Above details for your reference my complaint merely disposed like nothing to happen with me as your officer issue me wrong dl because i have not come with any agent i think so i hope you are able to understand my filling and issue me new dl with "mcwg" why i required i previously mention in my complaint hope now rto jalna issued me corrected dl with mcwg. I have applied for a duplicate driving license at RTO Gurgaon on 29th september 2017, however, till date the license is not generated and delivered.
i have been following up with the RTO office regularly, however, the situation is still the same

I am neeta g gije, i have to inform you that my vehicle maruti suzuki wagor mh01cp2453. I have transfer this vehicle from private vehicle to tourist vehicle and i apply this on 12.08.2017 and check my vehicle with rto 01 on 14.08.2017 and my all papers are cleared but still date from the rto i am not received transfer papers, and i have went rto on 19.09.2017 and ask the concern person what is reason of the delay he told me this is software issue and we have mailed to delhi for regarding same issue.
Kindly look on this matter on priority, rto concern person not give proper response to me.
Kindly do the needful.

Dear madam/ sir,

This is regarding mistake done by pune rto in printing chassis no of the below said vehilce.
Due to improper printing of the chassis no in the issued rc book, my noc issue from pcmc rto has such & i am suffering from past 3 months to transfer the vehicle.
.
The chassis no as per rc book was supposed to be : 600280hvzp98158, but, the rc issued is not having full printing or proper printing on it.
Which is a major issue for further documentation/ process.

Ihad applied for noc, but they are again asking for some verification from pune rto, & do everything once again.. As the rc chassis no is not proper.
I have even approached pune for necessary details, unfortunately pune rto has lost the file /relevant documents which was manual record..
Now i am deeply stuck, because of the mistake done by the pune rto members & i am suffering from past 3 months.

Request for your urgent intervention & support in clearing the issue & re issue of fresh rc/relevant documents.

I have booked slot for llr licence test at dhone (Kurnool district) rto office on sep 29, 2017. When i go there, they told server is not working. So, they asked us to modify or cancel the slot. When i try to modify (Also i tried for cancellation) the slot, it shows we cant modify the slot on exam date. It is also showing slot is not booked for this candidate. What should i do now.

I have given all required test for dl (2 wheeler + 4 wheeler). My application no. Is[protected]. When i track my dl status from website (https://parivahan.gov.in). its shows

I have booked this application on 20-sep-2017 and still i am going to rto vadodara everyday to check what is status of my application and always same answer that they have email it further and waiting for answer. Everyday i am spending there 3-4 hours.

Dear sir my vehicle no mh14fc3792, am traveling 22nd in baramati but in midc area near type office am talking on phone and the flying scot officer give me memo on 2 charge 1st is i didn't show document and 2nd phone talking on driving and accordingly he forcing me sign again i have to visited at rto baramati within 15 min and showing all original document but they asking me to pay 5300.00 can you help me that case because they didn't give my original document back since 5300.00 not paid... Hi i have book appointment online for ahmedabad rto on date 18-aug-2017 for issue duplicate license but after 44day still they dont provide me any appointment or not accept my web application nor reject. I think there is very big network of agents working directly so that happen.

Iam resident of narasannapeta, srikakulam district, andhra pradesh. I have booked a slot for llr test on the date 29.09.2017 at rto srikakulam, which is nearest available centre to me provided online, by paying rs560 but on reporting at the centre on 29.09.2017, i was rejected saying that narasannapeta doesnt come under their jurisdiction. They adviced me to report at the centre which under which narasannapeta falls, but the fellow officers there had said me that they cant do anything but they said that only the members of srikakulam rto can do something. Finally no one has allowed me to take the test and made me roam from here to there, so who is now responsible for the money i paid.

Dear traffic police sir hum shopkeeper hai mera shop ka front only 5 ft hai din bhar subh 9 se raat ke 9pm tak auto wale car wale shop band kar dete hai 1 min ki duri pe tower hai waha trafic police wale hote h but yaha kabhi nahi aate. Froot wale apni lory lagate hai. Kal meri bike yellow line se thodi baher thi humko fine kiya hum apni shop hote hue bhi apni bike under nahi la sakte rasta nahi rehta hai customer tak aane liye sochta hai auto walo ko jane diya it's bad system india. Humne image video bhi nikala hai jo style se galat baat police walo ne mujse kiya hai. Hum video nikal rahe te wo pose de rahe te hair style bana rahe te. Kal fir aauga bike nahi hona ye karuga wo karuga but auto walo ko free parking. My driving license is not yet delivered to my home, it's been more than 3 months since it has dispatched from rto, i can see the status of my driving license and it's dispatched but not yet delivered to my home, even though i checked in post office but it's not yet arrived there too.

I am really frustrated with this process and system.

Several hundreds apply for driving license each day and Rs10 is collected from everyone without any receipt. It is not mentioned anywhere either. How come the RTO officials collect an unauthorized fee so openly? People have no choice after completing the driving test but to pay Rs10 for getting their photo clicked for license.

In the morning, we have to wait for nearlyhalf an hour to get a share auto to go to kandivali station or sambhaji nagar from lokhandwala township. Autos deny from taking us. Buses are also not on time and they they are extremely crowded. Commuting is getting worse day by day from lokhandwala to kandivali station and sambhaji nagar. Due to this, we residents miss our office bus which picks us from highway or the trains. Kindly look into this and resolve our commuting through public transport issue.
