I have submitted the application for htp and rc cancelation of my vehicle number ka-19-md-7188 on 04/12/2017. Inword number is 35939.

On first day the officer said me that work will be done within 30 working days and every 10 day i can come to rto to get the present updates...

I had applied for an online learning licence exam in andheri rto and reside in borivali. The online portal charged the fee and the andheri rto office refuse to accept the application. They asked to repay the fees and schedule a new test in borivali. No refunds will be paid. The borivali rto does not have a slot till 3 months. Andheri was empty. Don't understand this. Please suggest where to complain

Its been almost more than 2 weeks that i have given test it only took about 2-4 days for getting the approval for my dl and recording of test result but now the status is showing printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) - pending since last 2 weeks currently i dont have any proof for driving a vehicle since the officer at the time of approval told that u will receive the license at the given address so i want to know how many days i need to wait before approaching rto for complain please share ur experience

I run a small car rental company in pune. I am facing problems regarding fitness certificate of my car as the online portal says all dates are booked.

I am unable to use my car as the fitness has expired, i am losing business as i am unable to use this car. I have to pay the emi and salary of the driver and run my family.

My application number is [protected] after that whenever i check the application status it shows "application is under processing at rto level".

So, would request you to help me to understand the further process if any. And, by when can i expect the same.

Mumbai link road near kandivali west rto officers charges fake offence for breaking signal. Public are not breaking signal then also this rto officer charges fake offence of breaking signal. If there are camera to see that who are breaking signal then why are these officer charging fake offence of breaking signal. Please take strict action on this issue. Innocent people are paying offence as they are scare of losing their license. Please make sure that these rto officers don't have a right of taking license of people. Please change the rule.

Hi i purchased my bike in may 2017 and to collect my rc had to visit pimpri rto office and to my surprise i recieved paper rc, this is really sad that instead of progressing to smart card we are going back to paper days.

Please take corrective measures and would be glad if even our rc can be changed to smart card.

Also requesting to share the progress and update on this.

But since then the status on the sarathi site is "application under processing at rto level", the application is under scrutiny at imvcnt8.

Kindly look into the matter so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

What i do please telll...

I did not receive rc book of my car mh 01 p 5510 vide receipt no. Mh4r[protected] dated 26th july 2017. However i had received an sms from vk-vaahan on 26th july 2017 stating that "[mh[protected]] received rs.2850/- against to/ fee vide receipt no mh4r[protected] dated 26-jul-2017" and second sms on 29th july 2017 stating "[mh01p5510] to transaction (S) approved against vide receipt no. Mh4r[protected] dated 29-jul-2017. Rc under preparation." but till today i have not received the rc book by post.

After all i have passed my exam but the confirmation message is not yet came.

Yesterday i was applying for learning licence and there is mentioned that they will no longer support for aadhar card as mendatory proof,

They asking for some stupid kind of documents like light bill and all other which is i think not mendatory as aadhar carf would be.

I have applied for 2 wheeler without gear driving licence mcwog. When i went for driving test. They informed activa comes under mcwg (With gear) so they refused to take my test and told you can ask for the refund. But as i knew that rto being a government body won't return my money. And the people over there were not even ready to listen and help me out and said you won't get your money. You should never pay online at government sites and...

On 3rd december 2017 at wadi naka, nagpur rto officer shriram khandare stop my female friends vehicle as she has forget license to carry with her. I was on another vehicle and we stop to discuss with him. He was demanding 200 rs from us but denied to give brief to hi so he has taken challan from her. After having argue with him, he stop another vehicle who don't have helmet and license. But he gave money to mr. Shiram and he left him. As we are watching all this we argue with him so all rto officer present there started shouting us and threaten us. This was really shameful for us to see this kind of behaviour from rto officers. We want to follow traffic rules and stop corruption so we have taken challan from them and when we tried to stop mr. Shiram to taking brief he has threaten us with the power of police. This is really disappointing to see this face of rto officer of nagpur. Please take legal action against him so that corruption can be stop and people can see police as there friend and not like any criminal who threaten them.

I m from shriarmpur (Mh-17) ahmednagar rto office where there is worst distruction of the agents moving down. The officer undertaking the driving tests have been found in passing out all the candidates who have their enrollments with their regarding agents. And the candidates without agents, though performing the tests in a right way have been failed by the officer. Its the worst way continuing in the indian government.
I request you to take an action agains this stuff.

Today i came across as a victim of improper rto law enforcement and improper behavior by traffic police/warden (Dilip phad) - [protected], in pimple saudagar area, pune, maharashtra

There are multiple weird observations on the incident :

1) there was no "no parking" sign where we did parked the vehicle. Vehicle was properly parked within road side marking.
2) only 4 wheeler were blocked with jammmer and no 2 wheeler was blocked.
3) while we were trying to communicate and convince with above mentioned officer, he was misbehaving and quite rough in acts.
4) this was first ever incident/action of no parking against me. So when checked rto fine details on rto maharashtra site : "https://transport.maharashtra.gov.in/1112/Offences-and-Penalties", it was only penalizing 100 rupees. Where he still charged us 200 rupee. Please find attached receipt.

I'm strongly wishing help and corrective action from you sir. Please help.

Rto organizes camps at various locations for the citizen's convinence but how to find the exact address for the camp location. It is being stated nowehere on the websites or booking receipts where is the exact address for the camp. I have booked slot for dl at velha camp, rto pune, maharashtra. But i have not found the address for velha camp. Please help with velha camp address.
