Dear sir,
I have given test on sept 18th 2017 and passed. I have learnt and given test through danush driving school. License still not received. I need help to get it. I have bought new car and unable to drive due to license. Please help me to find a way to get my license. Thanks in advance.

As i have given my driving test for four wheeler at virar rto on[protected] & passed the test at first attempt. And it was informed by rto agent that license will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has passed 2 months now but i am not able to track my license till now and even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
Earlier rto agents use to ensure proper delivery of license since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our rto authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

I have paid two times fine to the police men without rc book, i dont know what govt is doing.
The rto people in vijayawada was not responsible to there work, how can they take their salaries without irresponsible work

I bought bike from agent leaving in gurgaon harayana hr 10 basically sonipath harayana. Agent provided me noc for bihar gopalganj according to my submitted id proof. Once i visited to gopal ganj rto will all required document them send me to one of agent every once there sitting in rto office suggested me to contact with agent once i went to contact to agent then he suggest me to pay 4-5k for registering bike in gopalganj rto once even i agree to pay that amount after 1 month he again told me to it is not possible to register your bike here i was really frustrated and then stop visiting gopalganj rto once i came back to gurgaon to contact bike agent he refuse that and told me i am only responsible for noc that i already has been provided you so sir can you please help me what can i do in this case.

I have purchased two wheeler vehicle in the month of january, 2017. I suppose to receive my rc smart card, by the time rto dispatched my vehicle rc smart card i have shifted my house from the previous location. The post man has returned the smart card back to rto department.

Kindly advise me how can i collect my rc smart card from the rto department, bangalore.

I am the holder of dl no. Uk[protected] which was renewed on 10.02.2016 vide no. Uk-07/dlr/2191/2016.in this dl, the address of chandigarh is mentioned where as all documents including the address proof of dehradun i. E. Upper sarthi vihar, lane-03 via-rajeev nagar, dehradun were submitted. A complaint about wrong address was also lodged but in vain. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Dear sir/madam,

I have applied for ll test which i failed on 16/12/2017 and according to process i have to re pay the fees for my second attempt for ll test but when i login to the portal it shows the status as fees payment pending but when i click pay option it prompts message as fees already paid
The rto officer said that it is system problem and will be solved in couple of days it has turned 1 week still it is not solved.

What should i do?

I, muazzum shaikh writing this mail to inform that i bought a second hand two wheeler in month of november 2017, i was told that i will get my rc book within 17 to 20 days.
It's been a month and half i havent recieved any msg related to my rc book nd haven't got rc book too.

It has been 3 months now but the license status is still pending, even the agent is refusing to answer and also tried calling on the customer care helpline number several times of wadala rto but they didnt responded positively.
Earlier rto agents use to ensure proper delivery of license since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our rto authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling. Please ensure the delivery of the license at the earliest as we are in need of driving and cant do without a license.

Hi,

I had applied for learner licence online for rto delhi and paid fees of rs 1000, (500 each for me and my mother) but the test wasn't conducted at that time. And now i have to apply for licence again online and pay rs 1000 again, so please refund my previously paid fees.

I can prove that the test wasn't conducted for the application as other documents were fully verified and application process was completed.

Attached are the details regarding the same. Please let me know if you need any information.

By mistake i have applied for learner licence for light motor vehicle non transport but i have to apply for endorsement licence.
But their is no option mention on your website for refund.
I have applied again for endorsement licence and paid rs. 950/- for that.
Please refund my money back for learner licence for lmv-non transport rs. 500/-.

Hi sir,

The status of my driving license application is pending for months now and i'm unsure of the reason. I was told that it will be mailed to my current address in a couple of weeks, however, it's been way more than weeks.
I submitted my adhaar card's copy which has the local address 198/9 2nd floor, neki ram marg, sector 9, gurgaon-122001, haryana but nothing received by far.

Kindly look into the issue and prolonged delay once and please advice what needs to be done from my end as i'm in need of the physical license for few urgent requirements now.

Hi,

While doing the payment it was unsuccessful. Now if i am trying to make the payment i am getting error " Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office". Can you please guide me what is the issue already i have booked the slot on 6th DEC 2018. If will go to RTO should they will allow me to make payment and do the Licence Test or not.

I have applied for duplicate driving license dated:[protected], as i lost my original driving license. It will be almost 2 months now, still not received my duplicate driving license
Whenever i check my application status online it shows application is under processing at rto level. I have submitted all documents required.

I have purchased a a new bike on 29th october 2017 and vehicle registered on 2nd november 2017 and showroom agent said rc will be come on your address. On 18th dec i got a sms from vahan tha my rc dispatched through speedpost and also a tracking number given by them which is ed[protected]in.

I have applied for driving license for non gear vehicles for which i have followed several procedures defined by rto and successfully completed. On 7th oct'17 i have conducted driving test and which i have successfully completed. Post which i was informed that my driving license would be delivered to me in next 1 month through post but still on portal it is reflecting that it is in printing process from last one month at least. For i have sent i collected their customer care mail id and sent them my request but response. Request you to intervene and help to get my license at the earliest.

Applied for rc (Transfer of ownership) on 14th of november, 2017. On 4th december, i received a sms that my rc has been dispatched by speed post and a tracking id: ed[protected]in was given.
