-jan-2018.

However i have not yet received my vehicle no. It is going to be a month now.

I inquired at showroom but they said that they cannot help as it is with rto and the delay is with from rto end.

Kindly look into the same urgently. I donot want to end up paying hefty fines to the police unnecessarily.

I brought my two wheeler hero honda hunk from bangalore to gurgaon after paying good amount to a broker there in 2014. Here i lost my the papers while travelling in gurgaon. I lodged an fir for the same and received fir copy. With this i travelled to bangalore to get duplicate rc/noc, but i was told to bring noc from gurgaon first.

It has been more than 2 years now when i am trying to get the rc and noc from bangalore. It is not possible for me to travel to bangalore again as it will take more than 4 days to and fro journey.

I have written several mails, but i never received any reply from concerned rto.

My vehicle number is ka01-ej5314. Please help me getting duplicate rc and noc from rto bangalore. My vehicle is registered under koramangala rto.

Dear sir,
I shifted in 2013 from Vadodara Gujarat to durgapur west bengal. I have taken NOC from rto Vadodara and submitted in rto durgapur but no action taken by the rto guys. Now again i moved back to vadodara but nothing has been done by any of the rto. Rto Vadodara is saying they can't do anything and rto durgapur is not registering my bike.
It is same on our rto officer that they can't do a simple job.
Can it be done.

Hello,

I am complaining against rikshaw driver
(Vehicle registering number mh-05. Cg.7405) who is driving auto rikshaw in ulhasnagar.
I was driving my bike on road and coverd my head with helmet and crossing road at circle (As per ordery follow â€˜road lane & rulesâ€™) by giving signal and passing light as well
He came between my path by driving his auto rikshaw fast by breaking all rules of rto and i stoped my bike on the spot. He stoped rikshaw and came out from it and started abusing and beting me nobody helpd me fir same.

My complaint is that

1. He doesnâ€™t know even rules of rto

2. He were asking me one silly question again and again is that, why did you wear helmet?.

3. He unnecessarily didnâ€™t want to give me way to cross that road.

4. Abusing me in very vulgar language.

5. Beat me very hard in group of people in public place.

When we get relief from this villainous insubordination auto rikshaw driver

Please take strict actions against him if you are not corrupt.

Se mera license Rto Jawak number bhi diya gaya 215 but Rto Office Indore se Rto Officer mera license nhi de rahe he or bol rahe he ki apka license nirast kar diya he jabki me online check kar raha hu to mera license active he mene vapas jakar Rto me bola to wo bolte he ki 1000 rupees do tabhi license milega nhi to new license banwana nhi milega.

Mene jab court me jakar jaj sahab ke bataye huye fine charge 100 rupees bhar diya to fir rto officer mujhse 1000 rupees kis bat ke mang rahe he or mujhe mera driving license court chalan bharne par bhi kyo nhi diya ja raha he.

It is stuck on printing stage since then. I have approched the rto about 5 times since then. There's no redressal to my queries as of yet. It has almost been 2 months. I only have a reciept from the rto which is useless. I'm already fed up with the officials fron rto. They don't know anything about my license and give the same excuse that there's a problem in the server. Kindly help.

its been more than two weeks still waiting for my driving license to arrive. I have checked it online it says :Pending at RTOAUTH1. Why it is taking so long to approve the DL, it should have been deliver within a week as per transport minister.
I have tried calling RTO office also, but they don't...

I bought alto 800 in october 2017. My rc book was issued on 3rd of november and was with the regional post office for delivery. But its been 3 months but i have not received the rc book. When asked post office, they informed that the packet was returned to the sender on 9th november (No reason mentioned) but i checked in the rto office, they have not received my rc book.

Please advice on what i should be doing.

I applied for the driving licence last year and passed my driving test on 14th December at KRPuram RTO. Its been almost 2 months, the status still shows - Pending at - DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE.
If a license cannot be issues in 2 months, i am not sure what Government is doing exactly.
Please help

With deep grievance i am writing this email to you. On 29th january i was traveling by a rickshaw from my college to my house. I had my 4 paintings with me. I am a physically handicap person so i had to stop my rickshaw and go inside my building gate to get some help to carry the paintings. But till i could turn back the rickshaw driver vanished where as i had told him twice to wait. I had taken rickshaw from mithibai college to sathaye college. The time i reached was around 9 35 am and 9 40 am
I have filed a police complain also but they have not helped us by 1%
Being physically handicap i can do really less things. I had deep sentiments attached to those paintings and also 2 of those paintings were sold at 10000 rs
Through the building cctv camera we could find of the last 4 digits of the rickshaw and they are 1607. The rickshaw driver had white uniform
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Being a transport authority of the capital this is very negligence act that needs immediate attention.

I went to Raja Garden authority for the help but no one talked to me on this matter.. Everyone told me that Vikas Ji is on leave.

I met with MLO as well but he was not interested to listen my issue. He told me to meet with Mr. Brijesh but he refused to listen anything. The behavior of everyone sitting at authority was very disrespectful and I felt insulted.

Don't understand how this issue will be resolved and get my RC.

But it has been a month but no response from anyone.

At new c g road ishan heights society has built steep ramp at gate and many times members of society comes without noticing main road traffic. Person coming on left side on main road had near miss accidents there many times and start quarreling with driver. More over children on there bycylces come in full speed which is more dangerous. Do intervene into the matter and arrange some security arrangements at society gate to ensure road traffic before leaving the society

I availed noc from nasik on november mnth and produced at perinthalmanna rto, after perinthalmanna rto send two times letter for confirmation from nasik rto, letter number c6/93969/2017/mpna. Nasik rto never replied. After enquiries from perinthalmanna rto they replied that when your dl will reflected at parivahan /saradhi then ya a replay from nasik but nasik rto decline both so please give me a satisfaction from your side...

Got my driving license renewed. But the address in the license is missing. Was told that due to system error (Applied online thru sarathi/parivahan) many licenses were issued without address. This i came to know after going to rto as for long time did not get it thru speedpost. Now sadly i am (A senior citizen) being told to apply for duplicate and pay the fees.

In principle, why should i pay the amount as it was not my fault. Need rto to re issue license without any charges
